Skins Tour Ad, on TV and Youtube.

(Now playing: Satisfaction, by The Rolling Stones)

"Effy Stonem on screen."

...

"This is Katie fucking Fitch."

...

"Hi you all, I'm Emily."

...

"Hello, Naomi Campbell speaking."

...

Katie giggled, throwing her hair ribbon to the camera.

...

"And we want to invite you to one of our concerts of our Crushing World Tour." Said Emily, smiling.

...

"And what do you have to do?" Said Katie, hugging Effy's waist, who was smoking.

...

Naomi appeared on the screen, carrying her electric guitar.

...

"So easy." Said the petite redhead again. "Just leave us a tweet in our official Twitter account, WeRSkins."

...

"With the hashtag: #MadThingsForSkins." Said Effy, pointing at her black sweatshirt where the hashtag was written in blue.

...

"And you have to explain to us the craziest thing that you would do to come to one of our concerts." Explained Katie, with a big grin on her face.

...

"Each of us will choose the five tweets that we'll consider the most incredible and we will contact you personally." Naomi said.

...

"So yeah, during the December 29th you can tweet us and the next day we'll follow the winners and we'll talk with them." The redhead said, with her guitar by her side.

...

"That's all. You know: tweet, tweet, tweet!" Said Katie, showing her smartphone to the camera.

...

Naomi and Effy appeared laughing again.

...

"Bye!" Said Emily, putting her hand on the screen.

[...]

"It's not a good idea."

Effy was sitting on one of the armchairs that they had in their living room and rubbed her brow, trying to relax. It seemed that everything was going to hell, everything was on the line and she felt completely guilty - she did that, a lot. Even if Katie was cuddling with her on the couch, so close that it actually hurted, she felt so fucking bad right then.

And Katie's idea wasn't good, that was sure - but maybe it was the proper thing to do. "You don't need to explain everything... but I'd like, at least, you'll be honest with me."

The brunette sighed and closed her eyes, whispering. "If you don't think about it, it seems that isn't true."

"But it is... and to get out of it, you need to be fair with yourself." Katie murmured, stroking the brunette's cheek with her thumb. "Honesty."

Effy stared at her brown eyes and bit her lip, nervously. "Promise me something."

"Anything." Replied the petite girl, quickly.

At that time, Effy looked away from the petite's gaze and she just hugged Katie's body closer to her skin.

"I j-just... I just want you here by my side w-when I'll finish the story." The petite girl stared at her and just kissed her forehead. "I'll take that as a yes. God..." Effy sighed. "Where do I start...?"

Katie stared at her again and she couldn't help but resting her lips on the brunette's forehead. "By the beginning. And I'll be here by your side; I promise." She murmured against her head those unintelligible words but Effy understood her.

She always understood her.

"April." Effy murmured, closing her eyes. "I don't have excuses, I j-just needed... to push away all the shit I had in my head." The brunette cleared her throat and wiped a tear that was rolling through her cheek. "I was a selfish cunt and I thought that if I didn't think about anything, everything will be better. So every fucking time I was worried, or everything was too much..."

Katie swallowed hard and kissed again her forehead. "Tell me about the first time you did that."

"After Robbie Williams' video." She murmured, sighing. "Foster had agreed to the contract and well, i was going to sing with him and the truth was that I was taking good money for it... so when the people who represent Robbie left the studio, John took out a small bag and with a card he drew a line. And then another, and when he did the third... I don't know. Still I don't know why I did it."

Unsurprisingly, Katie finished crying. With big tears running down her face, and with impotence. "Fucking tosser."

"Katie..." The petite just held her close and sobbed in her arms. "Kate, don't cry please..."

"It's so fucking unfair and I should have been there for you, and-"

The brunette just kissed her, tenderly. Katie sobbed in her lips but kissed her more fiercely, cupping her cheeks with her petite hands.

"Let's stop this; we will get through this." Muttered Katie, staring at her eyes while Effy wiped her tears with her thumbs.

Effy breathed deeply and caressed her cheek again. "I don't want to drag you into this."

Katie sighed. "Don't be ridiculous, God... I'm in, OK? And... fuck, I don't want you seeing me crying like ever again, I must look like shit."

"You never look like shit." Replied the brunette, smiling and wiping another tear. "Seriously."

So Katie kissed her again, because although Effy was full of shit she always had known how to make her blush. Always - and in the end, Katie Fitch loved that.

So much.

The brunette grinned against her mouth and just stared at her brown eyes. "You're horrible when you do that." She mumbled.

"What."

"When you care."

The petite smiled and sighed, kissing her lips again.

"I will always care."

29th December 2015.

The mythical sites should be used, and while Gina Campbell left a tray with tea and cakes on a table - not without taking a big hug from all the girls unless her daughter, who usually had other ways to show their affection - Naomi lit a cigarette and paced around the famous garage so nervously. When Naomi was nervous, she became another girl; restless, stubborn, moody... obviously, Emily could handle her, she had learned to handle her (but the truth was that Katie couldn't stand it and Effy... she just couldn't. With anything).

