Orange: Hey guys, I know it's been ages since my last update and for that I apologize. I have my GCSE exams at the end of this year and my school has been constantly spamming me with tons of mock exams, coursework and hwk. I haven't had much free time but I started writing this chapter over my breaks. My latest set of mocks have now ended meaning that I will have more time to update from now on. Also I'm sorry if this chapter isn't as good as the rest, I haven't written anything on this story for a long time but I'm trying my best to get back into it. So yeah... incredibly long Author Note over *sighs*

Chapter 15

Yugi yawned loudly while stretching his arms. He had woken up this morning feeling renewed and refreshed. 'That was one of the best naps ever' he thought as he brushed his blonde bangs out of his eyes. His stomach rumbled loudly alerting him to how hungry he was.

Yugi trudged downstairs and was met with the sight of Yami making cereal. Big black bags were under his eyes as he fumbled around with the milk lid. "Hey why didn't you wake me up at the normal time?" Yugi asked as he grabbed an apple and bit into it.

"I was going to but you looked exhausted, I thought you could use the extra sleep" Yami replied while stifling a yawn.

"You look tired, didn't you get any sleep?"

"No, not much"

"Why not?"

"Tea"

Yugi didn't need to know the rest. He could already guess that Tea had been constantly calling on all the phones all night long.

"Maybe you should take the day off" Yugi advised as he caught the spoon which Yami accidently knocked off the side.

"But school-" Yami started to protest before Yugi placed a finger on his lips hushing him.

"Turn around and go back to bed, at this rate you would fall asleep during first lesson. I'll help you catch up with the work you'll miss. Besides, you won't have to see Tea for a whole day so think yourself lucky".

"Fine" Yami grumbled as he turned around. In his dazed state he tripped over his own feet and was heading towards the floor. Yami closed his eyes and waited for impact when he felt a body in front of him holding him up. Yami blinked open his eyes and was met with concerned amethyst.

Yugi sighed before he flung Yami onto his back and carried him upstairs. Once upstairs he gently lowered Yami onto his bed before throwing the covers over him.

"Get some sleep, I'll deal with Tea" Yugi stated before he left, slamming the door shut as he went.

The bell rang signalling the start of the first lesson of the day when Yugi slid into his desk chair. Joey waved at him but was ignored as Yugi turned to stare icily at Tea.

Vicky looked between Yugi and the girl and raised a brow. 'What has she done now? Will that stupid girl ever learn? Yugi said that he was going to wait and think of something really good to do to Tea, so why is he glaring at her now?'

Vicky looked over at Maisie who shrugged her shoulders. Martha, Harry and Rose gave the same response when she shot a questioning look over at them. 'I'll just ask Yugi after and see if he needs any help' she thought as she focused on the monotone voice of the teacher who was doing his job of boring all the students.

The bell rung for recess and the grateful students leapt from their chairs and ran out. As soon as the teacher followed Tea jumped to her feet and stormed over to where Yugi was sat.

"Why isn't Yami here?" she said as she slammed her hand down onto his desk. Yugi coldly looked up at her before he replied "I believe you already know the answer you dumb cow".

Tea glared murderously at the small teen and Yugi glared right back. Joey and Tristan were cheering for Yugi in the corner while Kaiba's mouth twitched upwards. Ryou and Duke were watching the exchange in silent amusement.

"What did you say pipsqueak" Tea growled out as she clenched her fist in anger.

"You heard me, but I'll explain it so that even someone as stupid as you can understand. Yami is at home getting some sleep because you kept calling him, keeping him up all night. He was so tired that he couldn't even take two steps without falling over. Maybe he would be here if you would just leave him alone, hasn't it occurred to you yet that Yami want's nothing to do with you?" Yugi replied coolly.

"You're lying" Tea hissed back.

Yugi raised a brow. "And why would I lie, I have no reason to".

"Yami loves me, I bet you did something to him".

"Seriously… You know what this conversation is over. If you want the truth ask Yami and I assure you that he will say the same as me". On that note Yugi stood up and turned his back on her. He started to head towards the door when he felt something connect with his back.

He slowly turned around to see Tea with her fist in his back. "You wait until my back is turned then strike me, you really are a coward Tea". He ground out before he continued on his way. Vicky, Maisie, Martha, Harry and Rose all ran out after him leaving Tea to face the glaring faces of Ryou, Duke, Seto, Joey and Tristan.

"What?" she demanded as she crossed her arms and glared at them.

"Just stay away from us and Yami" Ryou replied before they too also left. Kaiba fell back to say one last thing before storming off.

"You ever so much as harm a single hair on Muto's head, I will personally make sure that your life is hell".

"Are you ok?" Harry asked as he watched Yugi pace in front of them.

"Yes, I could hardly feel it, she has the strength of a flea. I'm just annoyed because the sight of her face makes me want to attack her, but I can't because that would be wrong and I could end up seriously hurting her".

Vicky smiled. "That's our Yugi, still so kind and considerate".

Yugi stopped pacing after a few minutes and looked up at his friends. They were all looking at him concerned, Maisie however was standing further away from him and seemed distant.

