Uzushiokage:Rise of Uzushiogakure: Chapter 1: Leaving,Empire, 5 Years

Before I start: I DONT ANYTHING EVERYTHING BELONGS TO THEIR RESPECTIVE CLAIMERs and if I did own them Naruto would've married Sakura-chan at the end of the bloody series cause I mean Cmon we all expected it except to Naruhina Fans.

In the world of Shinobi it was blood. A orphaned blond boy was running for his life through the village as his guardian protector was busy with a mission and wanting him to stay low. He was running as fast as he can and looked to the sky wondering why his life was like this. The rain was coming and it started to damper his mood more. As he walked he was sensing something and Kunai hit his legs and before the Jounin could attack along with the mob. "I got you now you little Demon Brat!" The blond was covered head to toe in cuts and bruises.

"Not today!"

The Jounin turned as an ANBU agent stabbed through him, making him cough out blood. "Hey, come with me Naruto…" The five year year old blond nodded and smiled, grabbing the ANBU agent's hand and they teleported away. He was in front of the Hokage. The little blond was holding his ribs and was bleeding heavily. The blond cried in the arms of his surrogate grandfather as the anbu medical doctor was looking at him. Hiruzen looked at the boy with sad eyes as he tried to confort him. "Why is the village so mean and why do they hate me so much…?"

"They don't know you and mistake you for something else because your birthday was on the day lots of people died."

Naruto nodded. He was wrapped in bandages that there was a lot on his head and he barely remembers anything from the attack. He had multiple lacerations and broken ribs, five broken fingers and he was healed by an ANBU medical doctor seeing as multiple doctors have tried to kill him.

-Months later- 5 years old

Naruto was being beaten on by multiple older genin boys who were from some civilian clans. They were grabbing sticks and hitting them. "Leave him alone!" Naruto was bloody and looked up to a girl who stood up to the three boys. "Get out of here! This doesn't concern you, Yamanaka…"

"Yes it does, you shouldn't bully a boy like that!"

"What are you going to do about it?!"

"I'll tell my daddy and you'll all be getting your mind examined!"

The genin all laughed till a man walked up to them. "I could do that but I know their parents don't want to anger me and my daughter as well as my clan…" Ino looked up to the man and grinned happily in enthusiasm. "Daddy!" The two genin then saw it was a member of the ANBU and bowed running away.

Naruto was healing but smiled at the father-daughter pair and happily said. "Thank you, very much…."

Ino was worried and saw that the boy smiled, stopping her. "I'm sorry I am fine…"

"You two go play while I go to the Hokage about this incident and Ino remember what I taught you if you need me again…"

Ino nodded and the two went to play not before introducing themselves. "My name is Uzumaki Naruto…"

"My name is Ino Yanamaka and you can call me Ino-Chan…"

They continued to play for the next few weeks with Ino's father Inoichi watching them but soon it became apparent as the villagers were amassing. Naruto started to not come to park anymore to protect Ino.

A few days later-

A pink haired girl was crying to a girl named Ami, a girl who was also on the civilian council and had a trio of girls who all wore kimonos and jewelry. Sakura-chan wore a simple kimono but it was ripped as well as her hair and bun. "Pathetic and disgusting Uhh,ugly that you have such a big forehead!"

"Stop it! Stop it! Leave me alone!"

"Ami-sama…" The girl turned to the three boys who were her servants. They were waiting on orders from the red headed girl with the expensive kimono. "Do it."

They nodded and headed for Sakura-chan but before they could a blond leaped on them using a chakra claw as if on instinct clawing through their shirt when one boy started to rip Sakura-Chan's clothes. He looked at another charging at them and with demonic eyes punching them hard exerting more Kyuubi chakra than he can handle with his anger. "Leave her alone! Go!"

Ami was scared to scream for her father and ran with her servants who weren't unconscious. The other two were in pain.

Naruto smiled and looked at Sakura-chan. "Are you ok?"

"Leave me alone…everyone hates my forehead!"

"I don't…" Sakura-chan looked up at a blond boy in a black t-shirt with an orange swirl of the Uzumaki along with black shorts.

