Autobotschic: XD I'm sure you'll enjoy this one as well. I don't think Opal is as creepy as we wanted her to be though. XD
Setting: Cybertron
Universe: AU "The Family"-verse
Shadow Stalker sighed as she checked the last place her sire could have possibly been. The shooting range. "Blue, are you in here. Seriously! I've been looking for you all day! If you're hiding, I will rip you apart." Shadow Stalker groaned when no reply came. She really didn't want it to come to this, but she had no other choice.
Shadow Stalker walked out of the shooting range, opened up a comm., and shook her helm. ::Sides, have you seen Blue?::
::Why?::
::Because!::
::Is that any way to speak to your surrogate creator?::
Shadow Stalker groaned. ::Sideswipe, I will shove my pede so far up your aft, it will come out your mouth. Have you seen Blue or not?::
::Not since this morning. Sunny and I got up first after a wild ni-::
::Don't want to know.:: Shadow Stalker sighed. ::Thanks for the mental image though.::
::Anytime, Sweetie.::
::I'll kill you.::
::Right… I guess I'll end the comm. before I get myself killed.::
::Good thinking.::
::Sideswipe out.::
Shadow Stalker shook her helm as the comm. ended. The twins had been unbearable since Bluestreak bonded with them. She didn't know how many times she had almost killed them. If it wasn't for Blue, she probably would have. Slagging bond.
Shadow Stalker released a huge sigh. "Looks like I'm heading to Red."
Bluestreak moaned as he rolled over from his side to his stomach. It wasn't every day he got the berth to himself. It was… cold? Why was it cold? Even the place he was just at was cold. Bluestreak quickly onlined his optics and sat up.
The room was definitely his and the twins. All the twin's stuff was scattered around in an almost chaotic fashion. His desk was in the corner, neatly organized for anytime he needed to sign a data pad to get the twins out of the brig. The soft music came out of the radio that was on the night before. Something was off though. He couldn't put a digit on it though.
"So, Sunstreaker, carried Bluestreak out of the base?" Shadow Stalker frowned.
Red Alert groaned. "I have told you that ten times! I'm not repeating myself!"
"Sunstreaker is right there!" Shadow Stalker pointed to the monitor where Sunstreaker sat in the rec room working on a painting.
"He's there now!" Red Alert yelled. "This was about a joor ago! He came back with no Bluestreak!"
"And you didn't find Sunstreaker walking out of the base with an unconscious Bluestreak suspicious?"
"I would have, it wasn't the thousandth time it's happened!" Red Alert huffed. "Bluestreak gets over energized, passes out, and then next thing you know he wakes up in the middle of a desert. The twins do it all the time."
"And you don't tell anybody?" Shadow Stalker growled.
"THEY STOPPED LISTENING TO ME AFTER THE ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THIRD TIME!" Red Alert yelled. "Nobody ever listens to me! The twins could have buried Bluestreak in a ditch, but noooo! Nobody listens to Red!"
Shadow Stalker huffed. "Shut up, Weirdo." She turned on her heel, and walked out of the security director's room.
::Sunstreaker, where did you put Bluestreak?::
::Right on my lap.::
Shadow Stalker growled. ::I'm not in the mood for you and your brothers interfacing jokes! Where did you take Blue?::
::When?::
::About a joor ago.::
Sunstreaker's end of the comm. went silent. "I was in the wash racks a joor ago. I left Bluestreak on the berth.::
::We have footage of you taking Bluestreak out of the base. Don't slagging lie to me!::
::I'm not. Tracks was there. Ask him. He was complaining because Bee scratched his paint. It was pretty bad. I even felt sorry for the mech. I helped him fix it. Not to mention had to buff out scratches of my own.::
Shadow Stalker frowned. ::You and your brother, meet me now, Optimus's office.::
::Yeah.::
Optimus sighed as Shadow Stalker burst through his door. "Shadow, I-"
"Bluestreak is missing."
Optimus frowned. "Did you check his quarters?"
"Yes."
"The rec room?"
"Yes."
"The shooting range?"
"YES!"
"The-"
"If you can fragging think of it, let's assume I checked it!" Shadow Stalker yelled.
"Your aft?"
Shadow Stalker turned to the door, where Sideswipe stood giggling. "SOME TIME TO MAKE A JOKE WHEN YOUR BOND IS MISSING!"
