Attack of the Lady Manager!

A.N. Well took a little longer than I expected to update. Let me tell you why. I had the chapter completely written the week after I last posted I only had one issue I was unsure if I liked the chapter, and going over it. Ii can say I absolutely hate how it turned out so I rewrote the chapter. It's completely different than the original. I actually introduced Satoshi in the original, but like I said I don't like that version so I promise Satoshi will be making his grand appearance next chapter or the one after. Enjoy. Also brief note people are going to refer to Amelia more as Lia, cause of the pronunciation in Japanese. Also Im mad at fanfiction they won't let me change my name to Rei-chan. :(Pairing is going to Amelia and Kyoya I think. I think I'll write a new story and pair the girl with Mori in that one.

Amelia sighed as she stared at the front of the classroom.

"Hey Lia-chan. You there?" Hikaru asked.

"Amelia-san?" Kaoru poked her.

"Ah. Oh it's you two..." she said uninterestedly.

"Where are you?" Hikaru jokingly asked.

"In front of you," she plainly stated.

"But you aren't paying attention to anything," he pointed out.

"I just can't focus on anything. I dunno why," she said looking away from him.

"You sure?" Kaoru asked concerned.

"Yeah. I fine. See you guys at the club," she stood up and walked out.

"Hey Haruhi is something up with Amelia?" Hikaru asked.

"I don't think so. She hasn't said anything to me," she said before going back to her work.

"Thank you so much Umehito-kun for being in my documentary!" Amelia exclaimed and hugged her friend.

"Uh, no problem. I'm happy to help spread information about the dark magic club," he said.

"You're so fun to be around Umehito-kun. Why don't you have more club members? It's unfair," Amelia grumbled packing her camera back into her bag.

"I don't know why," he sighed.

"Well, just keep trying hard to recruit them. I hope I can help with my video," Amelia smiled at him.

"Thank you Lia-san," he said.

"Oh I should get going to the host club… Sorry," Amelia said.

"It's alright. See you tomorrow Lia-san," he said.

"See you," she called over her shoulder.

Amelia walked to the club and opened the door. What she saw shocked her a girl was hiding outside the door peering in somewhat discreetly.

"Uh, can I help you with something?" Amelia said as she came up behind the girl.

The girl turned sharply to look at her.

"Who're you?" the girl asked.

"Amelia. A sort of member of the host club," Amelia yawned.

"Amelia what? And I am Hōshakuji Renge," the girl stated.

"Adler Amelia, but please if you see me just refer to me as Amelia-san or whatever just not my last name. It sounds so weird in Japanese both my names do. I wish I could use my middle name, it'd be so much easier since it's my only part of my name that's Japanese," she ranted, "Oh, and why are you here? I've not seen you before. Not that I really pay attention to their customers."

"Uh, nice to meet Amelia-san. I'm here to see my fiancé Ootori Kyoya," The girl declared.

The girl then turned around and went into the host club. Amelia blinked her jaw dropped.

"What?!" she exclaimed to the now empty hallway.

She quickly followed the girl into the host club. She stopped when she saw Tamaki talking to the girl holding a rose she quickly scurried past them and stopped next to Haruhi in front of Hikaru.

Renge hit Tamaki.

"That was to be expected," Amelia mumbled still in shock from what she had been told in the hallway.

"No! Don't touch me your phony!" Renge exclaimed.

Everyone gasped. Tamaki stumbled back clutching his face

"What do you mean? I'm phony?" Tamaki gasped.

"Just what I said you're phony. I find it hard to believe that someone like you is the Prince character of this host club," Renge exclaimed pointing an accusing finger at him.

Tamaki stumbled back away from her.

"You shouldn't go spreading your love around so easily like that. You Stupid. You dim-witted narcissit. You're incompetent. You commoner. Disgusting!" Renge finished.

Tamaki cringed at every word and in slow motion fell to the ground. Kyoya seemed to be in thought then looked up at her.

"I don't suppose you are-" Kyoya started but she didn't let him finish.

"It's you Kyoya! Oh how I've longed to meet you," Renge ran to him stepping on Tamaki in the process. She hugged him.

