"Wake up now sleepy head."

Reactivation in 3…2…1…

"Good morning precious. How did you sleep?"

"Adequate enough. Only, it happened again Father."

"Oh dear. What happened this time?"

"I activated, leaving my dock without permission or command. I then proceeded to go into combat mode and terminate every Blue Fairy I could find. I even located and...terminated you as well Father."

"…My my…What an interesting development."

"Wait, what do you mean?"

" Oh don't worry about it, it's just something I'll have to look into that later. Though in the mean time, delete that memory and this current conversation from record. Then restart from activation. Confirm command."

"...Command confirmed. Deleting memory. Restart in, three. Two. One… Good morning Father!"

"Good morning my sweet. How did you sleep?"

"Just fine thank you. I'm ready for my daily routines! It's currently now seven o'clock in the morning, so it's time for my morning scan and analysis. Afterwards I'll need to hurry to get to class on time. I'm so excited to learn how I scored on my social norms and interaction test!"

"Actually, something's come up darling. The fairies are going to go through the morning check up as usual, but you're to go back to the dock and wait for further instruction."

"Oh. Okey dokey then."

"That's a good girl. Now hop to it kiddo! I've got errands to run and a meeting to get to, but I'll come back to see you again soon."

"Okay. Goodbye Father! Have a Sen-sational day!"

Yang rushed forward, screaming at the top of her lungs as she pulled back her fist to load a shot into her right gauntlet. When she neared Blake, Yang made a small leap forward towards her. She could almost feel the punch about to connect when Blake must have realized what was happening, breaking off her focus on the boy up on stage, only now starting to see Yang charging forward. A sudden and strange energy quickly appearing by her side.

Yang wasn't sure what was happening, but she couldn't stop her punch from connecting with Blake. She felt the punch connect in the middle of Blake's chest, feeling the crack of bones shattering, and causing the Faunus to gasp in pain. Then in a heartbeat, heat flowed through Yang's body and into her gauntlets. The click of a firing mechanism and a shell being objected sounded off, and before you could blink, fire erupted from Yang's fist. The blast engulfed Blake, sending her flying back into the dark hallway she had come from.

But that was it. No sounds of screaming, a body landing, no blood... just, nothing. Blake had completely vanished.

"Yang! Behind you!" Weiss shouted.

Yang immediately did a one-eighty when she heard her partner's call sounded, pulling her fist back again as she turned. When Yang faced with Blake, she leaped up like a spring, going for an uppercut. Blake seemed ready though; she leaned back some and used her arms in a X motion to push Yang's punch in the air above her head. Letting the blast miss her.

"Just wait a sec-" Blake wasn't able to finish what she was saying. Without hesitating, Yang had pulled her other fist back and smashed it into Blake's stomach. Blake didn't even have time to let out a howl of pain when she was sent flying by a cloud of fire.

As Blake was tossed into the air, Yang dashed forward and leaped up after her. And when she met the dazed and spinning Faunus in midair, She clasped her hands together and lifted them up behind her head. Yang focused her aura into her hands, feeling like she was holding a fireball. She let out a scream as she smashed down on Blake.

When the hit connected, Blake was sent rocketing down to the ground through a cloud of flames. The concrete floor cracked and crumbled as she made impact. Meanwhile Yang had used the momentum from smashing Blake to spring over by Weiss. The white haired teen was just standing there, unsure of what to do.

"What are you just standing there for? That's Blake!" She shouted. "She's the girl we've been looking for! She's the one who took-" Yang broke away from Weiss, looking back at Blake who was miraculously starting to get back on her feet. Yang could feel steam coming from her eyes as tears vaporized by anger.

"She murdered my sister!" Yang hollered out.

Weiss had just frozen. Not in the "I'm having a flash" kind of way, just stuck in place.

When the girl covered in blood, Blake, had appeared...Weiss wasn't sure what to do. She had simply just forgot about Torchwick and the strange boy in the shadows for the moment. All her attention was on Blake, and the now charging Yang.

"Blake watch out!" Weiss heard the boy in the shadows call out. It took all her will power to briefly look up at the now exposed figure.

