Hey everyone. Thanks for the advice everyone, I really appreciate it. I promise I will start updating sooner. I meant to, I really did, but the last two months have been really bad. In November my uncle that I'm really close to, his girlfriend killed herself. Then in December, a friend of mine had also killed herself. But now that it's a new year, I will try and update sooner. If I'm late some weeks, don't be mad. I'm in theater and I have a part! So I may be busy, but I will never forget. I'm always working on it during class and such. I know I've had some worry about not enough KatiexLeo fluff, but I will get it in. I have

a plan. I'm done ranting now. I do not own TMNT, but I hope to. I do own my OC's. On with the story!

Donnie's P.O.V.

"Bye Guys, I'm leaving," Leo announced exiting the lair, Raph glared at him as he left.

"He's up to somethin', and I don't like it," Raph growled crossing his arms from in the pit.

"Relax Raph. Leo's probably just going out for some alone time," I told him peeking over the top of my laptop.

"Yeah, but Leo's been 'going out' almost every night for the past month. I'm telling you Donnie, he's up to something," Raph explained turning towards me.

"Well Raph, if you think he's up to something, what do you want to do about it?" I asked setting my computer to the side.

"We could follow him, you know. I mean, the girls are gone, so we have nothing else to do," Mikey chimed in. Raph and I both glanced at Mikey as he sat upside-down on the couch eating a slice of pizza before looking back at each other. He grinned at me. I rolled my eyes.

"Fine, we can track him on the T-phones," I sighed standing up.

"Sweet," Mikey laughed standing up having finished the pizza.

"Alright, let's go," Raph instructed as we all ran out of the lair. Up on the surface I took the lead and began to follow the blue dot on my phone. We jumped from rooftop to rooftop and the closer we got to Leo, we became closer to Aprils. Eventually I stopped on a building, as do my other two brothers.

"Alright, Leo should be around here," I told them beginning to look around the edges of the building. I didn't see him.

"Hey guys, over here," Mikey called out. Both Raph and I walked over to his side, and sure enough, there was Leo. He was standing on a fire escape talking to a girl.

"Who is she?" Raph asked somewhat angrily.

"I don't know, but were close to Aprils. Maybe she would know," I thought aloud pulling out my phone.

After pressing her speed dial I watched Leo and the mystery girl while waiting for April to answer.

"Hey Donnie, what's up?" I heard a sweet voice say after a few rings.

"Hey love, I need to ask you a question that may sound weird," I replied.

"Okaaayyy," she hesitantly replied.

"Do you know of any girls around our age with curly brown hair that live near you?"

"Um… there's a few, including my friend Katie. Why?"

"You know how Leo's been acting weird? Well we followed him tonight and apparently he's been seeing this girl," I explained. There was a pause before she responded.

"Let me check something a minute." I could hear April tell Lizzy and Cade to stay and then footsteps. From on the building, I could see the curtains in the window move a little while someone looked out before quickly moving away.

"Donnie, Leo has been seeing Katie," she responded quickly.

"What?" I asked, my brothers paying slight attention to me.

"Leo has been seeing our friend Katie. The one were spending the night at," April explained slower. In the back I could hear the girls move closer towards April.

"Wow, well that's a coincidence," I thought aloud.

"What do you think we should do?"

"Hmm… you three could surprise them and then meet us on the roof?" I suggested.

"Alright, see you in a few," April said as we hung up our phones.

"So, what'd she say?" Raph asked, impatient as always.

"That's the girls' friend, Katie. We're meeting them on the roof," I explained.

"Come on," I called to my brothers as we jumped to the roof of the other building and began waiting for the others.

April's P.O.V.

I hung up the phone and turned towards my friends, who were already in their pajamas, as was I.

"Alright, how should we surprise Leo and Katie?" I asked with a smirk.

"We could call them and tell them we figured out there secret?" Lizzy suggested shrugging her shoulders.

"Nah, I got a better idea. We'll open up the curtains and wait for them to notice us, and once they do, hope for a great reaction before heading up to the roof," Cade smirked while Lizzy grinned, her long, wavy blonde hair bouncing as she nodded.

