Fluttershy stared for one long minute. It was perhaps the longest minute known to pony kind. She looked at the lavender unicorn that was lying down in very evident pain. Fluttershy trotted over to Twilight and layed down beside her, then wrapped a wing around her.
Twilight lifted her head and looked at the pony who cuddled her. She stiffened and remained in shock when she recognized the pink mane and yellow fur. Fluttershy nuzzled her cheek against Twilight's affectionately.
Tears fell down Twilight's face as Fluttershy embraced her. She never felt so wrong about anything before. Twilight nuzzled back and wrapped a hoof around Fluttershy.
"Everything is ok Twilight, I love you too" Fluttershy whispered into Twilight's ear comfortingly. Twilight stop nuzzling and looked into Fluttershy's eyes curiously. The pegasus' eyes reflected calm beauty and sincerness all encased in light azure.
"I'm sorry I fled, Fluttershy. I was just scared and I was worried that you wouldn't like me anymore" Twilight sobbed quietly.
Fluttershy giggled childishly. "I could never hate you Twilight, you're a very special pony, especially to me" Fluttershy replied with a cute smile. Then she pecked Twilight on the lips. Twilight's blush appeared quickly in a deep crimson red.
"Fluttershy, you actually love me?" Twilight asked curiously.
"Yes Twilight, I love you" Fluttershy said. Twilight nuzzled into Fluttershy's mane. "Come on Twilight, let's go back to Ponyville, our home" Fluttershy said softly.
Fluttershy got up and slowly helped Twilight to her hooves. Twilight seemed to wobble with a lack of strength and she had some bruises on her legs. "What are these from?" Fluttershy asked.
"Oh these? The library I was hiding in fell down the hill when I teleported to it" Twilight said lightly as she tried to maintain her balance.
"Well, you seem a bit weakened so climb on my back, I should be able to carry you as far as my cottage" Fluttershy said. With that Twilight carefully got on Fluttershy, being wary not to hinder any further than her weight already would.
"Hold on, I'm going to fly" Fluttershy warned.
"You sure that's a good idea Fluttershy?" Twilight asked.
"Yes, it will be faster" Fluttershy replied. With that she took off without further warning. The flight was shaky at first because of the weakness of Fluttershy but Twilight cast a spell on her that temporarily increase Fluttershy's strength with the last of her magic.
Fluttershy could feel the magic coursing through her body and it felt weird to her. She ignored it and continued flying, her friend's health was more important to her now.
Twilight admired the cute look of determination on Fluttershy's face. Her beautiful eyes looked fixed on their destination and her wings flapped fast. Twilight nuzzled the neck of Fluttershy to show some affection, and she even nipped a little.
"Please... don't do that Twilight" Fluttershy asked with a deep blush on her face. She knew what would happen and she knew it wouldn't be good. It was too late though.
Fluttershy caught sight of her cottage as she felt her wings stiffening. She made for landing fast, she knew it would be harder soon. Fluttershy landed a few meters away from her property line. Then it happened. Her wings stiffened completely and stood erect.
Twilight looked quizzically at the erect wings, and she rubbed one softly which caused Fluttershy to shudder as her legs weakened. "What happened to your wings?" Twilight asked.
Fluttershy's face turned beet red. "Uh... well... when a pegasus gets excited or is pleasured sensually... the wings stiffen kinda like the way a stallion's..." Fluttershy tried explaining. Twilight giggled as she put it together.
"So what you're saying is your wings will pop out when you are pleasured, excited, or feel... tehe" Twilight giggled as she blushed slightly.
Fluttershy was nearly redder than fire from how embarrassing her excitement was. "But Twi... when it happens during flight a pegasus can lose control and die" Fluttershy whimpered at the thought of impending doom.
Twilight frowned. "Oh I didn't know that, that is awful, I am so sorry Fluttershy" Twilight apologized and hugged on tighter to the yellow mare. She also nuzzled the soft neck affectionately.
She continued to carry Twilight to the cottage. It was nearly sunset as they entered the cottage. It didn't take Fluttershy long to lay Twilight down in her bed and gather some medical supplies.
Fluttershy pulled out her a wet cloth and whipped down Twilight's bruised and injured hooves, doing her best not to hurt them more. Then she pulled out some wrappings and started wrapping the injured hooves. Twilight tried not to move as Fluttershy treated her injuries. Fluttershy then looked over her treated patient.
"Good, Twilight you have a few sprained ankles and a bang to the head but other then that you actually weren't that bad" Fluttershy said with a smile. Then she kissed Twilight's horn softly, unknowingly causing immense amounts of pleasure as she put a wet cloth above and around it.
