Hello everybody, I managed to write this in three days. I'm surprised myself. Well anyway, this chapter has a lot is stuff in it to make it a decent chapter: comedy, drama, comedy, impossible situations, a hopeless romantic, and comedy.

I should be able to finish this story in about two or three more chapters with the last one being an UBER LONG ONE or it'd be short but cool.

Enjoy

"Blaise, is something wrong?" Eva asked him as he observed the match between Mercury and Pyrrha.

"It's nothing," Blaise said pausing for a moment to pinch the bridge of his nose, "Or it's something… I don't know. I did get my memories back, but some details are still foggy. Well, not even details, just weeks here and there, like I didn't even bother to care about what happened during that time."

"Is there anything I can do to help?" she asked him sitting down next to her team leader. At that moment Mercury forfeited the match. Then Goodwitch began to give out the ending announcements.

"No, Eva," Blaise said running his hands through his hair in frustration. "Gahh! Why does my brain have to stupid?! This is going to bother the hell out of me!"

"Well, don't think too hard," she said then scratched the base of his wolf ears and smiled. "We don't want you having another psychotic break down."

"Ha ha, very funny," Blaise groaned placing his face in his hands propping his elbows on his knees. "That only happened like three times."

"Yeah, because that's less than average," Eva joked then ruffled his hair before standing up. "So, to help you take your mind off of the past, Lapis and Zaria are going to hang out with team BRNZ, and they thought it could be a team thing. You up to hanging out with people today?"

He thought for a moment. "No," Blaise responded leaning back into the stands slicking his hair back for a second before his ears flicked his hair around, "I think Lucia is going to try and drag both Sedric and I to Vale so she can buy a dress for the dance."

"Actually, about the dance," Eva said causing Blaise to turn his head and look up to her. She froze for a second. "You know what, maybe later when all of us are together. Have fun with your siblings." With that she turned around and caught up with BRNZ, AQRS, and the remaining members of BLZE.

"You know, I already bought a dress," Lucia said walking over to Blaise after Eva was out of earshot.

"I know," Blaise said jumping to his feet, "but I need to investigate something here on Beacon without any interruptions."

"Do I need to make up a story and have Sedric collaborate with it?" she asked her brother as he prepared to run straight forward.

"More than likely," he said then ran straight at the guardrails and jumped into the arena.

"Be back by dinner," she told him just before he ran out of earshot. "Be safe."

Leaving the building Lucia was met with an interesting sight. Sedric was looking presentable, meaning he combed his hair, lost the long coat, and wearing a decent white dress shirt. But the interesting part was he was talking with Glynda Goodwitch as they walked to the main towers, most likely to their offices.

"Mr. Campione, I will have to decline your request of me," Glynda said to Lucia's older brother. "Unfortunately, the dance will be requiring chaperones due to most of our staff preparing to accompany student teams on their first missions. Since the only chaperones at this moment are Ozpin and I, I will be too busy to dance with you."

"So what you're saying is that if there were more chaperones, then you wouldn't be as busy," Sedric said having a thought forming in his head. "So, if there were like four or five more chaperones, then you wouldn't be as busy."

"Mr. Campione, if you can find that many chaperones within the next two days who will be willing to stay the full night, then I will give you one dance," she replied rubbing her temples. "It is highly unlikely, but I will risk it for the help being desperately needed."

"So, you're saying there is a chance," Sedric smirked then turned around to head towards the teacher's housing. Then he saw Lucia and stopped right in front of her. "Hey, Lucia, do you want to help me chaperone the dance?"

"I don't see why not," she replied smirking hearing Goodwitch curse under her breath. "I mean I bought a dress already."

"Great, now we just need to find three more people," he said then was about to run off to the teacher's housing before Lucia grabbed his arm.

"Actually, I need to talk with you for a bit."

"So, Eva," Zaria said getting her attention as she left the team dorm's bathroom wrapping her hair in a towel. "What did you talk with Blaise about earlier?"

"Nothing really," she replied flopping down on her bed, "He just said that he was going into Vale with his siblings so Lucia can get a dress. These beds are so small now."

"Don't go changing the subject," Zaria said sitting down on Eva's bed. "Did you talk with him about going to the dance?"

"I was about to, but I couldn't," Eva said rolling to look at the redhead. "It just seems so weird, and I don't even know if he already has a date to the dance. For all I know he asked Yang, Ruby, or even Reita."

"Eva," she began, "Yang and Blaise are no longer dating and they both would feel awkward going to the dance later, and Yang would kill him if he went to the dance with Ruby."

