Red: [Wakes up, yawning loudly. He looks at Pika sleeping at the end of his feet and smiles, then sees the invitation on his night stand and sighs]
Am I ready to face trainerhood again after all I've seen as a 10-year old?
[Knocking on the door, Red's mom enters with a big smile]
Good morning, honey! Did you sleep alright? I sure hope so, because you have a visitor.
[She winks and opens up the curtains, causing Red to squeeze his hazel eyes shut and pulling the covers over his head]
Get ready, Red. You can't let your guest wait.
[As Red's mom leaves the room, Red sits up straight and scratches through his pitch black hair, to be greeted by his friend, Pika]
Red: I guess it's gonna be an interesting day, eh Pika?
[Once refreshed, Red descended the stairs and gasped as he saw the female guest]
Red: Leaf?!
Leaf: [Smiles and gently pulls Red in for a tight hug]
Heya Red.. It's good to see you again.
Mom: [Puts on her coat] I'll let you kids catch up in private. I'll be visiting the Viridian mart to see if I can find any tasty ingredients for dinner.
Red: [Watches his mother leave the house, looks around]
She didn't had to leave her own house at all.. It's not like anything Leaf and I would trust eachother with is bthat/b big of a deal nor secret. I'm really not in the mood to deal with old crushes..
Leaf: [Sits down again, pets Pika as he sat on her lap]
You've grown into quite the young man, Red. You've become even more goodlooking than you did 7 years ago..
[She said while trying to hide her growing blush]
Red: Yeah..
For some reason she's annoying the hell outta me. I've never really understood how the two of us even got together, as friends as well as nearly lovers.. It just doesn't add up. I was traumatized because of all the experiences I've gotten into with Team Rocket .. And then a former member somehow showed me that you can't always judge criminals. It was mindnumbing and confusing the more thought I gave it.. Not to mention that Green had a major crush on her for years, she never knew ofcourse. Eventhough I had no interest in Leaf, not on a romantic base, that is.
Leaf: [Smiles sweetly]
I see that you haven't changed comepletely. You're still wandering in your own thoughts from time to time, I see..
Red: Forgive me for being direct, but what are you doing here? I thought I was clear enough that I wanted no-one to come look for me after fleeing to Mt. Silver.
Was I? Was I really fleeing from the ones who were trying to protect me? Or was I trying to hide from my own issues and fears? I was most certainly not hiding from Leaf. The great trainer she is, aside from her legacy, she is just another teenage girl in her private life. A teenage girl with needs.. Ugh, who am I to judge the choices her silly heart makes?
Leaf: Direct isn't exactly the right use of words, Red. Rude on the other hand..
Red: Whatever.. just answer the question.
Leaf: If you insist. I assume you've got an invitation for the Unova Ferry as well? Because I sure did, and it would only be right if you and Green had gotten one too..
[She shifts in her seat and humms silently]
Red: [sighs] Yes, I have.
Leaf: You have? You are going to participate, right? You must! You're a legend!
Red: [Clenches fist, turns head]
I don't care! Who says I want to be constantly reminded of the things I did 10 fucking years ago?! That was then and this is now. And right now I'm nothing more than a shadow, a fucking loser, nothing more, okay?!
Leaf: [Gets obviously startled] I .. I'm sorry. I was only.. It's just .. We've been through a lot, Red. Me, you and Green, we've been through so much, and .. It's been an amazing experience. I was hoping .. we could do it all over in the Unova region.
Red: So you want to join a criminal organisation again? Only to have me rescuing you from your horrible future? So we could bring down Team Rocket again, giving me night terrors for another 10 horrible nights? Causing even more fights between me and Green? Only for us to eventually part to go our own way, to never hear from you again. And 10 years later you show up infront of my door al of a sudden and I should be welcoming you with a warm and friendly smile? No, I'll pass.
I'm not quite sure what my descision will be, Leaf. Don't push this on me..
Leaf: I understand. If it's okay with you.. I'm off to pay Green a visit. Haven't seen that ass for a while.
Red: [Lets Leaf out, sighs and leans against the door]
I thought she'd never leave..
[Sees Pika looking at him]

Mom: Has Leaf left already?
[starts unpacking the plastic bags filled with food]
Red: [Turns off the TV and enters kitchen]
She went to visit Green as well. You had quite the haul, I see, mom.
Mom: [Laughs] Indeed I did. I've bought those muffins with those chocolate chunks, that you like so much. You've been walking around like a zombie, so I figured you could use some sugar. But it's a one time event, you know I don't like you eating too much sweets, hun.
Red: [Searches through bags, finds muffins]
Moms, these were the muffins you would pack in my bag whenever I went to play outside with Green.. It has been years since I last ate one of these..
Mom: [Smiles softly] Hmm. How the time flew by.. Now you're almost an adult. Ow .. I must admit I miss pampering you as a kid. You were such an adorable little boy.
Green as well, he was such a sweetie.
Red: [Rips off the paper, takes bite from muffin]

Mom: Haha. I bet you did. Red, instead of helping me with unpacking, why don't you join Green and Leaf? I think it would be fun if the three of you would hang out together.

Sure thing, mom. I won't be long, so I'll be in time for dinner, okay mom?

Red: [rings doorbell, looks at random tree while waiting]

Green: [Nods]

Leaf: [Looks up, smiles as Red greets her]
Green: Okay.. where did we left off?
Leaf: It was your turn to spin the bottle.
Red: Are you guys playing that sexist game? Seriously?
Green: We're playing a different version. We spin the bottle and then ask a truth or dare question. I'm not that kind of a pervert.
Leaf: The hell you are, you freak! Now spin it!
Green: Oh right! [Spins bottle, grins widely as it stops at Red]

Red: [Cocks an eyebrow as he sees Leaf and Green whispering to one another]

Red: .. No idea.. I just hate everything recently.

Red: Don't even bother, Green. You can't expect me to go back in there and play a game with her and pretend nothing happened.