"You will! It's big and ugly!"

"No, I think it's pretty!" He kissed her forehead causing her to blush madly. "Will you be my friend?"

"Really? Even with my forehead?" Sakura-chan asked while the boy laughed, nodding. "Of course…let's play with my other friend…-Ino-Chan!"

He took her hand not realizing her blushing and after stopping by Sakura's father who recognized the boy but didn't want to judge him since he just saved his daughter. His wife was another story.

"The girl is over there…I don't want her to ne lonely as me but I can't play with her or else my bullies will target her so you should play with her…" Sakura-chan looked at the blond boy who looked sad but walked away when he pushed Sakura to Ino who smiled and then was about to go to Naruto. Naruto didn't even look at either of them since today was the worse day of the year…his birthday. He needed to leave or else the fox hunts would include the pink haired girl and Ino-Chan. "Wait what's your name?!"

"Naruto Uzumaki! Future Hokage!" He then ran away as fast as his five year old legs could make him since his guardian told him to stay indoors but he refused to listen. She'll wonder why he's covered in blood from the boys he sunk his claws into.

-7 years later-

Naruto was ignoring the ramblings of Sakura-chan and watched the Shinobi walking by and there was a number of Shinobi walking around with flak jackets with the red swirls on the back and was curious about it. He disappeared and headed for the Hokage mansion. He always wondered why the Yondaime Hokage sealed the demonic Kyuubi inside him and looked at the Hokage mountain.

"Jiji, do I have any relatives or parents?"

The old Hokage smiled. "You did but they are all gone my boy but also the symbol is the symbol of our past friends and allies of the Uzumaki Clan. They were in a village named Uzushiogakure and the village was of a village of Seal masters.

"I wish I could've met them…"

Hiruzen looked at the blond genin with sad eyes. A few years ago an attack was so gruesome that he lost all memory of his childhood. Naruto didn't even recognize the red headed ANBU who was watching him.

Since that time in the office, under the guise of a henge courtesy of a certain gray haired perverted Sanin. The blond has been researching uzushiogakure and there was some techniques he wanted to learn.

-7 months later- After the Chuunin Exams

A twelve year old blond Shinobi was looking over the body of the unconscious Sasuke uchiha. As he gave Kakashi a look he smiled and turned to the sky as he pulled off his Hitai-ate and turned to Kakashi who appeared. "Naruto…"

"Sorry Kakashi-sensei but the one who's turning rogue will be me…" He then proceeded to hand over his Hitai-ate to his sensei who wouldn't take it knowing it's the blond's prize possession but couldn't believe he was letting it go. "I'm going to leave Konoha…." He was bleeding but he was given some first aid by an unknown figure and healing from Kurama.

"But Naruto…" The blond shook his head looking at his now former sensei giving him the orange jumpsuit jacket part. "Give this to Sakura-chan and say I'm sorry, I also wanted to keep this a secret but just report it anyway…" Kakashi shook his head. "You won't get away from me that easily, Naruto." He was stopped by a hand from the blond. The blond gave him his forehead protector, shoving it into his hand. "You don't have someone to look after the Teme and you really don't have any way to stop me if I use the Kyuubi and the most important is stopping Sasuke from continuing his quest to leave…you need to take him to the village…or else I can't keep my promise to Sakura-chan that's important to me."

"But Naruto, you're even injured worse than Sasuke." Naruto shook his head and pulled out his shirt which had a hole in it showing his wound was closing but he was toughening it out. "It's healing because of a friend and the furball and I'm going to meet with Jiraiya outside the village. I'm leaving after that so he can give me some first aid before we leave. I want you to report I left the village. This is the only way, sensei. I found out about something and I want to find out further but, I can't do that while the council is watching…Ero-Senin is the best person to help me…I am tired of the villagers treatment of me and sooner or later I will be either killed or banished from this village. I found out about their game already and decided to leave before they think of it cause that's what I want them to learn. They will know that they made their Jinchūriki go rogue and that also means their demon could also seek revenge on them..." Naruto started to smile his famous trickster smile of a Kitsune fox.