"What about Reita?"

"She's a wildcard," Zaria responded without missing a beat causing the archer to look up with a slight look of betrayal. "What? I was being honest. I seriously thought she was dating Alex due to them being close, but then I found out they are cousins, so I don't know. It's not that hard to ask someone out to the dance, do you need me to show you?"

"What? Now?"

"Sure, why not," Zaria said then got the attention of Lapis who had been watching videos on his scroll. "Lapis, do you want to go to the dance with me?"

"Sure," Lapis said then turned back to his scroll.

"See, it's that easy," Zaria told Eva then turned back to Lapis. "Make sure you look nice."

He choked on air for a second before jerking to the ninja. "You were serious?!"

"Is there a problem?"

"No, I was going to ask anyway, but I just didn't think you were serious," he responded. "Anyway, before I dig myself even deeper into a hole, where do you guys think Blaise is?"

"So, you are serious? Goodwitch said that?" Lucia asked her older brother as they sat down at an empty table in the nearly empty cafeteria.

"Yes," Sedric said to his sister. "If we can just find three more people willing to chaperone the dance then Glynda will dance with me."

"You are seriously hopeless," Lucia said rubbing her temples. "I always knew you were a hopeless romantic, but Goodwitch, really?"

"You should've seen him the first time he was at Beacon," Blaise said sitting next to his siblings carrying a tray. "He was literally locked in an interrogation room and was openly flirting with her through the one way mirror."

"What the hell happened to you," Sedric asked looking at Blaise. Currently. the youngest Campione was covered in dirt and smelled of a fire. "Or would it better if I don't ask?"

"Better if you didn't," Blaise said finishing half his sandwich.

"Didn't you say you were going to stay at Beacon?" Lucia asked him earning a quick nod as he finished his sandwich.

"Sorry, but I'm not in the mood to talk, did a whole lot of cardio today," he replied downing his drink.

"You should probably go to bed," Lucia suggested.

"You might be right," Blaise said grabbing his cookie off of his tray just before Sedric was about grab it as he stood up from the table and left.

"And yet another sighting of the wild Blaise Campione," Sedric commented watching his little brother leave the cafeteria and head towards the student dorms. "Well, back to business, three chaperones. We already asked every teacher in the school and they all said that they were busy with either preparing for accompanying the first year teams or too busy for that night."

"Well, we just need three people, Goodwitch never said it had to be staff," Lucia smirked dunking her cookie into her glass of milk.

"Anyway, before I dig myself even deeper into a hole, where do you guys think Blaise is?" Lapis asked just as the dorm room door opened revealing a dirt covered tired Blaise.

"You called," Blaise said panting.

"What the hell happened to you?" Eva asked nearly shouting at the leader who stumbled over to his bed.

"A lot of cardio," Blaise said then flopped down on his bed still wearing his dirty hunting outfit. "Don't worry, come morning I will be perfectly fine."

I don't think that's how anything works, Blaise," Zaria said to him as she looked over to the leader somewhat concerned. Her only response was the soft breathing from said leader.

"Wake up!" a voice said knocking on the team's door. Slowly waking up the team looked around thinking one of them was locked outside the door.

"What the hell is going on?" Lapis asked groaning as he lifted his head to see Blaise half sleepwalking as he approached the door wearing his pajamas perfectly clean unlike the other day. "How did he manage that?"

"What do you want?" Blaise asked opening the dorm room door to see team RWBY excluding Blake. "Did we do something wrong? Zaria, did you steal Yang's shampoo again."

"I returned it," the redhead replied wrapping herself in her blanket to hopefully block out the noise.

"She's the one whose been stealing my shampoo?" Yang asked then turned to Ruby and patted her on the head. "I'm sorry for accusing you."

"And I'm not sorry for scaring you with the demonic Ruby," Ruby muttered under her breath so her sister couldn't hear it.

"What was that?"

"Nothing."

"We're getting off track," Lapis said getting out of bed slicking his hair back to try and control bedhead. "Why did you wake us up this early? I know Glynda is having combat classes again today, but we did ours after lunch without Blaise."

"Go on Weiss," Ruby said encouraging her partner who was slightly annoyed.

"We…" the heiress began then took a deep breath and continued, "We need your help to finish preparing for the dance. All the other teams who said they would help have been busy, so we are behind schedule."

"Is that all?" Eva asked getting out of bed slightly wobbling still not used to her new height. "Well, I think we're not busy at all. AQRS said that they were busy going to Vale with BRNZ for dance clothes, though Alex's hunting uniform is literally a tailcoat suit so it doesn't seem to make sense for him to buy a new suit."

