Alright, new chapter. Blaise has a very... interesting way of solving family drama. Anyway, solving family drama, Lucia, breaking legs, surprise visit from Cardin (and it doesn't go as you'd think), and then the plot continues.

Enjoy

"Alright, empty courtyard, picnic table, very public," Blaise said describing the location to the four members sitting on one side of the table with the three other members standing behind them to make sure they don't escape. "Perfect place to talk out family drama."

"I think there's something wrong with your logi-" Shizuko said before Blaise slammed the tip of his wrist blade into the table in front of her.

"First, Lapis and Quinton," he said and diverted his attention to the two now unarmored guys. "Spill."

"My dad left, then my mom married his dad," Lapis said pointing at Quinton. "We were good buddies until he got in trouble after I was accepted into Beacon. I came to your defense and ended up accidentally killing a gang member fighting this idiot and winning. Then I ran, hopped on a ship to Vale and came to Beacon."

"Wow, pretty straight forward," Blaise said then Quinton chuckled. "What now?"

"Well, now that I think about it, it was kind of stupid to hate you," Quinton told his brother. "After you ran dad kind of went off on me and went back to drinking. Then after a month he kind of disowned you and didn't care anymore."

"Oh great, he's drinking," Lapis facepalmed.

"Is he an angry drunk?" Alex asked now curious.

"No, no," Lapis waved him off chuckling, "My dad was an angry drunk, his dad was more of the town idiot when drunk."

"We cool then?" Quinton asked.

"We're cool," Lapis responded fist bumping his brother.

"That was relatively easy," Blaise said then turned to the two girls. "And now if Murphy's Law has ever proven one thing, this won't be as easy. Spill."

"Fuck you," Shizuko told Blaise who retracted his wrist blade then turned to Zaria.

"Zaria, I'm one of your best friends. I can't help you if you don't tell me anything."

"I don't want to talk about it," she replied staring him in the face.

"What are you worried that we'll think less about you if you admit to killing anyone? Raise your hands if you've ever killed anyone," Blaise said then three of the people around the table raised their hands, Blaise included. "See, wait, Alex?"

"Dangers of aura piercing blades," he shrugged.

"Yeah," Blaise agreed. "So?"

"Yes, fine, I did kill the bastard," Zaria admitted throwing her hands up in frustration.

"Hey, he was not a bastard," Shizuko defended her father.

"Really? That old fucking perverted pedophile. He didn't do anything horrible," Zaria grumbled sarcastically. Blaise raised an eyebrow at that comment.

"You had no proof."

"Really? No proof? All those times I came to you crying, trying to explain what happened. But no, your dad was perfect. Would never do anything that bad," Zaria said and Blaise finally confirmed what she was getting at. "Guess what, he never would, to his own flesh and blood. After I had finally had enough I killed him, yeah, I did. I was accepted into Beacon. I finally had a chance to actually have a life, to not live and fear of that bastard. So I wanted to leave no regrets."

"And how do I know you're not lying?" Shizuko asked then Blaise slammed his fist on the table making the two girls jump.

"Shizuko," Blaise said getting her attention as his eyes turned black and red, "I have known Zaria for nearly two semesters, and she has been one of my best friends. And believe me when I tell you, I know when she is lying. I can hear her heartbeat, everyone's heartbeat. Hers did not even slightly show the signs of lying, yours showed a bit of doubt when you were defending him. I wasn't there so I do not have an eyewitness account on these events, but from what I have observed she has a solid basis, your main argument has been, and I quote, 'You have no proof.' So let me ask you this. Do you have any proof?"

She fidgeted in her seat for a couple of moments trying to find any proof to back up her side before she just slumped down with a defeated look on her face. "No," she said then Blaise's eyes returned to normal.

"See? Now I would usually say kiss and makeup, but I think you would probably take it literal-" he was suddenly cut off by Shizuko quickly turning to her side and kissed Zaria on the lips for a couple moments before she broke the kiss, "-ly," he finished a little speechless. "I-I don't have anything to say now."

"Good," Zaria said with her face turning about as red as her hair looking down with embarrassment.

"So, this is the one you had told us you dated before?" Alex asked looking a little dumbfounded.

"Yeah," Shizuko replied with a smug smile on her face.

"I-I-I have to go," Zaria said jumping from her spot while firing a grapple hook on a random direction then pulled herself away from the two teams.

"She's never been good with public affection," Shizuko explained.

"I don't blame her," Reita said then sat down on the bench where Zaria had been sitting previously with her back resting on the table.

"I'm just surprised we settled both of these disputes without any bloodshed," Blaise said then looked at his arm as he sat down on the other bench, "Well, almost no bloodshed."

"Sorry man," Alex apologized as he sat down next to Blaise. "How is the arm?"

"Nothing a little aura won't fix," Blaise said then showed Alex his arm that was finishing healing followed moments later by the hole in the leather fixing itself. "And aura has still been the best for repairing clothes."

"So, how did you do that?" Reita asked legitimately confusing Blaise.

