Lucy Pov

"3, 2, 1" Rufus took another look at both of us, making sure that we were both ready. "Fight" He said, immediately stepping out of the battlefield.

We both stood in our fighting stances as we stared each other down. "Who gets first move?" Sting asked, a smirk on his face.

I raised an eyebrow before smirking myself. "Ladies first right?" I stated, doing the 'come at me' sign with my right hand.

"I'm not a lady," He replied, clearly irritated, "but you'll regret that, Flake."

I didn't get a chance to reply before he stood in a stance that was obviously for a Dragon's Roar. And of course, came a "White Dragon's Roar!" A beam of light came rushing towards me. I was pretty impressed, the last time I saw Sting, he couldn't even give a proper punch. Then again, it has been 13 years since then.

I just smirked as I stretched my hand out in front of me, focusing a minute amount of dark magic to form a thin layer over my hand. As the beam of light came in contact with my hand, it caused a large explosion of bright light. As everything went back to normal, it seemed that everyone by the sidelines were forced back a few centimeters. Everyone seemed surprised when they saw me with a ball of white in my right hand.

"I-is that Sting-san's roar?" Yukino asked, surprised that Sing's roar was completely stopped without any injuries.

Before Sting could react, I used some air magic to enhance my body movement and threw the accumulated magic straight at Sting, who retaliated by eating it, but immediately gagged at the taste.

I tutted at him as he continued to cough. "Dragon slayers don't like the taste of their own magic produce. I expected you to know this Honey Bee."

I then teleported in front of him and kicked him in the side, watching him fall onto the ground and slide a bit as he landed.

He quickly stood back up and wiped off some blood that was at the corner of his mouth and smirked at me. "You've learnt some stuff since then huh?"

"Well obviously so have you." I stated, lowering myself back into a fighting stance.

"Now, it's my turn." I said as I simply blew a short breath or air in front of me, directly at Sing. I know he's never seen me do this before. The air in front of me then moved at a faster pace every millisecond as they soon turned into ice spears that continuously shot at Sing. He dodged a few but failed to dodge them all and got cuts when he was a second too late on a few of his dodges. I knew he enhanced his speed and I got a bit tired of playing around with him. As the last spear shot towards him, he dodged to the left, which I took to my advantage. I used the air and forced him down onto the floor with pressure, and in an instant I kneeling down in front of him with an ice sword's blade by his neck.

I smirked at him and said two simple words.

"I win."

And with that I released everything that held him down, removed my sword from his neck and stood back up. I sighed and held my hand out to help him up. He took hold of my hand and struggled a bit to get back up.

"This fight will be recorded in my memories," Rufus said with a small smirk, "as the day Sting lost to a girl"

"Hey, shut it!" Sting retorted.

I laughed a bit silently to myself and slipped away while everyone was watching Honey Bee ramble on and yell at Rufus.

Entering the small forest by the beach, I whistled a short tune quietly. Soon enough, Fang came running at me excitedly, his tail wagging from side to side.

'Did you manage to win the tussle, partner?'

"Yea! Honey Bee's learnt quite a few arts since I last saw him. He put up quite a fight."

I walked deeper into the forest and stood in the middle of a clearing. I smiled a bit as I took my Celestial Keys in my hand and looked at them with fondness.

Loke's key started shining and shaking a bit before the golden hue dimmed and before me stood my ever so loyal friend and spirit, Loke.

"What did you need Loke?" I asked the man. I knew that he wouldn't force his gate open unless he needed something or if I was in danger.

"Princess," he started but was stopped when a bush rustled behind him and we both immediately stood in our fighting stances. Only a small portion of magic was used in my fight with Sting, so I didn't really feel tired. If I need to fight, I will.

Fang seemed completely calm and just sat there, his tail moving every so often. Fang would never be so calm if there was a threat.

Out of the bushes came a slightly cut up Sting. "Yo Flake, Rogue's about to finish his fight. I don't think Rogue would be happy to know that you went missing in the middle of his fight." He said casually. He looked at Loke and raised an eyebrow at me. "Who's he?" He asked, jerking his head in Loke's direction, which was next to me.

Loke seemed to have taken some offense and an angry tick mark appeared on his head as he said, "I should be the one asking that to you!"

Oh Kami-sama help me.

"Yeah well I asked first pretty boy." Sting retorted, already quite irritated at my spirit.

"I am no-"

"Force Gate Closure: Leo." I said as he slowly disappeared back to the spirit world. His key then got back its golden glow. Sting was about to say something but I stopped him with a "Don't say anything." I used my hand and massaged my head to fend off an oncoming migraine.

'Partner?' Fang whined at me, his head tilted to the side, his tail still and eyes filled with worry.

I just smiled and pat his head to say that I was alright. I looked at Sting, "Well? Let's go before Rogue freaks." I walked past him a few steps before he started following behind me with Fang by my side, curiously looking at all the fauna and flora we passed by.

As we exited the forest, I sat by the sidelines and watched as Rogue defeated Rufus with a quick blow from behind, knocking him unconscious.

I decided to walk up to Rufus's unconscious self and used my air magic to move him out of the battlefield and somewhere safe. Then I moved to Rogue and stood in front of him. I took a look from head to toe and only saw a few bruises, and some cuts, here and there. I quickly put a hand to his chest and healed his wounds before any questions could be asked.

"All done!" I smiled at my handy work and before he could say anything, looked back at Minerva and Yukino.

Minerva looked fine but Yukino was full of injuries, maybe a few broken bones but still standing. So they already fought..?

I went up to Yukino and took her uninjured hand and focused some of my magic into her, re-placing her broken bones quickly and non-painfully back in place. As well as healing her bruises and cuts.

"T-thank you, Frost-san" Yukino said, still shocked at how much better she felt already.

"Please, just Frost-chan, Yuki-chan!" I chirped happily at her, a bright smile on my face.

"Okay then, Lucy-chan!" Yuki-chan replied with a wide smile.

I think I just made a new friend.

There are SEVEN Wolf hybrids in the world; Air/Sky, Earth, Ice, Fire, Poison and White. And as to answer why Lucy knows all the elements, that will be in a later chapter. (I hope)

LATENESS OF CHAPTER:

I lost motivation, and so I stopped thinking of ideas. But then I checked on this story and saw that so many of you actually like this story. You have no idea how much I want to cry when I see the nice comments.

FANG'S WAY OF TALKING:

Fang is a wolf and if wolves were to talk, I really don't think they would ever say 'spar'. And 'fight', as I see it, would mean to the death or over something. So I thought 'tussle' would be better. I hope you guys don't mind!

STING'S NICKNAME FOR LUCY:

Basically, he calls her 'Flake' because Frost would usually have the nickname 'Frosty' and calling her that would be unoriginal, so he thought of Frosty Flakes and so he calls her 'Flake'.

THE PAIRING:

Pretty much everyone wanted a triangle story. :/ So I decided to remove the 'triangle' option. I'M SO SO SORRY IF YOU VOTED TRIANGLE ONLY! I feel really bad if you wanted a pure triangle but I'm not really good with romance and balancing between RoLu and StiCy moments hurts my brain. THERE WILL BE A BIT OF TRIANGLE, TRUST ME!

FIGHTING!:

First ever fighting scene that I've written, hope I didn't make your eyes bleed :/

~Honestly I was listening to Imagine Dragons the entire time I wrote this, switching between 'Ready, Aim, Fire', 'Monster' and 'Fallen' Yeah, not really my genre (Punk) but hey, I'm an Imagine Dragons fan.~