Amelia felt a little irritated and slightly disturbed by this.

"Your fiancé?"

"Kyoya-sempai?" Twins asked.

"See this is what I didn't understand," Amelia muttered to them.

"Of course my name is Hōshakuji Renge andI'm transferring into Ouran academy first year class A tomorrow," she said.

Amelia looked to the sulking Tamaki.

"Why is he sulking?"

"He's upset because 'mommy' was keeping a secret from 'daddy'."

"Whatever. Why does everyone insist on referring to us like were husband and wife?" Kyoya said.

"Beats me," Amelia said.

"Oh this is a story of love at first sight," Renge said dreamily.

"I couldn't resist the way you were adoring those flowers in the backyard when you thought no one else was looking, and how sweet it was when he reached out to that poor little injured kitten," she continued.

Amelia sweat dropped.

"This doesn't sound like the Kyoya I know," she said standing next to Kyoya, he looked at her.

"Is she serious?" Hikaru and Kaoru said in unison.

"Could you have the wrong person?" Haruhi said.

'Who could she be going on about?' Amelia thought standing next to Kyoya

"No way. I could recognize my love anywhere! He's a gentle man who's kind to everyone and he doesn't ask for anything in return. He likes solitude when in fact sometimes he gets lonely. He looks like the star of the popular dating sim Uki-Doki Memorial. You're my real life Miyabi Ichijo," Renge exclaimed.

Kyoya was just standing there taking everything she said in. As he stared at what she couldn't tell because of the glare of his lenses.

"Oh that game! I played it once. Now that I think about it you all bear an errie resembalance to the characters in it," Amelia exclaimed.

"Woah? You play dating sims Lia-chan?" Hikaru said thrown off by her statement.

"You must be lonely," Kaoru said.

Amelia blushed.

"This is why I don't talk about it much," Amelia continued to blush.

Everyone seemed to sweat drop about both Renge's exclamation and Amelia's statement about playing dating sims.

"You play it too?" Renge shifted her attention to Amelia.

"Yeah I tried it but I found it boring. It didn't have a dark enough element for me to really get into it. I much prefer Hakuoki, or Amnesia," Amelia sighed "It really was quite a disappointment."

"Uki," Haruhi said

"Doki?" Hunny said.

"Otaku!" Tamaki.

"Otaku!" Hikaru.

Mori just stared blankly.

"I've never seen one," Kaoru.

"I get it now your in love with that character. You're projecting that love onto me, and you have some how deluded yourself into thinking that we're engaged. I assume this may all character probably wear glasses as well," he pushed his glasses up.

"Yeah he does from what I remember. I only played it for about twenty minutes. It was really boring," Amelia said.

"So she made it up? You're not really her fiancé, right?" Tamaki asked.

"Well no. I don't remember ever asking for her hand in marriage. Besides this is the first time I've ever met the woman," He said.

"You could've told us sooner," Tamaki said.

"According to my research I understand your in charge of managing the club is that true Kyoya?" Renge beamed up at him.

'Ugh,' Amelia thought already starting to feel bad about this.

"That's right. Kyo-chan is our director," Hunny said.

She started going on about being the club manager.

"Umm, listen Kyoya,"Tamaki said.

"Hōshakuji-san is the only daughter of a very important Ootori family client. So please be polite and try not offend her alright?" Kyoya said.

Tamaki bowed his head.

"Well boys I can't wait to work with you," Renge said.

"Hey," Amelia said.

"And girl who doesn't like Uki-Doki Memorial," Renge said.

Amelia huffed.

"You know I met her on the way to the club earlier," she said randomly.

"How?!" The twins asked.

"I offered to help her. I assumed she was a customer," Amelia said.

"And you my daughter where were you before you encountered her!" Tamaki suddenly demanded of Amelia.

"Three things Tamaki-san. One I'm not your daughter. Two If you refer to me as your daughter again I will have meet my father or Sato-kun. Neither experience would be fun, and three I told you! I was interviewing Umehito-kun on the black magic club for my movie!" Amelia said stressing each point.

"Day two of the attack," Amelia grumbled to Hikaru and Kaoru.

They nodded.