"Do what?"

"Bring my aura down to zero in an instant," she clarified tilting her head back to look at Blaise.

"Campione ability, I guess. As long as the blade is made aura piercing, made by a Campione, from a special metal, and wielded by a Campione, the blade becomes aura cancelling. A lot of requirements, so my choices are limited," Blaise explained reaching then pulled out the large chocolate chip cookie from his coat pocket and was about to take a bite.

"Hey Blaise, can I have a piece?" Lapis asked making Blaise stop in mid bite and looked at him with his eyes transition to black and red with the surrounding scenery darken.

"I have shed blood to lead to this moment," Blaise replied slowly with his voice changing to a much darker tone. "Nobody is eating any part of this damn cookie except for me." Reaching to his belt he pulled out one of his railgun pistols out still on their highest non-lethal charged and fired off a round hitting Lapis throwing him off the bench and knocking the bench over throwing the occupants to the ground. "NOBODY!" he shouted then took a triumphant bite from said cookie making Alex glad he sat next to Blaise and Eva glad she didn't sit down.

"What… happened?" Lapis asked walking into the arena stands seeing the ruin down on the arena.

"JNPR won," Blake said limping into the room carrying an unconscious Weiss over her shoulder.

"What?" Blaise asked turning to see Yang having a similar to limp at Blake and Ruby who came back into the room. Strangely enough that all were covered in what smelled like maple.

"They cheated," Yang grimaced as she sat down on one of the seats.

"How?" Alex asked sitting down.

"Before the match," Ruby interjected sitting down next to her sister, "Before we entered the arena they pumped Nora full of energy drinks, pancakes, and syrup. Then with Nora on near ultimate sugar high we stood no chance. As soon as the buzzer sounded we didn't even see her coming. She broke our legs, we thought she was always kidding whenever she threatened to break someone else's, but she just did it. We barely even had time to use our auras to heal before she continued her assault." She started to shake remembering what had happened before Yang pulled her in for a comforting hug.

"Where is JNPR?" Eva asked resting her hand on Ruby's shoulder trying to comfort the girl.

"Immediately after the onslaught Nora had a sugar crash having JNPR win by default with three standing members, then they took Nora back to their dorm to sleep off the sugar," Blake explained laying Weiss down on the bench.

"That seems terrible," Blaise said sitting down next to his girlfriend and joined the comfort hug.

"I don't think I can fix this," Blaise heard Glynda say under her breath. "I can normally fix anything, but this is too much."

"So is anyone else going to spar today?" Blaise asked watching Glynda try and fix the arena. Moments later the arena was fixed but with several holes in the wall and cracks in the floor.

"I don't know," Yang said then looked at Blaise's left arm. "Are you going to go to the nurse's office for your arm? He did kind of pin you to the wall."

"It's just fine," Blaise assured her, "If it were one of my swords with me doing the cutting, then it would be problematic."

"So what was with the ferocity between your two teams?" Blake asked looking over to the three person hug.

"Family drama," Blaise said then pointed at the two step-brothers who were laughing, "but as you can see we solved it."

"What about the other two?"

"They solved their problem, but there's something else now happening between them that we should let them solve."

"Ompf," Lucia said as she was knocked to the ground after turning the corner hitting a larger body.

"Oh sorry," a voice said then extended a hand to help her up. Hesitantly taking the hand she stood up and brushed off her uniform and re-adjusted her beret and sunglasses. "What are you doing around the Beacon dorms?" he asked making Lucia look around nervously.

"I-I got lost," she admitted. "I'm trying to find the arena to watch some of the teams spar."

"Well the arena…" he paused to think, "If you leave the building through the door down the hall and follow the sidewalk till you come to a large circular building you should find it. I could show you there."

"N-no I shouldn't trouble you."

"I was heading there myself, but I was going back to get my team," he pulled out his scroll and sent a quick message out, "There we go. My name is Cardin Winchester, nice to meet you…" He waited for an answer.

"L-Lucia," she said finally looking up to see the guy wearing his armor with a large mace on his side.

"Alright, let's go Lucia," he said turning around to head to the arena with Lucia following behind.

"That was interesting," Blaise said in between chuckling at the sight of students trying to fight but occasionally tripping over a large crack in the ground and falling on their face.

"You know Blaise," Alex said getting the wolf faunus's attention, "We should do something this weekend. You know, give the siblings some time to bond."

"Well you guys can, I am going to be busy," Blaise said causing Yang and the remaining members of his team to look at him. "What? I have a new lead on my family." They then looked at him like he was crazy. "I swear I won't nearly die this time."

"And what happened last time?" Lapis asked making blaise lower his head.

"I nearly died and the crazy guys broke my wayfarers," Blaise admitted making everyone nod. "But this time I shouldn't have to do any fighting." They stared at him with blank stares. "But I will take some weapons with me."

"Where are you going?" Yang asked with Ruby looking at him from behind her sister.