Kakashi sighed knowing what he could see was true as the villagers' treatment was worse since the chunin exams and could see determination in the blond's eyes to see his plan through. It was for once more seriousness than his playful demeanor. Naruto wouldn't change his mind so easily and it got even worse when he became a Chuunin. His idea did in fact scared the masked Jounin and only caused him to shake his head at the blonde's antics as he didn't think possible. He was watching the blonde since he was a little child.

"Goodbye Sensei…"

The blond smiled as he disappeared in a swirl of fire holding his side. Kakashi was surprised as that was a common shunshin of Uzushiogakure. Kakashi instantly got over his shock. He didn't know when naruto was thinking more than normal. He suspected a mask over the blond since meeting him at 6 years old becoming his ANBU protector. Meanwhile,Jiraiya was nearby heading to the village sensing something was wrong he looked up feeling a chill. He was to rendezvous with Naruto who told him of the situation and wanting to leave the village hence he decided to get to the village post haste. He hoped he could convince him but he was dead wrong.

-5 years later- Ages:17

In the past five years, the former village of Uzushiogakure was reformed before anyone could see what happened and found out that the small nation was bigger than anyone expected. They were gaining territory through alliances to mutual agreements and absorbing left and right and eventually they took over Hi no Kuni, Tsuki no Kuni and Yu no Kun. Sasuke Uchiha had also left the village a year after his return and became a dangerous threat and rumored to be leading Otogakure.

The islands of Nagi and Ouza along with the disputed Ōzwajima Hundred Islands made of a hundred islands were also part of the island nation of Uzu no Kuni and it was from the 20 billion to 1.3 trillion world population was the reason that humans were everywhere and since the talent of chakra was a everyday occurrence as well as the peace of the years after the third great Shinobi war was a reason for all forces to be rebuilt. It made things scary as most of the countries were covered in full samurai fortresses. Thousands of fortresses served a Shogun for their forces under a Daimyō. The five now six great nations were the only nations with the largest armies of samurai and Shinobi serving under Daimyōs considered emperors with the highest caliber.

The Uzu Daimyō revealed the rebuilding Uzushiogakure no Sato and the Yondaime Uzushiokage while the name became a mystery. The Uzushiokage was skilled as well and led a special group called the Ryuzen Seven Swordsmen. Seven great Swordsmen that were as skilled as the Kiri no Shinobigatana. They possessed the Seven weapons said to be given by the Dragons to the Uzumaki clan and can only be unlocked by the royal family of the Uzumaki clan. Since Naruto was the son of princess Kushina then it was a no brainer he could unlock the blades and give them to the surviving Uzumaki clan members that had spread themselves ever since the Second and Third Shinobi World Wars. They were scattered as far as the Land of Demons and around that continent.

"Aw dam it! This is bothersome…where is he?!"

"Who knows all I've seen is his clones or seals. And seriously is the Genin doing a prank war again?" The secretary Akame Namikaze looked outside and saw water balloons and the smell of mud as well as smelling paint and something different. "It seems to be anyway and either our Uzushiokage either joined in or tried to stop it."

Meanwhile in the village-

"What's that smell?!" A villager asked, looking around smelling mud and pig stinking mud.

"Oh no another prank war we best increase our seals…" Another village said while merchants with samurai armored personnel only laughed as kids ran around with jutsus as they sat cross legged in a mediated position in front of shops as they assisted the Shinobi who were armored and had katanas on their back and patrolling to clean up the mess but insisted the Shinobi were faster. The Uzushiogakure ANBU units were hidden and they were in every island and every satellite village. The main village being Uzushiogakure and the others like the village hidden in the tsunami, hidden in the Swirling spring and other villages.

Arashigakure (Storm), Kusarigakure (Chains) were the two villages that had about a half a million population and fifty thousand inhabitants were Shinobi and a portion was ANBU specifically from Uzushiogakure.

Over the years all major villages, especially like the five now Six Great Elemental Nations had their clans spread out between the satellite villages. Uzushiogakure had the largest amount of Uzumaki clan population.

