And now for a five-point summary of the last chapter:
1) A strange thing starts moving, and a strange person tells it to go to sleep.
Strange thing: Take another step forward and I will BITE YOUR HEAD OFF.
2) Raven suddenly becomes a Blade Master!
Raven: I only changed my hair because I felt like it. And my arm. And my general bad attitude. Problem?
3) Knight and Ara accidentally flirt with each other awkwardly!
Knight: I really, really, REALLY don't like where this is going...
4) Rune and Eve make a deal!
Eve: I find the very nature of this deal unsettling. Despite the fact that I am one of the key contract holders.
5) A battle plan is formed through Pictionary and Hangman!
Aren: OH! Is the word 'grenade'? YES! Let's chuck a grenade in Ran's face!
Ran: What the fu-BOOOOOOM!
CHAPTER START!
"Painful?"
Someone was talking to him.
Knight turned his head, but the motion was slow and sluggish, as if he were underwater. He couldn't see anything but blackness.
"Oh good, I was worried that you had fainted. We wouldn't want that."
Despite the genial tone, Knight knew that the speaker was anything but worried for his safety. How he knew this, he didn't know.
The voice made him angry.
Very angry.
He wanted to hurt the owner of the voice, something very surprising even to himself as Knight was normally a very passive person. The voice seemed to pick up on this.
"Hmm? Could it be that you're angry with me? Why, what have I done to hurt you, Elsword?"
Elsword? Who was that?
Somehow the name sounded familiar. Almost comforting, yet painful... like a heartache. It throbbed achingly, ardently, relentlessly, yet reminded him that he was still human.
Still alive.
The voice sneered, a searing pain running down Knight's side like a flare.
"Are you even listening to me, Elsword? I asked you to submit and tear down you mental walls. Next time I ask I won't be so... polite."
What? What did it want? He could barely think straight.
"Tch." Whatever was going on, the voice was clearly not happy. "I guess I'll have to force you to open up. Don't say I didn't warn you."
And Knight screamed.
Waking up was like having several tonnes lifted off of Knight's back. Panting, he trembled, shakily clutching his scratchy blanket. "...What on Elrios was that...?"
In the bed beside his, Add slept peacefully, his serene expression only marred by a slight frown. Watching his chest rise and fall evenly for a few moments, Knight let his rapidly beating heart slow to a calmer pace.
Running a hand through crimson hair, Knight frowned. The strange dreams were getting worse, more intense, clearer. He almost didn't want to close his eyes anymore, too afraid to find out what lay beneath his consciousness.
As a result, it had begun to take a toll on his mood and strength. Aisha had commented on his pallid complexion, but after he snapped at her she shut up. He felt bad after that, but really, she was too persistent. He had already said that he was okay, and that was that.
Groaning, Knight flopped back onto his cot, before rolling over to look at Add once more. He wouldn't be disturbed if Knight got up and left, right?
So he did just that.
It wasn't like he wasn't going to go to sleep anytime soon, anyways.
As Knight pulled the tent's door flaps open, a set of heterochromatic eyes opened into narrowed slits, boring into his back intently.
"Hmm..."
Infi wasn't in that much of a better situation. He hadn't been losing any sleep to nightmares, but instead to strange premonitions.
"...Something big is going on and I don't like it at all."
Light footsteps.
Infi barely turned to acknowledge the presence of his older brother. "You feel it too?"
Rune snorted gruffly. "You'd have to be to be either incredibly thick or extremely clueless to not notice." He shifted his weight, leaning more heavily against the table the duo was sitting at. If Infi recalled correctly, it was the same table that he had stabbed earlier when its inhabitants bothered him not too long ago.
Oh, look, there was the stab wound right there!
Rune cleared his throat. "There's been so many imbalances in the El flow it's almost a miracle that the chains of the world haven't collapsed yet."
Infi raised an eyebrow. "Explain."
Rune sighed, clicking his tongue. "Fine. Basically, in order to keep all logic in this world, there are eight chains that maintain the flow of energy and keep that flow in line: the chain of aqua, the chain of ember, the chain of forest, the chain of breeze, the chain of sol, the chain of crescent, the chain of conjuring, and the chain of spirit. Of these eight chains, six make up the flow of El. The chain of conjuring is more commonly known as magical power or mana - mages are simply people who have learned to access this power. The chain of spirit is... complex, to say the least. It's like the mind of the chains, you could say.