"I will be going to the west coast of Vale and try to find out where my sister possibly is," Blaise explained. "I will be taking a bus to the west coast then I will rent a motorcycle and ask around then take an airship back to the city of Vale hopefully before classes on Monday."

"When are you leaving?" Eva asked as the other match ended.

"Actually I should be leaving now," Blaise said making everyone look at him as he stood up. "I'm probably going to stop by the dorm to drop off some things and stop by dust shop to get some supplies for the trip."

"Did he just ditch us?" Reita asked confused as Blaise left the building and the next team set walked into the broken arena.

"Maybe," Ruby said.

"And here we go, the arena," Cardin said entering the stands with a shorter girl nervously following behind.

"Hey Cardin," Lapis greeted, "Are you now terrorizing Haven students?"

"No," he replied, "I was just being nice and showed a person to the arena."

"Goodbye," the girl nervously said then ran off to a less populated area of the arena stands.

"Really?" Lapis asked.

"Hey, I haven't been as much of a pain in the neck as I used to be alright," Cardin defended himself, "After Jaune saved me after Blaise beat me I tried to not be as much of an ass."

"Well," Lapis paused because he couldn't think of a comeback, "keep up the good work man."

"Now I have to go, since my team is fighting next," Cardin said then headed toward the locker room.

"Mind the crack," Quinton said confusing Cardin before he disappeared around the corner.

"So Blaise beat him?" Alex asked.

"Yeah, him and the rest of CRDL," Lapis replied smiling a little. "He did it to stop Cardin from bullying a faunus girl during the first semester."

"So he is a good guy who leaves the campus a lot to try and find his family. Why is he trying to find his family?" Reita asked.

"During initiation he hit his head giving him amnesia, so he's been trying to find any living family members. So I guess going to Vale tonight is going to help him," Eva explained then the three teams heard the doors open suddenly as a person left. Looking at the doorway Eva spotted a simple black beret on the floor crumpled up as if thrown off in a rush. "Strange."

"Took you long enough," Blaise said as he put down the magazine he was reading to face Ruby who was wearing her disguise with the sniper rifle on her back and pistols on her belt.

"When did you get here?" the cashier jumped as Blaise made his presence known.

"While ago," Blaise responded then turned to Ruby. "Did you follow the plan that I told you?"

"Yeah," she replied pulling off her hood, "I left my team a note saying I was going to the weapon convention in the southern part of Vale that I had just found out. I then 'forgot' my scroll with my cloak in my 'rush' to leave saying I'll be back as soon as I could. Then I put on the disguise with the hood on so I could walk out undetected and came here." She then walked over to Blaise and grabbed the newest weapons magazine that Dust of a New Dawn had. "So what now?"

"Very simple," Blaise said pulling out a platinum wig with fake wolf faunus ears on it and replaced Ruby's red wig with the new one, "We're going to get on the White Fang bus to Sedric's research facility. Try to keep your hood on, but if you have to take it off at all try to not show emotion so the faunus won't realize you're human with the lack of ear movement." He then pulled a small vial of liquid with a spray tip and sprayed Ruby with the liquid. "From my experience wolf faunus smell like beowolves so over the past few days I went to the Emerald Forest and killed a few and sort of liquified the hairs before they deteriorated to make a grimm perfume. So you should smell the part of a wolf faunus."

"Grimm perfume?" Ruby asked.

"Learn some simple chemistry and you'll be able to do some interesting things," Blaise explained then pulled his hood over his platinum wig which Ruby did the same. "Now, to the docks!" he exclaimed putting some snack bags into his coat's pocket.

"Alright, keep your eyes straight, and don't draw any attention to yourself. If asked you're my little sister and point me out so I can talk with the WF guards," Blaise told Ruby as they approached the warehouse where three busses were being loaded by White Fang recruits with the assistance of White Fang guards.

Passing through the crowd they both went to the second bus that was nearly full and at right next to each other in the same row with Ruby next to the window.

Outside still Lucia approached a bus wearing her trench coat, tank top, and sunglasses with her railgun shotgun and longsword on her back, and both light cavalry swords and pistol on her belt. Sitting down in a seat she scanned the bus trying to find her brother and the girl in red she had followed to the docks which was rather difficult because they wore their assassination outfits so she had to rely on scent.

Taking a deep breath of the air in the bus she tried to sort through the smells to hope she rode on the right bus but couldn't find the right scent. Finally giving up she looked out the window and saw the girl in red for a split second before her eyes were diverted away.

"Shit," Lucia said hitting her head on the seat in front of her in frustration.

See, everything I promised and more. So yeah Ruby is going with Blasie surrounded by White Fang. This will get very interesting.

Now I have to get some sleep. Before I forget... 5,000+ VIEWS! You guys are amazing. I'm surprised that many people actually read this, considering it is an OC story that i make up as I go along, I literally posted this minutes after I finished writing the chapter, and yet you guys like it enough to have over 5,000 views. That, or the intro interests people enough to view the first chapter before they click out and forget this ever existed.

Well, I was serious about having to sleep.
