SORRY FOR THE LONG WAIT. MY LAPTOP BROKE DOWN AND I NEEDED TO WAIT TO HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO GET IT FIXED.

I do not own Wreck-It Ralph or any of the video games mentioned.

LINKS AND VIRUSES

So many games he has passed and even more to worry about on his way to Mr. Lytwak's office. He looks at how every character, good and bad, walks on with their daily programming with not a care in the world to what could possibly ruin it. Sad to think that all their worries could be realized as it plainly walks among them. He wondered if anyone knew what it would feel like to walk as an outsider and a curse to the whole arcade. Alpha had already made it to the extension cord to Mr. Lytwak's office. He needed to be away from all of them. He knew that he would only bring more dangerous game content if he wasn't careful.

Ralph, who he looked to as an older brother in some weird way. The guy was easily a grandpa to him by traditional standards. Ralph was cranky at times and older than most in the arcade. But somehow, Alpha felt a brotherly bond connected between them. Although it was Alpha sticking up for the big bum and always able to get under his skin. But he always made sure to play it as a harmless joke. Ralph always knew it was, of course and that's what made him a great friend.

Felix was more of the happy goodie-two-shoe best friend tag along. He would always stick by you and try to give the voice of reason and caution and always the one to play jokes on. Heh, that's one thing that will be missed. Always teasing him on how wimpy he was and how much of a love struck puppy he acted around Calhoun.

Calhoun was more of the motherly soldier type… a pushy one. Always bossing you around and telling you what is wrong or right to her standards or else you get your butt whooped. She wouldn't sugar coat anything that needed to be said. Sometimes Alpha wished she wasn't a female so he could hit her, but she only means well.

Then there were his two new friends Flannery and Noctus. The two who would like to put a fist in your mouth and still stand by you. They were funny like that and were dependable to know they would never turn on you. I wonder why they are so willing to believe in me.

Then there was Vanellope. Gee that was one to figure out. She was my greatest friend. At first it seemed like she was going to kill me after that moment in the bakery. I mean, who wouldn't if you saw someone destroy a building that belonged to you. Then she quickly accepts me as a friend and then somewhere along the way when you think you know her, She starts acting like we were a couple after that moment in Tapper's. She was the greatest person I ever met, and that's saying a lot from where I came from. She was stubborn, hard headed, fun-loving, mischievous, and cute. True, she may not have the most feminine and angelic of voices, but that only made her more unique as an individual. That made her special. Whoa, hearing me talk like this makes me sound like a love struck boy. I am not entirely sure what we are anymore. I'm not entirely sure who I am anymore with having so many personalities and profiles. We kissed; yeah, I felt something. Yes, it somehow felt right in a way.

But I don't belong with this world of arcades, and I was sure that I could never belong no matter what I do. I had to find that hippy Dunderson again. This is the best for everything and for everyone. I will be home and less worried that I can infect the home console and the arcade will no longer need to worry of something like me happening ever again. This would be a simple task, even through having to bring Noctus who I have seen following me for sometime.

Alpha stood in place and sighed, "Noctus, I knew you were following the whole time."

Noctus sighed. "You honestly thought I would leave you to your own devices?" He smirked, "From past experience, I know that's when the most crazy stuff happens, and you can't expect me to miss that."

Alpha looked back at the cord entrance, "Well get ready for something insane" he walks up to the entrance and had a surge protector appear.

"Hello there where are you coming from?" she asked blocking their path.

"We are looking for a person by the name of Bobby Dunderson from Lytwak's laptop. Can you get him for us? He's expecting me. My name is… "Alpha then remembered that Dunderson only knew him by Wolffang. He guessed now he would have to improvise, "Wolffang" Alpha asked.

The Surge protector nodded, "Stay here please"

Noctus raised an eyebrow. "Dunderson? Who the heck is that, and why did you call yourself Wolffang?"

Alpha then change his appearance in the form of his Sonic game character, "I was in another form when he met me" Alpha then changed back.

"Far out bro, I knew who you were the whole time." said Dunderson.

Alpha continued to look towards the cord entrance, "He could tell you himself and that is who he knew me as from before."

Later Dunderson came out of the cord entrance. At first he was confused when he didn't see Wolffang,

"Yo, Alpha! You made it!" he then turns to Noctus. "Um, and who is this?"

He smirked. "Noctus Chocoleo, at your service."

Dunderson laughed, "Whoa, Bromigo, No need for the formality. I am just a normal cool guy" Looks to Alpha, "So you ready to go home?"

Noctus blinked in surprise. "So... that's where you're going? Running away from all your problems?"

Alpha shook his head, "I'm solving those problems to save this arcade. It was safe before I came and now it is dangerous for me to stay here to wait for something else to happen. Do you want to wait and see this happen, Noctus?"

Noctus sighed. "If it means keeping a friend, I'll wait it out and help as much as I can."

"You have no idea what might come. I do and that is why I can't let this happen to the arcade" Alpha said trying to make his point seen.

Noctus sighed. "But... are you just going to leave Vanellope like that? And all your friends? You're extremely popular in this arcade, and I doubt anyone would like it if you just... disappeared."

"They would like it even less if they found out I was the cause of the arcade shutdown!" Alpha pointed out, "I either stay and put everyone I care for in danger or I leave mysteriously saving them all from a grim fate."

Dunderson felt a bit awkward about listening to them, "Uh can we go now? If that is okay with you?"

Alpha nodded back, "Yeah, let's get this done with."

Alpha followed Dunderson's lead to the transport that brought him while Noctus paused for a while.

"Are you coming or staying?" Alpha asked Noctus.

Noctus sighed, then drooped his head. "If I go, will I return here afterwards?"

Dundersun pulled him on, "Of course bromigo, all you need is the code to come back and forth" he gives him a note with the code, "Just watch."

Dundersun opened a panel on the transport and pushed a few circuit buttons to allow Alpha and Noctus through.

Noctus folded the paper and stuck it in his pocket before motioning Alpha forward, "After you."

Alpha pushes Noctus on instead, "Oh no, after you. Ladies first, remember?" Alpha said jokingly.

Noctus rolled his eyes. "I swear, if I get the chance..." His voice trailed off as he threw his arms up before grudgingly stepping up to go through.

"Here we go," Dunderson said as they shot off to the Lytwak's power station.

SUGAR RUSH

Flannery was looking everywhere for Vanellope after she left. She knew that she would be somewhere that meant something to her and Alpha, but that was proving a bit difficult, since there were many places they went.

She sighed. "Fruit Punch Falls? Starburst Trek? Vanellope's castle? How could one program have so many adventures in such a short time?"

Jubileena then remembered, "Wait, the first place they ever met was at the bakery factory!"