"I thought about a lot last night, and maybe having a lady manger isn't such a bad idea," Tamaki said.

"Oh?" Amelia said from her spot in between Hikaru and Kaoru.

"Why do say that?" they asked.

"Well its fairly obvious isn't it? Renge just transferred into the same class as Haruhi. So if Haruhi has a girl friend around it could bring out the female within her. Renge's girlish air of tenderness may be able stimulate Haruhi's own feminism," Tamaki explained.

Amelia twitched.

"Oi female right here," she exclaimed offended.

"Now's our chance to help Haruhi get in touch with her feminine side. This is an important project men. She doesn't have any friends in class except these two shady twins and a girl that acts like a boy. That's no good for her," Tamaki said.

"Like you have room to talk," Hikaru and Kaoru said.

"Can I kill him?" she muttered they quickly restrained Amelia from hitting Tamaki with her book.

"That wouldn't be wise Lia-chan," Kaoru said trying to calm her down.

"But I'm offended," she whined.

"We can pay him back later," Hikaru whispered.

"Deal," she said sending a glare to Tamaki making him regret what he said about her.

"Hi everyone! You'll be happy to know you're new manager Renge has baked everyone cookies," Renge said.

"Oh! Isn't she lady like I'm so moved her generosity," Tamaki said.

"I didn't bake these for you, you phony prince," Renge said.

And to the corner of woe Tamaki went.*

"I'm sorry I burnt them a little bit, but I did the best I could, and I already know what you're going to say," she said to Kyoya.

"Ah you're always so sweet to me Kyoya," she fan girled.

"She wasn't kidding these cookies really are burnt," Hunny said.

"Don't eat that Mitsukuni it's bad for you," Mori said.

Renge then got really mad at Mori and Hunny.

"She's scaring me," Hunny wailed.

Haruhi who was holding the cookies picked one up and took a bite out of it.

"There not that bad at all. They got a good flavor to them," she said.

Amelia grabbed one and took a bite of it. She then dropped it and ran to her bag where she pulled out a can of green tea. She opened it and chugged it.
"Sure it's not bad just warn me if it has nuts in it… Ugh," she groaned.

"You don't have nut allergy if I'm correct," Kyoya said.

"No but I had a bad experience once," she shuddered.

Suddenly Hikaru took a bite off the cookie that was in Haruhi;s mouth then Kaoru took licked the crums off her check. Amelia sweat dropped.

"Did you see what they just did?" Tamaki exclaimed.

"And suddenly the trio of classmates are closer than they've ever been before," Kyoya stated.

Tamaki continued to rant.

Amelia didn't catch everything they said all she heard was Haruhi say something about sexual harassment.

Then Tamaki ranted about that.

"Every single one of you except Kyoya all of your characters are lukewarm!" Renge exclaimed.

"Each of you has to have some sort of dark side. So you understand girls are vulnerable to handsome young men who are troubled. If you keep going on like this it's only a matter of time before the girls get tired of you, and stop coming all together. Are you trying to ruin my precious Kyoya's business. As your manager it's my duty to change your character back grounds," Renge exclaimed.

'Breath,' Amelia thought to her.

But the girl didn't stop her rant. She pointed to Hunny.

"Let's start with you! If all you are is cute inside and out then you're no different than a baby, Therefore from now on you are that babyfaced thug. And Mori-sempai you're his childhood friend the flunkie. The twins will be basketball players who are shut up in their own world. Haruhi You're an honor student who's constantly being bullied. As for you Tamaki you're the school idol who's admired for his good looks but you actually have an inferiority complex your hiding from the world. The lonely prince," she finished. Or so Amelia thought.

"And you are member of the club to, but you aren't a host. Oh I know you are secretly dating one of hosts I know him," she pointed to Mori "You two are keeping your relationship a secret because Hunny the baby faced bully and would be upset if he found out the truth about you two."

"Oh Kyoya your perfect just the way you are now. So I want you to stay as kind and affectionate as ever, 'kay?" Renge said.

"Thank you I'm honored," Kyoya said.

Amelia was now officially pissed off.

