Hi guys. So I know it's been a long time and everything but before I carry on with the chapter, I think I owe it to all of you to explain. Firstly, since the people from my class found my account I've not been in a good way. Depression etc... I've been thinking of committing suicide it's been that bad at times. Now don't worry I wont commit suicide but I can't promise that I wont/ I'm not self harming. If I do then don't worry it wont be anything serious. The people at my school are terrible and evil and I can't take it. They mock me and ruin everything I've enjoyed. My YouTube. Games. And this. Now I promise you this much, I will finish this story. I will not let you down. I refuse. I might just update more irregularly and slowly because of it. Therefore, with what time I have left, on with the story! It felt good to say that, welcome relief you know? R&R as per usual too.
Chapter 23- Brothers by chance, friends by choice, enemies by necessity
February 10th
It's been a while since everything happened. Since C sent me the message. Since Bill and I went home. Bill had a job now to pay for everything and I still wasn't going to school. I sat at home reading books. It was fun but I felt lonely unless Mabel or Dipper came to see me. Sighing, I checked my phone. Another new message from C. I read it in my head. "Please come and see me. I need to talk to you. I promise I wont hurt you" How did he even get my number? I thought to myself. I typed a reply; I was bored and curious, maybe C had some interesting information. My reply was: "Meet me in the forest clearing with the fallen dead pine tree. Half an hour." Skype on my phone buzzed just after I sent the reply. It was Dr Hirsch, he frequently skyped me to check my wound was ok and to make me feel less lonely. I answered.
"Hello Olivia," Dr Hirsch waved. I waved back.
"How are you feeling today?" He asked.
"Great thanks. The potion you gave me the other day was really helpful," I replied. Dr Hirsch smiled," Did I ever tell you about the book I wrote about Gravity Falls? It was all about the Pines twins and their 'adventures' unravelling the secrets of gravity falls. It was passed off as a fiction novel but of course it's non-fiction." I rolled my eyes. Dr Hirsch had gone on about how his book got turned into a TV show and he voiced some of the characters. He was very full of himself but I found it funny.
"Yes Dr Hirsch. Several times," I could barely keep myself from laughing. Dr Hirsch made an 'oh' face then apologised, stating that he gets a little carried away.
I had been talking to Dr Hirsch for almost an hour when I realised the time. Hurriedly, I gave a non specific excuse and ended the Skype call. I teleported to the clearing and stumbled right into C's arms. My magic was weaker because I was weaker. C looked flustered, as though he'd been pacing for half an hour and worrying. He sat me down on the fallen tree and sighed, "Where were you? I was worried." I looked at him like 'what the hell' and retorted with, "I don't need you looking after me. Especially not after you ran me through." He looked hurt and sighed," I'm so sorry about that. I would never harm you on purpose." He seemed sincere so I nodded.

I was busy working at the station. It was either, be a cop, work at a diner or work at the mystery shack. I had limited options but I decided on cop. It was the best out of three terrible options. The pay was great but the hours were long however it was easy work. I essentially just sat at my desk drinking coffee for 9 hours with the odd bit of paper work and rarely a call to action. Yet something felt wrong. I checked through everywhere my symbols could see and everything was fine. That confused me greatly but I shrugged and continued with my work.

School had just finished and I was knocking on Olivia's door.
"Liv! I'm coming in!" I used the key she gave me to walk into the house and went straight to her room. She wasn't there. That's odd, I thought. I checked everywhere, no reply and no Olivia. Where was she? I shut the door to the house and ran to the mystery shack, hoping she might be there. I checked everywhere, still nothing. Where was she?!
C/ Christopher Cipher/ Mystery Guy P.O.V
I liked the girl a lot. Maybe if she could learn to put her magic to good use I could be with her. I'm better than my brother. She deserves someone better than my brother. I smiled at the girl and sat next to her.
"Can we talk?" I asked. She glared at me, hatred evident in her gaze but something lurked behind that hatred, curiosity? I knew the girl was curious. I knew she disliked me. I knew she was intelligent however. I hoped she'd see reason.
"Go ahead. It doesn't mean I'll say anything particularly interesting," she didn't bother to be friendly. She spoke plainly and swiftly, urgency creeping into her voice as though she was counting down the minutes.
"My brother has hurt you. You wouldn't have burnt your hands if it wasn't for him. You wouldn't have been run through," I stated. She scowled.
"All things done by other people," Venom filled her voice but she still spoke like a goddess. I chuckled to myself. She was spectacular.
"What about when he burnt you," I gently cupped her face with my hand and rubbed away the make up covering the scar on her cheek. She glanced downwards and her eyes that hid a million thoughts showed me so much in that moment. I tilted her chin upwards so she was looking into my eyes and I kissed her. She wasn't shocked, quite the opposite. She expected the kiss and she melted into it perfectly. I wrapped my arms around her and her arms went around my neck. That moment was flawless. I almost felt like she could be mine, like she saw reason. Then like a flash the moment was gone and she pulled away and got up.
"Wait," I pleaded. She was ashamed and her gaze returned to that of hatred.
"I love Bill. Not you. Don't ever do that again. Don't call me. Don't text me," she turned to walk away and collapsed. I knelt beside her and turned her over. Fresh blood was visible on her shirt where I ran her through. Guilt filled my being. I thought about what to do but footsteps were coming ever closer. I knew they were her friends. I kissed her forehead and mumbled apologies then disappeared, seemingly into thin air. I watched the Pines twins take her away but I smiled. She liked me. I had to win her.
C is a weirdo. Olivia what have you gotten yourself into?! So not many new reviews to reply to. Firstly this:
"Fire Dragon Faller chapter 22 . Jan 4
Hey! I'm the one whos username first was MaBill (I changed it). I am taking a temporary break from danfiction right now, but there are like 4 stories I'm still reading though. This is one of them. Consider this a victory :D I'm glad you updated (I should really update my stories too but I have a massive writers block), and what a chapter! There's a lot of character development going on, and the flashback is too cute! :3 I really like your OC, she's very interesting.. Ooh I really want to know if she's going to talk to C. Guess I have to find that out in the next chapter." Terribly sorry that I've not been updating in ages. But I like some of your stories so... Anyway I hope I can update again soon for faithful followers like you.