Flannery smirked. "The best lead we've got so far. Let's ride!" She revved up her kart before zooming off in the direction of the factory, the other racers in tow. Far off, it showed the factory still being repaired from the incident, but was almost complete. For the most part, the factory was able to bake again, but as far as looking the way it once was would take a bit more time.

Inside, gummy bear workers continued the repairs. It seemed strange for gummy bears to do construction work, but they never really are affected by pain due to their squishy bodies. All that needed for them to do is seal holes in the ceiling and walls and fix up the designs and patterns for the decoration. They also did their best not to disturb someone standing in the middle of their work, grieving in sorrow.

Vanellope was standing in the very spot where she first saw Alpha as Roxus. Right now, she had no idea what name she'd prefer. Alpha was who he was, but Roxus is what she first met him by. Both had nice rings to it. Maybe she could combine them. Roxus Cinnamus Alpha, or Alpha Cinnamus Roxus. Better yet, he could be called the Prince of Sugar Rush. Wait! where did that come from? Did she actually say that in her mind? Before, she always hated the thought of anything existing as a prince to share her kingdom with. She liked how she made it after Turbo and she wanted to keep it her way, but even so, what would it be like if he did share the kingdom with her? He had a lot of crazy and wild ideas in that head of his. Just look at what he made already! Motorcycle racers, new weapons, transforming vehicles, and an all new track in a candy version of outer space. What if she could make him a king instead of prince? That would make her his queen and his right hand. That would mean that they would have to get... STOP! Stop it Vanellope! That is dangerous dark chocolate you're swimming in. She shouldn't even be thinking about this stuff as a kid. But then again, she only had the appearance of a kid. Her mind was far older than she looked. Knowledge was a dangerous thing, the more it grows. But then again, what did it matter? He's gone now and there was nothing she could do to stop him from changing his mind. When he commits to what he says, he always sticks to it for being as stubborn as he is, like her, a perfect mix and blend.

Vanellope kicked across the flat ground in frustration at her situation and her helplessness to do anything about it.

Flannery and the others soon stopped at the bakery and walked in to find Vanellope. Right when they came into the bake room to choose a kart, they could hear the soft sounds of her sadness. They peeked through the curtains and into the bakery room to see Vanellope at the far end, crying.

Flannery motioned the other racers to be silent, as she saw Vanellope sobbing deep in thought.

Candlehead tapped Flannery's shoulder, "What are we going to do?"

She bit her lip, contemplating different options. "I guess the best thing we can do is be there for her."

Jubileena was uneasy about it, "Shouldn't we try to help her find him?"

Candlehead then asked a very bold and dangerous question, "Why not make them both King and Queen of Sugar Rush?"

Everyone stared at her in disbelief at what she just said.

Flannery thought for a second, then cringed. "Aren't kings and queens usually… married?"

"Yes, and that is why it is a crazy idea!" Jubileena pointed out her opinion.

Candlehead, ever clueless, kept up her questions. "Why is that a crazy idea?"

Flannery face palmed. "I'll explain later, Candlehead... alright?"

Snowanna brought up the question again, "So how do we approach this?"

Flannery sighed. "I would say everyone should go up to Vanellope, together."

"None of your so-called bright ideas, okay Candlehead?" Snowanna warned.

"What?" Candlehead said still clueless.

Flannery sighed exasperatingly. "Just... don't bring up the King and Queen thing until later, okay?"

"What about prince and princess?" Candlehead continued to ask. The others shushed her quite sternly.

Flannery couldn't help but smirk. "Not that either... just... hold off on any royal positions for now, okay?"

"Lord and Lady?" Candlehead asked persistently. The group face palmed and grunted in frustration.

Flannery rolled her eyes. "Just... hold off on the idea, alright?"

Vanellope remained deep in thought over her sorrow. She began to think if it would have been better if she never met Alpha. If he had never came to this game, if he remained hidden from everyone, if she remained alone from being this happy. If she never met anyone like this ever again. Of course that was the case. She would never meet anyone like that again, because he was the once in a game time moment that would ever come again. She just wished there was some way through this. That there was a way to either stop the hurt or numb the sadness. She began to weep over again out of helplessness. She never felt this lost since she was an outcast from Sugar Rush. But she knew Alpha had it worse since he was an outcast from this whole place. No longer having a game to call his own and fearing any game over would be his last.

That was when Flannery nodded. "I think it's time we gather around our President. Everyone ready?"

Vanellope finally noticed the others and tried to hide her face and emotions under her hood she then pulled over her head, "What do you want?" She said rather coldly in a broken voice, "I don't want anyone around!"

Flannery frowned. "We wouldn't be very good friends if we left you to misery."

"We want you to always be happy" Jubileena tried to cheer up Vanellope with.

Vanellope curled herself up with her knees covering her face, "I don't need anyone. I don't need pity. I can handle myself"

Flannery frowned. "You're breaking down at the spot where you first met Roxus... I don't think you can quite handle yourself yet."

Vanellope began to raise her voice in denial, "I don't care what anyone thinks! I don't need anyone... and no one needs me!" she said as she began to weep more.

Flannery sighed. "Well, that's not true. I mean, Sugar Rush needs its president."

"What good is that? Turbo was able to do it. Why can't anyone else?" She began to despair more, "That's all being a president is! Being alone in a big empty castle with no one around to share with everyday! No one you wait to come back to after another boring day of racing the same old tracks! No one around here to spend every second with doing fun stuff and laughing with."

Candlehead tried to intervene, "But we're here for you"

Snowanna came in after, "You are our best friend. We would do anything for you"

"We want to see you happy and smiling" Jubileena said next.

Swizzle posed as he said, "You always come first to us"

Flannery smiled. "Look... Even though we sometimes don't look like it, we're more than your friends... We're as close to your family as this game is ever going to have. And, we care about you and your well-being... A lot."

Vanellope finally looked at them with puffy red eyes, "Please, please tell me what to do to make this pain go away" she begged.

The other's looked at each other for an answer.

Flannery frowned. "Well... I..." She sighed. "I wish I knew how to deal with it..." She looked down, embarrassed. "I can't say I've ever experienced heartbreak. But... What I do know is you miss him, very much. Just know that we all miss him, just not to the same extent as you. We can see you're obviously in great distress and..." She held a hand out to her. "We want to help in any way we can."

"Maybe I can help with that" a rough female voice said behind them. They turned to see Sgt Calhoun standing there tossing a ring in her hand and catching it.

Flannery blinked in surprise. "What does the ring have to do with anything?"

Calhoun caught the ring one last time before asking, "Tell me where Alpha is and I'll tell you"

LYTWAK'S POWER STATION

the transport carrying Alpha, Noctus, and Dunderson was heading towards the light at the end of the tunnel to their destination.

"For some odd reason it feels like I died and am heading towards the light to the afterlife" Alpha commented.