"Great, let's do this," I giggled. Slowly we all approached the window and once there I slowly drew back the curtains. We saw Katie and Leo talking, which soon turned into laughter. Leo glanced our way just slightly. At first he didn't notice but soon jerked his head towards up and the look on his face was PRICELESS! We all just smirked, though Lizzy was having a tough time keeping it. Katie noticed Leo's face and turned towards us. She looked like a deer in headlights. Quickly she came back to reality and opened the window.

"Hey guys, what's up?" she asked coolly.

"Not much, just figuring out why you two have been acting so weird lately. By the way, hi Leo," Cade explained while Leo covered his face with one hand and giving a small wave with the other.

"Wait… you know each other?" Katie asked in a curious manor eyeing Leo.

"Uh yeah, there like part of the family," Leo told her with a small smile.

"Oh, so you three are the close friends," she began pointing at us, "And you are one of Lizzy's brothers," she continued looking back to Leo with a smile.

"Ding, ding, ding we have a winner. Lizzy, tell the little lady what she wins," Cade joked.

"You win an all-expenses paid trip to the roof, where you will meet Leo's brothers," Lizzy giggled.

"What? They're here too?" Leo groaned more than asked.

"Yeah, they followed you and then called me. They're on the roof waiting," I explained smiling.

"So I finally get to meet them? Cool," Katie smiled. All four of us girls looked towards Leo, who glanced at us three before looking at Katie. She looked up at him with pleading brown eyes. I could tell he was having a tough time saying no.

"Alright, let's go," he sighed. Katie smiled while Leo took the lead up the ladder. Katie followed after him, then Lizzy, Cade, and finally myself. Close to the top Leo told us to stay a minute while he talked to his brothers.

"Keeping secrets again, huh Leo," we heard Raph say in an irritated voice.

"Raph, it's not like that," Leo countered.

"Oh, it's not. Then when were you gonna tell us then, huh? Damn Leo, this is Karai all over again," Raph ranted. Katie looked down to us with a questioning look. I mouthed 'later' to her.

"This is not like Karai Raph! And I was going to tell you, but I knew you would act like this. I was waiting for the right moment," Leo spat out angrily. I saw Katie slowly begin to peek over the edge with a worried look.

"When was that going to be? NEVER!" Raph yelled. I watched as Cade slowly creep towards the edge as well.

"You know Raph, if the girls are friends with Katie, she can't be bad," Mikey stated.

"Shut up Mikey!" Raph yelled.

That was it. That was the one. The last straw that sent Lizzy over the edge, literally. Lizzy jumped over the edge of the building and headed towards Raph. I moved towards the other two girls. Katie still shyly peeked over the edge while Cade and I had moved enough so we had our whole heads over the side.

"Raphael!" she shouted in an intimidating voice before any of the boys had time to react, "What do you think you're doing talking like my Mikey like that?" she asked crossing her arms only inches away from him.

"He's my brother and I'll talk to him anyway I like. And what were you doing? Spying on us?" he asked getting in her face. There had only been one other time they got like this. What most people don't know with Lizzy is that if you push her enough she'll fight back. Usually Raph telling Mikey to shut up wouldn't make her crack, but it's probably of all the yelling about Katie.

"No, I was coming up to see you. All of us were. And you shouldn't yell at him without a good reason," Lizzy replied in a stern voice.

"Well maybe I did have a good reason," he countered.

"I know you didn't Raph. Now stop yelling," Lizzy demanded. Raph let out a fierce cry before going to punch Lizzy. We all gasped as Leo ran forward, pushed Lizzy into Mikey (who caught her), and took the punch for her. He fell to the ground with a thud.

"Leo!" Katie cried running up the rest of the stairs and over the roof towards Leo, who was now leaning forward holding his right cheek. Katie leaned beside him asking him if he was alright. He muttered that he was fine. Mikey held a shocked Lizzy, I stood next to Donnie, and Cade had a hand on Raphs shoulder, who looked like a deer in headlights. Slowly, Katie stood up and headed over towards Raph. Only inches away she stopped, standing straight, and looking straight into his eyes. Katie was taller than Raph not much, but enough to be noticeable.

