PS: I curse Rue and SneakWriter (creator of Recompense) for suggesting some action. xD You, woman, gave me too many images. And also, I watched too much Outlast DLC for my own good. I regret nothing!

Maybe I should make this Rated "M?"

Chapter 19

Tap. Tap. Tap.

Loki had gone for another smoothie Clint made, and was surprisingly happy to have gotten his appetite back. It had been so long since he had a proper meal, but he wouldn't push is luck just yet. He was just glad that he was back to the normal delicious foods instead of the scrap thrown by his captors.

Tap. Tap. Tap.

Loki's chin rested on the pillow on the table, while Natasha continued to tap her fingers.

Tap. Tap.

Something was up.

Loki noticed Natasha slowly unraveling, showing her nervousness from the tapping. Even with her straight face, Loki could see the way her body tensed every now and then. Loki wasn't even going to start with Clint, who had been verbally terrorizing him for the past 30 minutes and yet he wasn't much of a competition.

Clint had dozed off after his defeat.

Loki sipped the smoothie and teethed the straw.

He noticed Natasha eying a few Agents across the room, probably of the same division as them, but on a different level. He saw Natasha glare at the woman across the table. Loki continued to question whether this was the supposed chaos that was purposely ripping him apart from the inside.

Loki couldn't tell, because it was far too quiet for his taste.

Something was definitely wrong when Loki glowered at them. They weren't wearing the normal shield uniform, which made Loki a bit suspicious. He secretly wanted to go back to Thor and see if his brother was alright. As much as he enjoyed Clint and Natasha's company and their acceptance of him, he still didn't trust them.

They were liars for a reason.

And they worked for liars and killers of their own, so he had to be cautious around them.

Loki felt that pull again, beaconing him and telling him to stay away. The chaos bubbled inside of him, and it was telling him it would be worse. He saw Natasha tap her fingers again, making an irritable growl that made Loki speak out his mind for the sake of an answer. He hated not knowing, but he did love to pry at people's personal spaces.

That was one of the many traits that he had that most of Asgard hated.

"Do you notice, Agent Romanov?" Loki mumbled. "Do you sense it as well?"

Natasha eyed him as she back handed Clint's shoulder for him to wake up from where he was nodding off. "Wha-?"

"The eerie sound of the start of chaos, Agent Barton."

"I don't hear anything."

"He's right." Natasha muttered. "Look around you, Clint. We've been in this cafeteria for who knows how long. The Agents here are eying us, and it's too quiet."

"I like the silence." He yawned.

Loki glanced at the direction Natasha was glaring at before. There was a woman smiling at him, with long brown hair tied up in a pony tail. Her cheek bones noticeably showing and her curved body tight around her clothes making her look flexible along with her polished up face.

She eyed Loki seductively, but Loki wasn't buying it.

He did not find her attractive at all. He noticed her stand up, hand going for her ear and nodding for confirmation. She lowered her hand and took her gun out, aiming it at Loki.

Loki's eyes widened and shot from where he rested his head and with a flick of his wrists, his magic pushed up the woman's hand and redirected her gun to the ceiling.

BANG!

"Spoke too soon." Clint almost toppled off his seat. "What the hell!?" He screamed, staring at Loki's glowing green hand. "What are you doing?"

"She was aiming her gun at me!" Loki argued.

"Sleep later, Clint." Natasha hissed.

BANG!BANG!BANG!BANG!

Four shots fired.

The woman mercilessly killed the friends she was chatting, causing the other Agents to start firing back and duck under the table for cover. Some others who did not have weapons, fled the vicinity.

The woman gave a look to the guy near the corner by the food stall and immediately, there was a collaboration. He started shooting the staff members of the cafeteria, causing mass panic.

"Looks like we have two more rogue Agents." Clint scowled.

"To me, it looks as if they came to finish the job." Loki said dryly. "And I am not the only target."

"Stand down, Agents." Natasha was on her feet, gun in her hand.

The woman shot at Natasha, which Loki managed to deflect with a green force field that flickered disturbingly. Natasha turned to Loki hesitantly as the two Agents started firing at them, with Loki being the only defense they have.

"How long can you keep this up?" Natasha asked.

"Not long." Loki winced. "My body may be healed but this is my reserves, it is the energy that is keeping me on my feet. The longer I hold out, the faster it drains me."

"Save your energy." Clint said. "And damn, you better start talking about what you're capable of."

"Later." Natasha started shooting back when Loki's force field disappeared. Loki started breathing rapidly, sweat trickling down his forehead.