Sideswipe frowned looking over to Sunstreaker. "What is she talking about?"
"Red has me on camera taking Blue out of the base. I was in the wash racks at the time of the footage. I can't get ahold of Blue either. He's not answering comm.s, and his side of the bond is blocked. I tried on the way here."
Sideswipe's optics dimmed for a moment before they flashed bright again. "He's not answering me either."
Shadow Stalker turned to Optimus. "Find him."
"Me? How am I supposed to-"
"I don't care how, I want to get to the bottom of this before Blue gets hurt!"
"Yeah!" Sideswipe ran up to Optimus's desk. "What if he's being hurt right now?"
"Shadow, Sideswipe, Sunstreaker, I will do my best, but I can't promise anything. I'll get the search team on it as well."
Sunstreaker growled before he turned and stomped out of the room. Sideswipe turned to the empty door way before turning back to Optimus, giving him a sad glance. "Thanks." He whispered before slowly walking out of the room.
Optimus sighed before he turned to Shadow Stalker. "Have you told Prowl yet?"
"No." Shadow Stalker sighed. "I don't really want to."
"Tell him." Optimus sighed. "I'll get a hold of Search and rescue. Prowl can help calculate the search radius."
Shadow Stalker nodded. "Yeah, okay."
"Sunny! Where are you going!" Sideswipe ran after his brother.
"I'm going to go watch that footage." Sunstreaker stomped down the hall. "Either somebody is using a holoform to look like me, or they're a shifter. Either way, they aren't getting away with this."
Sideswipe frowned as he finally caught up with his sibling. "Sunstreaker, We have to wait for the se-"
"I don't have to wait for scrap! We finally had something good going, Sides. I'm not going to sit back and watch as I lose it! Are you?"
Sideswipe frowned. "No! I'm not!"
"Good. Then follow me."
Sideswipe nodded, glance back down the hallway. "Yeah."
Sunstreaker sighed as he stopped in front of Red Alert's office. He raised his servo to knock, only for the door to open before he could. "Come in." Red Alert's voice floated out of the room. "Kidnapper."
Sunstreaker rolled his optics as he and Sideswipe walked into the room. Red Alert sat at his desk, a hefty glare set firmly in place. "What?" He demanded.
Sunstreaker sighed. "I want to see the footage."
Red Alert pressed a button, and a clip started playing on the huge monitor on the wall. Sunstreaker's helm peeked out of their quarters, and looked both ways. He smirked and walked out of the room with Bluestreak draped over his shoulder.
Sunstreaker frowned. The footage seemed familiar.
Sunstreaker went right, towards the exit of the base and right off the camera. The footage flashed to another camera. Sunstreaker smiled as he re adjusted Bluestreak, and walked out of the barrack's area of the base. The footage flashed to another camera. Sunstreaker flashed the camera a smile before going right out of the security director's cameras.
Sunstreaker's helm fell to the side. He did that, but not last night. "Red, that footage is from last month."
Sideswipe's face lit up. "Oh yeah! We had that drinking game with Blue!"
Red Alert frowned. "No way. I'd remember it if it was from last month! I look through all the footage!"
"Last month you wouldn't have!" Sideswipe butted in. "Ratchet had you off duty because of the major glitch Sunny and I caused! Inferno took over for you, and Ratchet put the footage under medical lock. I remember you freaking out about it after you got back."
Red Alert leaned back in his chair. "Then who got a hold of it and meddled with my cameras?"
Sunstreaker and Sideswipe looked at each other. "Maybe we should go tell Shadow Stalker and see what she thinks." Sideswipe suggested.
Sunstreaker nodded. "Yeah."
The purple femme watched the monitor in front of her almost ceremoniously. A tall seeker, her caretaker, stood behind her seat silently watching her. Alloy was a mech of patience and observation. He had been in charge of watching the femme since she joined the cons. She came straight from a processor health institute.
"Perhaps you should look away from the monitor for a moment, and rest your optics, Opal."
"No." Opal's voice was soft as she sat in the chair. "I just found him. I want to watch him. Bluestreak." A soft smile crossed her face. "I love him. We're going to get bonded. He promised." She turned back to Alloy, revealing the streak of blue paint running down the middle of her face. "He told me we'll get bonded as soon as I found him." She turned back to the monitor. "I found him."