"What were you thinking when you went to punch Lizzy? You weren't thinking, that's the problem. You let your anger get the best of you. What do you think would have happened if you had punched her? I don't know if you knew this, but you're one of her hero's. She talks about the four of you all the time at school. Not to mention almost all of her artwork is about someone is your family, all of you, or you four. How do you think she would have felt?" she demanded in a calm, but stern voice crossing her arms. She gave off this feeling of 'you did something wrong, we all know it, and you should apologize' mixed with 'I've dealt with this before and I know how it's going to end because I'm the big sister'. I think we could all feel it. Raph glared at her and was about to say something when Katie held up a finger.

"Think before you speak," she reminded. We watched him glance over towards Mikey and Lizzy, who had calmed down, and then towards Leo who stood behind Katie. Taking a deep breath, Raph spoke.

"Leo, I'm sorry for yelling at you and punching you. Lizzy, I'm sorry for yelling and almost punching you. Mikey, I'm sorry I snapped at you," he apologized before turning towards Katie with a straight face, "No one besides Master Splinter, Leo, or Cade has ever talked to me like that," he began, only to smirk, "That's a respectable trait. My names Raphael, but call me Raph," he smirked offering out a hand.

"My names Katherine, but call me Katie. It's nice to meet you," Katie laughed taking his hand and shaking it. All the tension in the air had evaporated and everyone's mood was back to normal. Mikey then leapt forward and introduced himself while shaking her hand rapidly. Katie smiled and shook it back. Then Donnie stepped forward with that charming smile of his and introduced himself as well. After that all the couples kinda grouped together leaving Katie and Leo next to each other.

"So how did you two meet?" I asked as Donnie held my hand.

"About a month ago Leo saved me from a group of Purple Dragons," Katie smiled folding her hands together in front of her. All three of us girls smiled in realization.

"So Leo was Mr. Blue eyes," Lizzy realized with a giggle.

"Mr. Blue eyes?" Leo asked turning to Katie.

"That was the only thing she would tell us about you. She was always saying that her hero had the most beautiful sea blue eyes," Cade chuckled mimicking Katie, who was currently glaring at Cade with a slight blush on her tanned skin.

"Oh really," Leo smiled, with amusement in his voice, looking towards Katie. Her blush grew as she stared at her feet. We all chuckled.

"Well, at least we know where Leo's been going now," Mikey smiled as Lizzy nodded.

"Yep, well guys, we should head home. Master Splinter's probably wondering where we are," Leo instructed. We reliantly agreed. I hugged my turtle as we kissed.

"See you tomorrow Love," he whispered into my ear.

"Can't wait," I replied. He gave me a quick kiss on the forehead before going off to be with the guys. Once they got together they gave us one last wave before heading off.

"Just to let you know Leo, we'll be bringing Katie over tomorrow to meet Master Splinter," Lizzy shouted to them before they were out of hearing range. We all giggled when Leo tripped a little before giving a thumbs up back to us and then running ahead of his brothers. In the distance, you could hear the laughter of the brothers.

"Well, let's head in. I'm tired," Katie yawned while quickly while moving towards the fire escape.

"Yeah, let's head to bed… right after Katie tells us all about the last month with Leo," Lizzy exclaimed heading down the fire escape after Katie. I looked to Cade who shrugged and followed Lizzy. I followed after them and headed inside with my friends.

Leo's P.O.V.

As my brothers and I headed home, I couldn't help but think of Katie. Almost every night for the past month I had visited her. It was different than talking with the other girls. I could relate with her. We talked about everything; things I couldn't talk about with my brothers. It was nice. I knew I liked her more than a friend. I hoped she liked me the same way, but I think the most we would be was friends. I sighed sadly thinking of the first night we met. When she kissed me, I was sure it was because she liked me, even if it was only a little. It was probably only a thank you kiss, but I swore there was something more. I was conflicted. Master Splinter has always taught us to trust our instincts, but that was harder when it was heart vs. mind. My body seemed to be on auto pilot because by the time I had come out of my thoughts, we entered the lair. I decided to pay Master Splinter a visit and talk to him, seeing as how he was going to meet her tomorrow anyway. I entered through the dojo and made my way to his room. I knocked on the door and waited for an answer. When I got one, I entered and kneeled before my father.

"Hello Leonardo," he greeted.

"Hi father, I need to talk to you," I began. He nodded to continue.