"You can say that dude. To me this place is like heaven over flowing with milk and honey" Dunderson said in a poetic way.

Noctus nodded. "It does look like the stairway to heaven, though I'm probably not giving it the description it deserves." He sighed. "You write poetry in your spare time, Dundersun?"

"It just come natural to a suave guy like me" he said proudly.

"Keep telling yourself that bucko" Alpha said rolling his eyes.

Noctus chuckled. "Well... where are we going, anyways?"

They then entered the station as the transport came to a stop. Dunderson got up and out first to give the grand welcome, "My bromigos. Welcome to Lytwack's Power Station."

To Alpha, it was nothing he hasn't seen before, but for Noctus it was awe inspiring.

His eyes widened as he took in the sight. "This... this is absolutely amazing."

Content from downloaded movies to internet programs walked in and out around the station. mostly content of video games were seen because of Lytwak's searches for different games and downloads of demos to try them out. The station itself was more high-tech, since the laptop had a back-up battery to keep going if Lytwak needed to change the surge protector. The surge protector now was more safe and was well guarded against viruses and other stuff. Games of all kind from the past wandered around the floor. Old games Noctus haven't even heard of like asteroids and centipede and games long gone from the arcade. videos and games from the internet went about their ways like a day after closing time. In fact, games that were unplugged were still around in the station, now living their days in the internet. This was a sight truly to behold for Noctus.

His jaw dropped. "I... I would have never thought anything like this existed."

Dunderson informed him further, "No one really does. We try to get whoever we can find that lost their game into this place so they have a place to go"

Noctus nodded. "So I see. Does it get crowded, though?"

Dunderson laughed, "It's the internet, there is no short of room"

Noctus smirked. "Sounds like the ultimate place to be."

Alpha then brought back the subject, "You said you had a way for me to get back?"

Dunderson slapped his forehead, "Of course! I almost forgot come with me"

Alpha looked at Noctus, "Almost time to say good bye"

Noctus sighed. "If... you have to go. I must admit, this arcade will be a whole lot different without you."

Alpha talked back as he followed Dunderson, "Yeah, it will be safer"

Noctus frowned. "I doubt that's the primary concern that the others have right now. We all care about you, especially Vanellope. While I realize it's important to you to put the safety of others first, think of how terrible Vanellope must feel right now, after you just... left. You didn't even say goodbye."

They entered the laptop to the internet "It will be too hard. How am I supposed to tell her that I will leave forever?" Alpha asked.

Noctus sighs. "You know that you don't have to. I think that if everyone works together, we can save the arcade from certain doom like mythical heroes."

Alpha grabbed Noctus by the shoulders, "You don't understand! They will keep coming! Maybe in small bunches at first, but soon they will come at this arcade like a broken dam!" Alpha backed up to calm himself "I am the timed explosive that will destroy the dam if I am not gone. Then all your deaths will be on my hands. Do you understand Noctus?"

"Well, I guess that is a problem." He sighed. "I understand, but I can't say I like it."

Alpha placed a hand on Noctus' shoulder, "I'm sorry. I just really don't want anything to happen to you guys or this place... especially Vanellope" He then shook Noctus hand, "It was great while it lasted though"

Noctus nodded and returned the handshake. "Of that, I am sure."

Later they had entered into the search menu of the internet. Dunderson readied the search, "So what game are you from little dude?"

"Dragon's Dogma. You can go on their website and then we can find the system I came from" Alpha told Dunderson.

"Okay then here we go" He began to enter the information to start the search.

Noctus sighed. "So, Alpha... Do you have a lot of friends back at your home system?"

Alpha chuckled lightly, "They were more like a family in a way. They taught me skills from outside my game. We always hung out when we weren't being played"

Noctus smiled sadly. "You think they missed you at all?"

Alpha looked unsure, "They must think I died because I took my data with me. When someone has their data erased that usually means that they are gone for good"

Noctus thinks. "Wait a second... With your data gone... Would your game be... Restarted?"

"Actually, Eggman fixed that when he gave me the firewall. I got all my old data back as well as my old custom made form" Alpha told Noctus

Noctus nodded his acknowledgment. "Oh... I see."

Dunderson called to Alpha, "Found it little bromigo"

Alpha came up to open the file containing his profile. Inside showed images of Alpha taking down giant mythical beasts, dragons, cockatrices, hydras, ogres, trolls, demon eyeballs, and chimeras. Photos of standing in the sun over a fallen beast and final blow shots. It also showed photos of Alpha being outnumbered by beasts and thieves and robbers.

Dunderson looked at the photos in shock and then to Alpha, "Whoa man, I guess I shouldn't call you little anymore."

Alpha smirked, "that would be a good idea"

Noctus was shocked, needless to say. "Wow... that... that's incredible..."

Alpha sighs, "No matter how many I kill, they always return for another fight" Alpha starts to hack in and send a message to whoever reads it back at his home console. Alpha also knew it would take a day to have a reply. So that's how long he would have to wait. "I guess I'll come back another time for that response."

Noctus sighs. "Well, alright. Where'd you learn how to hack this thing, anyways?"

The home game console was shared the same surge protector with the laptop. we had a lot of spare time" Alpha said remembering the moments.

Noctus nodded, accepting the response. "Should we get out of here, for now, since we've achieved what we set out to do?" He added.

Alpha nodded, "I guess, it's not very comfortable to hang out in the search room. I should probably head back and take down my data from the games."

Noctus nodded. "I suggest Sugar Rush first, since it'll take the longest, because you've done so much there."

"I think that should be done last. I would like to do the easy ones first before the hardest. Hopefully, I don't attract attention," Alpha said with hope. They left the laptop towards to the station to head back to the arcade.

Noctus sighed. "You know I'm going to have to depart at Sugar Rush, right? I can't really game-hop without being a metamorph."

"Yeah. don't worry, I can take it from here" Alpha said as he changed into a character from Guitar Hero.

Noctus sighed. "I'll see you in Sugar Rush, then?"

SUGAR RUSH BAKERY

After having no leads on where Alpha may have gone, Calhoun had just finished telling them about her plan and Alpha's ring, The Arisen's Bond. She told them how if a person were to place the ring on in front of the Arisen, their bond would be forever bond together. When Vanellope heard of this, life started to come back into her eyes with hope. Even though it sounded like a wedding proposal, she could try to pass it off as a way to keep Alpha in the arcade and in Sugar Rush. The others were amazed and skeptical of this new discovery.

Flannery blinked. "Wouldn't we be... Backstabbing a friend?"

"Or would you be helping him make the right decision to think more about Vanellope?" Calhoun pointed out her view.

Flannery nodded, mulling over the facts. "True; I guess you're right."

Vanellope was all too eager but didn't want to show it, "Well if you guys really want to do this that's ok... So do you want to do this?" She asked quite quickly.

