~No Ones POV.~
"Yeah…I like Maka…"
Black*Star kept laughing and teasing Soul about his crush on Maka.
"ALRIGHT! I GET IT! SO SHUT THE FUCK UP!" Soul screamed,annoyed at Black*Stars teasing.
"Geez Soul you don't have to yell…BECAUSE THAT'S MY JOB! YAHHOOO!"
Soul rolled his eyes getting more annoyed by the second.
"SHUT UP BLACK*STAR!"
"Fine. So what are you going to do about your crush on Maka?"
"I don't know."
"Are you going to tell her?"
"I don't think so."
"Why?"
"Because what if she doesn't like me?"
"Soul you gotta take a chance and tell Maka that you like her. It's the only way you'll find out for sure that she likes you."
"Nah, I'm going to wait awhile before I tell her. I want to be sure that I like her before I tell her."
"Alright man, but if you ever need my help with getting Maka then just let me know."
"Yeah I will and the same goes for you and your crush in Tsubaki."
"WHAT!? I DONT HAVE A CRUH ON T-TSUBAKI!"
"Ha! Of course you do. I can see it in the way you act around her. You scream not only because you want to be a god but also to catch Tsubaki's attention."
"WHAT!? I DO NOT! I scream because I'm a STAR!"
"Surree~ just admit it Black*Star, you like Tsubaki."
"FINE! I LIKE HER!"
"I knew it! So are you going to tell her?"
"Yep and I'm going to tell her right infront of everyone at school! I'm going to surprised her! Unlike you, your just going to wait to tell Maka that you like her."
"Hey there's no problem with that!"
"No your just a big Chicken!"
"I AM NOT!"
"Yes you are!"
"No I'm not! I'm just going to wait until I can see the signs myself that she likes me and that I know I like her myself. Unlike you and just telling Tsubaki without even knowing if she likes you. What if she doesn't like you and rejects you where ever your planing to tell her? How do you know she likes you?"
"OF COURSE SHE LIKES ME! WHY WOULDN'T SHE!? IM A GOD AFTER ALL! WHY WOULDN'T SHE LIKE ME!?"
"I don't know, maybe because your annoying!"
"FINE! When you go back to school I'll show you myself that she likes me!"
"I can't wait to see you fail!"
"How about a bet!? If she likes me back then you pay me 10 bucks and if she doesn't like me I'll give you 10 bucks!"
"Sounds good to me! I'm so gonna win!"
"No you won't!"
"We'll see went I go back to school!"
~Couple Hours Later.~
Black*Star had left leaving Soul alone and back to being bored an waiting for Maka to come. He had fallen asleep for 30 minutes
waiting for her. When he woke up he saw Maka sitting in the chair next to him reading a book. (of course.)
"Hey Maka!" Soul says sitting up in his hospital bed.
"Hey Soul! I'm glad your awake!"
"I'm glad your here so now I can't tell you my news!"
"Ooh what is it!?"
"I get to get out of this hell hole in a week."
"YAY! I can't wait for you to come home!" Maka screams Huggins Soul.
Both Soul and Maka blushed. Maka let go if Soul quickly and backed away alittle.
"S-Sorry…" she said blushing more.
"Nah it's okay." Soul says with a toothy grin.
Maka blushed again. They both fell into an awkward silence.
"So how are you feeling?" Maka said breaking the silence.
"I'm fine just bored as hell by just being here. What about you?"
"I'm fine too, though its boring at the house and school without you there. Nothing's the same with you around."
"We'll don't worry Maka, I'll be able to come home in a week."
"Yeah! I can't wait! Well it's getting kinda late I think I should be heading home now."
"Yeah that'd be a good idea."
"I'll see you tomorrow after school."
"Okay see you tomorrow."
Maka grabbed her book that she brought with her and started head to the door. She stopped suddenly and turned. She walked over to Soul a small faint blush covering her face. Once she got to Souls bed side she started to lean down. Her face getting close to his.
"U-Uhh…M-Maka…what are you doing?"
Soul started to blush as Maka got closer. He could see her blushing even more as she got closer as well. She kisse his cheek quickly while blushing madly.
"S-Sorry…!"
"U-Uhh…"
Maka ran out of Souls hospital room quickly with the blush still covering her cheeks. As she ran se thought to herself.
'WHY THE HELL DID I JUST DO THAT!? IM SO STUPID!'
~Souls POV.~
'Did she just do what I thought she just did!? I reached up to where her lips had just touched. This has to be a dream! I pinched myself and sure enough I wasn't dreaming. I kept touching my cheek where her lips were. Maybe Black*Stars right! Maybe she does like me! I grabbed my phone quickly and texted Black*Star.'
Soul: Maka just kissed me on the cheek!
Black*Star: WHAT!? You have to be joking man?
Soul: I'm not joking! She was about to leave to go home and just came up and kissed me on the cheek!
Black*Star: Wow! What was it like!?"
Soul: It was so AWESOME! As soon as her lips touched my cheek it washes fireworks were going off around us!
Black*Star: So are you going to tell her now?
Soul: No, I'm still going to wait awhile.
Black*Star: Fine, but don't wait to long. You gotta tell her at some point and time is ticking away at your chances to have Maka. What if she moves on before your ready to tell her?
Soul: I'm not going to wait that long. I'm just going to wait until the right time, That's all.
Black*Star: Okay, I hope that moment comes soon.
Soul: Me Too.
Black*Star: Well I gotta go…YOUR GOD MUST LEAVE!
Soul: Okay, Bye Black*Star.
'I set my phone down on the night stand that was next to my hospital bed and pulled the covers over my body.'
'As I laid there all I could think about was the kiss. I touched my cheek again and smiled, I couldn't stop smiling one bit the rest of the night.'
~Maka's POV.~
'I ran home as fast as I could! As soon as I got in the house I dropped my stuff and then texted Tsubaki.'
Maka: Tsubaki, I KISSED SOULS CHEEK!
Tsubaki: OMG WHAT!? YOU DID!? WHY!? WHAT HAPPEND?!
Maka: Yes I did. And I don't know. I was about to leave to come home and i kissed him. Something just took over me and I did it. I was blushing the whole time and the funny thing is he was too! And asking me what I was doing.
Tsubaki: Oohh~ I think he likes you!
Maka: Who knows. But you shoulda seen his face when my lips touched his cheek! He was in pure shock!
Tsubaki: I wish I was there! So what was the kiss like?
Maka: It was WAY different from when Black*Star made us kiss at the christmas party that's for sure. Bu it was so AWESOME! His cheek was so warm against my lips.
Tsubaki: OMG! I wish Black*Star would do something like that to me…
Maka: Why do you like him?
Tsubaki: Yes,Since the first time we've met.
Maka: Awww! I hope someday that you guys get together. You'd make a cute couple.
Tsubaki: Same here. Anyway I gotta go make dinner for Black*Star.
Maka: Okay, OH WAIT! Soul gets out of the hospital in a week I was thinking we should throw him a welcome home party.
Tsubaki: Sounds Fun!
Maka: Pass it on to Black*Star and the others for me.
Tsubaki: Sure thing!
Maka: Thanks, Bye!
Tsubaki: Bye Maka!
'I set my phone down and walke to my room to get ready for bed. I changed into my PJ's, brushed my teeth, and then got into bed.'
'I was trying to fall asleep but all I could think about was how warm Souls cheek felt against my lips. I reached up and touched my lips. I smiled at the thought of his cheek against my lips.'
'Finally at last I fell asleep with a smile on my face."