"Get down." Natasha ordered.

She pulled Clint down as a stray bullet hit the window, just as Loki ducked under the table with them. Loki enjoyed the small chaos despite the unfortunate casualties but he hated being in the middle of it. It would have been much more fun if he was watching from a distance.

Soon, someone else was shooting at the rogue duo.

"Agent Hill, we have two rogue Agents in the canteen." Natasha called through her ear piece. "They started shooting out of nowhere. Our entrances are blocked."

"Give me details." She questioned.

"Guy and Girl." Clint relayed. "The woman's name is Fischer from combat ops. She was once from the interrogation unit. The guy is Newlowe from tech support, was once a quinjet pilot."

"That's odd, why would they start shooting?" Hill breathed. "Okay, tell me if there's something wrong with their eyes."

"Loki, are they controlled by the Other?" Natasha asked.

"I would know if they were being controlled." Loki answered. "But no, they are acting on their own free will. And the Other does not possess such powers to randomly get into people's minds. He has to have a connection to the person as well as having the scepter."

"Is that who I think it is?"

"We took him for some early lunch." Natasha interjected. "He's not a threat. And he's been a big help so far. We'll talk about that later."

"Fury's not happy with this."

"We're not looking to impress him." She hissed. "Ask Steve, it's his idea to inform Loki of the attempt on his life. And this looks like one of those attempts, but they're persistent on killing everyone who gets in their way."

"Fury's asking about the casualties."

"4 combat Agents dead." Natasha eyed Fischer, who shot two more Agents. "There's 2 more down, but they're from maintenance. 1 cafeteria staff wounded, 4 dead. Total of 10 down and counting."

"I'm sending some back up." Hill breathed.

"Better hurry up, it's getting bloody down here." Clint muttered, starting to throw things.

"Don't kill the rogues. I repeat, don't kill the rogues."

"Why don't you want us to kill the rogues?" He repeated.

"That is ridiculous." Loki scoffed.

"Fury wants them alive for interrogation. Bring them down gently. We need to know why they're doing this. Bring them down gently."

"Gently is no longer in our vocabulary." Natasha replied. "Are you sure Fury wants them alive?"

"Positive. Back up will be there in five minutes."

"Copy." She gave Loki a look. "He wants them alive."

"Is your Director serious?" Loki stared at the two.

"Beats me." Clint huffed, taking out his gun and shot at the Newlowe. His aim was a little off, bouncing towards the soda machine. It was enough to throw the man off guard and look for cover.

Fischer noticed and shot blindly at the two, who ran out of the table and started shooting back. Loki watched as Natasha got close and spun a low kick, dragging the woman by her pony tail and punching her hard on the nose before she broke her arm and kicked her straight on the chest, sending her to the nearest table.

Effectively knocking her out.

"Impressive." Loki winced.

He sat under the table, his pillow right next to him, continuing to watch in amusement as Newlowe snuck up to the side and aimed at him. Loki looked up and stared at him.

"Nothing personal." Newlowe said. "Just following orders."

"Order's up!" Clint came up from behind and knocked him out with a frying pan.

"Should I congratulate you?" Loki smirked.

"Shut up." He huffed. "I can make a funny joke with this."

The door opened and three heavily armed Agents came through the door way, and they looked suspicious. Clint and Natasha were just getting warmed up as they stared at the three.

"The name is Jack, this is Harvor and Tino." Jack said. "We'll take over from here."

He was one of the guy's Sitwell spoke with earlier and he was leading this rogue blood fest. Really hoping that he would be able to do his job right for Hydra.

"You two can go."

"Natasha, Clint." Hill called them both through the comms. "I'm looking at the bloodbath happening there. Those three aren't the ones I sent. They've been replaced. I'm calling the Avengers."

"What about Loki?" Natasha pretended not to hear Hill.

The three men eyed Loki, who shifted from under the table. Loki gave the two assassins a look of confusion when Tino answered.

"He's staying."

"Not happening." Natasha glared.

"He needs to stay for interrogation. He was effectively in the area, and he could be behind this sudden attack."

"Don't listen to them." Hill called over the comms. "The Avengers are on their way! Thor's running with Steve and Stark."

"Did Fury give you orders?" Clint redirected. "Didn't think so. So who the hell are you working for and why?"

The big man in the middle named Harvor aimed his gun at Natasha and the others followed by aiming at Clint and Loki. Natasha backed up, dropped her weapon and Clint did the same with the frying pan. They were armed with machine guns, and doing anything stupid would result in serious injury. They didn't want to push their luck.