Flannery shrugged. "I guess we can give it a try... right?"

Vanellope had to restrain herself from jumping for joy so she asked instead to try to calm her nerves, "How are we going to find him? He could be anywhere or anyone?"

Flannery smirked. "I have a feeling he'll return to Sugar Rush sooner or later. We just need to be ready when it happens."

Calhoun tossed the ring to Vanellope, "I think you can pull it off on your own," as she walked away she had one more thing to say, "And tell Alpha that this is payback."

Vanellope stared at the mystical ring in her hand, the one thing that could turn the events that happened around. But she had to make sure Alpha was there before she puts it on or it might ruin all her chances. So she used the little candy ropes on her sweater as a necklace to hold the ring until then.

"So does this mean there is going to be a wedding?" Candlehead blurted out.

Vanellope began to turn a beet red as the other girls facepalmed themselves and muttered their disapproval from what Candlehead just said.

Flannery rolled her eyes. "Candlehead, I thought I told you to hold back on the idea of marriage..."

"Put she has the ring doesn't she?" Candlehead asked not getting the message. Vanellope then hid her face by pulling her hood over.

Flannery frowned. "It's a... touchy subject. Vanellope would rather not talk about it."

"So should we wait for him at the entrance or something?" Snowanna asked, "Or should we have someone there to keep watch and tell us if he's coming back?"

Flannery points to the entrance. "I think the entrance would be a surefire way to capture him when he gets here."

If Vanellope knew anything about Alpha it was this, "If Alpha saw us here waiting for him, He will try to get away. He never likes getting caught when he thinks he has done something to deserve us waiting for him somewhere." She giggled when she thought back when she first saw him at the Bakery, "I remember when I first caught him here after he blew up the Bakery. I never asked how he did it."

The others nodded about Alpha was always one who never wanted to get caught if he thought something was wrong.

Flannery sighed, but nodded. "You're definitely right. Who should keep watch for him, though?"

Swizzle then volunteered, "How about if I stay? He won't suspect much from me. I could bring him to Starburst Road to challenge him to a friendly race."

Flannery smirks. "Where we'll be practicing, while also secretly waiting for his arrival. Brilliant!"

The group left as Swizzle stayed behind, but out of sight for when Alpha would come by. it would be too suspicious if he were to be waiting out in the open. His best bet in order to get Alpha to come with him is making it seem like he just happened to be in the area. If he played it out right then he would be able to pull it off.

GAME CENTRAL STATION

Alpha was making his way to Sugar Rush. He would have to be quick and take his data from the code vault. although transferring data from a arcade console will be more difficult than a home console of course. If he were still contagious of spreading his game, then he would have to move carefully through the game data. he would have to move through the other games as well. This was going to take a long time without help, but where was he going to find that?

Alpha made his way to the Sugar Rush tunnel and was about to head down.

"Need help with something Alpha?" Spoke an old yet goofy voice.

Alpha saw a hooded person in the corner of the room. What shocked Alpha was that this stranger knew his real name, "How did you know my name?"

"Does that matter now? What does matter to you is getting home to where you came from and keep everyone here safe from you" The stranger said with a goofy giggle.

Alpha was becoming all too disturbed with all this, "How do you know about all this stuff and why do you want to help me?"

The cloaked figure slightly revealed his face with small eyes and a big nose. his head was abnormally big, but Alpha guessed he had a reason for it, "I too, was a virus. My name was King Candy or known as Turbo. I had to be destroyed in order to save the arcade. I don't really understand what I am doing here, but I can tell you that you had to do something with it. Maybe I am suppose to help you find a way back to where ever you came from to save this arcade."

Alpha could see some holes in his story, "Then why aren't you causing damage to the arcade by existing?"

Turbo paused a moment, "I am only the shell of what I used to be. I cannot be a part of any game. Nothing I do will affect the games"

This brought more questions to Alpha, "Then how can you help with my data?"

"I cannot alter anything, true, but if you can give me your coded permission, I can be allowed to take out your data without damaging the game" Turbo answered. Alpha looked to the ground in thought, "I want to help you so you don't end up like me. I know what it feels like to be hated even after you're gone." Alpha nodded when he thought about Ralph and Vanellope.

It would cut deep to remember them hating him for destroying the arcade. Alpha then brought a code over his head to display for Turbo. "You can make this go faster?"

Turbo nodded, "You can get the one in Sugar Rush since you are already here. After you get your data, you can relax and do what you want before it is time to go" after that Turbo placed the hood over his head and left.

Alpha started to make his way back down the tunnel to Sugar Rush until, "Hey Alpha," A big friendly voice called, "Where have you been? Everyone has been looking for you" Ralph said, catching up.

Alpha had to keep a straight face and keep his plan to leave a secret, "Oh, you know me, I like to go off doing my own thing."

Ralph scratched his head in thought, "Yeah I guess no one really could know what you are doing all the time. Are you going to go race someone for fun?"

Alpha thought about it and didn't think it would be bad to have one last Grand Prix before leaving, "Yeah as a matter of fact I was. But I was more thinking along the lines of a Grand Prix on all the tracks with Starburst Trek being the last and final race".

Ralph never thought such a race existed, but there was always a first time for everything, "Really? That sounds great! I should invite the arcade over. No one would want to miss out on an event like that. When is the race?"

Alpha cursed his luck. If he said as soon as possible, that would raise some suspicion of having a great race without letting others know about it so they could watch. Plus it would be too soon to start a race in one night, "Well it may take two days to get everything ready"

Ralph nodded, "Okay then, you set up the race while I go make sure the word gets passed. I will tell Tapper's and the Surge protector to spread the word so I can come back to see if you need help"

Alpha was about to tell him no, but Ralph was already off, "Damn. Can this day get any more complicated?" Alpha started to make his way into Sugar Rush. Unfortunately for Alpha, his day was about to get much more complicated.

SUGAR RUSH

Swizzle was leaning against his kart at the bottom of the bridge to leave Sugar Rush. He smirked as he saw Alpha coming down the bridge. Swizzle took a deep breath and drove out to meet Alpha "Just the racer I was looking for." He said in a friendly way.

Alpha stopped suddenly at the sudden visit, "Oh, Swizzle. I was just going to go do something first before I look for you guys"

Swizzle chuckled. "Is it more important than a challenge from The Swizz?"

Alpha knew that Swizzle was as much as a dare devil as he was and he always wanted to prove that he was more daring than Swizzle, "Well I guess it could wait until I smear your candy face across the road," He said in a friendly challenging way.

Swizzle shook his head, then revving the engine. "In your dreams doesn't count! I'll take you out on Starburst Trek faster than you can say, 'Speed Demon!" He motioned towards the airborne track before zooming off towards it.

Alpha shrugged. "He would take off before I can find my bike." Alpha had no choice but to call it out and appear right in front of him and take off after Swizzle.