Alloy sighed as he stepped back, allowing the femme to continue watching the monitor. The gray and red Praxian on the screen simply sat on the berth, with a puzzled look on his faceplates. The poor mech had no idea what was happening. Hopefully the mech wouldn't realize everything was just a projection from a memory file. He'd see the room for what it was. An interrogation room.
Prowl stood in the Prime's office. "From my calculations, whoever it was that took Blue couldn't have gotten very far, on pede or in alt mode."
Optimus nodded. "I see. What if the mech was a racer, like Blurr?"
"The probability of that is very unlikely, but the calculation for that is at the bottom of the file on the data pad."
Optimus frowned as he scrolled down. His optic ridge's rose. "That is very far."
"Below that will the calculation for if it was a seeker, but as I said before, most likely it was a grounder."
"Any Decepticon bases within these parameters?"
"No, sir."
Optimus nodded. "I see. Thank you. I'll send the information to the Search and rescue."
Prowl nodded. "Thank you." A knock echoed through the room. Prowl turned around. "I will let them in as I take my leave."
Optimus nodded. "Thank you."
Prowl opened the door, only to pushed to the side by Sunstreaker. "The footage was fake!"
Sideswipe ran in after his brother. "Well, not fake, but it was under lock and key by Ratchet so Red Alert wouldn't over work himself after that major glitch he had a while back."
Optimus glanced over to Prowl. "Prowl, you may have to re do those calculations. Sideswipe, Sunstreaker, tell Prowl as close to the exact time you last saw Bluestreak as possible." Optimus stood up. "I have to go talk to Shadow Stalker."
Sideswipe and Sunstreaker nodded as Optimus walked passed them, and out of the office.
Opal frowned as Bluestreak stood up. "He's going to try to leave. What do I do?" She turned to Alloy. "I said, what do I do?"
"It is not my place to say."
"If he tries to press those key's the hologram will be ruined!"
"It is not my place to have to do anything."
Opal glared. "Fine." She stood up, sending glare directly at Alloy. "I'll take care of it." She quickly ran passed Alloy, and down the hall.
Shadow Stalker stood outside the base with Optimus. "So it wasn't even the right video file?"
"No." Optimus shook his helm. "It was not. Prowl should be done with the calculations any astroklik."
Shadow Stalker nodded. "Right."
"Optimus, I have the new calculations." Prowl quickly walked out of the base, both of the twins hot on his heels. "Here." He passed the data pad.
Optimus frowned. "That is farther than before."
"We had to start at an earlier time. There's something interesting to show you though." Prowl took the data pad back from Optimus and pulled up another file. "This is the map of the area Bluestreak could be."
"What is the red?"
"Decepticon sitings."
"Right on the edge?"
Prowl nodded. "Yes."
Shadow Stalker leaned in by Optimus. "I'll go first."
"Shadow, I-"
"I can fly. I'll get there faster than you. Besides you can get Skyfire to bring you in right after me." Shadow Stalker glanced up at Optimus. "You can be my backup."
Optimus sighed. "Fine. We'll be right behind you."
Shadow Stalker nodded. "Right."
Bluestreak reached out for the control panel to open the door, his optics widened as his servo went through the panel. He stepped back as the whole room starts flashing in out. Piece by piece the room fell apart leaving him in a dark, damp room. The only thing remaining was the berth, well, the table as it turned out. "What?"
"DON'T TO-" a purple femme burst through the door. A streak of blue paint split through her face. Cables hung down from her helm, and swayed with every intake. She noticed the horror in Bluestreak's optics, and sighed. "Too late."
Bluestreak changed his stance quickly, his fists went up, and his optics narrowed. "Where am I?"
"Home!"
"What?" Bluestreak frowned.
"You're home! I finally found you, Sweetspark!" The femme slowly stepped forward. "It's me." She smiled. "It's Opal."
Bluestreak's frown deepened. "Opal? I do-" Bluestreak's fists fell. "Opal? From my class?"
Opal's face brightened. "YOU REMEMBER!" She ran forward, wrapping her arms around Bluestreak.
Bluestreak tried to push the femme away, but she only squeezed harder. "I missed you! You told me that you would see me the next orn, but I didn't see you. I didn't see you at all! I thought we were never going to bond!"
"Bond? What happened to you?"