Twilight couldn't hold back her gasp and slight moan. 'What was that! And why did it feel so good?!' Twilight asked herself in her head. Fluttershy noticed the confused look on Twilight's face, but the confusion faded quickly.
Twilight looked to her hooves again and thought for a moment. "Hey Shy, do you think I'll be able to walk? I don't think I hurt my legs too bad" Twilight asked.
"Sorta, not really. I think it would be best if you just stayed here" Fluttershy giggled as she layed next to Twilight and nuzzled her neck.
Twilight laughed as Fluttershy tickled her neck. "Thank you Fluttershy, you're so kind and cute" Twilight complimented. Fluttershy blushed upon hearing Twilight's words. They seemed to have a heavier effect when she said them than anypony else.
The little acts of affection didn't go unnoticed by a certain white rabbit. Angel, the mischievous white bunny, watched the interaction between his mother and that weird purple stranger. Mother, wasn't feeding him and he needed to be fed. Time to work.
Twilight gasped as a rabbit jumped on her head and started stomping on it with his foot. She seemed to wince in pain due to a slight bruise on that part of her head. Fluttershy however wasn't amused.
"Angel stop that this instant! Twilight is in pain and you are making it worse" Fluttershy scolded. Angel noted the disapproval in his owner's voice but didn't show any care. He just pointed to his mouth and patted his stomach.
"You could've just told me you were hungry, but before I do that you need to apologize to Twilight" Fluttershy demanded. Angel huffed and turned away from the magician.
"Well, I heard that the pigs will eat the rabbit food" Fluttershy suggested. Angel's ears perked up and he quickly hugged Twilight's leg, and nuzzled it.
"Aww, it's ok buddy, many ponies get a little upset when they're hungry" Twilight giggled softly. Now Angel felt really sorry because the mare wasn't even angry with him.
"Now Angel, come along with me so you can have your food" Fluttershy reminded softly, then she walked away. Angel followed close behind with a hop that showed his excitement.
Fluttershy made a nice salad for the rabbit, then she noticed that there was some extra, Angel was small and couldn't eat such a large salad. She giggled as she pictured Twilight's reaction to a gift and brought it out to the living room.
Fluttershy carried a bowl of salad to her newfound lover in her bed. Twilight visibly brightened as she saw the yellow mare. "Here Twi, this is for you" Fluttershy put the salad down next to Twilight.
"Thanks Fluttershy, I appreciate it" she smiled and tried the salad. "Mmm this is really good!" Twilight commented. Fluttershy blushed softly.
"Uh thanks Twi" Fluttershy giggled. Twilight hugged the pegasus as tightly as she could. It wasn't a tight hug though due to Twilight's poor physique and her sprained ankles.
Fluttershy just giggled and hugged back, then nuzzled into Twilight's neck. "This feels nice" Fluttershy thought to herself.
Twilight seemed to be on a similar thought process as she kissed Fluttershy on the cheek. Fluttershy enjoyed the moment happily. Then she looked out the window and noticed how late it was getting and thought of her other friends.
"Twi, tomorrow I have to tell everyone you're alright, they are all worrying sick right now" Fluttershy forewarned. Twilight nodded in understanding. Fluttershy smiled as she snuggled up close to the injured mare and closed her eyes. "Good night Twily" Fluttershy yawned.
Twilight blushed and nuzzled the half asleep pegasus. "Good night Shy" the unicorn whispered. Then soon both mares were asleep, resting for the next day which would be eventful.
~Back in Ponyville~
Luna smiled and giggled as she withdrew from a dream she was recently watching. She enjoyed the sight of young, unbiased, love. Those gathered around her were anxious however to hear results.
"So is she ok?" Rainbow asked Luna.
"Twilight Sparkle is content and well Rainbow Dash. From what her dream told me, she is right now cuddling with Fluttershy as she sleeps. However, her ankles are sprained, but she is otherwise well" Luna replied to Rainbow.
"Oooh, so Fluttershy is getting some magical treatment" Pinkie giggled, wiggling her eyebrows teasingly.
Luna blushed faintly. "I'm sorry Pinkamena Pie, but Twilight and Fluttershy aren't fulfilling your perverse fantasies. They are just cuddling and sleeping" Luna reassured.
"Aww that's no fun, but then again it would be a little early for that" Rainbow said.
"I'm off to sleep girls, I know Fluttershy and Twilight are safe so I can sleep now, good night" Rarity spoke with a yawn.
The others nodded in agreement, then went their own ways, off to catch some sleep.
