ch 12

Soon after the meeting with Alois and Claude Sebastian was up at night doing his nightly daily strolls around the mansion Sebastian had wondered how to keep his friend safe. But he hated to admit that Claude was right that she was oblivious. But still as the dry night had wore on Sebastian had heard something outside.

Meow

"What was that?" he looked around and saw a cat by the mansion door meowing to get someone's attention for dinner. Meow Sebastian couldn't help but go outside and get the poor cat. It was so cute with its orange, white and black fur it looked like patches on its body. It had green eyes and looked very hungry. The cat obsessed butler picked up the cat and took it inside. "You must be hungry how about we get you some food" the cat meowed back. Inside the pair went into the kitchen Sebastian than got a can of tuna and some milk for the cat. When it was done eating he took it back to the room and started to pet the cat. He sighed" I wish this can last forever" the cat purred in response "Ya know I should at least give you a name" Sebastian thought of a good name for the cat. "Oh I know how about Mr. Cupcake" the cat hissed at the name Sebastian was taken back from the cat. "Well how about Mrs. Cupcake?" the cat purred at its new name and rubbed against its new master. Sebastian got up and set the cat down on his bed

"I will be back later I have errands to run" he left the cat in his room as he went to get his master ready for school.

"It's too early Sebastian as your master I want you to put me back to bed" Ciel said groggily Sebastian sighed

"Now now young master we have to work on that case we have been given by the queen sir"

"To hell with that I want it to be Friday already so I can sleep" the butler chuckled as he drove to school. Once there he changed into his teenage form and got Ciel out of the car.

The navy haired boy sighed "another day with Alois this will be so much fun" he said sarcastically Sebastian smiled as he and his master got into the school property.

"I want to go back to bed in my home were people don't bother me and I can sleep" Becky said still sleepy" is it Friday yet?"

"No I'm sorry tis' not" the teenaged butler said

"Then carry me to class please Sebastian" she begged. Sebastian sighed

"Me too Sebastian I don't want to walk all the way across campus" Sebastian rolled his crimson eyes.

"You two are very troublesome at times" he sighed "fine I will carry you there" .

As the bell rang all the students scrambled to get to class on time. The teenage demon manage to carry the two back to their first class.

"Thanks Sebastian" she hugged him and sat like she normally would. When class started the teacher had all the students take notes. Becky soon fell asleep in class and Sebastian was there to take notes for her. Since he didn't need them he was already there during 1800s. a couple minutes before the bell rang Sebastian woke his partner. "I swear it was pickles!"

"What?"Sebastian looked at her confused

"Huh? Oh i-it's a dream I had.. Don't ask"

"Oh ok so would you like to be carried to your ext class?"

"Yeah I would really like that thanks Sebastian.. Anyways how were you able to carry me and ciel?"

He chuckled "if I told you i know you wouldn't believe me"

When the bell rang Sebastian carried his friend to their next class. When they got there he had sat her down in her seat and he sat across from her.

Ciel wasn't really interested in what the teachers said all day. He already knew half of the stuff they were talking about. He was bored right out of his mind. He wished he was at home sleeping and drinking tea. Soon the bell finally rang for the students to get out of class and get a ten minute break Becky decided to walk her to their original hangout. Everybody was talking about the homecoming dance Becky didn't care to go she wasn't much for dances.

"Hey Ciel what's up?"

"The sky and clouds and birds and those spaceship things I hear when im outside"

"Don't you mean airplanes?"

Ciel shrugged "whatever what is going on with you?"

"That what I … never mind nothing really but everybody keeps talking about the homecoming dance I wonder who would ask Sebastian to go" she chuckled Sebastian stared at her "what you're like the most attractive guy in school .. Other than Claude. But still you should have like a lot of girls coming to ask you to the dance by now"

"Well Becky is right Sebastian and besides it would be a little fun to see you being asked so many times a day."

"Yeah but I think they are refraining because I always hangout wit you two and girls think im dating one of you but in actuality were just friends."

"Hey I have to go see you two later" she waved a goodbye to the two demons and left.

"I swear her obliviousness is so ridiculous it makes me want to laugh." Ciel said

Lunch

The time when students socialize to their hearts content until the bell rings for them to go back to their studies. The trio sat underneath a big shady tree outside. It was a very nice day and the food was not. It was not to Ciels liking at all the milk had tasted funny and the food was like cardboard. Although Becky brought her own lunch It was quite as the trio ate, Except for Sebastian of course.

"So Ciel how was your day here so far." She said to break the silence

"Things are going nicely thank you for asking" they continued to for a while until they were done

"so um Ciel I have been wanting to ask you this for a while" Ciel looked up to his friend and Sebastian looked as well "I was wondering if you would let me… you don't have to say yes… if I can stay over your house this weekend" Sebastian sighed in relief.

Ciel thought about it. If he let her stay at his mansion he can play matchmaker and finally get his butler and his friend together. It could be hard also because Sebastian might know of his doing. But even so it would be worth it. "Yes I would like you to come to my mansion for the weekend. You come afterschool on Friday"

"Wow really thanks Ciel you awesome little guy" Becky hugged him tightly until he pushed back using his demon strength. Soon enough the bell rang and it was time to go back to class for Ciel it was an opportunity to think about his plans.
