A list of who is who:
Leo: TMNT2012 One of the main two with the other being Raph.
Raph: TMNT2012 The other of the main two alongside Leo.
Leonardo: ROTTMNT Came in with his Raph who is being called Raphael.
Raphael: ROTTMNT Came in with his Leo who is being called Leonardo.
Michelangelo: TMNT2012 Different world, His Leo and Raph left only leaving behind notes.
Donatello: ROTTMNT Different world, His Leo has been missing for awhile now/Months ago.
Splinter: TMNT2012 Different world, A little older than Leo and Raph's Splinter and his worlds Leo and Raph decided to live at the Farmhouse.
Don: TMNT2012 Different world, Mikey is missing and his world's Splinter is dead.
Mike: ROTTMNT Different world.
I don't think I missed anyone but this is just a refresher on who is who.

After a little while of walking night has fallen and the group are chilling at a spot for the night.
Leo is sticking close to Raph. He finds comfort in that they come from the same world. He does glance for the others as his eyes are adjusted to the darkness.
Michelangelo and Don seem happy to stick close together. They almost seemed to have already formed a bond despite not being from the same world.
Leonardo, Raphael, and Mike are sitting by each other with Donatello close yet slightly apart from them. They seem to have grouped together feeling more comfortable with those that remind them of home.
Splinter is on the opposite side of Leo than Raph, though not sitting as close as Raph is to Leo. He glances to Leo as the other slightly glances to him.
Leo nods before turning away. He finds his attention brought to Raph who slightly slumps against him looking tired. He flickers his eyes to the others not missing that they're just as tired.
"Let us get some rest. We can converse tomorrow while we travel." Splinter speaks up getting everyone's attention to him. "For now we use the hours of night we have to rest up."
The others mummer in agreement before settling down attempting to get comfy.
Leo lays on his back with his gaze directed to the stars above. He can't help thinking about the world that had crumbled. He finds it rather scary to not truly know what caused that to happen; that it could happen to any world at any time. He finds his thoughts interrupted as a hand rests on his arm. He turns to look to Raph who stares back seriously.
"You have something on your mind." Raph whispers to Leo who sighs softly.
"It's nothing that important." Leo sees the look Raph gives him so he continues. "I was just thinking about the world that collapsed. That it could just end up happening at any time. I try to brush it off but my mind keeps going back to it. I know I shouldn't worry." He admits which makes Raph seem pleased that he did so.
"It is a scary thought. Knowing what could happen." Raph agrees as the two stare at each other. "Nothing we can do to stop it if, and I really mean if, that ends up ever happening. So let's just enjoy everything and just live our lives."
Leo nods softly finding a small smile come to his lips. He feels Raph pull his hand away and he wants to reach out to hold it. He pushes that feeling away and closes his eyes to try to sleep. He does find that Raphs words do help ease his mind. He falls asleep after just a little of laying there.
The next day the group is on the move. All hoping they'll find someplace to help them figure out where they are. They keep their eyes open for any sign of a town or a city. They pause as they come up to a spot where tire tracks are seen.
"These could lead us to somewhere that might be helpful!" Donatello brings up glancing in both directions.
It is hard to tell which direction whatever car made these were coming or going.
"Lets try this way. After all both directions will technically lead somewhere." Donatello suggests and the others nod so he takes the lead.
Leo glances to Raph who walks beside him. He can tell that the other has something on his mind. "Do you wanna talk?" He inquires quietly to not draw the attention of anyone else.
Raph glances to him letting their eyes meet before he turns away to look ahead. "It's not really something I'd want to talk about with others around." He admits which Leo is glad that it's at least something.
"Okay. Then we can talk about something else." Leo offers to which Raph nods his head in agreement.
"Hey! Check that out!" Michelangelo speaks up before pointing to something.
Hidden in the trees sits a home though it's hard to tell if it's occupied.
"A good place to start." Raph leads as they head towards it.
"Hold on." Leo speaks up causing them to stop as Raph turns to him. "What if they're humans? We can't be seen." He reminds him to which Raph looks away slightly annoyed, though understands.
Suddenly a child runs by giggling as if chasing something.
They all wonder where the child's parents are.
A moment later as if on cue a woman runs by calling out to the child. "Get back here! You know you're not supposed to wander so far!" She's wearing a navy blue unzipped sweater, a black beanie, a black t-shirt, space designed leggings, and grey runners. She easily catches up with the child and picks her up before sighing in relief. "I swear I turn my back for one second and you decide that running off sounds great. Just follow the tortoise next time maybe. He has so much energy." She turns not shifting her child in her grasp. She pauses as she glances around though the group is already in hiding. "Hm." She shrugs it off and heads to go inside. "I wonder if our neighbours could watch you again next Saturday. I'm surprised you're not scared of them since they're mutants. Though they're really nice so I guess it makes sense." She disappears inside the house.
