Sabrina: "I can't believe this is happening?" She finally says looking up at her mother.

Lily: "Neither can I angel," she says staring into her daughters eyes.

Patrick: "How is this even possible?"

Lily: "Well, son," she smiles...as does Sabrina..."The car that blew up with what was supposed to be me and my unborn child, you, Sabrina, was all staged. My father had it set up after I found out I was pregnant. To protect you."

Sabrina: "Why didn't you keep me then? If you set that up only to have me adopted?"

Lily: "Oh baby...I never ever wanted to give you up, but my father didn't approve and I was forced to give you away. He didn't believe in abortions and planned on giving you away. I fought like hell to keep you."

Sabrina: "Where is my grandfather now?"

Lily: "Dead...happy to say! He was killed a long time ago..."

Sabrina: "How?"

Lily: "It's not important right now. What matters to me most is being here with my baby girl. You are absolutely gorgeous!" She beams.

Patrick: "No objection here," he winks, the women smile.

Noah starts to cry.

Patrick: "I'll go, you get to know each other."

Lily: "Was that a baby cry?" She says teary eyed.

Sabrina: "It was, she smiles...our sons are asleep in their rooms...Noah must have just woken up."

Lily: "Sons? I have two grandsons?"

Sabrina: "You do," she smiles..."and a step-granddaughter! She's not here right now, but you will adore her! Does Sonny know you are alive?"

Lily: "Heavens no!"

Sabrina: "What made you decide to locate me now?"

Lily: "The threat was finally over and I couldn't stay away from you one more second.

Sabrina: Do you mean the threat of my parents? She asks worriedly.

Lily: "Oh, no...that's not what I meant...The Morez crime family. People from my father's territory were able to locate them and had them taken care of." She smiles."Because you were the adopted daughter of Pablo Santiago, you were a target."

Sabrina: "So, my family and I are out of danger too? I don't have to have my father's (she shutters) bodyguards anymore?"

Lily: "Nope...that's also why I came to you now. I was told that you had had bodyguards to protect you and the family. And I wanted to personally tell you that you are out of danger and can live your life freely...I know this is a lot to digest."

Sabrina: "You could say that, "she laughs. "So, wait...Rivera? That is your maiden name?"

Lily: "Yes. Rivera is my maiden name."

Sabrina: "My ex-boyfriend's last name is Rivera...Oh my god!"

Lily: "Oh, Carlos! No, no, no...angel, it's not what you think...Here, sit...I'll explain."

Sabrina: "Would you like some wine first?" She laughs..."I could use a glass! She pours her and her mother.

Lily: "Okay...Carlos was my ex-boyfriends Miguel Santiago's, nephew and cousin of Juan Santiago...who happened to be your adoptive step-cousin who you were really close also happens to be my and Miguel's son.I was able to keep in touch with my ex and asked if there was any way that he knew of that I would be able to keep an eye on you growing up. He said his nephew Carlos needed a..."

Sabrina: "Prom date! I get it," she shakes her head. "So my whole relationship with him was a set , Juan is really my half brother?"

Lily: "Yes, but Carlos did love you...when he came to me to tell me you had broken up with him, he was totally devastated...and when I found out Juan had mentioned Port Charles to you, I started to worry. And yes, Juan is not really your cousin, but indeed your half brother...which is why he was so protective of you."

Sabrina: "So, the entire time Carlos and I were together, he knew you were alive!?"

Lily: "Yes...he did. But I begged him not to tell you...He wanted to tell still wasn't safe for me to be anywhere near you and he knew that if he had told you you would have wanted to come to me."

Sabrina: "Yes, I would have," she begins to cry..."I grew up not knowing my mother...my adopted mother died when I was a little girl and now I find out you were only a town away and that I couldn't see you, how am I supposed take that?"

Patrick comes back.

Patrick: "Noah fell back to sleep...he had a nightmare..."

Sabrina: "I'm having one myself."

Lily: "Sabrina...please...Carlos's last name was never Rivera...he just used that as a cover up for his real last name."

Sabrina: "Which is?"

Lily: "Morez."

Sabrina: "You just said that the crime family who was after me was named Morez."

Lily: "Yes. I did...that was Carlos's family. He wanted nothing to do with them and had his name changed a couple of times just so he could get out of his family. They weren't happy with his choice, clearly and he has been running ever since."

