A/N: I am going crazy, guys... I was supposed to be studying, but needed a break... Small and strange, enjoy!
She had to study. She knew she had to study in order to achieve a good score, but the will to study somehow disappeared the moment she put a single feet inside. "Shinichi!" The kind voice for which she yearned so much called her from the living room, but the girl was having a debate. She needed to study… and yet she didn´t want to.
"Shinichi!" The voice called again but the blue-eyed teen just sighed, walking slowly to her room. Nope, she would not give up. She would study exactly as she promised her mom and her teacher… sure, she could not study and get a good grade, but who knew what could happen at the test. So, study time. And the test was just next day…
"Shinichi!" Warm arms caught the tired teen from behind, pulling her into a tight hug as the owner of the arms pouted slightly. "Why are you ignoring me? I have been waiting hours for you! You don´t pick up your phone, don´t respond to my messages… Do you hate me?"
Looking at the lonely violet eyes of her boyfriend, Shinichi turned around and threw her own arms around him, pulling him into a tight kiss. Kaito almost fell down from surprise, but his thief instincts helped him this time as he somehow managed to maintain the balance and a neutral face. Shinichi never, or almost never, initiated the kiss. However, that didn´t mean he could not enjoy it.
After a minute of heated moments, Shinichi pulled away with a smirk. "Now, Kaito, leave me alone. I need to study." Walking up the rest of the stairs, her feet refusing to carry her, she noticed a confused Kaito behind her, smirking even more. "See you later, darling."
Kaito´s mouth almost opened from shock, both from the smile and the words. However, he was the great Kaito Kid, and his mouth did not open from shock. Nevertheless, as he watched Shinichi disappear into her room, it did not change the fact he was surprised. Either Shinichi was losing her mind, which was completely impossible since she already lost it long ago, when they started dating; or she was extremely tired.
Thanks to the few months they have been going out, Kaito found out more things about his adorable Tantei. First, she was a workaholic. Secondly, she started to behave strongly when she was tired. Not just a little tired, this is Kudo Shinichi we are talking about, but tired, tired… that kind of tired you almost cannot open your eyes anymore.
Therefore, considering she had called him darling with blushing, Shinichi must have been really, really tired. "Hmmm…." Titling his head, Kaito smiled. Well, if his Tantei was that tired, then he had better not disturb her. At least for now.
An hour later when Kaito entered Shinichi´s room, he found her sleeping at the floor, papers all around her. Taking a quick glance of them, he concluded she was studying Physics. Not that she needed it, but this was Shinichi and she took her classes seriously.
Picking up the sleeping princess, Kaito gently placed her on her bed, covering with warm blankets. The sleeping girl shifted a few times, mumbling something in her sleep. He smiled and sighed, making a mental note to heat up the black coffee he had made when she woke up. For now, his princess would sleep, and no one would disturb it.
Kissing Shinichi´s forehead with a smile, he mumbled as he walked out. "Good night, my sleeping Tantei-chan."
A/N: So... tomorrow I am having my Physics test, and I just don´t want to study. I mean, I know I need to, but my will to study is like.. 0. I´m so tired I don´t even care how it will go... Wish me luck. XD