The group glance to each other all already having decided to go find these neighbours. They sneak away and begin to look for where these neighbours are located.
"Guys!" Mike calls and runs off into the trees disappearing from view.
The others quickly try to chase after him... Only to leap past those same trees and find no sign of the small turtle. They glance around though still have no clue where he had gone.
"Mike?" Raphael tries calling out hoping to get the other to respond.
Mike doesn't respond which is starting to worry the group.
A bush rustles diagonally towards their right causing them all to turn to that direction.
Mike comes through with bright eyes. "Guys! I think I found the neighbours!" He tells them before blinking seeing the group relax from their worry.
"Maybe next time try to stay with the group." Leo tells Mike who gives an apologetic smile. "Lead the way."
They all follow Mike as he takes them to where he found the neighbours. They see that it looks like a pretty simple home.
This home looks like it could comfortably fit at least two people.
"You're sure that this is the one with mutants?" Raphael glances to Mike to make sure that the other is sure.
Mike nods his head. "Yeah. I caught a glimpse of a figure in the window. Didn't get too good of a look but it definitely wasn't human."
"It's worth a try." Splinter decides so they all nod and head towards the front door. He gently knocks to which after they wait for a reply.
The door opens revealing a rather confused looking Raph. He looks to be from the non Rise style world.
"Hi." Leo decides to take the explaining. "We kind of need some help on something. We're from other worlds but we got pulled into a dying world we just escaped. Though we're not really sure where we landed."
This Raph seems to at least grasp generally what Leo is talking about. "Well you're pretty far from the city. I guess you can come in." He moves out of the way letting the group inside. He heads away for a few moments before returning. He gestures for them to follow and takes them to the living room where a Leo looks up.
This Leo puts away his phone that he was looking at so they can talk to their guests.
This Raph turns to face them while standing by the Leo from here. "Okay. So you need to find a way back to your worlds." He clearly must have given the quick version to the Leo next to him.
"Yeah." Splinter confirms taking a step forward. "Is this worlds Donatello here? Perhaps he has something that can help."
This Raph shakes his head surprising the group. "No. Things kind of ended up where Donnie and Mikey live elsewhere." He doesn't really seem like he wants to explain the reason. "We could ask the neighbour to give you all a ride to the city. They're pretty nice. Otherwise you'd have to walk there."
"Perhaps we should see if we can get a ride to the city." Splinter decides which this Raph nods to this.
"Can I ask you two something?" Michelangelo inquires which does seem to make the two unsure about agreeing, which does intrigue the group to curiosity. "Please."
"Fine. We'll see what it is." This Raph agrees which Michelangelo is glad to hear this.
"Did you two leave just leaving notes? Basically to just say you guys were leaving?"
Leo knows why Michelangelo is asking this. He can't help also wondering if this Leo and Raph are indeed Michelangelo's versions.
The Leo and Raph exchange glances at hearing this.
"Sorry. It's just the Leo and Raph from my world did that. I don't hold a grudge for them doing that. Or even ask them to come back if they don't want to." Michelangelo shifts on his feet a little nervously. "I just kind of wanted to learn more of their reason for leaving. Maybe that question was stupid. Forget I asked."
Leo wants to move closer to give Michelangelo some comfort. He doesn't get a chance as the Raph does respond.
"Yes. We did. It wasn't something that came lightly." Raph admits as Michelangelo peeks up with hope. "We actually denied the idea many times before eventually agreeing to it. We changed our minds when sensed kept talking about it being better to find partners outside the family. He even tried to set Leo up with Usagi which Leo didn't want. We felt like we couldn't come out with our relationship and that we had to leave to stay together."
Michelangelo blinks at this. "Sensei never said anything about that to me or Donnie." He admits. "I'm so sorry you two felt like the only way to truly express your true emotions was to leave."
"I am sorry your Splinter is that way." Splinter speaks up gaining everyone's attention. "If it had been me I wouldn't have minded and been happy. As long as you two are happy and treat each other well I see no issue with it."
"Same! I love you both all the same! And I'm happy you could find someone you're happy with!" Michelangelo adds offering the two a wide smile.
This Leo and Raph smile relaxing at hearing this.
"Thanks." This Leo tells Michelangelo and Splinter only for Michelangelo to hug him, causing this Raph to chuckle as his mate hugs their brother back.
"It's good to know that we've found one of our worlds. Plus that he found out what had happened." Raph mentions to Leo who nods his head to him as they stand side by side.
