After the Battle of Five where everyone survived - Thorin admits he was an ass and Bilbo admits he was a little hasty and they are both stupid, and they will stay together now thank you. Cue in couple years later when Thorin is ruling Erebor and Bilbo is his mate - esteemed and respected, and he rather likes his life now. Until some stupid accident renders Bilbo unconscious.

Epilogue

Bilbo smiled as he and Thorin sat at the head of the table as they sat down with there people and there allies for a meal. Thorin noticed his mate smile and leaned down to kiss the hobbit.

"Are you having fun?" Thorin asked as he placed his hand on Bilbo's thigh.

Bilbo turned to look at the Dwarf king, "Of course I am."

"I would like to make an announcement." Killi said standing up gaining everyone attention. "I would like to thank everyone for coming today as well tell you all that me and my Darling wife will be expecting our first kid."

The entire hall erupted into cheers for the happy couple.

Thorin got up to pull Killi into a hug and to congratulate them.

Bilbo smiled as he glanced the room to look at all the happy faces around him.

When Thorin came back he saw the look on Bilbo's face and pulled him into a deep kiss.

"What was that for?"Bilbo asked looking at Thorin.

"I don't need a reason to kiss." Thorin said smiling as Bilbo pouted slightly.
