There's a childish sketch framed and on display over Flynn's desk in his quarters. Most people assume that it must've been Ted who drew it, but it really wasn't. Yuri's a little touched that Flynn's kept it all these years. But mostly he'd like the terrible art of his childhood to disappear now that he can do so much better.

In the midst of all of this, the head chef for a modest Inn located in the lower quarter should be of no consequence at all...

If it truly was Flynn like he wanted. When one is in trouble, the other comes running.