"We still will need to find a way to get us all home." Splinter adds gaining their attention.
"The offer is still open for us asking our neighbour to drive you into town. Where you should be able to find Donnie who should be able to help. We're the main two households out here for miles. So they'd be our best and probably only option to give you guys a ride." This Raph explains as Michelangelo pulls away from his eldest brother. "They don't care that we're mutants just like April and Casey."
"That is indeed good news. If they can help us get to the city then it'd be great." Splinter agrees to which this Leo gets up.
"I'll go ask if they can. I'm sure they'll be happy to help." This Leo heads off to go speak with their neighbour.
"Do you want to stay here or come along? I won't be upset if you two want to stay out here. I just wanted to know if you wanted to come. Me and Donnie could talk sense into Splinter. If you want to come that is." Michelangelo inquires trying to not guilt trip his brother into going home.
"Sorry Mikey but we might stay out here. Thanks for the offer and we do miss you guys. It's just were a bit more comfortable out here."
"I understand." Michelangelo assures this Raph. "We could communicate in letters perhaps. So you can feel like we're still a part of your lives. We can use April or Casey's address for the messages being sent to the city." He offers getting a smile from the other.
"That's a good idea baby bro." This Raph rubs the top of Michelangelo's head in a sibling affection movement.
Michelangelo chuckles at this happening before the other moves his hand away.
The others move away letting Michelangelo and his brother to have some time together.
Leo approaches Raph who turns to him before leading him into another room. He follows doubting anyone else saw them as they were all distracted with their own talks. "Do you wanna talk?" He invites leaning his back against the kitchen wall. He blinks as Raphael moves closer to him, only for the other to place his hands on his shoulders. He doesn't get another word out when said other presses their lips together. He is frozen in surprise while Raph kisses him. He's snapped out of it when he feels the others tongue lick his lips asking for entrance. He finds himself melting into the kiss he's dreamed about for so long. He wraps his arms around Ralph's torso letting the other lean more into him, as he opens his mouth to let the make out session between them begin. His eyes fluttering closed as he enjoys this soft moment between each other. He slightly gasps as Raph manages to slide himself in between his legs. He breaks the kiss to which Raph goes for his neck so he tries to hold back a churr. "R-Raph." He stutters out silently admitting that the kisses and nips feel so good, however there is one issue. "The others are just over there. We can't here." He doesn't remember when his hands moved to clutch at Raphs shoulders, most likely when Raph started going for his neck.
Raph gives a small whine in response to this.
"We can do this later when we get home. And have actual alone time." Leo tries to be stern, though even just the feeling of Raphs breath on his neck sends pleasure through him. "Not here where they can catch us."
"Fine." Raph presses his nose close to Leo's throat taking an inhale of his scent, which makes Leo gasp a little, before he pulls away. "But when we get back home you're all mine." His tone is rather demanding and dominant.
Leo feels himself get turned on by Raphs dominant attitude, which wouldn't be the first time. "Okay." He agrees causing Raph to grin and himself to blush. He tries to settle his blush before he will get caught with it. He doesn't really want the others to see him like this. He has to take a few moments but he does manage to calm his blush down. "Guess I found out why you were grumpy before." He slightly teases trying to distract himself.
"Yeah well it wasn't really an in front of them thing."
"But hearing about two others being together helped you come out of your shell." Leo points out turning to start to head back to the others.
Raph slightly rolls his eyes at this. "Yeah yeah. Come on. We should head back to them before they pick up on whats going on. Unless you want them to."
"We can tell our worlds family when we're ready." Leo tells him and heads to the others with Raph following.
They make it back just in time as the other Leo comes back.
"She agreed that she can take you into town." The other Leo tells them which is a relief to them. "Itll be a bit of a drive but Donnie will be more likely able to help. Especially compared to us way out here."
"Thank you. We really appreciate you helping us as much as you can." Splinter mentions to which the other Leo dips his head.
"It's fine." The other Leo tries to shrug it off as if it's not a big deal. "I don't see why we wouldn't do so."
A few moments later the neighbour they had seen earlier comes over. She leaves her child with this Raph and Leo before leading the group to the car.
Michelangelo is the last to leave the residence with a promise to write to them.
Luckily the car is big enough to barely fit all of them, with some sitting in the spacious trunk though it still works.
Leo slightly glances to Raph as they are sitting next to each other. He reaches out gently brushing his hand against the other.
Raph holds onto his hand making Leo smile a little.
Some of the others are talking to each other to try to help the drive pass by faster.
As the drive continues onward Leo eventually lays his head on Raph's shoulder. He does feel a little tired.