"What happened to me?" Opal's voice darkened. "You happened. You stole my spark, and refused to give it back. I love you. I want you to be by my side forever. Just like you promised."
Bluestreak struggled harder as the femme started gripping his doorwings. "I didn't promise anything!"
"But," The femme squeezed harder on Bluestreak's doorwings, bringing a cry of pain from the mech, "YOU PROMISED!"
"STOP!" Bluestreak yelled.
Opal released Bluestreak as she backed up. "You promised me!"
"When?" Bluestreak demanded.
"Every orn! You talk to me through my dreams, and you tell me every orn that you love me and want to be with me more than anything!" Opal stomped forward. "Were those lies? Were you lying to me?"
Bluestreak brought his servos out in front of him. "I didn't say anything to you! I haven't seen you in vorns! You were youngling, and I was your teacher! Nothing more!"
Opal gripped Bluestreak's wrists, slowly forcing him back. "I LOVED YOU!" Opal pushed Bluestreak against the wall. "But you didn't love me, did you?" With a clink Bluestreak froze, and glanced over to his wrist. Stasis cuffs.
Opal smiled. "You WILL love me. You WILL bond with me. YOU HAVE NO CHOICE!"
Bluestreak pulled on his restraints, hoping by some twist in fate that they would break loose from the wall. They didn't. "Please, Opal, stop! You can't do this!"
Opal brought her servo down Bluestreak's chassis, she smirked when she found the seam. "Can't I?" She brought her other servo up next to the first, and stabbed her thumbs' claws into the seam. "Open up!" She cackled.
Bluestreak screamed out as brought his pede up, and kicked the femme. "Back.. off. I'm already bonded."
Opal held her gut, where the pede had connected with her, and sneered. "Not for long you're not."
"Alloy, chain his pedes!"
Bluestreak frowned and started looking around for whoever the femme was talking to. The door behind her opened, and a huge seeker stepped in. He glanced to Bluestreak before he stepped over to him. He crouched down, and caught a kick Bluestreak aimed for his helm. He pushed the pede up against the wall, and brought a cuff around the ankle. "Are you going to give me other one as well, or do I have to do it myself?"
Bluestreak brought his other pede up, and used all the strength he could muster into another kick. Alloy only smirked as he caught, and cuffed that one too. He stood up, and walked out of the room. Not sending a second glance to Bluestreak or Opal.
Opal smiled. "Kick me now."
Bluestreak growled. "Let me go!"
"You're mine now. Just like you were always supposed to be!" Opal stepped forward. "And always will be."
"Get away!" Bluestreak struggled against the bondage as Opal got ever closer.
Opal reeled her servo back. SMACK. "Shut up!" She growled. "Stop struggling! I'm only doing what you promised you'd do! I'm helping you keep your own promise! After it's done, you'll be happy."
"If you break my bond, I'll offline!" Bluestreak growled. "Is that what you want?"
"If I can't have you, nobody can." Opal giggled. "Now, be still and relax. This will only hurt for eternity." She quickly found the seam again, and started the process of trying to force Bluestreak's chassis open.
Bluestreak's screams of agony echoed through the room, bouncing off the wall, and only getting picked back up by his own audials. "STOP! PLEASE!"
"Shut up! I'm concentrating!" Opal yelled back. With a final scream from Bluestreak, his chassis opened, and he fell limp. Opal smiled as she stared at the spark chamber. "So pretty. Alloy, get in here. He offline, so his firewalls should be down. Open his spark cha-" Opal frowned as she slowly turned around. Only to be met with blue Optics.
"Hello." The Black and green femme smiled.
Opal sneered. "Shadow Stalker."
"Oh look, the strange femme knows my designation." Shadow stalker purred.
Opal laughed as she cocked her helm to the side. "I know more than your designation. I know you too. I know that you are the most wicked femme to ever walk Cybertron, and that you stole Bluestreak from me!"
Shadow Stalker's optics narrowed. "Explain."
"Don't boss me around like you're one of my officers!"
"I SAID EXPLAIN!"
Opal snorted. "You don't remember me? I don't see how you would remember me. I got new paint, new armor. I'm all grown up, while you're still… you." Opal laughed.
Shadow Stalker growled. "Who are you?"
"Opal."
