Hey peoples! (Omg my brother's getting to me lol) I had to lock myself in my room for a few days to finish writing this. I had a lot of stuff to do that kept getting in the way of this -_- I also found out that I have anxiety. *Sigh* But the good thing is I posted! Yaay! And thank you to the 21 REVIEWS on the last chapter (HOLY CRAP)! *Faints*

Disclaimer: I don't own Ghost Hunt...or Pokèmon... It's not mentioned in here though I just wanted to clarify I didn't!

Mai's POV

Could this week get any worse?

I slightly groaned and turned my head towards Naru's shoulder. I shouldn't have told him, I shouldn't have told Hiro everything! Now he's coming over to rat us out. Everyone's going to hate me! I lifted my head back up when I heard Luella gasp.

"That's Mai's stalker!" She said to Madoka, but everyone else heard, including Hiro. Monk and the rest of the SPR gang looked confused and worried as they looked at Hiro and then at me.

"Stalker?" Hiro asked in disbelief once he stopped in front of us. He must have seen the guilty—almost painful—look on my face because he continued, playing along, much to my surprise. "Oh... yes, I'm Mai's stalker." He gave me another quick glance that clearly said 'I like you but this is payback' then he flicked his gaze to the arm that Naru had around me before looking back at the others. "You must be Mai's boyfriend's parents! It's nice to see you again." He addressed Martin and Luella, smiling.

Oh my god... Is he seriously doing this?!

"Y-yes...we are..." Luella replied, unsure of how to act to the guy who's 'stalking' her son's girlfriend.

"Wait, if you know Mai already has a boyfriend, then why are you still going after her?" Yasu questioned with his evil self.

"Yeah, just who are you anyways?!" Monk demanded protectively. Hiro blinked.

"I'm Hiro Hayashi—Mai's personal stalker. And as for the other question, well, Mai has said before she has a boyfriend, but I guess I just had to see it with my own eyes. Now that I have, well..." Hiro turned slightly so he was facing me and Naru more than the others. "Don't they just look...wonderful together?"

It was hardly visible, but I could see a small smirk on his face. I inwardly flinched. I know what he's doing... I deserve it.

"Ah! They do, don't they?! They're just so CUTE!" Luella exclaimed like the doting mother she was. The others—except Lin and Masako—grinned at us. A deep blush crept up my neck and covered my face.

"You know," Hiro told Luella. "you just seem like the kind of mother who wouldn't let moments like these go to waste. I'm surprised you're not taking pictures or something." He laughed pleasantly.

"Oh, I am! But my husband wouldn't let me take any cameras here to Japan. He said I'd just scare Mai off." Luella pouted at Martin who gave her a strict look. "He wouldn't even let me say that I wanted to take pictures!"

"Thank you, Father." I heard Naru mumble under his breath. I looked up at him and blinked. Luella couldn't be that bad surely...

"I only did that after I caught you trying to secretly stash a camera in your luggage!" Martin reprimanded, correcting her. Everyone, but the two stoic men, tried to hold their laughter.

"Hiro!" I looked to my right to see a guy waving and gesturing for Hiro to go over there. Hiro waved back at him before turning back to us.

"Well if you'll excuse me, I'll be leaving now." He bowed slightly. He took a few steps but paused when he got beside me and turned his head towards me. "Oh, and Mai. I'll be leaving for university soon so I won't be stalking you anymore."

Oh, that's right. He'll be going to Todai University... I nodded and gave him the most apologetic look I could muster. Hoping no one else would notice, I mouthed 'I'm sorry' too. He inclined his head enough to let me know he saw it and walked off. I was then immediately bombarded with questions by Monk, Ayako, and Yasu. John just looked stunned while Masako looked like she was smirking behind that kimono sleeve of hers.

"What an...intriguing stalker you have, Mai." She commented slyly, raising her voice just enough to make the other three shut up before lowering it back down. "Though why he would choice you of all people to follow around, I have no idea. I don't even know why Na—"

"You know I wasn't sure about him to begin with," Luella blithely confessed, deliberately cutting off Masako as my eye began twitching from anger. Masako huffed causing me to mentally smirk. But if it hadn't been for Luella and also Naru's arm around me, I probably would've lunged for her. "but that boy certainly is the nicest stalker I've ever met!"

We all stopped and stared at Luella for a few moments.

"You've met other stalkers before, Mrs. Davis...?" John asked, voicing everyone's thoughts.

"Well, no..." She frowned before smiling again. "But he still was very nice!"

"Oh, Luella..." Martin rolled his eyes exasperatedly, making us laugh a little.

"You know, Naru, I thought you would've done something to make that guy leave sooner." Monk said thoughtfully. Ayako and Yasu muttered in agreement. Naru glared at them as Madoka let out a laugh.

"Lin and I must have been the only ones who noticed then."

"Noticed what?" I asked as I felt Naru remove the arm he had around me and then he crossed his arms.

"Though Naru didn't say anything verbally, he definitely was glaring holes into that boy's head." Lin answered with a small smirk of amusement on his face. I blinked. Naru was glar—No! What are you thinking, Mai? He was just acting!