Loki sat there silently, bemused about the situation.

"You might be compromised, Agent." Jack said.

"Compromised my ass." Clint shouted at the guy. "We're the ones who called for backup, and we're the ones who stopped them. Who the hell are you anyways?"

"Like I said, I'm jack."

"And you're also Lance from level 6." Natasha said, unfazed. "They nicknamed you Jack."

"It's nothing personal, Ma'am." He said. "Just following orders."

"On whose orders?"

"None of your business." He grinned, pulling out two stun grenades. "Say hello to my modified M84 stun grenade, it's effects last longer and is more painful that you could ever imagine. It'll be better if you died than to survive this bad baby."

"You're insane." Clint said.

"Probably."

Jack made a gesture to Harvor, who aimed his gun at Clint's thigh, bringing the archer to his knees.

"Shit!" Clint cursed.

Loki's eyes widened as the archer went down, hissing in pain as Natasha went down with him to see if he was alright. The gun was right next to her, and Loki could see Natasha glancing at him for help, but Loki froze.

Why does he keep freezing?

This was supposed to be normal, this was supposed to be amusing, so when did it stop being so entertaining? Was it because the way one of the men looked at him? Was that it? Was there lust in there that Loki feared. He couldn't move, no matter how much he wanted to help. All he could see was a memory replaying in his mind, that he was helpless. They took advantage of his kindness, and Loki did not want that to happen to him again, he did not want to show kindness as a weakness.

Never again.

"Sorry for this." Jack threw one stun grenade at Clint and Natasha while he threw the other one towards Loki. "You two were amazing. And Loki, wish I you'd stick around more."

The first stun grenade was about to go off, and the three Agents hid behind the counter.

"Tasha!" Clint shouted, wincing in pain.

"On it!"

Natasha swung a kick at the stun grenade, sending it to the other side of the room, turning her head away and covering her eyes. Loki however, wasn't lucky enough to survive it. He didn't know what a stun grenade was and thought that the worst was over when Natasha had kicked it.

BANG!

He did not expect bright blinding white light to affect him and a soft ringing in his ears.

"What in the nine realms?" Loki mouthed.

Loki's eyes burned in pain as he blinked in frustration, rubbing at his eyes. Soon, Loki heard Natasha calling out his name in panic as she pulled Clint out of the way to duck for cover.

"LOKI! THE GRENADE!" She shouted.

Too late.

Loki realized there was still another, and it was right in front of him. Loki was too late when it went off and blinded him, making his hearing worse. Loki felt sick to his stomach when the effects did not cease. His stomach churned at the pain that erupted through his body and by the nine when he opened his eyes...

He could not see anything!

"Help." Loki weakly called out.

He could handle an explosion, he had been through that, but when the man said modified technology, he should have listened. His eyes burned in pain, and his muscles ached. The strands on the end of his hair were slightly burnt and his some parts of his clothes were torn, but there wasn't any physical damage.

Loki blinked, still nothing.

His eyes were wide open but there was nothing passing through. There was white in his eyes, and he was too shocked to move. He started breathing erratically and tried to think of what happened to him, only to realize the effects.

He abruptly stood up and collided with the table.

Darkness.

Dark.

It was so Dark!

HELP!

HELP ME!

"NORNS!" Loki grabbed his head and complained loudly. "I cannot see!"

"Loki!" Natasha grabbed her gun and started shooting. "Stay where you are!"

Loki could barely hear her with all the ringing going on in his ears, and what was worse was that he couldn't see anything at all. He felt the shock creep up to him again, making him halt his movements. He heard shuffling and more guns being fired continuously.

Natasha and Clint hid behind the counters, while Natasha gave Clint some first aid.

"Where's that back up Hill!?" Natasha said.

"Shit, I'm bleeding." Clint paled.

"Thor's barreling down there as fast as he can. They're being halted by four more guys at the elevator." Hill said. "I don't know what's happening and we can't decipher who's targeting who or who they're working for!"

"Clint's been shot!" She called out. "Loki's blind!"

"Give Barton first aid! I don't know about Loki. Just hang tight they're on their way."

"We're getting killed down here!"

"Fury's gathering up a team for cleanup. Just do your job, you know the drill."

"Do you want them dead?"

"What about the first two?"

"Knocked out." Clint breathed out in pain.

"Then kill them."

Harvor and Tino focused on attacking Natasha and Clint while Jack went up to Loki, who was rubbing at his eyes furiously, hoping for them to work. Loki was shaking his head in confusion, and heard someone walking beside him.