As the population was getting ready for the kids to prank each other. A certain blond was trying very hard not to get involved and he meant joining in on the fun. He sighed no doubt that wouldn't be fair so let it go. He needed to keep calm since he's been weary lately since reports of the Akatsuki that included Sasuke's older brother. He was laying down while ten to twenty shadow clones were on the paperwork and he was on top of the Uzumaki mansion which was a sort of skyscraper but more with a samurai fortress design which was the design for a number of other Shinobi fortresses; furthermore the village, it had with it was sealing arrays and cannons all around the village headed by the Sacred Sealing Squad for defense.

Under the sealing structure of the Master Code, the Sacred Sealing Squad of Uzushiogakure may alter and activate any defensive barrier measures at will while maintaining the active Sensing Barrier which allows them to react accordingly to any unauthorized passages. Their barrier system allows them to spread intricate sealing formulas throughout the entire village in seconds in order to protect their innocent citizens and the village as a whole. The barrier system is always maintained and active, being the primary security measure in times of turmoil. With the Master Code, the barrier and sealing division may activate whichever barrier method is necessary in seconds. Although it is noted that the only active barrier at all times is the sensing barrier.

The Yondaime Uzushiokage was lazily looking at the sky and then was sending his large chakra reserves for his clones to be all over ready to clean up the mess that was sure to follow the prank war.

He was then hearing a voice. "Naruto-sama!" The blond looked up in response and spoke with an open eye opening it. "Yea, Shiori?" He asked to look at a young adult female his age with a katana on her back and a haori cloak over her shoulders. "There's a recon team from the Otogakure village again…" She reported making the blond growl under his breath. "Detain them and interrogate them then cut their heads off. We should send them back to their Otokage in pieces…and report on an ANBU battalion so do so with that as well…" He ordered, causing her to nod and disappear in a swirl of flames.

-Uzushiokagure Borders- Former Hi no Kuni territory.

"Don't they ever learn?" An adult Shinobi said with black hair with red highlights of his Uzumaki blood. He has his blade on his back and a yukata jacket. He has a standard flak jacket but in light blue along with his dragon which was a more detailed blue dragon than the other dragon swordsmen who had their dragon symbols only a simple ink dragon design. He was with a number of Uzushiogakure ANBU with metal conical hats as his personal guard while the rest was a battalion of regular ANBU agents. They had dragon or kappa style masks.

A thousand of Shinobi were wearing flak jackets of Kumogakure and ANBU styled masks with different colored lightning and different Thunder god style masks with slits.

The Uzumaki group had about two thousand as they were alerted as soon as the barrier seals for sensors were triggered. The lead Shinobi was named Sentaru Uzumaki, the Second Dragon of the Ryuzen Seven Swordsmen and pressed his radio to his ear. "All units move in…Alpha,Beta and Omega units are to take their units from behind. Launch the Kunai and Chakra Cannons then all Chakra Chain users are to take any survivors for interrogation."

It was then all hell broke loose. Multiple Kumo Shinobi commanders learned that the Uzushio Shinobi were no longer pushovers on a small island.

-Back in the Village-

Meanwhile, Naruto continued to lazily continued his day. Sensing something, he looked up and saw a boy in the air trying and in Naruto's case desperately to land a water balloon on his Uzushiokage and before the boy knew it, a pair chakra claws came out of Naruto and held the boy as the blond looked with a wave and a eyebrow raised with one eye open. "Michio, I don't like it when someone tries to sneak up on me…" He then throws him while having the water balloons caught then thrown while hitting the boy who is caught by a shadow clone and put on the ground by the clone. The rest of the crowd that saw were chuckling at the soaked boy. "I'll get you! Lord Naruto-sama!" Michio pouted being seven years old and a born prankster. He thought of the Uzushiokage as a challenge for pranks. He tried getting him with paint,furthermore;even stopped the boy from painting the Uzushiokage mansion and trying to paint the Uzushiokage on his face. The paint mine and paint sealing tag never worked either. Naruto saw through the mechanics of the trap seal to paint him purple.