"Each chain is in charge of governing a specific set of rules, rules which provide the foundation of logic. The chain of spirit is kind of the guardian of these chains, something that keeps these chains in perfect balance - with the exception of the chain of conjuring because it is infinite. If the six chains of the El are out of balance, it means that the logic of the world is out of whack too. See the problem here?"
Infi nodded slowly, drawing nonsensical shapes on the table beneath his fingers. "And if the chains are too out of balance, they'll snap completely... right?" Rune nodded gravely. He scowled, drumming his fingers on the table restlessly. "The air is too heavy... It's like everything's waiting for something. This is supposed to be a military camp, but they're surprisingly lax about letting a whole bunch of high-schoolers run around and haven't mentioned Glitters - which they're supposed to be defending the rest of Elrios from - once since we came here. Not to mention that Rena, Raven, and Aisha have been disappearing every chance they get alongside Aren and Elsa. And don't think I haven't noticed how weird you've been lately."
Rune chuckled, leaning back. "You noticed?"
Infi snorted. "I've been running around the camp for almost two days trying to get away from Ara. I'd think I'm bound to see a few things in that time span. Don't go thinking I'm an idiot like Knight." He eyed Rune suspiciously. "Since you're obviously not going to tell me what's going on - I know you know what's happening - I'll let it go for now, but you owe me."
Rune bit his lip, twiddling his thumbs. "It's not that I don't want to tell you... It's just that I can't. I... I promised someone that I wouldn't. Sorry."
Infi smiled bitterly. "I understand. Promises are more important to you than anything else in this world." There was a long, almost awkward pause. Letting out an irritated huff, Infi roughly tugged on his hair, letting out a strangled gurgle. "This is all so confusing! I know something's wrong, but I don't know how I know!"
Rune smiled sympathetically, suddenly looking a lot tireder and a lot older. "Maybe it's instinct?"
"It's experience."
The two of them turned, coming face-to-face with their eldest brother.
"And what makes you say that?"
Knight's normally cheerful face darkened. "Experience."
Morning came rather rapidly, the blinding sun cresting over a sea of fluffy white clouds.
Infi still sat at the same table - Rune had abandoned him in favor of another futile attempt at sleep, and Knight had gone off somewhere, saying that he needed time to think some things over.
Sunlight peaked through the clouds, the glare shining brightly in his eyes.
Cue vampire Infi.
"It burns..." He hissed, quickly hiding his head in his arms.
A light voice chuckled. Infi shrieked - in the manliest way possible, of course - and whipped around to face the newcomer. His red eyes, which still stung slightly in the light, widened at the sight of a familiar violet haired mage. A slight blush donned his cheeks, so faint that it was easy to miss if you weren't looking closely. Infi opened and shut his mouth silently in a strangely fish-like manner for a few moments, grasping for words to say that wouldn't make him sound weird.
"What do you want, bitch?"
Ever the charmer, that Infi. The perfect description of eloquence and manners.
Aisha just snorted, placing a hand on her hips. "Oh, so I can't grace you with the pleasure of my company for no particular reason?" Deciding not to comment on Infi's haggard, sleep-deprived appearance, she sat down next to him. He flinched away ever so slightly, his blush darkening a shade.
"Is everything alright...?"
Infi rolled his eyes. "And back to prying and being nosy. What are you, a private detective?" His unkempt hair fell in front of his eyes, covering the amused gleam within. Aisha simply sniffed haughtily.
"If I were a private detective, I wouldn't be squandering my precious time here with you. After all, you do seem to hate my guts."
Infi chuckled. "Am I really that bad?"
Aisha snorted again, crossing her legs in the most casual manner. "Well, between your constant glaring and rude commentary on everything from how I dress to what I say, that leaves little possibility that you actually stand me."
Truthfully I think you're the cutest thing on Earth and sometimes I just want to ruffle your hair and your smart-talk can be really interesting and -
"Yeah, but have you heard yourself talk sometimes? I didn't ask for a fucking encyclopedia, thanks."
