A/N: Hey guys! I'm sorry for not updating sooner. I'm seriously really sick and it sucks. I'm still pretty sick, I had to miss school again today. I've also been studying for my permit test because my mom is making me get it this week, I don't really care if I drive or not... On the bright side, I saw Catching Fire and OMFG IT WAS SO GOOD OKAY IT WAS ALMOST EXACTLY LIKE THE BOOK. AND THEY PLAYED THE DIVERGENT TRAILER BEFORE THE MOVIE AND I RECITED THE LINES BECAUSE I'VE SEEN IT SO MANY TIMES AND PEOPLE LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS INSANE. Okay, anyway, thank you guys for not being mad about my lack of updates and thank you for your 'get better' comments! I greatly appreciate them! I love y'all, every single one of you! Okay, without further delay, here is chapter 12 of Summer Vacation!

Tris' POV

After everyone calmed down from the revenge pranks, we all sat down at the table and ate something. It was kind of weird though because everyone kept eyeing Tobias and I like we somehow poisoned their food with our minds. It was kind of amusing and I had trouble hiding my smile. I peeked over at Tobias and it seems that he was having trouble too.

"Hey guys, why don't we have a prank free day? We could go out and do something?" Tobias proposes.

Uriah eyes him warily, "How do we know you're really not going to prank us?"

Tobias puts his hand over his heart in mock offense. "I am many things but I am not a liar," He states dramatically. I try not to giggle.

"Well, I promise I won't and I'll make sure Four doesn't either," I say.

Marlene speaks up, "I believe Tris. She doesn't go back on her promises."

"Okay, so what are we going to do today then?" Christina asks.

"We could go bowling or something... Zeke, is there a bowling alley nearby?" Shauna murmurs.

"Um, yeah. I'm pretty sure that there's one about 20 minutes away."

"Sweet," Shauna replies. I don't really want to go bowling. I have some talents but bowling is definitely not one of them considering I've never even been bowling. Sure, I have the money to go if I ever so desired but I just didn't want to go by myself and look like a loser and an idiot when I'm alone, throwing ball after ball into the gutter.

"Can't we do something better? Like paintball?" Uriah asks. I nod my head in agreement. That's definitely more my style.

"No way. We can do paintball some other time. I really want to watch people fail at bowling," Christina says.

"Bowling it is, then," Tobias proclaims.

"Uh... I think I'll stay here and maybe watch some TV or something..." I say.

Tobias looks over at me and smiles knowingly, "And why wouldn't you want to go bowling Trissy?" Dang it, I think he knows that I don't know how to bowl.

I glance around the table nervously. I see Christina analyzing me and she says, "You don't know how to bowl, do you?" I shake my head sheepishly.

Tobias reaches over and drags me out of my chair and onto his lap. He wraps his arms around my waist and leans to whisper in my ear, "It's okay, Trissy. I'll teach you how to bowl."

Not wanting to give in, I shake my head. I barely notice everyone leaving to get ready for bowling. Now alone in the kitchen, Tobias begins to plant kisses up and down my neck. "Please go with me, Trissy?" He begs.

I can feel the fight draining out of me fast. "I suck at bowling, I've never even been. Everyone is going to laugh at me," I whisper weakly.

He kisses behind my ear and says, "Everyone is too scared of you to laugh at you. They probably think that if they laugh at you, they'll wake up with a dead rat beside their head or something. You're going and I'm going to teach you, okay?"

"Fine," I mutter weakly. I stand up and begin to walk away but I quickly turn around when I remember something, "A dead rat beside their head? Really, Tobias? Where am I going to get a dead rat?" He shrugs and laughs.

I go into our bedroom and change into a black 'Hunger Games' district shirt, cut off jean shorts, ankle socks and black combat boots. I french braid my hair down the side so it won't be in the way while I bowl. Or attempt to bowl that is.

I finally walk out into the living room and find everyone ready to go. Tobias and I climb begin to walk to my Ferrari when he says, "Hey Trissy, I never did get to drive your car."

I sigh dramatically and throw him the keys, "I don't want even a measly scratch on my baby, okay?"

He rolls his eyes and we climb in the car. The only thought running through my mind is, this is going to be a nightmare.

