Hello again! This chapter is them getting settled into their rooms :)

Previously

"Hey lovebirds. I need to show you your rooms." Stark said poking his head through the door.

"Alright. Alright. We're coming!" Clint said as we walked back into the living room.

We passed the others who were still eating pancakes, Thor scoffing most of them, and went into a corridor of rooms.

There was Captain America and Thor's doors on the right, represented by a shield and a hammer on the front and on the doors opposite them were a green hand, obviously Banner's, and a white circle, which confused me.

"Why the white circle? Who's room is it?" I asked.

"Ice Queen is here to 'assess the Avengers'," He meant Hill. He smirked and continued "but I think she's just here for Cap!"

"And how would you know?"

"You didn't feel the sexual tension on the helicarrier? She is definitely into Capsicle."

I shall bring that up with her later I though as we passed lots of random blank doors.

"What are these ones?"

"Storage. I made sure you guys were away from everyone else just incase your hormones go crazy or something.

"Tony, we are together." Clint said, sounding fed up.

"Whatever you say Blackeye."

"And stop with the nicknames already!"

He ignored Clint and carried on walking down the corridor.

Once we had reached the end, I noticed there were two doors opposite each other, but no door straight ahead. One of the doors had a bow and arrow on it and one of them had my symbol.

Stark said "Go into your rooms and look around." he said following Hawkeye into his before Clint shut the door mouthing 'Help me'.

I chuckled and opened the door. There were two walls carrying on from where the edge of the door frames were which were only a metre, but I had to walk to see the full room.

As I entered, I realised that it was all one room, like a hotel room, but much more spacious.

The theme...red of course! I bet Bartons was purple.

There was a table immediately on the left, with a coffee maker! Thank God!

A television above it, which was opposite my bed. Red sheets, pillows and duvet.

The walls and the coach were also red.

Overall...a lot of red, but I wasn't complaining.

The coffee table was black, but I needed something to divide it up. Also black are weapons stand and wardrobe.

I was now on the other side of the room and there were two doors.

I opened one of them and it led me into a very luxurious bathroom with a theme of a lighter shade of red, but definitely not pink (Stark knows that I really would kill him), and white.

I stepped out of the ridiculously big bathroom and went to the other door curious to what else what there.

I opened it to find Barton and Stark chatting about something. They looked over at me and I came to realisation of what the room was. A huge sparring area.

"Thought you'd need it. You're not exactly fans of other people, so I thought that sometimes you would want your own space. Also, you can go into each others rooms freely to have sex instead of crawling through the vents all the time!" Stark smirked.

"Hey, how do you know about that?" Clint asked.

"YES! I knew it! Haha! Banner and Cap owe me thirty dollars."

I felt like punching him in the face.

"I meant about the vents thing you idiot!" Clint said trying to appear angry, but no one could deny that he had a red blush rising on his cheeks.

"Whatever you say Clint and like i'd tell you!"

I gave him an evil glare and he immediately gave in.

"Alright. Hill told me. She had to tell me everything she knew about all the Avengers to let them stay. She dragged on a bit about Steve!"

I rolled my eyes and said "Barton, I'm looking at your room."

I assumed he went to look in mine.

I entered and his was like mine apart from the red being purple. His weapons were different, because obviously he shoots with a bow, but they were still on a construction similar to mine.

I went back out and both the boys had left, so I went into my room and found Stark gone, but Barton was sitting on the bed cross legged.

"What's the matter?" I said and he jumped back a bit, surprised to hear my voice.

"I could've killed you."

"I know." I said going to sit down next to him. "But you didn't. You missed. You were sloppy in fact. I don't think it was chance that you didn't hit me when we were fighting. Dr. Selvig had something in his mind that allowed him to make a safety for the Tesseract. And that's what I think happened with you." I turned round to look at him and I didn't realise how close we were.

He placed a hand on my waist and one on my shoulder bringing him even closer to me.

"I don't know what I would do if I lost you." he said and I could feel his breath against my lips.

"I don't know what I would do if I lost you either." I said back to him.

I leaned into him, closing my eyes and our noses touched. Just as my lips were about to meet his, there was a frantic knocking at the door.