Sighing, Aisha shook her head. "You know what? Never mind. If you're going to be this difficult I think I'll go find someone else to talk to. Oh, but I'll leave this here for you." Standing up, Aisha ignored Infi's quiet 'Now she leaves. Before it was so hard to get rid of her, now it's too easy!' and left a small paper bag on the table. "I thought that you were going to get hungry out here, so I grabbed you a muffin. I hope you like blueberry, because there's no way I'm going to get you another one." She turned to leave, throwing one last tentative look at Infi before shaking her head, leaving towards what looked like Elesis's tent (Infi couldn't tell, they were all the same damn color).
Staring at the bag, stupefied, Infi turned to call out to Aisha's retreating backside. "I hate blueberries."
Aisha waved a hand airily, not bothering to turn back to look at him. "Suck it up, buttercup."
Shaking his head, Infi opened the bag and pulled out his muffin. It looked fairly good, large chunks of blueberry sprinkled throughout it and a faint wisp of steam rising from the top. He took a bite in a seemingly brooding, moody way.
Blueberry's definitely my new favorite type of muffin.
Although Eva was fairly emotionless, the scene before her almost made her burst out into rather uncharacteristic laughter. A silvery eyebrow twitched, her lips pressed into a thin line of what appeared to be annoyance. Occasionally a fine tremble ran through her body, but she managed to master it before anyone noticed.
There, in the middle of the camp, was Chung, a chair slung over his back. But not just any chair - no, this chair was ridiculously elaborate, with golden whirls, mahogany wood, glittering gemstones, and velvet cushions. Beside him was a furious, petite woman, her light lavender hair whipping around her face angrily, blue eyes shining through thick glasses with enough fire to melt the iceberg that sank the Titanic. Chung winced as she shouted, her overly-loud voice ringing throughout the mostly empty campsite.
"You idiot! You can't get a single scratch on that chair or else you're dead!"
Chung groaned, shifting the chair. "Vapor, why do you need this specific chair again?"
The white-clad woman snorted, crossing her arms and tapping the ground with her foot impatiently. "What are you, dense? I told you, I can't do any alchemy without that chair. It's my favorite and trying to mix potions in any other chair feels weird! You of all people should know that how the alchemist feels affects the result of the potion, boy. After all, you are Hamel's prodigious alchemi - Ah! Careful! You're going to drop it if you hold it like that! Stop, you monkey, and hold it properly! I didn't enlist your help because of that over-sized barrel you run around with!"
Chung looked just about ready to drop the damn chair on the ground - it looked like it must've been at least fifty pounds, and whilst that was nowhere near as heavy as his Destroyer, Vapor's constant prods at his intelligence, insults directed at his weaponry, and fear for the chair must've been getting on his nerves.
"Vapor, I'm pretty sure we just passed by the tent that y-"
"Nonsense! I'm telling you, my new tent is the one with the ecru tarp. That one was soymilk-colored! Now move your lazy butt before I decide to hit you!"
"Dear Lady El, please deliver me from the depths of darkness and into the light. I beg of thee, protect me with thy holy light and thy divine gra-"
"Why the El are you praying?! Insolent brat!"
Supressing a snort (She must check her emotional wiring later, they must be malfunctioning at the moment), Eva schooled her face into a blank emotionlessness, gracefully gliding over to where Vapor and Chung stood quarrelling. "May I enquire as to where you two are going? It is not every day one sees a man bearing a chair for an accomplished lady alchemist such as yourself, Madam Vapor."
"Don't call me that, it makes me sound old."
"My apologies, Miss Vapor." Eva's smooth response was very natural, but Chung could tell from the slight twitch of her eyebrow that she was a bit annoyed by Vapor's response.
"Tch, Nasod brats, Elvish brats, human brats - they're all brats, I tell you! Well, girl? If you're going to talk, pull some of the weight! I can't have my beautiful chair ruined by those clumsy hands of that brat!"
Huffing dispassionately, Eva turned to Chung. "Chung. You will put that chair down this instance."
Ignoring Vapor's shrieks of protest, Chung happily put down the chair. Motioning for him to step aside, Eva called on an inter-dimensional portal - normally she used these to immediately bring Oberon and Ophelia to her side, but today she would make an exception. The portal swelled, the miniature universe inside swirling brightly. Quickly, the chair was sucked up, the portal closing and vanishing into thin air. Vapor screamed.
"HOW DARE YOU DO THAT TO MY BEAUTIFUL CHAIR?! IT'S GONE! DISAPPEARED! DEAD! MY ALCHEMY WILL NEVER BE THIS PERFECT EVER AGAIN! DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU'VE DONE?!"