He still couldn't see.

Dark. So DARK! BLIND. He'sBlind! He cannot see... dark, it's too dark!

"I see the effects are working just fine." Jack smirked, kneeling down. "You're actually pretty, do you know that?" Loki growled, especially when the man squeezed his jaw and turned his head to face him. "You're actually one hell of a prize. You barely look alien compared to that Other guy."

In anger and in blindness, Loki slapped the man's hand away and pushed him, making the guy lose his balance.

"Feisty." He laughed. "I like them when they struggle."

Loki hated people talking about him in such a sexual and feminine kind of way. He really hated it when they did that, and to top it all, he could recall so many events that were far worse than this one.

"Bastard." Loki cursed, he reached out for the table.

He heard the footsteps and immediately grabbed for the metal pole under the table and yanked it off its hinges, sending it right towards his aggressor with great impact, hitting him square on the chest.

"AHhhhhhh! You asshole! RAhhh! Ah!" Jack screamed, as he hit the counter. "Helpuuurrghhlll.."

Harvor and Tino stopped shooting, and Natasha and Clint eyed what happened.

The fragments of wood were all over the place and the metal pole was sticking through his body. His ribs broken and blood seeped out of him, making to cafeteria tiles look like it came straight from a horror movie. The man began to scream, and choke in his own blood, squirming to death.

"Oh my god." Natasha breathed heavily, as they watched the man die.

"He wasn't this aggressive before." Clint paled.

"He's a caged animal, Clint." She swallowed. "If you cage them for too long, they'll lash out. And Loki's momentarily blind, you can't blame him for this."

"I'm worried about Fury blaming him!"

"He's defending himself."

"YOU BASTARD!" Harvor screamed. "NOW THAT IS PERSONAL!"

Loki's head throb and felt panic rise from his chest.

He could hear someone walking his way, and he cursed silently. His eyes hurt so much, and out of fear, Loki reached out for his reserved magic and raised his hand.

"Can you hear me you damn war criminal!?" Harvor began to taunt, shouting loudly. "I'm so glad we got orders to try and kill you and maybe we will prevail but you are a goddamn monster! A criminal psychopath alien and you're just fucking like the rest of us you hear me!? YOU asshole! CAN YOU HEAR ME YOU DEAF jerk!"

Shut up. SHUT UP. Be ! SILENCE!

Loki's hands began to glow.

"What are you doing!?" The man stopped.

The metal from the railings of the food stalls in the cafeteria started to bend over, creasing itself as it unhinged itself. Five pipes glowed green, floating above and pointed straight at the man.

"Stop..." Harvor called. "STOP!"

The pipes shot right at him, pinning him to the wall. It aimed right at his neck, stomach, both his legs and the last was his mouth.

"I heard you." Loki trembled silently.

"Oh my god." Clint eyed the dead body, now hanging on the wall with the pipes. "This has to stop, Nat. Fury will be pissed. Even if Loki's defending himself, this has gone too far!"

"Loki! STOP!" Natasha called. "You're fine! We're right here. Let us handle it!"

Loki rubbed his eyes again and noticed his eye sight beginning to return, but it was all still a blur. He looked up to see what he had done, he could barely see it, but the figure and blood was enough to distinguish what he had caused.

"Nononono..." Loki cursed.

His body screamed for him to get up and run away, to go to Thor and confess what he had done. Surely they wouldn't pin this on him entirely, won't they? Loki stood up and lost his footing. He got back to his feet and breathed hard, focusing. Tino was staring at him, in panic. The man dropped the gun and started backing away in fear.

"Please." He begged.

Loki saw it as a threat and he panicked. Loki waved his wrist and the guy's neck snapped, dropping him to the ground.

By the nine Loki was startled by this.

"You mortals are so fragile." Loki winced at his own voice, not even sure if it was still his. "You die so easily." It was so hardened and devoid of emotion that it was probably the effects of shock still in his system.

Natasha pulled Clint up to his feet, and placed him on a chair.

"Stay." She ordered.

They assessed the damage. So many had died, and not only that, the two assassins witnessed something more than just a murder, it was a massacre.

"Loki?" Natasha said softly.

"Nat, what are you doing?" Clint said cautiously.

"He's in shock, can't you see that?" She whispered. "You know of the traumas. PTSD, depression, his emotional constriction! This is personal detachment and social withdrawal! He has a psychological issue."

"Just be careful."

"Loki?" She called again.