"For the past month, I have been going to visit a girl. Her name's Katie. It started when I saved her from a group of purple dragons. I know I shouldn't have been going to see her, but it was nice talking to someone new. Plus, she understands me. She knows what it's like to have to watch over younger siblings, to be dedicated to something. Tonight I went to see her and it turns out that Katie is good friends with the girls. She ended up meeting the guys and is coming over to meet you tomorrow. The thing is, I think I like her… like more than a friend. I'm conflicted though. What if she just wants to be friends? I just don't know what to do," I confessed. The whole time Master Splinter sat quietly and nodded. It was a few minutes before he spoke.

"Leonardo, I too had this confliction when I first met Teng Shen. What I learned is that you should tell someone if you like them. If they accept this and like you back, then it was meant to be. But if they don't, it was never meant to be. Though, I'm disappointed you kept this away from your family, I'm glad that you came to me. As for Katie, I am excited to meet her. Tell her tomorrow Leonardo. Goodnight, my son," he finished with a soft smile.

"Goodnight father," I replied bowing my head before leaving to my room. I crawled under my blanket and fell asleep, thinking of ways to finally tell Katie.

Katie's P.O.V.

I rolled over in my bed. It was 7:56 am. The girls had kept me up 'till one in the morning. Thankfully my mom finally told us to go to bed. Truthfully I was quite tired, but once I laid down I couldn't sleep. I couldn't help but think about Leo, although it was probably because the girls were meddling. They kept talking about how cute they think Leo and I would be together, especially Lizzy. I mean, sure I had a crush on Leo, but I don't want them meddling in my love life. But… could I really call it a crush? I had been calling it a crush for the past month, but maybe it was more than that. And… maybe I did want them meddling. Maybe I did want my crush to become something more. I don't think that'll happen though. I mean, Leo probably only thinks of me as a friend. It's nice to dream though. Glancing at the clock again, I decide it's time to wake up my friends. Taking one of my pillows, I slam it into the body next to me, which happened to be April. She groaned and began to stir. I hit her one more time before she actually sat up.

"Time to get up," I announced sitting up myself.

"Alright," she yawned. We both got out of bed and made our way to our other friends who were asleep on the floor.

"Lizzy, time to wake up," I told the sleeping blonde as I shook her. She stirred and opened her eyes.

"Come on Cade, get up," April said to Cade. Cade groaned and rolled onto her stomach putting the pillow on her head. April huffed in frustration. Lizzy then sat up and crawled the end of the blanket where Cade's feet were sticking out.

"I got this," Lizzy announced as she lightly brushed her fingers against Cade's feet. Said girl began to squirm and kick her feet.

"I'll stop if you get up," Lizzy giggled. With a grunt Cade got sat up with the bad case of bedhead. Lizzy kept her promise and stopped tickling Cade.

"Alright, now that I'm up, can we get some breakfast?" Cade asked running her fingers through her hair.

"Sounds good to me," I agreed. We all got up and left my room. Downstairs, mom was watching morning cartoons with the two youngest.

"Morning mama, morning little brothers," I greeted.

"Morning Mrs. Ramirez," my three friends chimed.

"Good morning girls," she smiled before we headed into the kitchen. In there I grabbed four bowls, spoons, a box of Fruit Loops, and the milk.

"I hope Fruit Loops are okay with everyone," I said as we began to prepare our breakfast.

"Oh trust me, I welcome it," Cade chuckled.

"I agree. My bro's and boyfriend eat pizza for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's overwhelming," Lizzy agreed while pouring the milk into her bowl and then passing it on to me.

"Really?" I giggled pouring the milk and passing it on.

"Yes," my three friends stated as we headed to the table.

"Alright, let's eat so we can head out," I reminded. We then began to eat our breakfast. It didn't take long to eat, even with our constant chatter. Twenty minutes later we were all up stairs getting dressed. I wore a simple long sleeved, blue V-neck with a plaid blue, black, and white skirt with blue leggings. A pair of black flats dawned my feet. I decided to leave my hair down, but I pinned my long bangs back so my eyes didn't have to hide behind them. Lizzy, who was on the floor packing, wore a graphic tee with Fiona, Cake, and Marshall Lee from Adventure Time on the front with light blue skinny jeans and her yellow converses. Her hair was in two high pigtails with a yellow piece of cloth around one of them. Cade, who sat on my beanbag chair with her nose in a book, wore a gray Metallica band-tee with a red, button-up flannel over shirt. She had on black skinny jeans with black, ankle leather boots while she had her hair in a high ponytail. She somewhat reminded me of Max from Two Broke Girls. Then there was April, who was helping Lizzy pack. She wore a plain purple tee with her usual shorts, leggings, and brown Ugg's. She wore her hair different though. Instead of it in a low ponytail, she had it in a short French braid. I think Lizzy had something to do with that.