Eva raised an eyebrow, unimpressed. "Yes. I have utilized an inter-dimensional portal - which is ordinarily used for the transportation of my servants - to transport your 'precious' chair to the tent you require it to be in. Completely unharmed, I might add." She turned to Chung, internally satisfied with Vapor's look of outright... whatever it was. It was a strange mix between anger, shock, joy, and wonder. "I believe this would be what you humans describe as 'pwning' an individual?"
Chung laughed. "I would say so, Eva."
Elesis had been in a bad mood for most of the day. Firstly, someone had stolen some important files from the dining tent (how they knew they were there and how the accessed them was still a mystery to her), then Vernon had gone and drunk himself under a table again, then she was pestered by some annoying little shit that thought he was better than her (she kicked his sorry ass to Neptune, for your information), and THEN she got this terrible headache that refused to go away no matter what she did.
Yep.
Someone was going to die if she didn't get some peace and quiet.
"Miss Elesis?"
She crushed the cup in her hand. It wouldn't have been a big deal if the cup wasn't a ceramic one.
"...Yes?"
The look in her eyes was pure MURDER. If Aren didn't know better her would've thought her eyes were flaming evilly. At the moment, he was seriously considering why he actually chose to talk to her in the first place.
Ah, yes.
Unfortunately, there were some things he needed to discuss.
"Are you sure it's wise to continue on our current plan of battle?"
Losing the evil look, Elesis turned to look at him properly. She rubbed her temples, a look of pain momentarily crossing her face. "What do you mean by that, Aren?"
"Well... Although our plan is a good one, it's a bit of a... gamble. Everything has a certain risk factor to it, and some aspects are left up entirely to fate. Do you really want to leave our fate in the hands of a plan we came up through Pictionary and Hangman?"
She looked at him impassively, arms crossed in front of her. "Do you have any better ideas?" Aren was silent. "I thought so." Tucking a strand of hair being her ears, Elesis picked up a pen and began to fill out her paperwork. At this point, the pile seemed to be endless. She sighed.
"Well... Maybe... We could... Maybe it would help if we infected Ran with the zombie virus?"
Elesis put down her pen, deadpanning. "You have got to be kidding me."
Aren held up his hands, waving them frantically. "It was a joke! Honest! It's just that you seemed to be in a bad mood..." 'Seemed to be' was the understatement of the century. "...and I thought that a joke might cheer you up?"
She snorted, picking up her pen again. "Well then, if there's a zombie epidemic we better pray to Lady El that Bethma isn't affected first."
Aren tilted his head in an almost childish way. "Why?"
A small smile curved Elesis's lips. "The last thing we need are zombie Lizardmen that can run at fucking 100 miles per hour. Imagine how annoying it would be to get them under control?"
Aren chuckled, peering over her shoulder. Elesis batted him away, her grin growing. "Dear Lady El, the clean-up would take forever."
"And then they'd multiply, because El knows how quickly those things breed."
"Not to mention Bethma is totally incapable of dealing with them without Stella, and she's currently working at Hamel Academy for a special contract."
Snickering, Elesis signed something, turning to look at Aren. "Right? How did Stella even get hired to be an English teacher? Her accent is so thick you can barely understand her!"
Struggling to keep a straight face, Aren attempted - the key word here being attempted - to imitate Stella's accent. He managed to fail spectacularly. "'Oi, how 'boot you blokes stop havin' a jolly ole' jaw-wag; shut them flappers and shake those tail feathers! Y'all are stoopid! Damn right idioots, I say!'"
At this point Elesis had stopped trying to reign in her laughter, completely abandoning her paperwork as she rolled on the ground, practically cackling with glee. Aren took this as a cue to continue. "'Aye, you stoopid wench! Who d'you think yer laughin' at? Well here's a bolt o' lightnin' to shock ya; yer laughin' at Sheriff Stella McConnory o' Bethma! Yep, the one an' only Sheriff!'"
Elesis's laughter doubled, her face turning red and tears pricking the corner of her eyes. Clutching her stomach, Elesis tried to sit up, only to fall over again. "S-Stop! I can't breathe!" She choked out between laughs, wiping away the tears.
Raven, who was standing outside of the tent, deadpanned. "You're all idiots."
