Chapter 15

"Can I ask a favour?" Hikari asked Megumi and Akira.

"Sure what is it?" Megumi said.

"For you, I will do anything." Akria said with anticipation in her eyes.

Hikari just smiled as if their eyes are talking and understands each other. They discussed the details about Hikari's favour to them. While discussing, Akira and Megumi just look at each other and smile.

"Ne Hikari, I thought you will not even ask for our help Hikari because look at you now, you are even richer than us." Megumi said.

"Yes, I thought you wouldn't" Akira said.

"That would never happen. Do you know why? I owe you all of my good fortune today. It is because of you that I strive hard for this. So I want to thank you and also you are my friends." Hikari said.

"Oh Hikari!" Akira said while crying.

"Don't cry Akira. Please?" Hikari said.

"Of course, I won't." Akira said then dried her tears. "Wait, why do we always cry? Huh? It seems that I am crying since this morning! URG! I hate crying! It makes me an old lady." Akira said while whining which makes Hikari and Megumi laugh a bit.

"Yeah, you already look like an old lady." Hikari joked.

"Mou Hikari! You are so harsh." Akira said while pouting.

They are in the middle of their jokes when Hikari's phone rang.

RING..RING..RING..

"Hello? Hikari speaking." Hikari said as she answered the phone.

"AYIIE!" Miyuki exclaimed on the phone.

"Oh! Miyuki-chan, why is there any problem?"

"No! I just want to call you ayiie! Ayiiee! Ayiiiee! Kei-san is with me right now! He is playing with me!"

With that, Hikari almost choke her food because of what Megumi said but she just maintains her composure. "Really? That is great Miyuki-chanchan! I think it would be best if you could pass the phone to him so that I could thank him, could you?"

"YEAH!"

KEI'S POV

As I was walking in the park, I have seen Miyuki. She is the young girl who I have met the other day. She is a charming little girl. She could be as charming as Hikari for the reason that they almost look alike, sound alike and mostly act alike. I am fond of having her around. I was about to call her when she turned around and shouted my name.

"KEI-SAN!" she said with a charming smile plastered on her face. Of course, not to let her down, I also waved as recognition.

I walked towards her who is at the moment playing at the play ground without any of her nannies around.

"Hello Miyuki. Long time no see." I said.

"Hello Kei-san, it is nice to meet you again." She said as she stopped what she is doing and sat down to talk to me.

"You don't have your nanny with you?" I asked.

"No, I left her at home and besides I am old enough. Also, even though I don't have my nanny with me, I know that some of my onii-sans are in here, but they are just hiding. HEHEHE! We are like playing hide and seek but I am not the it." She said.

As I look at her. She seems so mature to be a 2 year old girl. I hate to say it but she looks very much like her. I just watched her play again in the swing all by herself. An hour has passed and she went back to me then sat down beside me.

"Ne Kei-san, do you want to eat ice cream?" she asked me with her cute face on.

"Hmmm.. let us see, if you are going to treat me why not?" I said jokingly.

Her eyes shine brightly and she automatically reached her shoulder bag and tries to see if she has some money with her. Sadly, she faced me and said, "I am sorry Kei-san, but I don't have enough money with me." She said apologizing.

I just smiled at her and said, "It is alright Miyuki. There is always a next time right?"

Unexpectedly, she smiled and then said, "Oh! Right! I must call my ayie so that she knows that I am with you! I keep on telling her about the day that we met, but do you know what Kei-san, she cried after that."

It was the very first time that I have seen Miyuki sad because of her Ayie crying. I did not know why but I seem hurt also. It seems that I am hurting someone that is so dear to me, someone that I may not know if I can see again.

"Then, what did you do?" I asked.

"Of course, I dried her tears and she smiled again. I know that it is not enough but at least I made her smile again." She said, "Ne Kei-san, when is your birthday?"

Surprised can't be the word but amazingly astonished by what she said. "It is on the 22nd." I answered.

"Really? Can I give you gift?" She said.

"Of course!" I answered.

"YEHEY!" She squealed with joy. "Oh! Wait I am just going to call my Ayie!"

The tapped her phone and then somebody answered on the line.

"Hello? Hikari speaking." The person on the other line said.

"AYIIE!" Megumi exclaimed on the phone.

"Oh! Miyuki-chan, why is there any problem?"

"No! I just want to call you ayiie! Ayiiee! Ayiiiee! Kei-san is with me right now! He is playing with me!" She exclaimed to her 'Ayie' on the phone.

"Really? That is great Miyuki-chanchan! I think it would be best if you could pass the phone to him so that I could thank him, could you?" the lady on other line said.

"YEAH!" Miyuki automatically agreed. She passed the phone to me. "Kei-san, Ayie would like to talk to you."

"Really?" I asked.

"Yes." She answered. So not to let her down, I accepted the phone and talked to the person who Miyuki calls, 'Ayie.'

"Hello?" I said.

"Good afternoon Kei-san, I would just like to thank you for playing with Miyuki this time. I am also saying my sorry to you because of what Miyuki have done if she has done something wrong to you." The lady said.

It seems awkward but I feel relaxed by the conversation we are having. It seems that she is humming me a lullaby, her voice is too sweet.

"-san? Kei-san? Are you there?"

"Huh? AH! I am sorry for that. It is just alright, Miyuki is not doing anything wrong, besides she reminds me of someone I know. Don't worry ma'am, Miyuki is in the safe hands." I said.

"I know." The lady on the other line said.

"Huh?" I asked puzzingly.

"Oh! Nothing Kei-san, nothing." The lady said, "So, I am going to go Kei-san, I have many things to do today. Please take care of Miyuki."

"Yes."

I have ended the phone call and then returned the phone to Miyuki who is now at the moment sleeping in the bench. I did not know why but she seems to be sleeping well as if she knows that I will not do something with her. The onii-sans she is talking about a while ago which happens to be her bodyguards approached us and asked me if they can took Miyuki now so that she can have her sleep. Of course, I told them yes because it is not nice not to give them Miyuki for she is their responsibility. I just watched her being carried by her body guards away.

I know that this would be very awkward but it my heart is fluttering as of the moment, it is as if I have talked to Hikari.

NORMAL POV

"So how was it Hikari? Does he knows that it was you?" Akira asked.

"I think he did not know Akira because if he knows that it was me, he will utter my name but sadly it did not happen." Hikari answered.

"So are we still going to do it?" Megumi asked.

"Of course, it would just be my only chance." Hikari said.