After catching up to Swizzle at Starburst Road, Alpha stopped near Swizzle, "Hopefully you don't take off before your opponent can even get in his racer," Alpha joked.

Swizzle chuckled lightly. "Sorry about that... but it's not my fault you're not always prepared for a challenge."

Alpha rolled his eyes, "It would be no surprise if this is how you win races," He laughed after.

Swizzle glared at him. "Okay, that was just too much. I've won my fair share of races fair and square!"

Alpha patted his shoulder, "It's just a joke, don't be such a baby wuss. But then again, you never had a racer like me to get wiped off the track with."

His eyes narrowed. "The only one who's going to get wiped off the track is you!" Swizzle revved the engine of his kart, eliciting a small flurry of sugar powder on the track.

Alpha roared his engine to life, "the only way I'll get wiped off is if I slip on your road pizza face on the track." He threw a cherry bomb on the track, "Let's race!" Alpha focused his attention on the cherry to start the race. Just when the cherry bomb blew up, the two dashed off to begin the race.

While the two sped off on their own race, the others who were waiting for them just stood around waiting for Swizzle's signal. Many of them took a nap, but Vanellope was getting a bit frustrated over the long wait.

"How long does it take for Alpha to get back?" Vanellope complained, "He would at least want to come back here to get something or talk to one of us at least."

Flannery sighed, stifling a yawn. "I'm sure he'll be here soon... I mean, he'll definitely return here... We know that for sure."

Vanellope huffed, "Maybe you should have gone after him instead. He's a sly one and might have gotten past Swizzle with some kind of dare."

Flannery shrugged. "I think Swizzle was a good choice, though. In addition to being unexpected, he's a daredevil like Roxus. Swizzle probably challenged him to a race... and I doubt Roxus would be able to resist a challenge."

Vanellope still debated with herself on whether to call him Roxus or Alpha, but then moved on to another question, "Do you think they went somewhere on a race?"

Flannery thought for a second before nodding. "He knew the plan, didn't he?"

Vanellope rested against her kart, "He was suppose to bring him HERE for a friendly race. I just hope they didn't race on another..." Roxus and Swizzle suddenly zoomed right passed them near the road where they were waiting and nearly blowing them away from the back blast of their speed they were racing at. The others woke up with a start at the sudden loud roar when Roxus and Swizzle passed. Vanellope recovered from shock before getting angered that Swizzle forgot to tell them he had brought Roxus, "That doody- faced sucker head! He forgot to signal us that he brought Roxus!"

Flannery sweat-dropped. "At least he got Roxus this far, right?"

Vanellope jumps into her kart, "We need to get them before they go off on more races!" Vanellope quickly turns her kart on and drives of after Roxus and Swizzle.

Flannery smirked. "Can't sit still, that girl." She sighed before jumping into her kart as well and zooming off after Vanellope.

The rest of the girls jumped in their own karts to follow after them.

Roxus and Swizzle were neck and neck as they were coming to the moon turn, "Face it Swizzy, you know I can beat you driving backwards" Roxus spun his motorbike around to drive backwards and winks at Swizzle as a taunt.

"Oh, really?" Swizzle smirked as he flicked a switch on the dashboard, transforming his Kart into airplane mode and dashing ahead.

As Swizzle jetted off ahead, he felt sure of victory until he saw Roxus still driving backwards on his now transformed jet plane with his jets turned in reverse. But this time Roxus was flying upside down over Swizzle, "Impressed?" Roxus said before turning around and right side up before using his energy drink nitro fluids to blast off ahead.

Swizzle grunted in exasperation before speeding up, jetting after him,

"Hey Swizzler!" Roxus called out, "Can you do this?" Roxus does a hand stand on his handle bars while piloting the jet plane.

Swizzle smirks, "You never know until you try!" He yelled back. Swizzle then put one of his hands on the wheel to steady himself and pushed himself into the handstand position, chuckling when he accomplished it.

when the other were catching up they saw the death defying stunts the two boys were doing. "What in the name of candy corn are they doing!?" Vanellope said worried. no one really thought about or knew what would happen if someone fell into the abyss of space.

As if on cue, Swizzle began to lose his balance and leaned on the wheel, causing his kart to swerve back and forth on the track.

Roxus looks back to see Swizzle in trouble, "Swizzle!" he called out in worry.

Swizzle panicked and turned the wheel all the way to the right, pushing the airplane-kart off the track.

Roxus had no choice but to alter his jet kart into a real plane and fly out to try and catch Swizzle on the wing of the plane as he dove the plane right next to Swizzle as he fell. Roxus tried to call out to him, "Swizz! Try to grab on!"

Swizzle looked between Roxus' new plane and his own, and reluctantly grabbed onto the wing, although he was still holding on to the wheel of his Kart, looking between the two karts indecisively.

"Swizzle! You can get another kart, but you may not get another chance to race if you fall into this abyss in space!" Roxus called out for Swizzle to make up his mind.

Swizzle nodded and let go of the wheel, balancing on the wing of Roxus' kart.

Roxus then brought back the plane up and made a clear landing on the track, "That was close wasn't it?"

Swizzle nodded quickly. "Definitely. Thanks for saving me, by the way."

Roxus playfully hit Swizzles shoulder, "Who would I challenge to a dare devil race to if you got yourself killed?"

He smirked before shrugging. "Noctus? Maybe Vanellope?"

"That's if I don't throw you two in a taffy pond" Vanellope said crossing her arms at both of them. the others soon came behind her with worried and frustrated looks.

Swizzle's eyes widened in realization. All he could say was. "Oh..."

"One job Swizz, just one job. Bring Roxus here to us where we were waiting for him, not start a personal race between you two!" Vanellope scolded.

Swizzle sighed. "It... It was the only way I could think of to convince him to get over here."

In the midst of all the arguing, only one asked an important question out of confusion, "What were we going to do again?" Candlehead asked.

Flannery groaned and lightly elbowed Vanellope's arm. "Wasn't this about Roxus? The ring, remember?" She whispered.

Vanellope became nervous and frightened all of the sudden. This was it. The only way Roxus could stay, but what happened next once they were bound to each other forever? What would this lead to? Vanellope never really thought out far ahead about how this changes everything. She began to shake and sweat losing the ability to think straight or move much. All she did was look to Flannery for help.

Roxus was just feeling awkward at the sudden expression of Vanellope. But deep inside he felt nervous on what would happen next. Why were they all waiting for him and why was she mad at Swizzle for forgetting why he brought him there? What the hell was going on here? "Do you need time to think about this?" Roxus asked hoping it would put off what needed to be said by Vanellope.

"I believe it is you who needs to think about your decision to leave!" Noctus' voice echoed as he drove up towards the group looking at Roxus disappointed, "I thought you would at least reconsider! We can take care of ourselves!"