Rune ran through the camp, pushing several soldiers out of the way in order to chase the glint of gold he had seen. "RENA!" If anything, the elf sped up rather than slowed down. "STOP! I'M TALKING TO YOU, ELF!"
Rena, finally seeming to hear him (Seriously, what were those massive ears for if she couldn't hear anything?), slowed her pace, coming to a complete stop beside what looked like the alchemy tent - Rune could only tell because of the colorful, billowing smoke that came out of the top. Catching up to her, Rune pasted a smile on his face. Rena smiled back. "What's up, Rune?"
Rune's smile faltered, turning into a grimace. "I should be asking you that. What on Elrios have you, Raven, Sis, Aren, and Aisha been planning? I know something's up; you five haven't been in the rest of the camp for more than ten minutes at a time, you're always holed up in Sis's tent. Care to explain?"
Rena tittered, waving offhandedly. "Oh, it's nothing big. Since Raven was a former army Captain and all, Elesis wanted to go over some new strategies with him. She also wanted to see if Aisha and I could try and teach the soldiers magic - after all, Elves have advanced healing magic and, no offense, Aisha is the highest caliber mage here - and Aren's always with her lately. It's kind of like they're a couple!"
That's a lie.
If Rune wasn't one hundred percent sure that something fishy was going on and was worse at uncovering lies, he might've bought it. The lie was well-crafted and solid; she had all of her information straight and the entire hoax was rather feasible. Unfortunately for Rena, he had an impressive lie detector - you don't live with Infi for sixteen years and not develop one.
"And now for the weather: We are expecting two to three feet of lies this evening, with bullshit blowing in from all directions!" His gaze hardened. "Don't lie, Rena. I can distinguish a lie from the truth even when you're speaking another language."
Rena's relaxed, open expression suddenly closed off, something Rune hadn't seen since Seris appeared. "And? Why do you care what's going on?"
Rune scowled, crossing his arms. He lowered his voice, glancing at the soldiers passing by through his peripheral vision. "This involves me. I know it does. Not only that, but my brothers have been acting strange. As a good younger brother, it's my duty to take care of my little bro so Knight doesn't have to worry. Alleviating pressure off of Knight's shoulders would do wonders too; he always tries to carry the weight of the world by himself. I can't let him do that by himself. And if by figuring out what the hell is going on can help, then Lady El help me, I will tear apart this camp to get answers."
Rena hummed thoughtfully, her eyes gaining more of a viridescent gleam. "I can see that. Your heart yearns to protect your family, but your spirit demands the completion of your duties. The ever present struggle, no? Family or duty, duty or family? You say that Knight carries the weight of the world, but I beg to differ. Knight's burden is that of the universe - and you're only making it worse."
She tossed her hair over her shoulder, ignoring Rune's scandalized look. "What the El does that mean, I'm making it wor-"
" - It means that you're adding strain to his destiny. Get it? You're not helping out by digging around for dirt, especially when he has his hands full. You have other priorities, Rune - you can start by stopping your needless repression of power. It'll destroy you one day, and that's the last thing your brother needs. You want to know which is more important, family or duty? You can only have one answer."
Looking Rune in the eyes, Rena's gaze seemed to pierce through his soul. "Duty. Your family comes after your duty."
Rune glared at her. Something about Rena was off, but he sure as hell wasn't going to let her talk to him like that! "Duty is never first! I'd let the world crumble to ashes if it saved the only family I have left!" He suddenly sagged, his gaze clouding over. "You don't understand how it feels to know someone you love died... Your family will live so much longer than mine. It's not fair."
Rena rested a hand on his shoulder comfortingly. "The path you must take is tough, young one. You will face many trials, but you must overcome them all. Remember, you whose quest has just begun: La quĂȘte avant les vaincus. The quest before the vanquished. May the fate of the El guide you safely on your journey."
La quĂȘte avant les vaincus. The quest before the vanquished.
Straightening, Rune opened his mouth to speak, only to go slack-jawed at the sight of a familiar head of wild silver hair exiting the alchemy tent.
"...Ms. Echo?!"
Echo froze mid-step, turning stiffly to look at Rune. Her eyes widened, muscles tensing.
How on Elrios did their third period Alchemy teacher get to a military camp in Velder?!
"E-Echo isn't your teacher! Echo definitely isn't! In fact, Echo has never, ever taught at a place called Hamel Academy in all her life! Nope! Echo's never done that!"