"Amelia calm down," Kyoya said suddenly making Renge jump slightly for she thought he was further away from her.

"Amelia why don't you help me with the coffee?" Haruhi said.

"Nah, I'm going to get that beelzenef from Umehito-kun," she stated.

"Woah Lia-chan that's a little drastic don't ya think?" Hikaru said for the now frightened Tamaki.

"I aint usin' it on her. I'm going to curse Yoshiro. I think he took my game I brought to show Umehito-kun," she fumed.

"He's still bugging you Lia-chan?" Honey asked.

"It's been like this since middle school, well last time I attended school in Japan," Amelia said.

Kyoya looked at them.

"I could have him reported to the police," he said.

"No no it's alright. He's not exactly like a typical stalker he doesn't stalk me. Sato-kun would killed him and he's afraid of Sato-kun so nothing to worry about," she waved it off.

"Who's Sato-kun, Lia-chan?" Honey asked her.

The whole conversation slightly intrigued Renge.

"Sato-kun is uh, a friend. I guess," she said after a moment of thought.

Tamaki suddenly had a revelation about his new role Renge had given him. The twins grabbed Kyoya.

"Come on Kyoya-sempai," Kaoru said.

"You've gotta do something," Hikaru said.

"Why? It seems like the boss is up for it. Let's just wait and see how things turn out. I bet it'll be interesting. It always is," Kyoya said.

Amelia was officially ticked with Renge. She had taken over the club and was now was filming a movie of where Honey was a bully, the twins were basketball players, Tamaki was depressed, Haruhi was being bullied by honey, and Amelia had become Mori's secret girlfriend, she had no idea why Renge had picked Mori. The whole thing was making her angry she was majorly upset Kyoya hadn't done anything to stop Renge. The only upside was Amelia was glued to the movie's Hollywood director. That and the expensive film camera.

"Hey Amelia your supposed to be following Mori," Renge yelled at her.

"I'm learning about film so shut up," Amelia snapped as she continued to follow the crew around.

Renge shifted her attention to Haruhi and then some rough looking students. It didn't look good but the director pointed the camera that way and was filming what was happened. Amelia was too far away to hear what was being said. Suddenly Tamaki ran up and asked if Haruhi was alright after shoving one of the guys against the wall.

Kyoya came up towards the camera and smashed the lens. Amelia eyes were wide.

"What'd you do to my camera?" the camera man exclaimed.

"What is something wrong?" Renge asked Kyoya.

"A pest?" tears started to fall from her eyes.

"I'm terribly sorry but I cannot allow there to be any record of a club member engaging in violence," he pauses "I think you've caused enough trouble around here, Renge. Please stop being such a pest."

"But you're supposed to pat me on the head and tell me not to worry! You're supposed to be kind and affectionate, Kyoya! Why are you acting so differently now?! Tell me why?" Renge exclaimed crying.

"Because that's not the real Kyoya," Tamaki said.

She turned to look at Tamaki and then fell down on her knees crying.

"Does it really matter?" Haruhi started "Who cares if Kyoya is a little different from what you expected him to be? Take a good look at the person inside and get to know him little by little. It's a lot more fun that way."

"K-k-Kyoya-kun! Why?" Amelia cried looking at the broken camera lens.

"Lia-chan are you okay? Why are you crying?" Hunny ran up to her.

"The-the camera," she mumbled.

Kyoya walked over to her.

"Don't worry I removed the footage while you were paying attention to Haruhi. How would you like to edit as something you could do for the club?" he whispered to her.

She nodded still looking lost.

"Lia-chan really likes cameras, huh Takashi?" Hunny asked.

Mori nodded.

All the girls were chattering about the film the host club made. Amelia was ecstatic about it herself, but of course not for the same reasons the girls were.

"That seen in the rain was just phenomenal."

"I love the lonely Prince."

"And the loving relationship between Hikaru and Kaoru was so sweet."

"Kyoya?" Tamaki asked.

"I may have broken the camera's lens but the footage we had already shot wasn't damaged. Naturally I did have that one violent scene cut out," Kyoya said.

"Sales have been pretty good so far that Hollywood film crew did a fantastic job. Well I guess that is to be expected," Kyoya said.