Patrick: "Sounds like I missed a lot of information!" He says with a chuckle.

Sabrina: "I'll fill you in later...And what about Juan? How were you able to raise him and not me?"

Lily: "Miguel raised him. I was kept from him as well...Miguel ran with Juan when he was a baby and when Juan became an adult he found out about me and came to me himself. There were so many times I wanted him to tell you, but I couldn't because..."

Sabrina: "Because of the danger...yea, I get it..."

Patrick: "Are you going to let Sonny know that you are alive? I'm sure he'd love to see you after all of these years. Does he know that Sabrina is his daughter?"

Lily: "I don't know what to do about Sonny yet...He has no idea that the woman he was protecting was actually his flesh and blood." She says stroking her daughters long beautiful hair. "I know this is an awful lot to take in all at once. I understand if you need time. But I would really like to stay here with you for at least a few days until I know how I'm going to handle Sonny."

Sabrina: "There is nothing more that I want then having you here with me mama," she says in tears giving her a hug.

Lily: "That means the world to me angel," she says kissing her cheek. "Patrick is it okay with you?"

Patrick: "If my wife says so then I have no objection," he smiles. "I'll get your things. You can stay in Emma's room."

Lily: "Thank you," she hugs her new son-in-law. "You did pretty well for yourself sweetheart," she winks.

Sabrina: "Yea, I'd say so,"she chuckles.

Patrick: "I'm the lucky one!" He smiles.

A few days go by and Lily is getting to know her daughter and her grandsons when there is a knock at the door.

Sabrina looks to see who it was to make sure no one saw Lily. And sees it's Sonny.

Sabrina: "Mom, it's Sonny...what do you want me to do?"

Lily: "Oh my god," she whispers. "Alright...Um, let me hide and I guess now would be a good a time as any to break the news," she shrugs?

Sabrina: "If your sure?" He knocks again.

Lily: "Yea, you better answer your father!" She laughs...as does Sabrina who shakes her head still in disbelief.

Sabrina: "I'll figure something out to tell him. Or you could just pop out and say surprise!" She tries to joke.

Lily: "Go," she leaves the room.

Sonny: "There she is...I was wondering what was taking so long...Are you okay?"

Sabrina: "Oh yea, couldn't be better actually...here let me take your coat."

Sonny: "I can't stay, I just wanted to stop by on my way to the coffee shop and see how you were doing now that the threat has been eliminated. I don't get to see you as much anymore," he says disappointed.

Sabrina: "Oh, well, that's very sweet. But I have a strong feeling that will change."

Sonny: "Sorry?"

Sabrina: "Never mind...please stay a while...can I get you something to drink? Coffee, wine?"

Sonny: "Well, since you insist, a glass of wine will be great!"

Sabrina: "I'll join you." She pours them two glasses and hands her father his. "I'm actually glad you stopped by. I have something to tell you and I'm not sure exactly how your going to take it."

Sonny: "Really?" He says intrigued as to what she could possibly have to tell him.

Little did he know he was spending time with his daughter. That was about to change.

Sabrina: "I came across some important information a few days ago and it involves you as well as myself. "

Sonny: "Sabrina, you can tell me...I won't bite," he jokes sipping on his wine. They both laugh.

Sabrina: "Okay, here goes. Okay," she takes a deep breath..."the other day Patrick, the kids and I were just hanging out here in the house when we got a knock on the door."

Sonny: "Not bad so far," he laughs.

Sabrina: "Right...keep that in mind." She hands him her birth certificate.

Sonny: "What's this?" He unfolds the piece of paper looking confused.

Sabrina: "Ummmmm, well, it's my ah,"

Sonny: "Looks up at Sabrina in shock...your birth certificate?"

Sabrina: (Shakes her head yes) "You may want to keep reading," she says her hands shaking.

Sonny: "Where did you get this?" He asks sounding a little upset after reading the whole thing and realizing what she was trying to tell him.

Lily decides it is time and takes a deep breath and comes from around the corner in the other room.

Lily: "Our daughter got it from me," she says slowly emerging in front of Sonny.

Sabrina turns around as does Sonny who was beginning to put things together and was in complete shock.

Sonny: "Is this some kind of a joke?"