Naru reverted his glare to Lin and Madoka, but he mainly focused on Lin.

"I don't believe that's any of your business." Naru retorted indignantly.

"Oh pish posh, Noll!" Luella exclaimed. "Stop trying to be such a grouch!" Before Naru had time to start an arguement with his mother, we heard a low growl. We looked in the direction it came from to see John with his hand over his stomach and a small blush dusting his cheeks.

"Sorry... I guess I'm a little hungry."

"Now that you mention it, I am too... Oh, what I'd give to taste some of my little Mai's cooking again!" Monk alluded dramatically as he placed his right hand over his heart. I rolled my eyes at him.

"Mai's a really good cook then, huh?" Madoka grinned.

"No, no, she's not good, she's the best!" Yasu praised causing some of the others to agree. I blushed at being spoken so highly about. "It's a shame we've only had it a few times though..." Yasu flicked his gaze towards Naru. "But Big Boss must get to eat it all the time." Naru chose to ignore that comment while my face got redder.

"I must say Mai's cooking is rather palatable." Wait for it... "But who would have guessed with all the other thing she can't do right." And there it is. I'm not sure if I should thank Masako for the first thing she said or yell at her for the second.

"Oh everyone's making me want to try it now!" Luella whined. "Oh, Mai, please, will you make us dinner?" She clasped her hands together and gave me pleading eyes along with most of the others. I'm pretty sure you can guess who didn't.

"Uh... I...I'm sorry, but my apartment wouldn't be big enough for everyone." I apologized, trying not to sound rude.

"Oh, that's alright, we can just use Noll's apartment! His place is plenty big enough!" And before I knew it Luella was writing down Naru's address and gave it to Monk and the others. She sure is fast!

"B-but L-Luella—!"

"Alright everyone, how about we all meet at Noll's in about two hours? Sound good?" She asked for confirmation. The others told her that it was fine with them. Then in a flash everyone fled before I could even get a word out, leaving me and Naru alone. I stood there stunned. I can't believe them! They knew we were going to object to this so they did it in a hurry and ignored us!

Expecting for him to be mad again, I slowly looked up at Naru, but he just appeared to be slightly annoyed.

"What...just happened?"

Naru sighed. He began walking off and signaled for me to follow. What am I, a dog?

"It seems you'll be making dinner tonight."

I tilted my head. Am I the only one who thinks Naru's not bothered by this...at all?

Since I didn't know what Naru had at his place, I told him I needed to go buy some food first... and since I have no idea where Naru lived, he told me he'd just drive me there so I wouldn't get lost or waste time. He came into the store with me and just followed me around not saying a word. But when we got to the checkout he all but demanded that he was going to pay for everything. I was going to protest against it but thought better of it. If you think back on it, he was the reason I was going to cook dinner for everyone in the first place.

When we walked into Naru's apartment, he led me to the kitchen so I could set the bags down. He gave me a tour of his place afterwards so I'd know where everything was before everybody got here. They probably think I come over here all the time. But in reality this is the first time. The apartment was big though. You could probably put my apartment just in Naru's living room...

"The jerk... I bet he's hardly ever here, why does he have such a big place?! He even lives here by himself!" I ranted on and on to myself. "The owner of the building must be a woman. She probably took one look at his face and though 'Oh, I'll just give this handsome young man the apartment for free. Because he's so handsome' ...the stupid jerk... thinks he can get whatever he wants... never says please or thank you... didn't even ask if I wanted to be his girlfriend... fake but still! And another thin—"

"Do you always chop your food so violently?"

I jumped at the sound of his voice, causing me to drop the knife I was holding. It just barely missed my hand from being cut. I placed a hand on my chest, trying to calm my rapidly beating heart, and glared at Naru.

"I could have cut myself you know! And it would've been all your fault!"

"My fault? I wasn't the one who was harshly chopping up their food."

"I meant about you standing there without me knowing then suddenly talking!"

"It's not my fault you're oblivious to your surroundings."

"Naru—" I stopped when we heard a knock at the door. Followed by a continuous knocking. Naru sighed as he walked out of the kitchen and into the living room to answer the door. I followed after him. "How long were you standing there watching me anyways...?" I mumbled. Naru looked over his shoulder and flashed me a smirk.

"Long enough to hear you call me handsome—twice. Not that I could blame you though." He replied arrogantly. I flushed and—due to the embarrassment that he had heard me say that—picked up a pillow from his couch and threw it at his head.

"You're such a narcissist!" But unfortunately Naru was opening the door as I threw the pillow so it missed him when he stepped aside. Instead, it hit Lin... right in the face. My eyes widened. Madoka, Luella, and Martin started laughing when the pillow fell and we saw Lin's stunned face. I squealed. "S-sorry, Lin! That was meant for Naru!" I stammered as I scurried back to the kitchen to finish preparing dinner.

"Now do you understand why I told you to knock and not barge in here?" I heard Lin ask.

Yep...tonight should be interesting...

Sorry about this chapter... I've tried rewriting it a bunch of times but I couldn't ever get it to go right especially the first part with Hiro!
