SWORD PRACTICE WITH NICO.
I watched Nico pathetically try to stab a dummy in the arena. He aimed for his head and made a slashing motion, and ended up slashing the air. I laughed, then realized he was glaring at me, and quickly stopped.
"You know, I think you might need some more practice, maybe with a real life human being" I state getting up and taking out my sword.
"Because its kind of essential for a demigod to be able to do this" I say while slashing the dummy's head off,"And this" I say quickly turning my sword to a dagger and stabbing its belly.
"Well then why don't you just duel with me?" He asked, cleaning his sword off with a piece of his t-shirt that he accidentally cut off when trying to maim the dummy.
"Sure, if your so confident, but i'm warning you, I have a sword and a dagger, giving me range of options to kill you"
"Woah, who said anything about killing?" He asked strapping on some armor.
I laugh,"Fine, i'll spare you" I say, after I strap on my armor, and ready my sword.
"On your marks, get set, FIGHT!" Nico yelled, slashing at me.
I dodged nimbly and slash at his chest, grazing his armor. He looks down surprised, and I take that opportunity to slice off a piece of his hair.
"Woah!" He looks up shocked, and stabs at my feet, unbalancing me for a moment.
I quickly switch my blade to a dagger and stab at his arm, which he quickly blocks with his sword and twists around, causing me to trip.
"Hmm, your not so bad" I say switching back to a sword and stabbing in between is toes and nailing him to the ground,"But i'm afraid you can't move" I smile
He groans and tries to slash my sword.
"Rule number one, if an opponent pins you, never slash their sword, it could end up moving and hurting you!" I say removing my sword and swiping under his feet causing him to trip.
I point my sword at his neck,"I'm afraid you've lost" I grin.
"Thats no fair," he groans, getting up and dusting himself off,"You have both a sword and a dagger"
"Life's not fair," I shrug.
"I challenge you to a rematch'' He sighs.
"If you insist" I say, getting ready to beat him again.