Most pre-academy to current academy kids in the village were skilled as genin. As they go into the academy their skills and training can be considered Chuunin level so they are prepared for the real world of Shinobi if they choose or trained in camps to become Samurai. Naruto proposed the whole village population of kids to a prank war against him so they can play thinking of strategies and not be held down. Pitfalls were made all over the village as a result. The current academy students also learned chakra meditation and chakra tree walking exercises. They also got their final year to learn water walking on whirlpools. The uzushio academy students and most children in Uzushiokagure had mostly large chakra reserves similar to of a Jounin or chuunin level. This was the reason that their chakra coils was actually larger.

Naruto yawned and looked up at the sky and wondered how Baa-Chan and the rest of his old friends were doing. Sasuke of course still turned rogue and he watched Otokagure like a hawk and sent their spies as well as Kusa spies in scrolls with just heads inside. Uzushiokagure was known as the head-hunters of the Shinobi world as well as the sealing masters. Kumo decided a year ago to mount their forces and it was a mistake for both them and the Kaminari no Kuni samurai forces when the navy and seals that had multiple Shinobi units from the shadows of the forest as well as the ninja fortresses of Uzu that was placed on the islands repelled the large navy of Kaminari and Kumogakure on the Great Sea by the main Uzu No Kuni island. Kirigakure and Mizu no Kuni of their hundred islands assembled their own navy because of this but they stayed neutral when the world found out that Uzu no Kuni and Uzushiogakure had become a new great elemental nation and was a powerful new empire in the Shinobi world. Through that alone that the reputation of the Yondaime Uzushiokage was legitimized.

The Great Sea refers to the vast body of water that surrounds the island that Uzushiogakure resides on. The Land of Whirlpools was restructured along with its surrounding area; allowing for the Great Sea to exist the way it does today. The seas are always calm and made to be that way, patrolled and protected by Uzushiogakure by large sailing Atakebune warships armed with arquebus chakra Tanegashima that can manipulate the uses chakra and sending chakra to shoot musket balls straight through their opponents.

The great Sea has Various posts and miniature pieces of land are spread throughout the span of the Great Sea and are used as stations to use for security and surveillance.The Uzushiokagure and Uzu No Kuni navy had repelled the Kaminari no Kuni by simply having their ships behind whirlpool barriers and the seals sensed them along the rocky spikes that sensed the navy that seemed impossible. The seals repelled them by having the whirlpools move. A large island long chain was raised connecting specifically to the capital island of Uzu No Kuni; that chain was connected to bunkers within the rocky sea mountains that surrounded the main island and other islands which were armed with cannons which destroyed the enemy navy. A large Uzu no Kuni navy fleet came from one of the islands and furthermore ambushed the enemy navy caught off guard by a long chain net barrier. They were reinforced by seals so they were repaired instantly even if they were hit by cannons. The outposts were reinforced by Fuinjutsu causing the lightning navy to be destroyed. It was a series of ambushes after ambushes that the admiral of the Kumo navy couldn't contain because he underestimated the Uzu forces and their navy as well as the cunning of the Uzushiokage. Kaminari no Kuni never recovered from that defeat.

-In Konoha- present time

Sakura Haruno has changed into a completely new person. Gone was the fangirl persona and there was a new Sakura Haruno. She thought it was all her fault and was isolated since Naruto left. She tried to make it with Sasuke which almost made her lose all her friends. She didn't know what to do and when Sasuke left she was like a candle that went out. She became the apprentice to Tsunade and along with Ino and Hinata, she was more dedicated to her than the girls combined.

Hinata gave her dark looks till Ino defended her.

-Flashback- 2 years ago

"Hinata! Forehead didn't do anything, all Naruto knew was that the village wasn't going to change and because of that you can't just blame her…Naruto also wouldn't want his friends fighting when he made the decision!"