Shadow Stalker frowned as she racked her processor for the designation. She snorted as realization dawned on her. "Opal. From the youngling day center?"
"Yes."
"What's up with the paint on your face? It's tacky."
Opal growled. "It's to remind me why I do the things I do!"
"Yeah, and why is that?"
"Bluestreak." Opals optics softened. "I do it because of my love for Bluestreak." She turned and looked fondly at the limp form.
"You sure got some way of showing your love."
"Shut up, Glitch." Opal turned back to Shadow Stalker with hard optics. "You're one of the reasons he has to be terminated. You stole him from me. You stole him, and took him to whoever his bond mate is."
"Bond mates. There's two." Shadow Stalker smirked.
"TWO?" Opal growled. "ALLOY!"
"You mean the big seeker. It's because of you that he had to be terminated." Shadow Stalker mocked Opal. "If you hadn't of taken Bluestreak, he may have still been online."
"He's nothing but a caretaker. I don't need him." Opal smiled as she pulled a cord from her wrist. "I'm actually quite the technologist." Opal snickered. "I can fight you, and have his spark chamber opened in, oh, five breems." Opal laughed as she plugged the cord into the back of Bluestreak's neck. "Five breems."
Shadow Stalker growled as he unsub-spaced her sword. "Creation of a Glitch!" She yelled as she charged at the femme.
Opal laughed as she brought her arm up to block the hit. Shadow Stalker's optics widened as her sword hit Opal's armor, and bounced off, causing Opal to laugh harder. "Oh! Good try."
Shadow Stalker growled as she brought the sword up again, and hit Opal's side. Again, her sword only bounced off the armor. "Frag!"
"Hey, maybe if you hit the force field enough times, it'll stop working." Opal laughed.
"Bring the force field down, and fight me like a real warrior!"
Opal laughed harder. "It's funny because you think I'm a real warrior!" Opal's optics widened as Bluestreak's spark chamber opened. "Done!"
Shadow Stalker growled. "Don't you dare touch him!"
Opal smiled. "Make me."
Opal turned her back on Shadow Stalker. Shadow Stalker smirked as soon as she saw what she had been looking for. "Force field generators are funny, huh?"
Opal glanced back. "What do you mean?"
"Well, everything around the force field generator is protected, but," Shadow Stalker brought her sword up, and stabbed it through Opal's back. The femme's optics widened as she glanced down at the sword sticking out of her chassis, "the actually generator is open for attacks. Funny, huh?"
Opal slowly fell to her knees. "Fu…nnnyyy."
"Shadow!" Optimus stopped outside the room, and froze as Shadow Stalker pulled the blade out of Opal's back. "Are you alright?"
"I hated that Glitch."
"Blue!" Sideswipe and Sunstreaker pushed passed Optimus and then Shadow Stalker. They paused in front of Bluestreak. "Is he alright?" Sideswipe asked.
Sunstreaker frowned. "His bond is still blocked."
Optimus frowned. "Ratchet is on his way."
Sunstreaker and Sideswipe sat in the corner of the room as Ratchet did his scans. Shadow Stalker leaned against the doorway, as Optimus helped secure the area with Prowl and Skyfire. Opal's graying frame had been moved away from Bluestreak to make room for Ratchet to work.
Sideswipe finally shot up. "I can't take it anymore! Is he okay or not?"
Ratchet threw a wrench so fast nobody saw it coming. It pegged Sideswipe's helm, and he fell into a heap of hissing pain. Ratchet turned to face him. "Shut up, sparkling." He turned to Shadow Stalker. "You said she didn't have a chance to do anything with his spark?"
"Not that I saw." Shadow Stalker answered calmly.
Ratchet nodded. "From what I can tell, she forced his chassis open, forcing him into a stasis lock."
"She used a cable to force his spark chamber to open." Shadow Stalker sighed.
"When a bot is in stasis most of their firewall fails as well. It conserves energy to keep the spark online. She would have been able to push through the remaining firewall, and do whatever she wanted." Ratchet sighed, glanced over to Bluestreak who still hung from the wall, his spark chamber closed.
"Is alright, though?" Sunstreaker pushed.