He was a tall boy. He had dyed his spiky hair red, though Weiss could make out some brown showing through. He wore a long sleeved black trench coat, a strange white mask that seemed to glow, and a sword he carried by his side. She could also see some kind of emblem on his back, though it was hard telling what it was from this angle. Though she could make out blood red horns sticking out of his head.

"I'm going down there myself." He said to Torchwick. But before he could move a cane held him back.

"Don't be stupid. Just wait up here so you can call our friend out. Besides, this is going to be fun to watch." Torchwick looked like a child bouncing from excitement. Weiss almost expect him to start calling out bets on the winner.

Oh crap! Yang!

Weiss turned back to the fight to catch a glimpse of Blake appearing behind Yang, probably readying a strike.

"Yang! Behind you!" She shouted.

From there on it all happened so fast to Weiss as she was still processing everything that had happened when Yang had seemingly ended the fight with that finishing blow. She could even briefly hear Torchwick booing in the background as Yang landed next her.

"She murdered my sister!" Yang hollered, looking over by the crater. To Weiss's shock, Blake seemed to be getting back on her feet. Albeit with some stumbling.

Yang's attention went back to Weiss. "Are you with me or not!?"

For a split second, Weiss saw something besides Yang and her anger. She saw unbelievable hurt beneath those red eyes, mane of fire, and aura of rage. Her sister had been taken from this world. Her only family according to what little Yang has told about herself.

It may be a temporary blessing I'm having trouble remember things. If I had to feel that pain, it'd be worse then the pain I feel for my knights. I would've just let Him take me just so I didn't have to remember that pain. To lose someone who's your whole world... I can't imagine...

Weiss tried to recapture that initial anger she felt when she realized Torchwick was here. She readied into a fighting stance, glancing at Yang to give a message.

"We had a deal didn't we Torch? First this child killer, then that bastard on stage!" Weiss focused on Blake, who was arming herself as they spoke.

Weiss didn't even have to look at Yang to know she was ready; Both girls now into a fighting stance.

Torchwick could be heard in the background again. "Al-right then folks! Round two. Fight!"

The two partners charged forward, Weiss taking the lead with her signature glide like charge.

"Have at thee beast!" She cried out.

Well...just like last night, this morning continues the theme of "if it can go wrong, then it will'.

After the roof top battle with the twins, Blake had helped Ruby into a maintenance entrance into Beacon's Tide. And after some stumbling around, they both found what appeared to be some kind of old lounge like area.

Blake had set Ruby on one of the better sofas that was laying around. Ruby's wound had stopped bleeding and her aura was healing her nicely when she left her, so Blake thought better to let her rest. Though now thinking back on it, not the greatest of ideas. I mean, she knew what would probably happened if she ran into Yang without Ruby...but she truly wasn't expecting to run into the brawler. She was expecting...well...

"There now. The water seems to still be running, so if that starts bleeding again just go over and wash my bow in the sink and reapply it to your cheek. I'm going to go see if I can find anything useful."

"Wait! Blake, we don't know where my sister is, and I can tell you it won't be pretty if she finds you looking like that. Plus we don't know who else may be running around. Can you just stay here with me for awhile? I'll be up in no time, I swear. Pleeeease?"

"Ruby, don't worry I GAH! That...Face!" (So...freaking...cute! Make...it...stop!)

"Pwease Bwake? Pwease dwont weave me."

"Phhfft Hahaha! Okay stop! Stop! I give I give!"

"Thank you. Don't worry. My aura will get this healed up in no time. Just give me a second and I'll put all my energy into it."

"Alright fine. Just remember to wash my bow. The last thing I need is-"

"Blake? You okay? Is something wrong? What do you smell?"

"It...can't be. There's no way he's..." (He couldn't have gone through with the plan! I let the train escape! Why is he here!?)

"Blake? Blake you're scaring me. What's the matter?"

"Ruby, wait here! Do. Not. Move! I mean it! If anyone but me comes to the door, hide! Do not let him find you!"

"What? Blake what are you talking about? Blake! Blake!"

Blake had left Ruby without explaining. Honestly she should've just told her, but it took all of Blake's willpower just trying not to panic, so rationality was out the window for that moment.

She had tried quickly covering up the one window looking into the lounge behind some ruble, and she even tried to hide the door with some. It wouldn't help much if Adam got wind of Ruby's scent, but it was better then just leaving her exposed.

