Avalon narrowed his eyes as he saw the grunts he sent to block Accumula Town, return on their Braviary, a horrified look on their faces as they saw Commander Ricin and Sarin awating them. Both of them looked furious, and the grunts knew what that meant. Punishment. 'You better have a damn good reason to fail on your mission!' Sarin said in a husky tone. The grunts merely looked at their superiours. 'Commander .. Some guy interfered! He owned a Zekrom ..' Ricin raised an eyebrow, things just took an interesting turn. She turned to Sarin, and noticed he had remained silent once he heard the word. Ricin closed her ice blue eyes and crossed the arms. 'Very well then. You're no match against a trainer that owns a legendary. Return to base and get something to eat. Give your Pokemon some rest while you're at it ..' Sarin watched them as the grunts hurried to get out of his sight and turned his head to Ricin, who was gazing at the night sky. She carried a smile on her lips, though. 'I knew he'd return. N .. Welcome back to Unova.'
'Ricin, Sarin! What in Arceus' name happened to our mission?!' Ricin shook her head as she took a drag from her cigarette. 'N scared them away. His Zekrom sure didn't loose its ability to intimidate,' Avalon ran a hand through his thick black hair, shighing deeply. 'There's no need to worry about that guy nor his legendary Pok mon. We'll soon own one of the most powerful creatures in the entire world! And there will be nothing N can do to stop us!' Ricin still wondered if it would be such a good idea, combining the power of two Pok mon in order to create a new Pokemon. Wasn't it just .. repeating history? Didn't some researchers in Kanto try to create a Pokemon by splicing Mew's DNA? .. and it resulted in a disaster. Mewtwo is a great, powerful Pokemon .. but no-one ever truly managed to controll it.
She feared the exact same thing would happen once Avalon would proceed with this 'master plan' he had.. She wanted to trust Avalon and she wanted to believe he could make things work out. She turned to look at Sarin, who was pollishing his Pok balls. That guy sure knew how not to give a fuck about anything really.. Avalon took a sip from his coffee and slammed his fist on his desk. Risin and Sarin jumped in surprise to the sudden blow. 'We need an insider!' Avalon then said. Risin and Sarin couldn't keep their giggles to themselves, which upset Avalon. 'I'm serious! We know we won't just get away with this.. There will be some-one trying to stop us! And to be one step ahead .. We must have an insider!' Sarin pushed his hair out of his face and smirked. 'I bet you want us to find some rookie trainer to win N's trust?'
Avalon shook his head right away. 'We need a trainer with experience. Someone who can take on N .. Someone .. that everyone fears,'
Red woke up, his hair and forehead were damp. Yet another nightmare keeping him from his much needed sleep. Green was sleeping sound with his Snivy lying on the rug on the floor. Green never really continued what he had forced upon Red. He stopped as soon as Red bit his lip a little bit too hard and started bleeding. Ever since setting foot in Unova, Red has been having these nightmares, he had them in Kanto as well, and they started to take the last thing he could return to, to get away from it all : sleep. After he realized he wouldn't be getting much more sleep, he decided to get up. He rubbed his eyes and saw his bag in the corner of his eye. He grabbed it and took Tepig's Pok ball in his hands. A smile crept upon his face as he let the Pokemon out and saw the still sleeping pig lying in his lap.
He stroked the line of Tepig's nose. The critter lazily opened an eye and as soon as it saw Red's ruby eyes, it jumped up, wagging it's little tail. 'Hey, little fella..' He caressed Tepig's head and wondered why he never did it before. He actually felt the same way he did 7 years ago, when he first started his Pokemon adventure. He felt the same way towards Tepig as he did to Pikachu. He smiled as the pig licked his hand. 'I bet we're gonna get along pretty well, Tepig. I'm sure of it,'
Red closed his eyes as he heard Green's faint scream in the disant. His vision turned pitch black and as soon as his body allowed him, he fainted, falling , face first, in the snowy blanket on Mt. Silver. 'Red! Red, wake up!' The last thing Red felt, was Greens hand on his wrist. Probably to check his pulse..
Green ordered his Arcanine to heat up a towel with its hot breath. He placed the towel on Red's forehead, checking the his Blastoise as it used a water-move to fill up a cup. The blue giant handed his trainer the cup. Green dipped his fingertips in the icy cold water and rubbed his wet hands across Red's face. 'C'mon, kid! Wake the fuck up! I have no time to be up here! I have a Gym to run and rookie trainers to beat!'
The Emerald-eyed man glanced at his Pok mon, caressing Arcanine's thich fur. He then sighed and grabbed his bag. 'I have no time for this. I'll come check on you tomorrow..' He threw his scarf around his neck and held his head high. 'If you aren't dead by then.. Ah well, smell ya later!' And he dashed off on his Arcanine.
'I see you woke up,' Green's voice spoke as he entered the cave Red made into his home. The ruby-eyed boy took a sip from the water Green's Blastoise handed him, staring at the Veridian Gym leader, Green. He never really cared for the guy, all he had ever done was trying to make him believe he was a loser! A worthless piece of shit that didn't deserve to become a trainer. 'It's about time you came down from this mountain, loser! You'll end up killing yourself the longer you stay up here,' Green said, facing the entrance of the cave, back turned towards Red. Red never said a word, he just watched as his unwelcome guest kept rambling on.
'Well, I guess you're alright. I'm off then,' the guest said as he took out the Pok ball that belonged to Arcanine. Before he let out the canine-creature, he turned to look at Red, finding a pair of piercing, yet dull ruby eyes looking back at him. 'By the way, you will receive an invitation to join the best trainers on the Unova Sea Travel. It'll take us to the Unova region. Better get yourself prepared to become less of a loser! Smell ya later, kid!' And he hopped onto the fire-Pok mon. Red watched as the Pok mon dashed off, and smiled to himself. Green will always be the same prick, but will never be able to hide his true colors. He knew he needed Red in Unova, just for the heck of reliving old times.
As Red faced the enormous ship, called the Unova Sea Travel, he sighed. Pika was on his shoulder, gazing upon the giant transportation device as well. He couldn't shake of this feeling of livin -vu. He'd been here before, done the same thing. Yet .. he couldn't remember exactly. Green saw Red's figure in the distance and shouted towards to boy : 'Heya, loser! Good to see you made it! Let's get on, the sooner we get to Unova, the better,' Red nodded, getting on board of the ship. He had definatly did this before;.. What was happening?