Sabrina: "I assure you it's not...I was just as shocked as you are Sonny."

Sonny: "Gets up and slowly walks over to Lily. Am I seeing things again? I had visions of you in the past so I must be hallucinating again."

Lily: (Takes Sonny's hand) "Your not hallucinating Sonny...I'm really here."

Sonny: "How?" He begins to take it in and tears fall."There was an explosion and you were in it? Weren't you? You were pregnant and I lost you and the baby," he cries....he takes his hand to her face and Sabrina can't help but get chocked up at seeing her parents reuniting right in front of her. She thought she lost her adoptive parents, but she instead gained her real family.

Patrick comes home...doesn't know what is going on.

Sabrina: "Hey, shhh...look," She holds Patrick close to her and they both watch the reunion.

Patrick: (Whispers) "I guess the secrets out?" He laughs quietly.

Sabrina: "Yea, it is," she smiles...."my parents are back together," she says kissing Patrick.

Lily: "I know you think I was in that car that blew up in front of the club that night, but it wasn't me in that car,"

she takes his hand and sits on the couch. She explains the whole thing being a set up and how she and their baby survived the bomb.

Sonny: "I don't believe this," he says in tears...."for almost 30 years I thought you were dead, I thought we lost our child too, but we didn't?"

Lily: "Nope," she smiles in tears as well, and they both look at Sabrina, who is in tears too. "You are sitting next to your little girl right now...You never lost me or her...we survived and are finally together again after all these years!"

Sonny: "I don't understand why I'm just learning this now?!" He is getting a little upset.

Sabrina: "Hey, mom was forced to stay away...I didn't know about her either...I just found out you guys were my parents the other day. I am still digesting this news."

Lily: "Sonny, I'm so sorry that you went through what you did after you thought we died. My father, well, you know how he was...overprotective...He didn't approve of me carrying your child and vowed to keep me safe."

Sonny: (Stands up) "Sabrina?" He cries...She takes her father's hand and he squeezes it...pulls her into a hug and they both cry in each other's arms.

Sabrina: "Daddy?!"

Sonny: "I'm here," he hugs her after looking at her. "I'm here."

Lily: "We're together after all these years," she says in tears..."I can't believe my dream has come true!"

Sonny: "I can't get over this...I feel like I'm dreaming," he says hugging both Lily and Sabrina.

Sabrina: "So do I," she says wiping her tears.

Patrick: "Looks like we're related Sonny," he jokes.

Sonny: "So it would seem son!" They both laugh at the irony of the situation.

Sabrina: "This is incredible!" She says jumping up and down with excitement now realizing that this was actually happening. "I thought I lost both of my parents, but instead I've found my real parents," she smiles as Patrick squeezes her close to him. "I knew coming to Port Charles was an amazing idea!" She giggles..."it was meant to happen that I come here and find the love of my life and eventually find my parents. How lucky can one girl get?" She says tearing up again.

Sonny: "You're mother and I are the lucky ones. We should celebrate!" He says with excitement.

Patrick: "That sounds like a wonderful idea!"

Sonny: "I can't wait to introduce my beautiful daughter to her brothers!" He beams..."They are going to love you! What do you say you and Patrick and the kids come over to the house tomorrow night? Bring Emma along as well!"

Sabrina: "We'd love too! Thanks Sonny!" She hugs him.

Sonny: "Who?" He winks.

Sabrina: "Right...Thanks, Dad!" She laughs. Kisses his cheek.

Sonny: "Lily, why don't you come and stay with me?"

Lily: "Are you sure? Don't you have to prepare your family about my return?"

Sonny: "Yea, but they won't mind...they will love you immediately."

Lily: "I hope so!" She smiles...."Sabrina, Patrick, do you mind if I give you your house back?"

Patrick: "We will miss you but I guess if you must," he teases.

Sonny: "So, tomorrow?"

Sabrina: "Tomorrow." She hugs him again.

Lily: "Alright my love," she hugs her daughter. "I"ll miss you so much, but now we have the rest of our lives together."

Sabrina: "We do,"she hugs her mom again....see you tomorrow, she says closing the door behind her parents.

Sabirna leans against the door and bursts into tears.

Patrick: "Hey, hey, shhh...what's wrong?"

Sabrina: "Oh, these are happy tears," she smiles