"If you want to rest you can. I'll wake you up if needed." Raph whispers to Leo who closes his eyes to see if he can get any rest.
Leo does manage to fall asleep as he's actually kind of comfy. He awakens awhile later when Raph nudges him. He raises his head enough to look to the other meeting his eyes.
"We're almost there." Raph informs him quietly to which Leo nods his head.
Leo fully sits up letting himself fully awaken. He can see the city coming up by looking out the windshield. He feels a little comfort at seeing the familiarity of the city, even though this isn't his world. He can't wait to get home to his world where the two of them can relax with their brothers, well the ones from their world that is.
The woman pulls up to a good spot where Splinter confirms that this is good.
"Thank you so much!" Leo mentions as everyone else gives their thanks for the ride.
"Oh it's really no problem." The woman assured them waving it off.
They all climb out and follow Michelangelo as he takes the lead. They head down into the sewers with practiced ease.
Michelangelo leads them through the familiar tunnels and right into the lair.
This worlds Donnie stops his pacing in the living room and turns at the entrance.
"Dee!" Michelangelo hurries towards him practically tackling the other into a hug.
This Donnie returns the hug. "You're safe!" He sighs as if a weight has been lifted.
"I have so much to tell you!" Michelangelo clearly doesn't want to pull away.
This Donnie notices the group. "Clearly." He confirms his brother's statement.
Soon enough they are all sitting in the living room where Michelangelo explains everything.
"You found them?!" This Donnie questions when Michelangelo tells him about finding their worlds brothers.
Michelangelo nods. "Yeah. I can understand why they felt they had to leave."
"Honestly me too. I wish I knew and could have helped them. But at least we know they're doing alright."
Michelangelo nods in agreement with his brother. "Should we tell our Splinter?"
"Not yet." This Donnie tells his brother. "We'll figure out a few things before we do that." He turns to the others at seeing Michelangelo agree. "For now we'll focus on trying to get all of you home."
"Do you have a machine that can do that?" Raph inquires getting a shake of the head from this Donnie.
"No. Not yet anyways. I have a machine that might work if I make some tweaks to it though." This Donnie explains to them.
"If you want we can help." Donatello offers to which Don gives an agreeing nod.
"It'll probably go faster the more hands we have." This Donnie agrees to this.
"I can handle explaining why we have other world versions with us to our Splinter." Michelangelo offers. "You guys can focus on the machine to help them get home."
"Thanks Mikey." This Donnie nods so the three Donnies head off to the lab to begin.
Michelangelo turns to the group. "Go ahead and relax. I've got talking to our worlds Splinter." He heads off to go try to find where his worlds Splinter is. He does try the bedroom first and heads in as if finding the other there.
The group slightly glance to each other.
"Do we just each go home or visit each of our worlds?" Mike inquires glancing around at everyone that remains here.
"It might be easier to go from one world to another." Splinter is the one to speak up causing them all to turn to him. "Though we may have to wait for the verdict on what they were able to do."
They all share nods at this realizing that he's right. They separate into their own groups for now to wait.
Mike, Leonardo and Raphael group together to talk a bit.
Splinter sits back on the couch letting himself relax for now.
Leo and Raph stick together moving a little away from the others.
"Leo." Raph begins and Leo listens to what he has to say. "If we did have the option would you go to the other worlds first? Or go home?"
Leo blinks and thinks for a moment. "I mean it'd be nice to go home. Though maybe we could see if we could help in the other worlds. Well the ones that have some missing that is. It feels wrong to have some of us missing in some worlds."
"Is this because most of the ones missing are Leo's?" Raph presses slightly clearly knowing his brother well. He can probably already see his answer knowing Leo so well.
"Maybe." Leo admits a little softly. "It's also just that it feels wrong for any of us to be missing. For all of us not to be together."
"I understand." Raphs words surprise Leo who blinks as he meets his eyes. "When you were gone for training it felt wrong to not have you around. So I can understand those feelings hearing others in other worlds are missing."
"I'm sorry I didn't come home on time when I should have." Leo glances away guiltily.
"If you don't mind me asking. Why did you stay away longer than planned?" Raph sounds kind of curious about this and Leo feels like he owes an explanation.
"Well I was getting ready to head back and of course that's when things end up going wrong. This thing came out blocking the way for me to be able to go home. It needed to be defeated if I wanted to get back home. It ended up not being as easy as I thought it'd be on my own. I had to train a little longer and find a way to defeat that thing. I don't even know how to describe the thing. It was almost like a hulking black bear with a longer tail. Yet so much bigger. That's the best way I can try to describe it. Anyways, I did finally beat it. Only to realize it had attacked the plane I had taken to get there. My way home. I had to fix that before I could get back. I did it anyways because there was no way I was going to just give up and leave you guys, leave you behind. I was determined to get home no matter what. That's why it took me longer than planned to get home."