Loki instinctively backed away, the blur in his eyes was disappearing and the pain wouldn't go away. His ears were still ringing, and he was sporting a bad headache, minor burns and one confusing eye sight. He was unlucky and he hated it.

Looking so weak in front of people.

"I'm sorry." Loki muttered.

Suddenly, the door was destroyed off it's hinges.

"LOKI!" Thor called, spotting him. "Loki?!"

Loki could faintly see Thor, holding his hammer with lightning erupting from it, while Steve was right beside him with his shield and tony was far behind, looking as if he ran a marathon.

"Is everyone okay?" Loki heard Tony say. "Oh shit. Oh man..."

Blood was everywhere, on the wall, on the tiles, on the table. And there was a guy pinned up on the wall, and another pierced through the counter. The rest were just dead. The wounded one was severely traumatized by what he saw.

Tony turned his head immediately, unable to stomach the blood.

"Sucks to be you." Clint panted, thigh aching from the shot. "Ouch."

Loki could see Thor's blurry figure taking in the sight before him. Loki felt guilty, and felt his stomach churn from the scowl that Loki saw from his face. He was eying him, and Loki couldn't tell what Thor was looking at exactly. It must have been the dead bodies surrounding them, Loki wouldn't know.

All he could feel was the pain again.

"No... this shouldn't be happening." Loki was hyperventilating silently.

Tony tried to compose himself, unable to look at the bodies and blood staining the floor. It was so morbid that Tony couldn't think straight. There was a guy gurgling blood in the corner, choking himself in the process with a metal pipes piercing through him. And another guy lying on the ground with the table straight through his body, also dead.

"Oh my god." Steve breathed, assessing the damage. "How did this happen?"

"Same reason those rogues were stopping you from helping us." Natasha closed her eyes tiredly.

"What in nine realms?" Thor called softly.

Loki wanted to call out to Thor, as he desperately tried to swallow his pride. He needed his brother, now more than ever, and this bloodshed around him wasn't helping.

Being blind was something Loki did not want to live through. He did not want to die, but he did not want to live like this. He had never experienced something like this before, and it was frightening for him.

He needed Thor but his brother was too distracted.

Thor couldn't stop staring at the bloodshed. Loki knew his brother had been through battles, and Thor had seen far worse injuries that it did not directly affect him, but he knew that Thor knew this was wrong. And his brother was confused as to why this had happened.

And to think Loki was in the middle of this mess.

"Brother." Loki whined, rubbing his eyes.

He could feel his eye sight disappearing, and the blurriness was fading.

That should be a good thing, if it wasn't for the darkness that was invading his eyes. It was slowly swallowing that he had to call for help again.

He had to call for Thor's attention, because it was becoming unbearable. He couldn't even bring out his strong voice.

His call just came out weak and desperate.

"Brother?" Loki cried out, eyes open.

Yet he could see nothing.

Thor snapped his attention back to Loki, who looked like he was about to cry from frustration. And Loki heard footsteps come forward, and a huge hand cradle his shoulders which Loki slumped at. He couldn't stand up, everything was so frightening and dark.

He did not want to live like this.

"Thor?" Loki called again, clawing at Thor's clothes. "Thor?"

So much desperation.

His head, his eyes, and his skin hurt.

A lot.

"It's me." Thor's soft voice said, brushing the strands on Loki's face. "Shhh... It's alright."

oOo

Thor had been screaming at Tony, Steve and Bruce about where his brother was. Erik had woken up rather uncomfortably with the shouting that was going on. Steve tried to explain to Thor what was happening and that there wasn't any problem with Natasha, Clint and Loki. Thor wanted no more than to go to his brother, because he felt fear for him, knowing that those two assassins had something personal that they wanted to vent out to Loki. But when Tony showed him the footage of Loki laughing at Clint, and Natasha who was openly chuckling with him, Thor's entire demeanor changed. He realized that Loki was more than capable to handle himself, but at situations like these, he knew that Loki shouldn't trust easily.

Even with the footage, Thor did not like where it was going and wanted to take Loki back so he could rest but then again, Steve and Thor were now arguing and Tony was only making it worse. It was almost enough for Bruce to snap and turn into the Hulk.

No sooner did the speakers blare and Hill was screaming for them to go to the cafeteria where Loki was. Thor was angry, knowing that they couldn't be trusted with his brother, but when Hill explained that Clint and Natasha were defending Loki, that everything changed. Bruce and Erik decided to stay, planning to keep guard of the container unless someone decided to tamper with it.