Ratchet rolled his optics. "I'm getting to that, Slagger!" He huffed before he continued. "My scans say that there are foreign particles in his spark chamber, but that could just be from it being open for so long in this disgusting place. His frame will purge that out by itself. Other than the intense pain that will cause, he'll be fine. He has a few dents on his chassis from the femme ripping it open like she did, and he won't be able to close his chassis until I repair the hydraulics that keep it shut, but again, nothing that his frame, or I can't fix."
Sideswipe sat up off the floor. "So he's alright?"
"He'll be fine. Get him down from there, and be careful." Ratchet growled as Shadow Stalker pulled out her sword. "You are not cutting him down! It's a simple stasis cuff! Hack them, and get him down gently! You fraggers!" Ratchet stomped out of the room.
Bluestreak groaned as he onlined his optics. Blue optics stared down at him. "Blue!"
Bluestreak felt servos wrap around him, and squeeze. "Sideswipe! Ow!"
Sideswipe released Bluestreak. "Sorry, I was worried! Your bond was blocked, so we had no idea if you were okay or not!"
Bluestreak smiled and opened his end of the bond. Almost immediately feelings of worry and exhaustion crashed through. "Sorry." He glanced over to Sunstreaker who was sitting in the chair next to the berth. "I'm really sorry."
Sunstreaker glanced up and huffed. "Sorry isn't going to cut it. You're not going anywhere unless Sides, Shadow Stalker, Prowl, or I are with you. You're not even staying in our quarters alone anymore."
"What?" Bluestreak sat up. "That's going too far! I'm a grown mech!"
Sideswipe snorted. "You got beat up by one of your students."
Bluestreak glared at the red twin as he slammed his bond closed again.
"No!" Sideswipe threw himself onto Bluestreak's lap. "Please open it back up, please!"
Sunstreaker snorted. "Ratchet said you're free to go as soon as you woke up. He said to talk to him first though."
Bluestreak nodded. "Alright." Bluestreak pushed Sideswipe off him, and stood up. "I'm going to see Ratchet, and then Shadow Stalker and Prowl. You two go wherever you're supposed to go."
Sunstreaker shook his helm. "Whatever."
Bluestreak glared at Sunstreaker. "What?"
"I said alright, Sweetspark."
"That's what I thought." Bluestreak smiled as he walked out of room leaving the twins alone.
Sideswipe glanced over to Sunstreaker with a glare. "You know he hates it when you say whatever."
"Shut up, Aft."
"Slagger."
"Fragger."
"Pit spawn!"
Sunstreaker rolled his optics. "We're twins. If I'm a pit spawn, so are you."
Sideswipe sighed. "I can live with that."
Bluestreak sighed as he sat on a berth waiting for Ratchet to finish his last scan. "Done." Ratchet stood up. "You're good. Your spark chamber hasn't started the process of purging the foreign material yet, but it should in a couple of orns. Expect a lot of pressure and pain. It'll hurt like the pit. When it does start," Ratchet out an energon cube. "Drink this."
Bluestreak accepted it. "What is it?"
"High grade." Ratchet smirked. "You're free to go."
Bluestreak stared at the cube then up at Ratchet. "You can't turn off my sensors?"
Ratchet snorted. "I would, if I could. It's your spark chamber, not your leg or arm or scrap like that. You'll just have to power through it."
Bluestreak sighed. "Fine. Thanks."
Ratchet nodded. "Sure."
Shadow Stalker glared at Prowl as he continued talking about the importance of turning in paper work on time. He had given her that same exact speech ten times. Well, ten and half now. She honestly didn't know why he did it. He knew she didn't listen to a word he said anyways. ::Sideswipe to Shadow Stalker.::
::What?::
::Bluestreak is on his way to you.::
::Who is with him?::
::Nobody. He refused.::
Shadow Stalker snorted. She knew Bluestreak wouldn't go for it.
"What are you snorting about?" Prowl asked. "This is serious. Because you didn't turn in your budget in time. I have to completely rework everything. Ironhide might not get enough ammo, the science department might not get the repairs needed. Perhaps I should just throw your budget out, and you won't get anything."
::One second, Sides.:: Shadow Stalker glared at Prowl. "Listen here, Idiot. The femme's division needs as much stuff as any other division!"
"You should have turned in your budget on time them."
"I had ten thousand other data pads to do!"
"Learn to prioritize then. None of this is my problem anymore." Prowl turned on his heel in enough time to see Bluestreak leaning against the door way.
"Hi Prowl."
