Hello again readers and happy easter if you celebrate that holiday…I don't really but I do celebrate the eating of chocolate bunnies!

Oh and quick tidbit no one really cares about but me: IM GOING TO RUFFLE CON 2015! Im sooo excited~ even though its insanely far away can't wait to get my lolita on!

"Inuyasha."

Inuyasha looked up at Sango from where he lie, "yes?"

"Do you think if we finish this on time and drive really fast we could make it back for Kagome's birthday?"

The silver haired hanyo looked her over lazily, taking a long drag of his cigaret, "Sango…do you have any idea where we are?"

She shifted and looked around, frowning at Miroku who was sleeping on a rock, "…no."

"And do you know how to magically create a car?"

"…no."

"Do you think we can get this over on time and drive really fast in order to make it back for Kagome's birthday?"

She glared at him, "go fuck yourself Inuyasha."

Taking another drag he closed his eyes, "I have a little Miko for that Sango."

Miroku laughed, "really? then why is it you're not getting any?"

Sango smirked while Inuyasha glared "Fuck off Miroku!"

The dark haired man just laughed, sitting up on his rock, "how they hell did you manage to lose that guy anyways Yasha? all the sexual frustration getting to your head?"

Inuyasha rolled his eyes and laid back in the grass, staring up at the quickly darkening sky, "Don't know how he managed to give me the slip. He's a quick little rat though thats for sure."

Sango kicked at the ground, "I wanted to be there for her. This fucker is so gonna get it for making me miss my friends birthday! I was gonna make cupcakes and everything!"

Both Miroku and Inuyasha froze for a second, staring at her, before bursting out in laughter. Miroku stood and wrapped an arm around his long time girlfriend, "Sango love, you can't cook…or bake."

She stomped on Miroku's foot, "I can too bake now! Kagomes been teaching me…I'm not as good as her but I can at least handle a basic cupcake."

Inuyasha stood, tossing his cigarette to the ground and stomping on it, "Baking doesn't suit you Sango."

She shot him a deadpan look gesturing to his overall appearance, "a lolita doesn't suit you Inuyasha."

Miroku snickered as Inuyasha messed with one of his piercings, a frown on his face, "Kagome suits me just fine."

Sango grinned at him, "What is this I hear? Love perhaps? Is the big bad Inuyasha head over heels for an innocent little girl?"

The hanyo growled lowly at his friends, "no."

Sango glared, "Then end it now before you hurt her you fucker."

Inuyasha rolled his eyes, "Just because you don't like it doesn't mean I'm ending it."

The two stared at one another, neither willing to back down.

Sango was worried for her new friend while Inuyasha was unwilling to back down from anything, much less on his relationship with Kagome.

The next day with Kagome:

Kagome yawned and walked downstairs and into the kitchen where the smell of hotcakes wafted through the room, "Good morning Sota, mom, grandpa!"

Kagome's mother looked up at her from where she was pouring tea, "Good morning sweetie and happy birthday."

Her brother and grandfather echoed the sentiment.

Kagome smiled and took her seat at the table, "What's for breakfast?"

Her mother grinned ear to ear, clearly happy with herself, "all your favorites!"

Kagome smiled and laughed, chatting happily with her family and gratefully receiving a present from each until the doorbell rang.

Her grandfather stood and hobbled to the door, mumbling about people interrupting his time off with his granddaughter.

Laughing a little to herself Kagome stood from her table to go save whoever had the misfortune of dealing with her grumpy grandfather, freezing when she noticed the very feminine man grinning happily, a small wrapped box in his hands, "there you are Kagome sweetheart! special delivery from deviant toys~"

Kagome smiled at her grandfather telling him he could go before turning to the Jakotsu, "From Inuyasha?"

He shook his head.

The raven haired girl frowned, "Sango? Miroku?"

"Nope and nope. Those damn rats all went somewhere else for your gifts. This little trinket is from me, wishing you a very happy birthday, you are my favorite lolita after all."

Kagome smiled and took the glittering box grateful, "thank you Jakotsu! thats so nice of you!" Slowly she unwrapped the box to reveal two large sakura blossom hair clips she let out a soft gasp, "oh my…these are so pretty!" She quickly fastened them in her hair where it was tied up, "how do they look?"

Jakotsu grinned, "adorable. I'm glad you like them Kagome, happy birthday."

She grinned and thanked him again before exchanging goodbyes, about to close the door again when the mail man walked up, telling her she need to sign for three packages. She did and carried them inside, two large boxes and one smaller one, each addressed to her. She smiled figuring these were the ones from Sango, Miroku, and Inuyasha and set them by the door. She would get to them later, right now she needed to spend some time with her family.

Kagome stood in her room, giant cat pillow hugged to her chest, mouth agape. She had just opened the box that held Inuyasha's gift to her, revealing various branded packages for one of her favorite lolita brands. She knew the brand wasn't cheap and debated as to whether or not she should even accept it…something so expensive. Still curiosity got the best of her, shakily she opened each package; shock growing as she revealed an entire outfit, everything down to the jewelry. It was gorgeous really, an amazingly elegant blue and tan dress decorated with bows and ribbons. She picked up the little hat that went with it and stared in amazement, toying with each tiny bow. It was ridiculous elegant and she had never seen anything like it before. Slowly she lifted the dress from the box and held it up to her.

It set off her blue eyes perfectly.

She bit her lip, and blushed a bit wondering where on earth she was going to wear such an elegant dress the long sleeves and velvety fabric called for it being worn only in the fall or winter that was for sure and the classic somewhat neo victorian look screamed that it was more for evenings than daytime. But she would find a place to wear it, she just had to. it was too beautiful not to wear every chance she got.

She knew he couldn't respond right now yet she pulled out her phone anyways: Its absolutely beautiful! I don't know how to thank you enough Nu-chan. Sorry again for calling you a baka...

She smiled to herself, giggling in delight as she put away her new outfit, she would try it on later. She was still too afraid of ruining it now.