"Oh yea but, Naruto-Kun went after Sasuke because of her! She's the reason he left as she is…" Ino raised a hand and stopped her. "Enough Hinata…you barely helped Naruto and forehead found Naruto's journal and when Naruto was hunted when he was little I remembered you never helped him…your family even helped on hunts using their dojutsu. So you didn't help and I didn't treat Naruto-Kun any better. It's no one's fault really and Naruto-kun chose to leave because he wanted to leave as when Tsunade finally released the reason he left was because of the treatment of the village. He could have other reasons but it's not Sakura…" Ino was also trying to convince herself but before anyone knew it, Ino had started to gain some feelings of her own for Naruto.

Hinata sighed and walked away looking more down than before but she didn't let it go till a couple months later and still tried to undermine Sakura-chan till she finally saw the error of her ways was similar to Neji to her back when they were genin. She felt ashamed by her actions and apologized but Sakura-chan let it go and surprised her by simply saying.

"I deserve it…"

-End Flashback-

Ino couldn't let go of the image of Naruto and how he would change over the years. He wasn't really that bad during the academy and also she saw him in a new light nowadays. During the time she regretted all the times she made fun of him or even pranked him with dark humor of pretending to be his friend. She was the princess and Sasuke was a piece of meat but she didn't want to limit her options.

She loved her looks and since she was seventeen and has a number of looks from multiple males of teen variety watching her and Hinata who has also grown most beautiful as she was blessed with a bust that most girls their age would envy. She had curves and Sakura-chan was in the middle. She had a smaller bust but her body wasn't bad but beautiful in their own right. She's been asked all the time on dates thanks to her personality and also her hair that was one of a kind in the village as well as her skills with medical ninjutsu and from her understanding the pinkette all denied them.

-Hokage Mansion-

Meanwhile Sakura was summoned to the Hokage office. Sakura walked in seeing Ino and Kiba as well as Kakashi were there as well. "I summoned you all here for one thing and that is a potential problem that has resurfaced again."

Flashback-Council room- 3 hours ago

"We need to figure out how to reestablish relationships again with our sister village Uzushiogakure and ever since we lost a lot of alliances with minor village minus Suna who were not pleased apparently that our demon…I mean Jinchūriki left our village." A council member said which many started to talk and agreed before one spoke up. "As for Uzushiokagure,we couldn't save them in the Second Great Shinobi war. Why would they reestablish relations with us and we didn't even help them after the war because not long after we needed to survive the next Third Great Shinobi War."

"Nonsense we don't need them…." Hiashi said arrogantly never did like the Uzu princess Kushina and how Uzushiogakure usually got into a civil war. So he didn't want to have anything to do with Uzushiogakure no Sato.

"Enough last I checked, Uzumaki Naruto was the reason for a number of those alliances thanks to the missions involved with Daimyōs' and merchants that Team Seven participated in!" Tsunade said not liking the fact her distant relatives have all cut ties with us but they are masters of sealing and their Uzushiokage has been becoming the next coming of the Konoha no Kiiroi Senkō; however he was a mystery as he rarely shows his face as the world recognized Uzushiogakure as the Sixth Great Shinobi village of Whirlpool. There was also the fact that a number of alliances which she tried to amend had cut off with Konoha because of Naruto leaving the village which she understood.

The ninja of Uzushiogakure were famed for their fūinjutsu; the Four Symbols Seal is based on the village's techniques. In times of war, the power of the village's fūinjutsu earned fear from many, ultimately leading to it being targeted and subsequently destroyed at some point following Kushina Uzumaki's emigration from the village. Survivors of Uzushio's destruction scattered across the globe to seek refuge. "I am now proposing a mission of our top Shinobi and high status to go to Uzushiogakure no Sato so we can offer a place for talks between our Daimyō and ourselves to the Uzu No Kuni Daimyō. I want everything to go right so we of Konoha and the newly famed Uzumaki clan that have been rumored to have returned years ago. The incident three years ago doesn't need to be repeated again." The civilian council turned away growling from the incident.

A/N:I need more ideas for the pranksters of Uzu as I just want the kids of Uzu to think of pranks like a person to think of strategies I am amused with other peoples ideas for that but I can't think of anything besides paint and I know those aren't the only ideas.