Flannery thinks and looks to Roxus, then back at Vanellope, smirking. She whispered to Vanellope, "Noctus has fortuitously stalled us. Though, if you're too scared to put on the ring, I'll do it for you."

Roxus heard the word Ring and was now plain frightened on what they meant, "Wait, what do you mean by ring?"

Candlehead chose the worse time and words to say, "You and Vanellope are going to become King and Queen of Sugar Rush!"

Roxus eyes widened up as if they would pop out, "Wait, What!?"

Flannery gritted her teeth in frustration, "Candlehead... Why?!"

Noctus' eyes widened, "I swear... I had no idea about this."

Vanellope had the ring in her hand and the finger in her other hand ready to place the ring on. But she froze not knowing what to do. She needed a push or something to make her decision. All the pressure was killing her.

Roxus saw the glint of the ring, "Vanellope? Please tell me that is not what I think it is!" he said hoping she would tell him what he wanted to hear.

Flannery frowned. "None of us wanted you to leave... Especially Vanellope. Did you ever think that you could emotionally wound anyone more than a possible apocalypse could hurt them?"

Roxus was torn at this. He didn't want what would come if he stayed and he didn't want to bring such destruction to one he cared for so much. Would he choose the needs of one to threaten a strange world that was not his own or would he sacrifice the one cherished thing for the sake of there being a world for her to live in.

Vanellope saw the struggle in Roxus and didn't want the risk of losing him again, "I'm sorry, Roxus." She then placed the ring on her finger.

" Vanellope!" Roxus then knew it was what she placed on her finger.

Flannery was also shocked, "You actually... did it..."

Noctus narrowed his eyes, "Simply put, that can't be good."

Vanellope smiled sheepishly, "Does this mean you're going to stay?"

Flannery thought for a second, "Does he really have a choice?"

Roxus knew now that whatever that was tied to him was now tied to Vanellope as well. Even if he could leave now, content from his original game may come out through her and Roxus had no idea how this would affect her now. He wouldn't want to frighten her or anyone else so he would have to keep it a secret, "Our fates are tied together now. I don't know what that means yet, but we will have to stick together for when it comes."

Noctus sighed. "Well, at least he's staying now," he whispered under his breath.

Vanellope was overjoyed not only that Roxus decided to stay, but that he said their fates where tied together. She tackled him and hugged tightly as Roxus once again felt awkward that it was done in public. He felt most of their eyes watching and thinking it was romantic while the boys just where glad that Roxus was staying. Yet Roxus felt some sort of satisfaction that Rancis was going to be really disappointed when he finds out that he was staying. Just wait till Rancis sees him driving in the next race and... CRAP! The Grand Prix! He needed to tell them all that him and Ralph was going to plan a arcade wide event in Sugar Rush's first all track grand prix.

Roxus got Vanellope up so he could tell them all, "I almost forgot to tell you all. Ralph and I were planning an all track grand prix in Sugar Rush and everyone from the arcade will be coming tomorrow night"

Everyone gasped and Vanellope was shocked and a bit amgry that Roxus suddenly told them at such late notice, "What!? When did you plan this!?"

Roxus knew she wouldn't be happy with his answer, "Earlier today before I came here. Ralph and I planned it ourselves."

Noctus smirked. "Sounds like a perfect plan. What else do we need to do to get ready?"

"I don't know, maybe get every track ready and prepared, get more camera men, set up each map for each track, find out where everyone else from the arcade will sit, Do you want me to go on?" Vanellope said sarcastically taking a breath. Preparing an all-out race like this took more time and effort to begin.

"Still think it is a good thing that I stayed?" Roxus asked jokingly.

Vanellope points a shaking finger in Roxus' face before saying, "Don't get me started with you."

Flannery rolled her eyes, "The best thing we can do right now is to put all of our effort into making this race the best ever and not argue amongst ourselves, right?"

Everyone agreed and started to head back to Sugar Rush to prepare for the big race. Vanellope and Roxus stayed back for a while about this new life they began. Of course this meant nothing about them being or getting married since their fates were know shared. That is one thing they both plan to avoid ever talking about and just left it with being boyfriend and girlfriend.

Roxus just slapped his hands at his sides before speaking without looking at Vanellope, "So uh,,, hows the weather?" was all he could think of to say.

Vanellope was also at a loss for words and just tried to keep up the random conversation, "Um, bright and sunny with a bit of cotton candy here and there in the sky. Not like it changes or anything like every other game in this arcade"

Roxus looked surprised at Vanellope, "Wait, that means no one has ever seen anything different than the sunny day or night sky?" Roxus had to remember that the home console had day to night data. These games had nothing like the content a home game had. But still he felt that they were all missing out on what not only he has experienced but what the players in the real world experience as well

Noctus shrugged. "Nope. In all my time at Sugar Rush, I haven't seen anything but the daytime sky... and it's been boring, having nothing to do for ten years."

Roxus thought for a minute, "Keep Vanellope occupied. I got a surprise for her and all of Sugar Rush"

Noctus' eyes widened in surprise. "How am I supposed to do that?"

Vanellope was all excited and in wonder of what Roxus had in mind, "What are you talking about?"

Roxus shrugged, "I don't know do something... entertaining"

Flannery stepped in. "Just let Roxus work his magic behind the scenes, Vanellope."

Noctus narrowed his eyes. "It is not magic! I tested that!"

Flannery rolled her eyes, sighing. "Okay then..."

"What are you going to do Roxus? It could be anything and the suspense is going to kill me!" Vanellope said full of eagerness and anxiety.

"Look do you want this to be a special surprise?" Roxus asked. Vanellope nodded not too happy with being left in the dark, "Then trust me and let me do this."

Vanellope rolled her eyes, "Trust you not to do something stupid as usual?"

Roxus smirked, "Something like that." Vanellope gave a smile at the small joke. "Just bring her to the castle, Flanny, I'll be there shortly" Roxus then turned to Noctus, "You, Noctus, I need you to come with me"

Flannery simply nodded, while Noctus groaned. "Make up your mind already!"

Roxus rolled his eyes and grumbled, "Just come with me will ya?"

Noctus nodded reluctantly and followed after Roxus. "I guess so."

Flannery looked to Vanellope. "Should we race to the castle, then?"

Vanellope was still disappointed in not knowing the big surprise but at least she would get a race out of it, "Okay fine, but let's make a bet on something if one of us wins."

Flannery raised an eyebrow. "What do you have in mind?"

Vanellope shrugged, "I don't know, something good. If I win I get uh... a day of you letting me win at everything." She said smirking.

Flannery glared at her. "While it's not the cruelest thing you can do, those are still high stakes! Alright, if I win, you have an entire day of no glitching!"

"What!?" This was a steep bet to make for Vanellope, "Come on, can't it be something else?"