"...So it is you, Ms. Echo."
"Eep!"
Oh. My. El.
[A/N:]
How many of you totally forgot that Echo was a teacher? Yeah. I thought so. I think Eva mentions her somewhere in Chapter 3? She's also mentioned in Chapter 7 or so.
So yeah.
The pace has begun to pick up. Try to remember this chapter carefully, people, as I've brought up some critical information disguised as not-so-critical-information. But yeah. I have nothing really to talk about today, besides the fact that I'm absolutely DEAD TIRED from staying up late to read manga. I know, I'm such a nerd XD I'll apologize in advance for the not-so-stellar word choices today; I've just switched over to a new grammar checker called Grammarly, and they want me to pay FREAKING $110.99 A YEAR to have my stuff edited with 'Premium' settings, which includes a thesaurus and repetitive word checkers. Since I'm cheap there's no way in hell I'm paying that, so I apologize for all the repeated adjectives, verbs, descriptions, etc. Ooh! And! I now have an official e-mail where people can contact me. If they want. Even though that's a bit weird. So if you really want to contact me, can't wait for the next chapter, or don't have an account to PM me with, you can contact me at rosamanelle at gmail dot com. Just translate that into e-mail format. Moving on...
And now onto REVIEWER REPLIES!
The-Great-Me-sama: I be sorry. (Not)
Astoria Mel Kanariane: You can totally expect more of that in later chapters! Thank you so much for the review!
Kiyo: Yep! Raven has made the official transition, for reasons to be later discovered!
Jetstream Gorge: I'm glad you still like this story. I do my best to keep it as clear as possible, but I know that I have slipped up multiple times ^^; In all honesty, I don't particularly like how Add is written here, either. I keep telling myself that it's necessary for later chapters, but he's still such a bother to read. Thank you very much for your praise, and I hope you continue to support OME!
ImAKawaiiPotato: I can totally do that! (I would've done one earlier, but I completely forgot :P) Any specific requests for plot/classes? If not, I'll just start writing. And woow, I've never been given a nickname like Rosyonya before! Me lieky.
Yami: Sort of. Also according to El Lore, the Master of Nature. Yep. Lol, time to screw with everyone's minds again! The one thing EVERYONE'S commented on is tsundere Ara, which is pretty funny XD Yesh, be wary of Resegermskgaksh! Haunted houses are naaasty. Because they're scary and apparently breed murderers. The bubble tea was amazing! I would've drank it everyday if I could, but apparently I need regular water too...
Hobo (Guest): My apologies, but have you heard of character development? Also, if you actually read what Knight is saying, I'm sure you would notice the so-called 'backbone' that you're looking for, although it just shows through a different way than what you're expecting. Thank you and have a lovely day!
KaguyaHimeAi: Thank you very much! Pairings at the moment are classified information, although I can tell you it will be a bit hectic before everyone is settled in. As for your second question, that will be explained in later chapters! BWA HA HA HA - *chokes on a bug*
LikeItOrNot (Guest): You're welcome! I guess everyone has a favorite class, no?
AvidMind (Guest): I'm glad to be back! China was nice, albeit warm. Truthfully, if I were stabbed I'd probably be writing this in my hospital bed - gotta capitalize on the time when I'm not doing anything, right? :P There isn't much I can answer without spoiling stuff, but I will do my best. On the subject of Gaia, you will find him/her in Elsword lore. From there you can probably deduce his/her role. BM Raven is also tied into his description on the Elwiki, which is why he was chosen. His class change also holds significance. And as for the KnightxAra shipping... well... you'll see XD Resergeum is a made-up word that I scrambled from Korean - because Elsword is Korean - and Latin - because Latin sounds cool. Can't say that your anagrams are just coincidence, though ^^ Hangman FTW! I'll do my best to update for you. Thank you for supporting my stories!
ShardX6 (Chpt. 15) : Optimism FTW! We'll have to see what I can do. After all, there are so many pairing requests that I can barely keep up XD
God (Guest): Thank you very much!
HelloKitty55443: Yep, I'm alive! But you'll have to wait another chapter or two for that axe; I fully intend to milk this suspense for all it's worth :P
And now I have nothing else to talk about. I really need to find some catchy way to end off a chapter, my endings are so dull. So! Don't forget to R&R, follow and favorite if you want, and see you all next chapter!