"Alright," Lizzy said zipping up her bag, "I'm done. Let's go." With that, my friends grabbed their bags and we headed downstairs. We left the through the dance studio into the cool air. True, it was the middle of March and the weather was getting warmer, it still had cool mornings. While the girls wore sweatshirts, or flannel for Cade, I just wore my leather jacket unzipped. Anyway, I let Lizzy take the lead since I had no clue where I was going. We walked down the streets for about ten minutes until the girls turned into an ally. I hesitantly followed them. I still didn't like going down them since what happened. Soon, we stopped.

"Uh, why did we stop?" I asked curiously.

"Because, this is the closest manhole to the lair," Cade answered as April moved the cover.

"Wait, the guys live in the sewers?" I asked, surprised laced in my voice.

"Along with Me and Cade, but it's not as bad as one would think. The lair is a lot nicer that the walk to the lair," Lizzy explained as Cade and April entered the hole.

"I don't know girls. Isn't there another way there? A less stinky way?" I asked as I neared the hole and looked down at my friends.

"Is this the same girl who stood up to Raph talking?" Lizzy asked Cade and April.

"I don't know Lizzy. I mean, she looks like Katie, and sounds like Katie…" April joined in. I just rolled my eyes as they continued their fun.

"Oh well, I guess we'll just have to tell Leo that she didn't want to see him," Cade sighed.

"Man and he'll be so disappointed. Come on girls, let's go," Lizzy commented and began to walk down the tunnel while the other two followed. I waited a minute for them to come back, but they never did.

"Girls?" I asked looking down again. Silence.

"Um… you can come back now," I commanded bending down. Still silence.

"Please?" I asked after a few seconds of silence I made up my mind.

"Girls Wait, I'm coming! Don't tell Leo I don't want to see him," I shouted as I began my way down the ladder after closing the lid. I then began to jog after them. Eventually I found them a few minutes ahead laughing their heads off.

"Oh ha ha, so funny," I glared while they began to slow the laughing.

"I'm sorry Katie, but I knew the only way getting you down here," April giggled.

"Whatever, let's go," I grumbled. The girls nodded and we began walking again. Of course, they laughed lightly the whole way. About five minutes later I could hear voices and music playing in the background. Soon we entered the lair and five pairs of eyes were on us; four turtles and a giant rat. While Cade and Lizzy jumped over the turnstiles, April and I just walked through them.

"Welcome Katherine, it is nice to finally meet you. My name is Hamato Yoshi, but you me call me Master Splinter," the rat, Master Splinter, welcomed with a fatherly tone. I walked down towards him with a smile.

"It's nice to meet you too," I smiled.

"Though, I did not realize Leonardo was meeting with a girl until yesterday. And are you aware of how crucial it is to keep our existence secret?" he asked.

"Yes I am and I promise to keep your existence a secret. You have my word Master Splinter," I agreed to which he smiled.

"Very good. It is nice to have a new ally and friend. Now, if you excuse me, I am going to make myself a cup of tea," Master Splinter smiled before excusing himself and left to the kitchen. Once he left I turned towards the group of teenagers.

"Hey boys," I greeted making my way over towards the group in the living space… which seemed to be in a pit.

"Hey Katie," Leo greeted with a smiled.

"Hey," the other three chorused.

"Your father's nice," I commented.

"Yeah, he's pretty great," Leo agreed.

"Great? Leo, he's the best," Mikey boomed while the others agreed.

"Especially compared to my dad," Cade nodded from Raphs side.

"Yeah, mine too. He's the worst," Lizzy sighed, but smiled when Mikey hugged her.

"So what's your dad like?" Donnie asked full of curiosity.

"My Papa's great, but I don't get to see him very often. He's in the Army," I explained with a sad smile.

"But at least you get to talk to him," April explained with a smile.

"Yeah… so what do you like to do for fun?" I asked, trying to get off the subject.