"Can we end with this quickly? Because I don't know if you've noticed but we have to-" Naomi snapped.

The first one who was startled was Katie, who looked at her hashly. "Screw you, Campbell! Since when is this a formality!?"

"I'm just saying that we are way too busy for-!"

"FUCK'S SAKE, CAN YOU STOP THIS SHIT?"

All the girls were surprised when they saw Effy screaming because Effy Stonem didn't shout hardly ever. Emily blinked, Naomi was opening her mouth surprisingly and Katie just sighed, looking at the brunette with a sad face. "I haven't asked for anything in my fucking life! Never! We've been coming here for fucking ages and I've just talked one time, God!" The brunette stood up and looking at the other girls, she shook her head and walked to the door, grabbing her pack of cigarretes. "I need a fucking fag."

"Eff..." Murmured Katie, seeing how the brunette went outside the garage and sighing. "Shit... shit, shit." She muttered to herself, passing her hand through her hair.

Naomi pointed at the garage's door with her hand. "What the hell's wrong with her?" Katie rolled her eyes and sighed, going to the garage's door and Naomi stared at her girlfriend. "Babe..."

"I-I don't know." But she knew. And Katie knew, and Effy was hiding a bomb.

She was going to do it. She was going to fight against her addiction, because the nonsense that began with some casual line of cocaine, ended up being something almost daily.

Effy Stonem was going to go to rehab. Seriously. Katie had helped her to find a decent place (where they weren't going to judge her) but the press had noticed it and Effy was way worried.

The only thing that keep her on ease was Katie Fitch - and she wouldn't ever leave her.

The blonde passed a hand through her hair and sighed, as Emily sat by her side on the large couch. "I don't know what is happening and... and I think that she's hiding something. Fuck's sake, she... she is Effy. She's the first real friend I've ever had, Ems." She mumbled and sighed, and Emily rested her head on Naomi's shoulder and kissed her shoulder.

For the first time, she didn't know what to say.

[...]

Outside the garage, Effy smoked and leaned her back against the wall. Katie sighed and leaned her back next to her. "Nobody wants to talk to the fucking drug addict, huh?"

"Don't say that..." Muttered the petite girl, grabbing her hand. "Don't you dare. I told you that-"

"You told me that everything will be OK and you don't even believe that, Katie." Said the brunette whilst taking a long drag.

Katie stared at her and gasped, somewhat desperate. "I... w-words have never been my strong point. When Emily and I were little, she always covered me in school when I had to give a speech or an exhibition. I..." Katie looked at her, who was staring at the road. "I can't say anything at all because I have no fucking idea how to convince you, Eff. I... I just need you, you listen? I need you, fuck."

"Why." Murmured Effy, her voice a little bit shaky.

Katie swallowed hard and squeezed her hand, strongly. "B-because I love you." Effy stared at her, blinking. "I love you, Eff. And I need you to be OK because... because..."

Then, the brunette stared around and when she saw that anyone was around them, she kissed Katie by instinct and the petite girl closed her eyes, carried away by the kiss. Effy pressed her forehead against Katie's one and breathed erratically.

Katie talked, then. "Now let's go in there, we'll talk with them and... and we'll mediate with Naomi and whatever, okay?" The brunette nodded. "OK."

"I love you too." Mumbled Effy, staring at her. And Katie really believed her, and she kissed her swollen lips again. "I fucking love you too." She said when Katie embraced her and they, together, breathed deeply.

For some reason, Katie knew that everything was going to be OK. Her brunette made her believe that.

[...]

Effy rested her head on a cushion and stared at Naomi, who was looking down to the floor.

"Sorry... I didn't have to yell and-"

Katie rolled her eyes. "You definitely didn't." Effy just stared at her and shook her head and Katie sighed. "OK, I'll... fuck's sake."

The brunette stared at her friend again and just cleared her throat, nervously. Effy Stonem was not a nervous girl - she didn't remember the last time she had nerves - but that was serious. Pretty serious.

"I've been a shitty friend, Naomi."

"Eff, what th-"

Effy sighed and stared at her. "I have a problem with drugs."

And that was a bomb.

Emily just closed her eyes as Katie put her head on the brunette's shoulder and she nodded, giving strength. Naomi just looked at the floor, lacing her fingers without showing any emotion. Effy swallowed hard. "Nai..."

The blonde shook her head and stood up, leaving the garage and they just stared at the door. "Fuck." Muttered Effy, standing up and following her.

Surprised, the older twin stared at the ceiling and sighed. Emily sat by her side and rested her head on her sister's shoulder. "They'll figure it out." Said the redhead and Katie closed her eyes. "They know how to deal with-"

"I can't lose her, Ems. I-I really can't."

Emily sighed and hugged her sister strongly. "You won't. I promise."

At the end - when the things were bad enough to be worried - the Fitch twins were right there for each other, and that was really relieving. Katie believed her, too.

Effy was worth it to believe that the shit would end - and she was definitely going to help her.

Dat's all, folks. Wish me luck or whatever (or just ↓↓↓↓; you know).