We finally reach the bowling alley. We pay for a game, grab our shoes and make our way to lane 10. I sit down in one of the hard, greenish, plastic chairs as does everyone else except Uriah who sits down in front of the machine to enter our names. I slip off my combat boots and slide on the ugly, clown-looking, bowling shoes. I don't really feel like tying them so I swing my feet over into Tobias' lap. He looks over at me and I say as sweetly as I can manage, "Will you tie my shoes for me please?"

He smirks and says, "What's the magic word?"

"I love you?" I ask, confused.

"Well, that works too I guess. The word I was thinking of though, was 'cake'," He says in all seriousness. I laugh and he smiles and begins to tie my shoes.

After our shoes are tied, he pulls me over to the wall with bowling balls. There must be about 100 balls in this tiny bowling alley. "Um, how do I know which one I use?" I ask Tobias.

"First, check to see which balls your fingers fit in. Then, check the weight of the ball to make sure it's not too heavy," He says simply. I nod and begin sticking my fingers in different bowling balls to see which one fits. After about 5 minutes searching, I find a ten pound dark blue ball and Tobias found a fourteen pound black ball. We walk back over to our lane and place our balls on the conveyor belt machine thing. I turn around and look at the board to see who goes first. The only problem is, Uriah entered stupid nicknames instead of our names.

First - The Hot One

Second - Marlene

Third - Erudite

Fourth - Candor

Fifth - Two Plus Two

Sixth - Douchebag

Seventh - Prank Queen

Eighth - The Other Person

"Uriah! You need to fix this!" I shout.

He laughs and shakes his head, smirking, "Nah, I'll just translate it. Okay so first is me, second is Marlene, third is Will, fourth is Christina, fifth is Four, sixth is Zeke, seventh is Tris, and eighth is Shauna." He looks pretty proud of himself for some reason.

"Care to explain the stupid names?" Tobias asks, raising his eyebrows.

"Oh, of course. Well, you see, I'm hot, duh. Marlene is just Marlene because I didn't want her to hit me or something. Will is Erudite because he's a nerd. Christina is Candor because she has a gift of knowing when people are lying. Four is Two Plus Two because that equals Four, duh. Zeke is a douchebag, Tris is the best at pranks, and I couldn't think of a good name for Shauna so she's just 'The Other Person'," Uriah explains, like it's the most obvious thing in the world.

I stare at him for a solid minute before I plainly state, "You're the biggest idiot I've ever met."

He smirks and shouts, "Bowling time!"

I take a seat and just think of how big of a fail I'm going to be while the people before me take their turn. When it's finally my turn, I don't make an attempt to move from the uncomfortable plastic chair but Tobias gets up and drags me to the lane with him. He puts the ball in my hands and grabs me by the arms to steer me to where I'm supposed to stand. He wraps his arms around me and places one of his hands on top of the ball so he can help me release it. He begins to walk forward, pushing me forward in the process. I swing my arm back and release the ball. I turn around quickly so I don't have to watch my failure. Without paying attention to the lane, I sit back down in the chair. Tobias sits down beside me and high fives me, "You got a strike! Nice job, Trissy."

"I only got a strike because you showed me how," I mumble.

He smiles at me warmly, "Before we leave, you'll get the hang of it."

xXx

By the time we do leave, the winners were as follows:

First - Four

Second - Zeke

Third - Marlene

Fourth - Uriah

Fifth - Christina

Sixth - Tris

Seventh - Shauna

Eighth - Will

I didn't do outstanding but I didn't come in dead last either so I'm pretty satisfied. When Tobias and I reach my car, I wrap my arms around his neck, stand on my tiptoes, and kiss him sweetly. I reach up to whisper in his ear, "Thank you, Tobias, I love you."

"I love you too, Tris," He says and leans down to kiss me once again.

A/N: Opinions? Comments? Leave some reviews! I hope this chapter made up for my lack of updating. I can't remember if Tobias actually ever drove Tris' car so if he has then let me know and I'll probably edit this chapter... I know they never went bowling in the books but I like bowling so yeah. I'm thinking that maybe it's time for everyone else to find out Tobias' real name and his story... So what do you guys think? I'm sorry for the delay, thank you guys for not hating me and thank you for caring that I was sick! I love y'all so much! Have a Happy Thanksgiving! What are you guys thankful for? LOVE YOU GUYS AND ENJOY THE HOLIDAY!