Yugi sighed. Maisie was still hung up over what happened in Ebdar, he still wasn't sure if she even forgave him for what happened.

"Maisie we need to talk" Yugi announced suddenly.

Maisie flinched before she turned and glared up at Yugi. "What?" she demanded harshly causing shivers to run up his spine.

Yugi swallowed nervously before he replied "I just wanted to apologize for what I said in Ebdar. I said some horrible – no terrible things to you that day with the wine. I was out of line, even though I was enchanted it was by my own free will that I said those things. I'm really, really sorry".

Maisie continued to glare at him as she replied "I only give people one chance, and you blew it", Yugi looked down glumly and Maisie shut her eyes and let out a big sigh before continuing, "but I have taken into account that you were possessed so I guess I'll forgive you this time. However this is your last chance".

"Thank you, thank you, thank you" Yugi cried joyfully as he hugged Maisie happily. "Ugh" Maisie groaned as she was squeezed half to death.

"GROUP HUG" Vicky called out happily as she ran to join in the fun. The others also joined but quickly ran away once they heard Maisie shout "If you don't let go right now I'm going to smother you all with pancakes when you are asleep.

"Anyway moving on, let's get down to business" Martha stated.

"Do defeat the Huns…" Vicky sang and was almost beheaded by a raging Martha. (LOL, guess she doesn't like the movie Mulan)

"As I was saying" Martha continued while Vicky cowered behind Harry, "I believe it's time to dish out some revenge. What's the plan Yugi?"

"Well" answered Yugi, "I've already dealt with Yami, but still it would be fun to prank him. Then we need to prank Joey, Kaiba, Tristan, Ryou, Duke and Tea. Now I've got an idea for Joey and Kaiba. Joey loves his food so his prank is simple, we simply add the most disgusting ingredients ever. Kaiba is almost always working on his laptop so maybe if we hacked it and maybe deleted a couple of documents – nothing too important though, I don't want to be responsible for the shutdown of Kaiba Corp".

"Haha great ideas, I'll help with the cooking. Me and Vicky will make something epic" Maisie hooted.

"Well Harry is the best hacker there is and I'm not bad myself so we can take care of Kaiba's prank" Rose added.

"Right you two take care of Kaiba while we take care of Joey" Yugi agreed.

"Aww man I'm starving, my stomach is killing me" Joey moaned as he repeatedly bashed his head lightly against the table.

"Then buy some food Wheeler, honestly your groaning is worse than a mutts. I'm trying to concentrate here" Kaiba retorted, not once letting his eyes wander from the screen.

Joey, Kaiba, Ryou, Tristan and Duke were all lounging around in the cafeteria. Ryou was munching quietly on a sandwich while Tristan and Duke were both fiddling with their empty food wrappers. Kaiba was typing away on his computer and Joey was being Joey.

"But I left my money at home" Joey whined. He sadly looked over at the hordes of teens passing by with delicious, tasty looking food.

"Then you can have my lunch, I've lost my appetite" a voice called out. Joey yelped and whirled around to come face to face with Yugi. "YUG" Joey cried out happily before pulling his friend into a hug. Yugi groaned as the life was squeezed out of him.

"So do you want the food or would you rather suffocate me?" he asked.

"Oh sorry Yug, I was just so happy dat you decided to come over. How about spending lunch with us like old times" Joey apologized as he released the short teen.

"Sorry I can't, I promised Martha that I would meet her and the others" Yugi replied as he placed the curry in front of his naïve friend, "thanks for the offer though, maybe another time".

Yugi turned around and quickly fled, quietly snickering to himself. 'Enjoy your chili, mustard, Nutella flavoured curry Joey'.

"ACK WHAT THE HELL IS IN TH- OH GOD I FEEL SICK, OUTTA MY WAY" a voice cried out before a green faced blonde zoomed past on his way to the bathroom.

"Well I thought that my cooking was excellent, guess Wheeler didn't feel the same" Martha chuckled, causing Yugi to jump from the sudden appearance.

"Geese stop scaring me like that Martha" Yugi grumbled before asking "So how are the others getting on with Kaiba?"

Martha smirked "Oh they run me a minute ago telling me they were done so any second now Kaiba shou-"

"STUPID PIECE OF JUNK" an angered cry shouted out. Yugi and Martha turned around to see Seto glaring at his laptop which was showing him the blue screen of death (before everyone fell to the floor dead….just kidding), Kaiba angrily pressed a few keys causing the blue screen to disappear before gaping at the screen. The documents all labelled as blank stared innocently back at him.

"What…how…why…stupid machine" Kaiba grumbled darkly to himself. He slammed his laptop lid down before storming out of the now silent cafeteria.

"Well that went better than expected, he actually showed some emotion for once" Yugi stated before smirking, "This is fun, let's go set things up for Duke, Tristan and Ryou".

Ryou: I'm scared now

Yugi: WHAT RYOU YOU'RE IN OUR AFTER STORY CONVERSATION NOW!

Ryou: Yep

Yugi: *smiles* well welcome