I snapped apart from him realising what I was doing. "Sorry." I said quickly and went to see who was interrupting our private moment.

Stark.

"What do you want?" I asked him angrily.

"Pepper's just arrived." he said looking a little fearful.

Haha. Stark is going to get killed.

I smirked slightly and went with Stark and Clint to meet her. Stark was charging alone in front leaving me and Clint nearly jogging to catch up with him. When we were walking, all I could think about was what just happened. Did Clint like me? I mean he put his hands on my waist and shoulder, but that doesn't mean that he likes me, does it? I closed my eyes, so I can't even tell whether he was freaking out or leaning in too!

I glanced over to him and he was looking right at me. How long had he been doing that? He immediately looked away as soon as I laid eyes on him and I went back to chasing after Stark.

We arrived in the living room and the number on the lift were increasing. Stark looked quite happy, but nervous at the same time. All the Avengers were at the couch area with Stark furthest away from the lift.

The lift pinged and everybody looked up. Pepper came out calmly, looked at the Avengers, laid eyes on Tony and turned to a small desk putting the papers she had in her hands on it. She turned back to the Avengers, Tony now looking confused to why she was acting like this.

She came towards the group and politely gestured her hands that made us move apart from each other as if leaving a corridor for Pepper to walk down.

Suddenly, her calm and neutral face turned to that of anger and I honestly thought that she had some form of hulk inside her.

She sprinted up to Tony and started hitting his chest. "WHAT THE HELL TONY! YOU COULD HAVE DIED YOU IDIOT! YOU COULD HAVE DIED AND I DIDN'T EVEN PICK UP THE STUPID PHONE, BECAUSE I WAS TOO CONCENTRATED ON WATCHING YOU FALL FROM THE SKY! GOD, I HATE YOU SOMETIMES. WHY THE HELL DID YOU DO THIS TO ME!" Stark caught Peppers hands and clung onto them.

"I didn't mean to. I'm sorry for hurting you like that." he whispered and she looked at him. A real apology? From Tony Stark? This is not happening! "I'll never do it again! I promise." he said wiping away the tears that were streaking her face.

He wrapped her up in a hug and kissed her head. Then he pulled her back and started to kiss all of her face finally landing on her lips. I wonder what it would be like to love someone like that? I looked at Clint whilst they were in their reunion and I saw him looking sadly at them and then flicked his eyes over to me.

His eyes stayed on mine for a moment before going back to the couple. A light shade of red was rising on his cheeks that only I would have been able to notice. I know him well like that.

Why was he blushing and why did he look over?

"Right." Stark said dragging me out of my thoughts. "Today lets just chill out a bit yeah! I think we need it before sending rock of ages off tomorrow. Sound good?" We all agreed. We needed to take a day to chill.

"Banner that means no sciencing. Clintasha that means no sparring or training. Rogers that means no exercising. Thor that means no fighting. Got it?" he said sitting down next to Pepper on the sofa.

"Unfair." Clint said, ignoring the nickname that we had been given.

I walked over to the kitchen and decided to get breakfast. I saw the bowl and I thought it was full of pancake mix until I walked over and realised that the others had eaten it all...probably Thor.

I sighed and went over to the cupboard to see what else Stark had in this place.

"I'll make you some more." Clint said.

I turned around and found him standing at the door.

"You don't have to do that for me." I said.

"No worries. I haven't had any breakfast yet anyways." he replied. Idiot! He was making it for him anyway! You're not special!

"Thanks." I said sitting down and grabbing a paper that was on the side of the table.

He began making the mix and asked me what we were going to do today.

"Well, apparently we are not allowed to train or spar, so I don't know what else there is do."

"Well, you'll have to think of something!"

"Why do I have to do all the work?"

"One word. Pancakes." I gave him and evil glare, because his pancakes were the best and they always won any argument.

"How about watching a movie or something? I have no idea?"

"Yeah, sounds good. My room or yours?" he asked.

"Mine?" I said and he nodded. "but pancakes first."

"Definitely." he agreed and went back to making us breakfast.

Damn it, what would I do without him.

So I hoped you liked this chapter. Very excited for the next one because they discuss their feelings with other members of the group! Exciting! See you then :)