"Well we have video games, arcade games, movies, skateboarding, and lots of other things," Mikey listed off.

"Cool," I smiled.

"Well, maybe I could show you with a tour?" Leo suggested.

"Sure, I would like that," I agreed. Soon he led me away from the group and down the hallway.

"These are the bedrooms," he began before pointing out each bedroom and the bathroom. Eventually we made it to the last bedroom.

"And this is my room," he announced.

"Can I take a look?" I asked with a shy smile. He smirked before opening his door. I cautiously entered his room. He turned on the light so I could fully see it. It was a simple room with brick walls painted blue. His bed was wooden and placed in the right corner. The sheets seemed to be Space Hero sheets with a couple of pillows on it. Next to the bed was a long, but short bookshelf filled with comics and books. On it was a black lamp. There were also a few pictures on it as well. To the side was a beanbag chair. On the floor was a blue rug. There were a few other things around the room that seemed like Leo. True, it was smaller than my room, but it still had a nice feeling to it.

"I like your room Leo," I smiled shyly.

"Really?" he asked.

"Really, though I didn't know you were a fan of Space Hero's," I giggled turning towards him.

"Yeah, it's pretty awesome," he laughed nervously rubbing the back of his neck.

"Then we'll have to watch it sometime, huh," I told him.

"I'd like that," he smiled, making me blush, "So, shall we continue the tour?"

"Yeah," I agreed walking back down the hallway. We passed back through the living room, where the others were watching T.V., and Leo showed my where Donnie's Lab was. Then we made our way into the kitchen. Though, that was a quick visit and finally made it into the Dojo. I was amazed by it. The weapons on the walls, the design of the sliding doors in that back (I was told that led to Master Splinter's room), and the giant bonsai tree in the middle.

"So this is where you train?" I asked in awe.

"Yeah, pretty cool huh," he smirked as I began to wonder around the room.

"It's more than pretty cool. I can already see myself dancing around in here," I laughed as I began to spin around.

"Dance?" Leo asked.

"Yes dance," I smiled as I leaped towards him, "do you know how to dance?"

"Um, I've never really tried," he confessed. I only smiled.

"Then I'll have to show you some steps sometime," I told him, who nodded.

"Let's get back to the others," I reminded. I smiled as he led me towards the others. As we neared the pit, I didn't notice the skateboard. Accidently stepping onto it, I wobbled as is went flying forward and sent me flying back. I let out a yelp, catching everyone's attention.

"Katie!" everyone yelled. Quickly, Leo leaped towards me and went to grab me, but ended up falling with me. We landed on the floor with a thud, though Leo was able to somewhat cushion the fall. I wasn't prepared for what happened next. During the fall I had closed my eyes. When I opened them, Leo was incredibly close. In fact, we so close we were kissing. Kissing! His eyes opened and once he realized what was happening, he ended the kiss and helped me sit.

"Katie, are you okay? Oh god, I am so sorry about that! It was an accident!" Leo rambled with his hands on his head as he freaked out. I quickly glanced around. Everyone had gathered around, including Master Splinter, with worried looks (even Raph). I looked back to Leo, who was still freaking out. Before anything else could happen, I gently took his hands in mine and removed them from his head.

"Leo, calm down. It's okay, I'm fine. I've taken harder falls before," I soothed in a gentle voice with a smile.

"But… I kissed you," he replied shyly looking towards me. I could only blush and smile shyly.

"It was an accident. Besides, maybe I… sort of… liked it," I whispered, though I was sure everyone could hear. He looked at me in surprise before he smiled.

"Well, maybe I liked it too," Leo replied. It was my turn to be surprised.

"Really? I thought you only wanted to be friends," I explained.

"I thought you only wanted to be friends," Leo replied. We both laughed and scooted a little closer together.

"So, uh, do you want to give it a try?" Leo asked with that killer smile. I couldn't help but smile.

"Only if you do," I replied, giving him a playful stare.

"Then let's do it," he agreed pulling me in for a hug, to which I hugged back. I could hear the cheer of his brothers and our friends in the background. I smiled brighter after seeing his father smile and nod in approval. I looked up at Leo, who looked down at me as he gently placed a kiss on my head. This had to be the best weekend ever!

There you go guys. I'm trying to post these sooner, I really am. So until next time my loyal followers. BYE :)