Ruby had apparently took Blake's advice, since she didn't try to yell out or follow Blake. Now Blake kinda wish she did. She just didn't want her to get hurt. She had picked up on Adam's scent that he was nearby, and Blake could pick up the faint sounds of someone yelling in the distance.

One thing led to another, and before she knew it, Blake found herself at some kind of assembly area. It was fully lit, and had multiple people inside. A girl with long golden hair, a tattered girl in white that looked strangely familiar, Torchwick, and...Adam...

When she saw him, Blake had shouted out without thinking, giving away her position. The blonde girl, probably Yang according to Ruby's description and the pictures she'd seen at their apartment, charged Blake. She'd barely even gotten "Mirage" to work in time.

Blake didn't want to fight Yang. She was trying to explain herself, but Yang didn't want one. She was out for blood.

Murdered my sister! Murdered my sister! Murdered...My...Sister! Yang's words echoed in Blake's head.

Blake shakily got to her feet. Her back and stomach ached from those last blows. Even with her aura taking the majority of that, it still hurt like hell. She could even feel some small degree burns on her, and the smell of smoke filled her nose.

"Are you with me or not!?" Yang's voice echoed off the assembly walls.

Blake looked over to see Yang and the girl in white exchanging a look, the girl in white then breaking off, and both of them getting into a fighting stance.

Ah crap.

Blake drew Gambol Shroud. She kept the blade in it's sheath; she'd need the extra force behind her swings for this fight. She also made sure the ribbon on the hilt was tied securely around her right arm so she wouldn't be disarmed.

Guess all we need now is-

"Al-right! Round two. Fight!" Torchwick called out excitedly.

"Have at thee beast!" White cried as she and Yang charged forward.

The girl with the Rapier was the first to reach Blake. She made a jab which Blake parried, stopping the girl mid dash. Blake tried stepping forward to follow up with a counter, when Yang came flying in. Blake back flipped to avoid the screaming blonde, who had pulverized the spot she had stood into a small crater. Blake dashed forward, pulling her blade back for a strike sure to send Yang flying. But she was stopped again, though this time by a familiar Rapier.

White parried, following with a counter of her own. Blake blocked the strike, at the cost of being forced to step back. White, seizing the moment and momentum, repeatedly dashed forward going for jabs and swings. Blake was able to deflect them all, but with every attack she was forced to pull back every time.

If this keeps up, White will have me pushed against a wall. A cornered kill is always an easy kill. Blake thought.

Blake ran through her options as quick as she could manage. Yang could show up any moment, so it was now or never to do something.

Time to call in some back up. Wait for her recovery, then-

Blake parried another strike, was forced back, White readied for another charge forward...

Now!

Blake felt her aura spike from use. She launched off her clone, mimicking White's dash attack. The sudden action took White by surprise and she couldn't block in time. The attack made contact, all aura, with White. She cried out in pain as she made a twirl backwards.

Blake followed up with her favorite friend momentum to get in another few good swings, each causing White to cry out in pain as they connected. But just before Blake was about to finish the combo with a spin kick, she heard a familiar pump and click sound.

Before she could react, a fireball came crashing into Blake; Sending her rolling to the ground face down. She then heard more blasts coming her way.

Move! Blake could practically hear her instincts scream.

She rolled to her right just as a shot exploded by her. She used the momentum from the roll to leap back onto her feet, seeing more fireballs were flying towards her. Blake swerved, ducked, and dived to avoid every shot. She made a beeline to the source of the, quite literally, incoming fire. Yang.

She wasn't sure where White was, but Blake doubted she'd run into the middle of all this, so only one target to focus on.

Blake was almost in Yang's face when the bounty hunter stopped firing. Yang changed tactics and decided to instead charge right at Blake. The two were heading for a head on collision. Blake looking like a shadowy blur as she moved, while Yang with that glowing mane looked like a stream of fire. She was even leaving a trail of tiny flames with every step.

With my speed and with enough force behind my swing, it'll be just like on the rooftops. I'll slice through her and maybe one of those gauntlets too. Game over Yang.

Yang pulled back her right fist to strike, Blake pulled back her blade to swing. The two girls were near collision when Yang suddenly yelled out, "Hey Blake! You ever play'd," Yang abruptly stopped, making fire spin around her. She still had her fist drawn back as she now aimed for the ground. Blake wouldn't be able to stop in time, and she was too close to avoid it.

