You're job is done, you throw the owed spinal cord into your doctor's bag. You throw the body into the nearby alleyway and head back home to make sure Shilo took her medicine.

The trip home took about an hour.

You pull out the house keys and slide them into the keyhole to open the door, turning the knob as slowly as you can to not wake your daughter.

Carefully closing the door behind you, you make your way up the steps and to her room.

Going through your array of keys you find the one to her room, slide it into the keyhole and open her door slightly.

She's not on her bed, your heart races as you throw open the door and your daughter is no where to be found.

In a rush of emotions you start opening every door to the house and searching for her, where could she have gone? Where could Shilo be?

She wasn't in the kitchen, she wasn't in the library, she wasn't in her room or even in any of the bathrooms.

She was no where in the house at all...you fall to your knees and can only think of the worst.

Either Rotti has your daughter...or she escaped and is lost in the city.

Anger runs through your veins as you rise from the floor and head to the GeneCo headquarters, where Rotti waited for the owed spinal cord.

You take the back door of the building and got in the nearest elevator, you searched for Rotti's floor number and smashed the button, the voices in your head laugh at you and your obvious inability to keep your daughter safe at home.

The elevator doors open and you throw the doctor's bag at Rotti's guard "where is Shilo!" Rotti slams his hands on his desk and stands up, the other guard pulls out their shotgun.

"Where is my daughter?!" You push Amber and her brothers out of the way and glare Rotti in the eyes "I don't have her..." you grind your teeth and flip the couch over.

"Shilo is gone!" a guard enters the room from the elevator "Sir...we have spotted Blind Mag, a graverobber and a child running across the bridge. They have escaped and are no where to be found in our perimeters."

Rotti's face turned a bright red with anger "How dare she try to run away..." you stand still and think "she has my daughter...she took my daughter away from me..." Rotti hears these words.

"That must be right...Blind Mag has stolen a child with her and probably ran off with that drug dealer to escape her fate...we were going to have you take back her eyes...I think we need you for this job Nathan."

You stop and think of what your wife would say if she were still alive...they were best friends...but she had taken Shilo "I have to find Shilo" you turn to face Rotti and see the smallest of smiles on his face.

"Good I will have my men track them down, and when they do I will send you out there to bring back Shilo and hopefully...rid of Mag."

The Largo kids smiled upon realization of their father's plan and Nathan simply walked out of the room and stepped into the elevator.

The rest of the ride down and back home was filled with muttering and crazed talk to himself, he couldn't believe he had failed when he promised he'd keep her safe, he wasn't going to fail again.

This is pretty much taking place after the chapter titled: Little Glass Vial.

Where Shilo is given a magazine by Amber Sweet about the repo man coming after Blind Mag for her eyes, she takes that home and pretends to sleep in the movie but in this fanfiction she runs away so when Nathan visits her to see if she is awake. She is...gone. I felt like doing this because I remember someone commenting that they would have loved to see how Nathan would be reacting to this situation and personally I think he would be going a lot more insane than he does in the movie (at the end) to find that Shilo is at the Opera and left the house. Which explains his actions here.