Flannery smirked. "Would you rather I made it a day without speaking to Roxus?"

That was too much, "Hey! I don't threaten to take racing away from you do I?" Vanellope calmed herself, "Fine, no glitching if you win. Now, let's race so I can rub it in your face!" She said hopping in her kart.

Flannery sighed and put her head down as she jumped into her own kart. "Knowing your skill, you probably will..." She muttered under her breath before revving the engines.

Later, Roxus and Noctus walked up to the code vault at the castle, "Well, good thing that cough drop was right about the vault being here. Who knew that threatening to let Ralph lick him would work?"

Noctus shrugged. "Beats me. Either way, how do we get in?"

Roxus cracks his fingers, "Watch the pro gamer." Roxus then placed his hands on the door and circuit lines began to lighten up before the pass code was automatically entered. Roxus then opened the door to the code vault, "Nothing to it."

Noctus' eyes widened as he saw the vault open and its contents. "Whoa..."

"Okay, gum drop said that we need something to tie ourselves with in order to get out." Roxus said looking around for some kind of rope.

Noctus thought for a second, looking around. "I don't see anything currently..."

"Wait here" Roxus told Noctus as he left for a while. Then Noctus heard a loud rip and a few seconds later, Roxus came back with what seemed to be a long tapestry, "This should solve our problem."

Noctus' eyes widened again. "Are you sure that's such a good idea?"

"Of course it is. It's not like it will rip the fabric of game space or anything like that." Roxus joked while he started rip strips of the tapestry and make it into long ropes.

Noctus shrugged. "I guess you're right."

Roxus finished tying the ends to one of the tapestries to one of the wires against the wall, "You coming too?"

Noctus shook his head. "I'll be here for backup... Someone's gotta hold the other end of the rope. And I'll be the one to tell the others if anything should happen to you."

Roxus rolled his eyes as he threw the tapestry end to Noctus as he folded his arms, "Come on, what could possibly happen? You need to live a little"

His eyes narrowed. "I would rather live longer than live just a little…"

"Well then let me give you a lesson in risks in life." Roxus smirked as he pushed Noctus in the vault with the tapestry Roxus gave him. Roxus tied another tapestry strip on himself to one of the wires on the wall with Noctus' tapestry strip and jumped in after him.

Noctus sighed as he looked down at the code, "Although I admit it's even more amazing up close, how are we supposed to get out, now?"

Roxus tugged a bit on his own strap, "We just pull ourselves back. I tied them to a wire on the wall outside the vault. Now, let's check this place out" Roxus said as he swam off into the cluster of code data.

Noctus shook his head before swimming off after him, still in awe at the complexity and radiance of the code.

Roxus swam around looking for the setting of the game. It was hard to find in the massive tangle of links and data, but with a little time and luck he finally found what he was looking for, "They need to give this thing a bigger box." Roxus said a bit frustrated with the long search. He began to open the settings to work his magic on it to improve the weather and time setting arrangement. Afterwards he closed it down and was about to swim off to Noctus, until his own data box caught his eye. He remembered what could happen about his stay there and he couldn't just leave this matter without a backup plan. He swam over and began trying to add things to his data for a foolproof solution. When Roxus was done, he swam over to Flannery's data box and started to tweak with a few things.

Noctus swam over beside him and raised an eyebrow. "What, exactly, are you doing?"

Roxus sort of jumped from Noctus sneaking up behind him, "Geez dude, don't you ever knock first? Given your name, sounds like you would do that first. I was just giving Flannery a little upgrade and one to you after."

Noctus shrugged. "Chill out. I was just wondering what you were doing. What sort of upgrade were you giving her, out of curiosity?"

"Just in case if any virus tries to attack, she'll be as vulnerable since she was unlocked by me. I'll fix your data after." Roxus explained as he finished up with Flannery's data box.

Noctus nodded. "I can see why you would do that. But... Is everyone else virus-proof?"

Roxus nodded, "Mostly because they have nothing to do with my data interfering with theirs." Roxus then swam over to Noctus' data box to fix his. "Can't be too careful with all those weirdoes around".

Noctus raised an eyebrow. "What... Weirdoes do you speak of?"

"Rancis, for starters." Roxus joked, "But seriously, what I mean is whatever else may come out at us, if anything" After a while Roxus finished up with Noctus' data box, "There, all done. Now let's get back and hope for the best... and also no one will be furious about what I did to the tapestry."

Noctus nodded in agreement. "I just hope the results of your fiddling around here aren't going to get us in too much trouble."

Roxus and Noctus pulled themselves back out of the vault to try and find the girls if they got back. Because just then, the two girls came through the castle front doors arguing over the unexpected tie of their race back.

"You had jawbreakers in your eyes, I won that race as clear as day!" Vanellope told Flannery as they walked in.

Flannery shook her head. "There's no conceivable way you could have won. That race was all mine!"

Vanellope was not about to admit to any defeat on a high bet, "You were clearly behind eating my pixie stick dust. I am the best racer here!"

Flannery glared at her. "The only reason you consider yourself the best is because you have glitch powers that no one else has."

"Don't blame me for deserved talent, I was just given a curse that made me better." She said folding her arms while sticking her nose up.

Flannery rolled her eyes. "You don't have to act all high and mighty about it."

"What's the point of having a special talent if you can't gloat about it?" Vanellope giggled, "Ok we will call this bet a draw... this time."

Flannery smiled. "Fine by me. Next time, though, you'd better watch out."

Vanellope playfully shoved Flannery, "You watch out. I went easy on you this time"

Roxus was looking at them from across the room while they continued to argue, "Okay, okay, you are both pretty. Can we just let that race go now?"

Flannery nodded slowly. "For now, I guess."

Noctus sighed. "Leave it to them to make a rivalry sway back and forth between friendly and vicious."

Vanellope stood on her toe to face Noctus, "You want a piece of this racer? I can kick your butt without you even seeing it coming." Vanellope said while hopping in a fighting stance punching out her fist.

Roxus just chuckled at her, "You're adorable, kid"

Noctus rolled his eyes. "Why would I want to fight the president? I would rather not be accused of insubordination."

Vanellope then remembered why they were there, "So what's the big surprise for me? Is it a sweet big air balloon with my face on it? A giant chocolate statue of me wrapped in gold wrappers? Oh, oh, is it a super candy spaceship?!" She kept asking so full of excitement and wonder.

Noctus chuckled. "Calm down, Vanellope."

Flannery looked to Roxus. "I am curious, though. What is this big surprise?"

Roxus tapped a finger to his head in thought, "Well if i timed it right, the process should start in a moment" Roxus then grabbed Vanellope's hand, "Come on follow me" He then lead a blushing Vanellope up towards the castle roofs to receive her surprise.

Noctus nodded to Flannery. "We should probably go after them."