"I see." Raph slightly glances away as Leo didn't hide that he wasn't lying. He is quiet for a moment before he smirks softly. "Damn Leo. Taking down a monster all by yourself. That takes some damn skill." He pats Leo's back as the other chuckles.
"I think of it as I ended up getting lucky than using skill." Leo tells Raph who snorts at this.
"Come on. You'd need skill to be able to defeat what you described. Give yourself some more credit." Raph blinks when Leo lays his head on his shoulder. He moves hjs hand from Leo's back to gently caress Leo's head.
"Thank you Raph." Leo mentions as he enjoys the affection. "I'm sorry things didn't work out and I didn't come back on time."
"It's fine Leo. What matters is that you did come back." Raph points out making Leo smile a little more.
After awhile of hanging out the Donnies return.
Everyone turn to them.
"Well the machine we got that should help can only go to one world at a time. Before it would need a recharge. So the best way might be if we send you guys through one world, then you use a machine to go toy he next." This Donnie explains. "Trying to make one that can go from to the other without needing a very large recharge would take way too long."
"The plan works." Leo tells them and Splinter nods in agreement to this. "Thank you for this."
They all head to the lab and to the machine.
"Which world do you guys think would be the best to go to first?" This Donnie inquires while standing at the control panel.
The group glances to each other as they each think it over.
"Why don't we go to Splinters world first?" Leo suggests gaining attention onto him. "It is one of the ones without anything going on like anyone missing."
The others mummer in agreement also picking up that they probably should let Splinter rest.
Splinter is much older than the rest of them.
"Sounds like it's decided." This Donnie gestures Splinter over who goes over. He uses a small device to scan Splinter to which the machine springs to life. "Okay. It's picked up on where his world is. The portal may not lead to the lab, but it'll be somewhere by one of the others. It'll follow the connection to one of them." He tells them and a portal forms for them to go through. "You gotta hurry! Go now!"
They all run through with Leo making sure Splinter gets in before going through. They all see that they got through with Michelangelo staying behind. They see that they've landed at the farmhouse.
"What in the world?!" Leonardo questions glancing around. "Out here?!"
"Ah. We can say hello to my worlds Leo and Raph." Splinter heads towards the house as the rest of the group follow.
"You guys don't know about the farmhouse?" Leo notices that any who seem to come from a version of Leonardo's world, one where the turtles look very different, don't know about the farmhouse.
"Nope. Nothing." Leonardo confirms with Raphael, Donatello, and Mike nodding to this.
"Huh. Interesting." Leo mentions and their attention is turned away as they get closer to the house.
They're almost by the porch when this worlds Raph steps out through the door to the house.
This Raph blinks at seeing them then heads over. "What the hell is going on here?!" He questions glancing to the group.
"It is good to see you again my son." Splinter speaks up gaining Raphs attention. "I will explain everything. Let us head inside first."
Before anything can be said or done the door opens once more.
"Raph? I heard you suddenly rush somewhere. Is everything okay?" This worlds Leo questions as he steps out onto the porch.
The group get a good look at him and are surprised by what they see.
This Leo has some scars of slashes across his eyes. His movements are very cautious. He doesn't even look in the direction of the group.
"Splinter just showed up with a bunch of other turtles and he said he'll explain." This Raph tells the other making the situation click.

I did end up deciding to go with a Leo who's story I am working on. It will be called A Sudden Change. I can't tell you when that one will be finished but it is in the works.
I have decided to post this first chapter and post the other chapters as I complete them. Kind of in a way to speed up the writing process of this story. Since other stories are ones that keep coming up for me being inspired compared to this one.
In case you didn't know how my writing style works, I like to have many stories being worked on at the same time. My phones notes are mostly stories I am working on, or story ideas that I haven't started yet including ones I may never start. I do this to follow my mood, inspiration, and other such things. So I can write a completely different story if I need to pause on one for whatever reason. This includes trying to figure something out for that story, or even loss of interest in that story for a bit. So yeah I have many many stories I work on all at once. Plus it allows me to write when I'm laying in bed and can't sleep or just before I fall asleep. Which has lead to some funny results, I've had to change some sentences because I'd look at them, sometime after I woke up, and they'd make no sense. I do really enjoy doing things this way and I don't plan on changing things.
Sorry about the long note.
This will continue to be written on my phone so hopefully I catch the autocorrects.