Prowl sighed and glanced back to a smirking Shadow Stalker. "Hello Bluestreak. How are you feeling?"
"Good. Fine. Almost great. How about you?"
"I am irritated."
Bluestreak smiled. "I see. Maybe you should apologize to Shadow Stalker."
"She should apologize to me. I have work to do. I will speak to you later." Prowl walked passed Bluestreak.
"That was very rude of him." Shadow Stalker commented.
Bluestreak sent a knowing glance to Shadow Stalker. "Not as rude as you not turning in your data pads on time."
::He's here, Sides. Shadow Stalker out.;: Shadow Stalker smiled. "How are you feeling."
"Prowl just asked that."
"Yeah, and you lied to him, Sire."
"And he understood that I didn't want to talk about it." Bluestreak smiled. "Oh, and nobody is chaperoning me anywhere."
Shadow Stalker stood up. "No, they are."
"Shadow Stalker I am a grown, mature, adult."
"So am I!" Shadow Stalker glared at Blue. "I can make choices too! I can also pull rank."
"So can I." Bluestreak smirked. "You forget that you belong to a Praxian family. I'm head of the family right now."
Shadow Stalker glared. "I'm not Praxian."
"Doesn't matter. You're part of my family. I'm going to do what I want, how I want, when I want. You're blowing this whole thing out of proportion."
"Out of proportion? You got kidnapped right out of your berth! The cons literally hacked a medically locked video file and tried to frame Sunstreaker! Pit, you were almost terminated!"
"I wasn't though. I don't need to be watched like a sparkling, alright."
"Fine." Shadow Stalker growled unwillingly.
Bluestreak smiled. "I know you're just worried, but you should trust my abilities a little more than that."
"You could'n't even fight off a little femme."
"She had a huge seeker backing her up!"
"He's been terminated." Shadow Stalker sighed. "As was Opal."
Bluestreak frowned. "I figured."
"She was insane."
"Yeah." Bluestreak sighed. "I'm going then." Bluestreak frowned. "I'll talk to you later."
Shadow Stalker cursed as Bluestreak left the room. "Fragging idiot."
Bluestreak sighed as dragged himself into his quarters. He frowned at all of Sunstreaker's and Sideswipe's stuff littering the floor. If it was any other orn, he would have left it all there, but it wasn't any other orn.
Bluestreak crouched down in front of one of Sunstreaker's paintings he was working on the previous night. He reached out for it before he paused. What if it wasn't really there? What if it when he touched it, he'd just be back in that dark room? He brought his servo away from the painting.
"Hey Blue, you in here?" Sunstreaker's voice carried through the room. It was obvious he spotted Bluestreak crouched in the dark room when he snorted.
Bluestreak continued staring at the painting.
"What are you doing?" Sunstreaker crouched down next to Bluestreak. "It's pretty good, right, the painting." Sunstreaker reached out to picked the painting up, only for Bluestreak to grab his servo before he could touch it.
"Don't."
Sunstreaker glanced over to Bluestreak. "Don't what?"
"If you touch it," Bluestreak's servo started to shake as he held on to Sunstreaker's servo, "This might all disappear."
Sunstreaker frowned. "Blue, this isn't going to disappear. I don't really know why you'd think it would in the first place, but I promise it won't." Sunstreaker grabbed Bluestreak's wrist, and pulled his servo to the painting.
"NO!" Bluestreak pulled against Sunstreaker's grip. "I don't want to go back!"
Sunstreaker held onto Bluestreak's servo, and forced it to touch the painting. "See? Everything is still here."
Bluestreak froze and looked back at the painting. His servo was sitting on it. Nothing was glitching out. He was home.
Sunstreaker smiled. " I don't know what that Glitch did to you, but you're safe here. Me and Sides will do any to protect you, just like Shadow Stalker. And I'll tell you one thing, if Shadow Stalker didn't have an aerial alt mode, Sides and I would have been the first ones there, and we would have fragged that slagging glitch up."
Bluestreak nodded. "I know."
"You feel better?"
Bluestreak nodded. "Yeah. You're going to hang this one up right?"
Sunstreaker glanced at the painting. Sideswipe, Bluestreak, and himself were sitting at a table playing cards. Each one had their own huge smile on their faces, and an empty cube of high grade in front of them. "If you want me to."
"Yeah. That would be nice."