Thor started running, while Hill was explaining on Tony's phone that people were starting to die and their target was Loki and that the backups turned up to be Rogue agents as well and that they had to hurry. The communication was no sooner cut off from there as more Agents stopped them, but Thor managed to knock them down. When Thor decided to smash the door open, knocking it off the hinges that Thor's eyes widened at the scene. It was bloody like a massacre that made Thor's heart skip a beat. Thor eyed Loki, standing there slightly burnt but not any serious damage.

There was blood everywhere, and dead bodies lying around.

"Brother."

Thor turned to see Loki rubbing his eyes, looking like a child. Thor's thoughts went back to Loki trying to scramble towards him whenever there was something looked so miserable.

"Brother."

Loki began to cry out with more desperation. Thor could see Loki's eyes forming tears, and Thor began to walk, ignoring his friends protest and worry from behind him. Loki looked like he needed his older brother, that Thor couldn't help but catch his brother mid fall that Loki slumped at Thor's could feel Loki shaking slightly, but Thor couldn't understand why.

"Thor?" Loki clawed at him. "Thor?"

"It's me." Thor said softly. "Shhh... It's alright."

Loki trembled against him, eyes shut tight and ignoring the world. Thor turned to his friends as he continued to embrace Loki, shielding him from everyone who was looking. Clint and Natasha gave him a sympathetic look, all while Thor looked about ready to burst into his older brother mode.

"What happened here?" Thor's voice cracked.

"Some of it was their fault." Clint pointed at the two Agents, knocked out. "Then... those three, were Loki's doing."

"The table?" Steve breathed, looking at the dead man.

"They shot him, didn't work."

"He flung it at him." Natasha added.

"I don't even want to ask." Steve stared at the man with a metal piercing his chest, he already knew the answer to the question.

"This guy," Clint kicked the guy. "Loki snapped his neck with his magic."

Thor could feel Loki's fist clench against his clothes, hearing what he had done must've made Loki feel a little more guilty. But that wasn't what Thor was more concerned about, he was concerned about why Loki was trembling so much.

They were doing just fine earlier.

The snarky Loki was gone, reduced to this child in front of him.

"My question is, why would they go rogue all of a sudden?" Steve wondered. "It's not like them to just attack people."

"I do not care about them." Thor said sternly, noticing Loki flinch at his voice. "I spoke to Fury, if they ever harmed my brother, the same fate would have probably ended up in my hands. What I care about is what happened to my brother and why he is in this state?"

"He was hit with an M84 stun grenade." Natasha explained. "It was in a close range, he wasn't... wasn't able to close his eyes that fast."

"Stun grenade?"

"It shocks the person." Tony swallowed, unable to look at the corpses. "Momentarily blinds them, then there's a ringing in the ears, and if too close, slight burns."

Suddenly other Agents were crawling inside the cafeteria, as the Avengers turned and aimed their weapons at them. Thor was growling angrily, and when they realized it was Fury's men that they stopped. Fury came out and saw the scene before him.

"We need to talk." Fury glared. "Now."

Thor glared at Fury, he wasn't about to back out now, especially when Loki needed him the most. Thor could feel Loki desperately clinging onto him, lost for words, and just looked lost entirely. Thor recalled that Loki hated the dark, and now the thought of Loki being blind was terrifying.

"Shhh..." Thor cupped Loki's face and brought his lips to Loki's forehead, giving him a light kiss. "It's going to be alright. I won't let them harm you."

Loki whined softly, eyes staring at nothing.

"Shhhh..."

"Thor, I cannot see." Loki whispered. "It's too dark."

"Bring him back to his cell." Fury ordered.

"I'm calling bull on that!" Clint screamed, shocking all of them. "He needs a doctor. I need a doctor!"

"We can't trust anyone at this point." Tony suggested, still not looking. "Maybe Bruce?"

"We accept." Thor started to pull Loki to the lab.

"Barton, Romanov." Fury growled as he had no rights to apprehend Thor anymore. "And Rogers. You three are coming with me. And the rest of you, I don't want any problems, do you hear me!? We're going to finish the movie and hell, we're going to end it later. Now go back with them Stark, if you can't stomach something like this."

"I'm surprised you could." Tony ran to help Thor and Loki.

"You know something's going on here." Steve glared at Fury. "This isn't just a coincidence and why continue to watch Thor's movie if we're going to arrive at a point where people randomly kill each other in your Helicarrier."

"We'll talk about this elsewhere." Fury glared. "Now isn't the time."