Flannery smiled. "Of course!" She dashed after Roxus and Vanellope as Noctus sighed, shaking his head, and walked behind her.

After a maze of stairs and halls, they finally made it up to the bright sunny roof of the castle looking over the kingdom. Roxus was surveying the landscape as if inspecting it for some reason Vanellope couldn't understand why. Thought the surprise was nowhere in sight for her she was growing a little impatient of Roxus mischief attitude.

"So um, where is the surprise?" She tried asking not to demanding.

Roxus then looked at the sky, "It shouldn't be long now."

Flannery looked over to Noctus. "You know what he's doing, right?"

Noctus smirked, also looking at the sky. "I won't tell."

Flannery sighed. "Fine." she also looked up at the sky, not knowing what to expect.

Soon they began to see what Roxus had done. The sun began to lower for the first time towards the horizon until it was just above the horizon line. The sky began to show it's wondrous different shades of evening colors and the land began to darken to a peaceful look as if it was about to sleep. Shadows of trees and mountains stretched across the land and the cotton candy clouds began to move like real clouds always shifting and changing shapes. Vanellope was in struck awe to see what none have seen in the arcade except those looking through the arcade doors, but that was nothing compared to actually experiencing it in person. Towards the darken end of the sky, stars began to shine and glitter in the oncoming night. They could even see the track of Starburst Trek shining as a floating jewel above the clouds. There were even shooting stars falling across the sky like rain. Tears began to run down Vanellope's face as the beauty of time began passing before her in a game that was always stuck in a never changing environment. She had no words or thoughts to explain what she saw or felt, all she could do is stare. Roxus was just looking up with her so not to spoil her moment.

Flannery watched in awe as the sun set, as was Noctus, who smiled up at the stars. Noctus muttered under his breath, "I guess living a little isn't so bad, after all."

A group of clouds began to float over the castle. Roxus stood his place as the others jumped at the sound of a quite loud rumble from the clouds hovering over. Vanellope latched onto Roxus in fear from the loud roar.

"What was that!?" She screamed holding tight to Roxus.

Roxus looked towards the sky of clouds doming over, "Looks like rain."

Noctus groaned. "You didn't tell me that was part of it!"

Flannery thinks for a second. "If everything in this game is candy, what is the rain?"

As if on cue, a rain drop fell on top of Vanellope's cheek. She licked it and then knew what it was, "Flavored water?"

Then it began to do a down pour of more rain and just for a brief moment the rain fell in slow motion for Vanellope to see every drop softly floating down as if in a dream. In the setting sunlight, the rain looked like golden glass as they sparkled in the setting sunlight and above in the back was a rainbow glowing brightly in the darkened sky. this was truly the start of a wondrous new ever changing world of Sugar Rush.

After a while, Noctus smirked. "I wonder how the others are reacting to the change in the weather."

Vanellope held Roxus' hand as Roxus felt a bit awkward and blushed himself. "Nothing like this, I bet." Vanellope said warmly.

Roxus nervously laughed a bit, "Yeah, nothing like this at all."

Flannery grinned. "I can almost see this moment building to a romantic cliché."

Noctus looked at her oddly, then shushed her. "Why would you say that at a time like this? Let them enjoy their moment."

Vanellope shuffled her feet a bit as she looked at Roxus, "This is a romantic moment wouldn't you say?"

Roxus swallowed hard after guessing the meaning behind that question, "Well one could look at it that way. So I guess you liked the surprise?"

Noctus groaned. "Roxus... While you may be good at racing, romance is certainly not your forte."

Vanellope giggled, "I loved it."

Roxus backed up a bit, "Well I'm glad I could make it for you."

Flannery sighed. "It's a pity that Roxus is completely shy when it comes to romantic affairs."

Roxus tried to talk back in a shaky offended voice, "He-Hey! let's see you handle something like this."

Vanellope then tried to get back his attention, "You do know what happens in a romantic moment right?"

Roxus knew all too well what that meant but didn't want to dwell on that thought, "Yeah, of course. We just hold hands and watch the sky." He hoped that would lighten the moment a bit.

Flannery smirked. "Actually, I think she was referring to a... More involved type of romantic moment."

"That's romantic enough." Roxus said hopefully.

Noctus looked at the others. "Let's pause, for a moment, and escape the rain, lest you catch cold. Come on, Flannery." He grabbed Flannery's hand and led her back inside, not noticing a small blush on her cheeks as he did so.

Vanellope then held both of Roxus hands, "Let me give you a gift for the one you gave me."

Roxus was starting to sweat, 'Catch a cold, my butt," Roxus thought, "Are you sure it's in Presidential regulations to do this?" He asked out of small panic.

Vanellope smirked, "Come on Roxus. Are you too chicken to give a wittle girl a kiss?" She said making puppy eyes at him.

Roxus never liked being taunted like this but she did have a point. Besides it's not like everyone else didn't suspect what might be going on with the two. Roxus then surrendered and sighed, "Fine then. It's okay since we are already..."

Vanellope shut him up with her lips against his as they began their second kiss. Not anything other than simple, innocent, and slow. Roxus soon returned it and held her close as the rain continued to pour on them both. Nothing mattered here but them. Roxus hoped this would last if he was going to stay now.

CORD TUNNEL

Turbo was coming out of the last game Alpha had been in with all his coded data in one code box. As the tram was coming half way through the cord tunnel, Turbo had it stop in motion and placed the code box on the seat beside him.

"Now, let's see what our little friend is so worried about to want to rid himself from the arcade" Turbo said mischievously.

Turbo opened the code box but right when he did, he was blown back and the tram dissolved digitally. When Turbo recovered himself, he faced a large swirling magic portal of some kind made of black clouds of ash. But what came next spread so much fear in him that it made him wish he never did this in the first place. The head or a frightening red dragon emerged from inside staring straight at Turbo at first with white, dead eyes but then cleared away to turn into glowing orbs of demonic eyes that felt like they could set one's soul on fire. Turbo could not move much less crawl away in fear. What made him soil himself is when the monstrous dragon spoke.

"If you serve me well, I shall let you live as my slave when I burn this arcade down." Its voice was sinister and fearsome. The way it spoke proved that it was a creature of destruction and death.

Turbo had no choice but do what this thing commands. It's not like he was about to challenge or insult such a beast, "I will serve your will, great dragon. What would you ask of me?"

The Dragon looked down on Turbo with a look of malice, "I want the Arisen."

CLIFFHANGER AGAIN. JUST WHEN EVERYTHING SEEMED TO COME TOGETHER THE UGLY HEADS OF PLOT TWISTS AND CLIFFHANGERS APPEAR. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND FOR THE FOLLOWER WHO HELP OUT WITH THEIR CHARACTER'S DIALOGUE AND SUPPORT.
