Everyone I know this is long over due and I am so sorry. I truly am sorry. I know some of you guys have been waiting a long while for me to update. School has been a pain in the butt and I have college to prepare for next fall. But that is no excuse for my lovely fans because you guys deserve a chapter. So I hope you guys enjoy and please comment if there is anything wrong or an idea. It can be anything I'm all ears.

It was awkward.

Levy doesn't listen to this time of music,so she certainly didn't know how to move to it. Here she was with her back against the wall watching her guild members move in ways that left her flustered. The atmosphere made it feel too proactive making her fidget a bit.

Halloween was one of her favorite holidays of the year, second to Christmas. It was normal for the girls of Fairy Tail to wear revealing clothing, but on Halloween that was a different story. Their costumes were... a bit much.

It being Lucy's first one she was extremely excited and got caught in it too. She came in all red ,her dress was extremely low cut and it barely covered her butt. She was wearing fishnets and her feet were in red leather boots. Red fingerless leather hugged her slender hands and the whip she uses on missions in her hand. Tonight she had an evil gleam in her eye worse than Erza's, so Levy kinda avoided bumping into her.

She didn't take act in their shenanigans and dressed in something a little less proactive. Many of her friends were confused in her dress since it looked vintage. Even Jet and Droy didn't know who she was. None of them shared her passion for books, well except Lucy since she has been avoiding her she couldn't guess. A sigh escape her lips as another upbeat song started, none of the guild members stopped their dancing. Tonight was suppose to be fun, but Levy really couldn't understand why she came. Maybe she should just go home, take a nice long bath and snuggle with a nice cup of tea and a book. Yea she will definitely do just that.

She felt movement right beside her.

Lucy.

A sad Lucy.

"Lu-chan?" She asked hesitantly. Lucy came to the party with a confidence Levy sometimes wishes she had, but now it seemed deflated.

Lucy turned to her with a small smile on her face. That little twinkle was not there.

"Hi Levy, how has your evening been?" Her eyes shifted somewhere else in the room. Levy followed her eyes, which landed on Natsu. He was with Lisanna dancing or more like talking to the music. They seemed to enjoy each other's company, Natsu said something to Lisanna and she laughed at whatever it was he said.

Levy knew of Lucy's feelings for Natsu, they were best friends. They told each other everything. Each day Levy saw the two together she silently supported her in telling him. Of course there were times when they would tease each other of their crushes, but there were also the times when they were vulnerable and had their doubts. Like Lucy was right now.

"Levy, how did you do it? How did you confess to Gajeel?" Her tone sounded devastated almost like she wanted to cry.

Desperate times called for desperate measures.

"Ne Lu-chan, did you know Gajeel was the one who confessed first?"

Lucy was shocked.

"I was at a bookstore and out of nowhere a hand took the book I was reading. I became furious, I hate it when people disrupt my reading. Jet and Droy use to do it all the time when we were kids." She chuckled at the memory," Anyways, I was ready to cuss out the person who dared to rudely take away the book. It was Gajeel. I was confused. Its rare to see him in a bookstore."

Levy blushed as she continued on with the story. "There was this look in his eyes I have never seen before. It ran chills down my spine. He looked at me like I was the most fascinating thing in the world. He looked at me like…" she paused.

Gajeel was a man of few words, but his eyes told her everything. They might be polar opposites, people thought (outside the guild) that they weren't going to last. Look at them now. It has been five months and going strong.

" Levy-san?"

She snapped out of her thoughts at the new voice. It seems that not only Lucy was listening anymore. Juvia and Erza were now too.

"Levy.."

She looked at Erza.

"If you don't mind can you continue?"She spoke softly. Lucy and Juvia nodded in agreement.

She became a little flustered. No one has really asked her for advice in the guild. None of the women came to her about relationships, so the attention was overwhelming.

"He looked at me like as if I was the most precious jewel on this earth. That look in his eyes made me feel so many things that I couldn't pinpoint any of them. It felt as if it was only me and him in that store. Its amazing how by a single stare can make your insides churn and make your heart beat fast."

The girls were silent as they were in their thoughts, probably thinking of the men that meant so much. This urged Levy to go on.

"Whoever it is that makes you feel this way, you should tell him." The girls looked at her in wonder then it was gone replaced with an emotion she knew too well."No matter the outcome, you need to tell him. So he could at least know how you feel.

"If he rejects it,"she looked at Juvia's crestfallen face," that doesn't mean you stop loving him. You can continue until it hurts, only you can stop yourself from loving him. Not him." She saw a tear roll down Juvia's cheek.

She turned to Erza," He feels as he probably doesn't deserve you. He sins prevent him from doing so. If you love him and I mean really love him, you'll help him see past all the pain and sorrows. Make him see how he still has your heart, he never lost it." Erza's eyes widened.

"Lucy, Natsu sees you as his partner. His friend. Someone special. You're the only person besides Happy who he has let come close to him. To see his faults and insecurities. His vulnerability. It probably has been the same for you. You both just has to take the next step." After those words left her mouth she saw Lucy dash in the direction where Natsu was. A new determination in her eyes.
Levy, honestly, felt happy. She was happy she could give advice to her friends when they needed it. Hopefully now they will act on it.

She felt a shadow looming over her and before she could turn around she an arm snake itself around her waist. She knew the owner of the arm.

"'cuse me girlies but I'm going to steal shrimp here for a while." Without letting her say good bye he dragged her away.

"Oi ,Gajeel you could've at least let me say good-bye!" she scowled.

All she heard was a grunt from him. He stop in the middle of amongst a crowd. She didn't realize until he set her down that they were in the middle of the dance floor. Everyone still dancing to whatever it was.

" Gajeel!" She yelled over the music.

" I can hear you fine shorty you don't have to yell."

"Gajeel..," she tried again," what are we doing here?"

His eyes weren't looking at her, they were fixed somewhere outside the crowd.

"Wait for it."

Slowly the music died down and a new song started.

A slow song.

The first few notes came out through the speakers, Levy's eyes widened. She knew this song. She looked up at Gajeel who smiled down at her. Not only was it one of her favorites but it was a song that explained them. Gajeel extended his hand out to her.

"May I have this dance, Juliet?"

Her eyes widened, he figured it out. She finally looked at his costume which was strikingly similar to hers. Her Romeo.

"Of course."

She placed her hand in his and the other on his shoulder. She laid her head on his chest and closed her eyes enjoying the moment. He held her hand close to his heart. Her tiny one in his large one. She like how he was bigger,taller than her. He overpowered her in physique, he made her feel safe.

They danced slowly to the neck, not really caring of their surroundings. Just dancing.

"Levy.."

"Hm?"

"Move in with me."

Her eyes widened. Gajeel pulled her closer to him. He hid his face in her fighting a blush.

Levy's heart wrapped her arms around his neck and brought his face closer to hers. She brought one of her hands to stroke his cheek. Then she smiled at him.

He smiled right back.

"Gihi."Then he crashed his lips to hers.

Gajevy doesn't need that many words huh? Sigh. They are just so adorbs. like that. I was kinda upset they didn't add Juvia's hallucination into the anime, but maybe I'm just getting ahead of myself and they are going to put it in an OVA.