"Well, they probably wanted him there for his professional opinion," a voice said from down the hallway getting everyone's attention prompting team BLZE to lean out the doorway to get a better look; upon closer inspection it was Reita Thorne. "He got his dressing style from a combination of both parents since his father was a band conductor and his mom was a fashion designer. All he really needs to do is buy a pair of dress shoes."

"What are you doing here?" Eva asked her slightly squinting her eyes.

"I had no reason to go along," she replied scratching the back of her head. "Aunt Melinda made sure I had a decent formal party dress before I went to school. So I'm covered, meaning I don't have to deal with Alex's half hour rants why a certain scarf doesn't go with a certain shirt. So, what needs to be done?"

"Ok, Lapis, just place that speaker over there," Yang told the berserker as she set down her large speaker.

"Why did you guys decide to go with the heaviest speakers on Remnant?" Lapis asked as he set the speaker down with a grunt. "Not to mention, shouldn't you have asked Blaise to do this? He can punch me through a building and withstand the recoil of a railgun."

"He's only strong is small bursts," Yang said handing Lapis a water bottle. "He's not very good with endurance."

"Does that have a second meaning, or should I not look into this?" Lapis asked then drank part of the bottle.

"So," Yang said turning to Ruby who was currently staring at the table she was seated at completely ignoring Lapis, "have you picked out a dress yet?"

"What is it with these people?" Lapis asked then felt a sudden wall of heat hit him. "Blaise, what now?!"

"A little help please?" Blaise shouted from outside.

Sighing he picked up his water bottle and ran out the side door to see Blaise there carrying a large DJ set radiating a black aura. "What the hell happened to the cart?" he asked looking around for the missing cart finding it nowhere.

"Apparently it was made from a cheap metal that can't withstand the heat of anger when it breaks a wheel twenty feet from the unloading dock," Blaise said nearly buckling his knees. "Now grab the other end of this accursed thing!" Suddenly his knees failed him sending the other end rocketing towards the ground only to be stopped by Lapis catching it.

"I thought Yang was giving you the easier job," Lapis grunted as the two began walking back into the ballroom with the heavy DJ set in hand.

"Essentially it was easy," Blaise said as they maneuvered the set through the doors, "but that was because I had the only cart." Walking a little further they placed it in the middle of the two speakers. "Anyway, pass me the water." Lapis obliged tossing his bottle to the wolf who poured it over his head, but the water never connected evaporating before it was at hair level.

"Now, that brings a whole new meaning to the term 'hothead,'" Lapis said with a small smirk forming before he saw Blaise's panicked expression. "Oh no."

"I got it," Reita said from a short distance as she pulled a blue dust crystal from her pocket and fastballed it hitting Blaise's chest erupting in a wave of water instantly cooling him off.

Moments later the water died down revealing Blaise laying drenched on the floor. Most people in the room were almost concerned until Blaise lifted one hand in the air and made a quick thumbs up. "Thanks Reita."

"No problem," she replied nearly laughing at the sight of Blaise using his semblance to dry himself off generating steam.

"I'd hate to rain on your parade," Yang said walking over to the two guys nearly passed out, "but we need the DJ set back about ten feet on the temporary stage."

I think I managed to get two episodes of RWBY in on one.

Well, anyway, next chapter will be the dance. FINALLY! I have just decided to finish with all the subplots of this story and just finish it. We're going to go from the dance to the mini breach arc. Then this story will be labeled at completed and I can work on Team STAR. Then about halfway through volume 3 I will bring back team BLZE with their own story again.

Now then, next chapter will be a mixture of comedy and drama, like a normal chapter.

Now, I know this is more suited for Team STAR, but I've been playing Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: the Sith Lords (whole title because why not) and JESUS CHRIST IT IS LONG! When I played the first game I was able to beat the whole game within 12 hrs, but with KotOR 2 I AM 25 HOURS IN THE GAME AND I HAVE ONLY GOTTEN THROUGH TELOS AND DANTOOINE! That shouldn't happen. And Rexan Dawn (I am very creative when it comes to naming) is like the annoying girlfriend (Call me weird but Meetra Surik is supposed to be female) with Atton with the dialogue and how easy it was to make Disciple fall for you.

Now then, back to stuff more relevant than an 11 year old game.

EVA VS. REITA

Who will win?

Well, that's enough for me, now I'm off to Nar Shaddaa,
