A white and very beautiful horse stood outside waiting for me.

Next to it were stairs to help the rider upon the horse without having to do much movement, it was something the Queen used to still look elegant while riding her horse.

She also rode like a lady by having both of her legs at one side of the horse, the right, but her body turned forward completely prepared for the ride.

She wore something more lighter on her body then the other heavy dresses she normally wore, this one seemed almost like a night gown compared to the others.

Her knights stood at the sidelines.

I walked up to the small steps and decided to use them, afraid that if I were to try climbing up like normal that my weight might bring the Queen downward and not only would that be embarrassing but rude.

I carefully placed myself behind the Queen.

My position on the other hand was different from hers, it was more for "men" as others called it where my legs were on the sides of the horse rather then both at one side.

I never bothered to learn how to ride like a 'proper woman' like my mother always tried to make me do.

What was the point?

How would I ride off into battle or out of battle or trouble while trying to be all feminine and proper?

Their definition of proper was completely different from mine anyway.

But the Queen was unlike me, she could not only ride proper but like a man in any sort of situation, she could easily switch from one to the other when needed and it was always interesting to see her on her horse.

Speaking of that I would have to ask her later on about her horse's name, we were currently riding the beautiful, and talking, beast but I still didn't know it's name.

I placed a hand on my Queen's waist as we departed, no words were needed on the way there, no words would be needed once there and none on the way back.

This was our thing, we had to stay absolutely silent about our relationship and after awhile our silence became words to us.

We could understand each other with simple nods, staring and silence.

I felt complete when around her and our new language.

Arriving at a small cottage in the woods I got off of the Queen's horse and helped my Queen down from her spot.

"That was quite a beautiful ride was it not?" I nodded and walked her to the cottage door, I turned the door knob and held the door open for her.

The small cottage reminded me of something my father would like to have owned, besides all of the materials for potions that the Queen left around in the kitchen.

She cleaned her mess while I wandered around.

There was no source of entertainment besides a chess board, the lake outside, the woods, and a bed.

"There isn't much to offer here, but it's quite, peaceful and should be something new compared to the inside of the castle walls" Mirana sat down on the bed and ran her hands through the sheets.

I had to hold back every urge to grab her by the hips and force her farther up the bed, to strip her of her clothes, to kiss her and let my hands explore her body.

"You ok Alice?" she winked at me which I returned with a chuckle "yes my Queen but I am quite disappointed that there aren't any Jabberwockies here" a wide smile appeared on her face.

"I was hoping to fight at least three of them today, all at once as well!" she let out a small laugh "you and your sarcastic remarks Alice...nothing in this world will ever be able to replace your attitude."

Sorry I took so long to update, school and stuff but now it's finally summer so I can work on fanfiction and other freetime stuff. If you have a request for me to do either on a chapter or a different story just let me know in the comments/reviews as to what it is you want. I will credit you as well (why wouldn't I?). Until then