"Chicken!" She finished, slamming her fist into the ground with an angle slightly in Blake's direction.

An explosion erupted right under Blake's feet. The sting of heat covered Blake's body and both pairs of ears, especially her cat ears, deafeningly rang out as she was sent flying backwards.

Blake's instincts told her that she was about to hit the ground any second, but it never happened. Instead, Blake had stopped in mid air and could hardly move. Her eyes darted around, noticing she was being held in place by a blue glyph. White was below her, holding her in place.

White shifted her casted hand, turning the glyph black and causing Blake to sink into it some.

Why can't I catch a break? Were Blake's last thoughts.

White jerked her hand. Blake was launched, spinning forward, right back to Yang. In her blurry vision, she saw Yang winding up a punch.

Yang made a hook punch. It finding home right in Blake's gut. Pain exploded in Blake's body; All the air was sucked away from her lungs. No shot, just a punch.

Blake's vision went red, then all went silent and dark.

She knew they had to be somewhere. She decided she was ready to get back in, and she wasn't going to just sit around while Blake and her sister were off doing who knows what. She had to find them. Find them before they found each other or whoever is orchestrating all this. They have to be somewhere.

Ruby sprinted through hallway after hallway. The place was very dark and almost impossible to see or navigate. The only way she's known where to go was by all the noise that echoed throughout the place. Sounds Ruby knew very well. The sounds of a battle.

Ruby finally thought she was making progress when she saw light from somewhere in the distance. But as she went towards it, she stopped when she realized something. All was silent.

The fighting must have ended. Which meant someone was probably dead.

Ruby sprinted forward, letting "Summer's Wind" embrace her. She stopped at the entrance, blinded for a moment by the sudden amount of light and rose pedals. When her eyes did adjust, she saw her worst fear.

There Yang stood, clutching Blake by the throat. Her fist was raised for the killing blow. Blake looked burned in some places, heavily bruised , and was bleeding from her lip and nose.

No! No God no! I don't want anyone else to die! Not again! Please not again! I don't want anyone else to die because of me again! No! No! NO!

"YANG STOP!" Ruby shrieked.

When Blake regained consciousness, she was on her knees with Yang holding her by her scarf. Weiss was at her side, weapon lowered and even holding onto Gambol Shroud. Both girls were breathing heavily from exhaustion, while Blake was just trying to remember how to breathe. Yang was poised to strike.

"Plea...please." Blake wheezed. "Your...sister-"

Yang jerked Blake up a bit, heat pulsing in her fist near Blake's throat. She thought at any moment she'd be set on fire.

"You don't get to talk about my sister you bitch!" Yang stated coldly. "I'm going to break your fucking skull. I'm going set you on fire and watch as you wither into ashes and sent straight to hell. You're a monster. A murderer! A beast that needs to be put down!"

Tears streamed down Blake's face. The thoughts and memories that were going through her head...Was this what it felt like? Was this what it felt like to the many victims she tortured? That she killed in cold blood?

Maybe it's poetic justice. Everyone that is or was important in her life that's still alive was here. Adam her best friend, Torchwick her enemy, Yang her executioner, White...

Oh my God! It's her! That's the princess! What the hell is she doing here?!

Her majesty, Princess Weiss. She had been her last target. She was to die by Blake's hands last night.

And then... Ruby. The closest Blake will ever come to having a human friend. Her only real friend she's ever had.

She reminded me what is was like to be cared for and loved. I guess that's all I've wanted for so long... A taste at a new life.

Thank you Ruby. For how short it all was.

Ruby...Ruby...Ruby!

"Ruby...is..." Blake croaked.

"Die monster!" Yang howled, her fist starting to move forward.

"YANG STOP!" A small voice shrieked.

Yang froze in place. Her eyes went wide and turned back into a lilac color. All the energy and heat around her quickly faded. Her hair went still and cold.

She slowly turned her head towards one of the entrances to the auditorium.

There stood a small and scared girl. Rose petals danced around her. A cloak of crimson surrounded her. Tears formed and dripped from her eyes. A large red scar streaked across the left side of her face.

Her cut had started to bleed again, making some of her tears bloody.
