Oh my god...I can't believe I haven't updated this in so long...Holy Mother of Anime.

To be truthful, I was actually going to leave this site for good but I just really couldn't.

It was one of those feelings you get when you really want to do something but you can't. I'm actually going to try get back into this site since I really can't live without it. Hopefully my writing has improved though! \^.^/

And another question, would you rather have the story focused on Onix or Lucy?

Chapter Twenty Nine.

The girl was splayed across Onix's futon. The strands of dark hair framing her head peacefully, contrasting with the ash-like state of her skin. The bluette chewed her lip furiously, her nerves twitching at random intervals. It wasn't as if she was dead, she knew that, it was more the fact of how eerily similar she looked to Zara's ex-general. Lucy was busy outside, ushering their Sister's into the rooms and making sure no boys were sneaking with them. They knew there wasn't any chance that their guild members would do anything as stupid as that, yet for safety measures it needed to be checked.

Zeref continued to dab at the mysterious girl's forehead, swiping at the bundles of cold sweat that were building up. His expression remained neutral, having a form of calming effect on his older sister. Trust him to keep up the facade. Onix swung off the window ledge, taking shaky breaths. She still remembered the day she woke up, encased in crystal-like fragments. Only later did she realise it was something called Lacrima. In fact, she still had the hunk of blue stone she'd managed to salvage strapped around her neck in the form of a necklace.

"What're we going to do?" The Hex Dispeller sighed, tracing an index finger over the girl's cheek. The comforting prickling of magic raised up her arms once more, joining her own to make some sort of symphony. It was addictive, threatening to swallow her like it had all those years ago. Zeref grabbed his sister's hand and pulled it away, watching as her eyes started to melt back into focus. She had always been the weaker one when it came to greed.

"For starters, you can stop harassing a sleeping girl." He teased, a smirk crossing his lips. He'd long since transformed back into the body of a seventeen year old boy. His black hair tousled dangerously and eyes glinting playfully. A swell of indignation welled in Onix's chest.

"Wha-? I wasn't!" She thumped him on his shoulder turning her back to the unconscious body. A low moan filled the space of the room, coming from the futon. A pair of eyes fluttered open, flinching from the sudden light. Onix's mouth went dry as she began thinking up excuses. It wasn't exactly normal to just wake up in some randomer's bedroom! The bluette's yellow eyes clashed with violet as they connected. She watched as the pupils dilated before her vision virtually slapped her. The girl jumped out of the futon and rushed to her. Onix threw her arms up, ready to defend herself from the attack that never came.

"Thank you!"

"...Eh?"

"I hope I wasn't too much bother in nursing, I obviously picked a fight I couldn't win." She finished, her head bowed so deeply that her nose was touching her knees. To say Onix was surprised would have been an understatement. Not just from the thank you, but from the fact her-Zara's ex-general lost. It was unthinkable, impossible even. Onix knew first hand that someone from the Lunar Clan would never live done a defeat. They were dream casters, specializing in manipulating people's desires through what they experienced during their nightmares. It was a type of Dragon Slaying if she remembered correctly, expect it was the previous stage. They had tamed Acnologia using it.

"Really, it was no problem," Onix smiled, trying to hide any form of recognition she might have been showing towards the girl, "I'm just glad you aren't dead! You gave us a serious scare!"

Well, that part was true.

The black-haired girl smiled, "I'm happy someone cares if I die, even if you are a stranger."

A pang of sympathy ran through her, heating her veins and bringing her further from her panicked state, "I'm Onix by the way." She stretched a hand out, ready to shake.
"Tracy."

Zeref cocked an eyebrow at the two girls, astonished as to how quickly the mood could change. It was one of his reasons for never wanting to date, that and being a supposed Evil Lord. The similarities between the way the girls stood was definitely a give away for him, others may not have noticed how they both held themselves with their arms carelessly hugging their elbows. It was a clear sign this Tracy was already beginning to feel the need to be Onix. All of Zara's disciple's had, in some form or another, tried to become her. Zeref would never admit it but it seemed they may have to disappear for another century or two again if this kept up.

Tracy's gaze chose that moment to flicker to the dark-boy, her cheeks immediately flaming. He smirked at that. She bit her bottom lip and pushed a stray strand of hair behind her ear. Onix caught the sudden flirtatious atmosphere. She couldn't decide whether to exploit it or rip her baby brother from the Lunar Descendant's clutches and high-tail it out of here. The door to the room slid open, revealing a certain busty blonde who look particularly pissed off.

"It turns out some of our member's don't understand the no boys in your room rule." She scowled, taking in the suddenly-conscience girl. Lucy understood it wasn't in her right to sudden bombard her with questions so politely kept to herself. Onix groaned, slapping a palm to her forehead, turning it a slightly red colour. She glanced at the two hormonal teenagers from the corner of her dark purple eyes, weighing the pros and cons of leaving them alone. Deciding against her adult instincts, she decided to let her brother have some shot.

"I'll be there now," The Hex Dispeller noted how Tracy was struggling to form words, making Zeref grin stretch wider and wider. He seemed to enjoy the fact he had some sort of power over her, and not from his magic, "No phoning for room service," She stated, shrugging on a kimono robe and striding to the door. Onix gripped the door, shutting it before yelling out.

"And no sex in my futon!"