"Kyoya…" Amelia muttered.

"And of course Amelia helped edit what they didn't get to," He added.

Amelia beamed at him.

"So is this is what you meant by interesting?" Hikaru and Kaoru asked.

"It's best to have as much money as we can in the clubs budget," Kyoya said.

Amelia just nodded in the background.

Haruhi sweet dropped.

"Good day everyone," Renge said walking in.

Amelia jumped and scowled slightly.

"Renge? But I thought you'd gone back to France already," Tamaki said.

"I can't believe I didn't realize this sooner it was so chivalrous of you to risk your life to protect me. I could feel the love when you lectured me about judging people," she paused and grabbed Haruhi's hand "When you said it was fun to get to know people little by little you were talking about me."

"Come on Haruhi let's go to my house and play some games together. I think it's time you got to know me better," Renge exclaimed as she dragged Haruhi out.

"What?" Haruhi said.

"Kyoya sempai?" Hikaru asked.

"You okay with that?" Kaoru asked.

"Why wouldn't I be? Everything Renge said is true," Kyoya said.

"No it isn't!" Tamaki exclaimed.

"But I thought you were the one who wanted her to have a female friend who isn't Amelia in the first place," Kyoya said.

"Well yeah female companion. Not a girlfriend!" Tamaki exclaimed.

"Kyoya I'm still offended by Tamaki's remark," Amelia said.

"Wait Amelia it wasn't meant like that," Tamaki said.

"I'm going to Umehito-kun's club then since Tamaki doesn't like me," Amelia said walking towards the door.

"Wait I didn't mean it to offend you Lia! Don't leave too," Tamaki wailed.

She stopped.

"Don't you think it was pretty offense?" Amelia asked the twins.

"Maybe he should've said he wished Haruhi had more female friends," Hikaru said.

"Or that she needs some more friends outside the Host Club and our class," Kaoru said.

"See they agree with me," Amelia said.

Her phone buzzed. She pulled it out of her pocket and answered it.

"Hello?" she asked.

"Lia-chan do you still want to meet up and go to that expo that's at the game store in the mall?" Satoshi asked.

"Oh that's today?"

"Of course I've been telling you all week," he grumbled.

"Sorry Sato-kun I forgot. I'll meet you there still. I just might be a little late since I missed the bus," Amelia said.

"Hurry up and I'll buy you a new game," Satoshi offered.

"I'll run then unless I can get a ride," Amelia said.

He hung up. Amelia glared at the phone.

"You could at least let someone know you're getting off the phone," she grumbled.

"Who was that Lia-chan?" Hunny asked.

"Sato-kun I promised I'd meet him somewhere and then completely forgot about it," she explained then she looked at Kyoya.

"Hey Kyo-kun can you give me a ride somewhere? I'll owe you a favor," Amelia asked him.
Kyoya seemed to think about it for a moment.

"Okay since it's about time to leave anyway it should be fine," Kyoya said grabbing his stuff.

"What?" Tamaki exclaimed.

"She just repaid me a favor. If she owes me another favor I'll benefit from it," Kyoya explained to Tamaki.

Tamaki didn't believe him.

Kyoya walked past him and stopped next to Amelia who was waiting by the door.

"See you tomorrow Tamaki," Kyoya said.

"Bye bye," Amelia said following Kyoya out.

A.N. Sorry it's shorter than I wanted. But hey I updated. I'm sorry about not updating sooner like I said before I really didn't like the chapter that was going to be this chapter. That's the reason it took so long to update. I planned on updating on my birthday too. Anyway for those of you who celebrate Easter than Happy Easter for those who don't see it as a belated birthday present from me to you. I say that cause it was going to be like a birthday present to you all since I planned on updating the 22nd of last month. My Birthday. I was gonna be like a hobbit and give present on my birthday. Also check out my new story! I'm going to be posting it later tonight. It's Bleach! Another distraction from this but Akari-chan is awesome!

*'And to the corner of woe Tamaki goes' I actually read this in another fic but don't remember the story or the author but I find that statement so funny so I had to give credit to them.

~Rei-chan (I will have that name fanfiction)
