Mass Effect: Guerillas
AN: Ok let me just say this now. This is not an actual chapter. It's... well it's.. uh filler. I kinda ran into some unexpected writers block so that is the main reason I couldn't update. I've kinda gotten my confidence back so I'll be adding real chapters soon but I can't promise when. Here is some stuff you can expect in later chapters.

FULL GUERILLA HANDBOOK HAS BEEN UPLOADED INTO WRIST-PAD
Wrist-Pad- Referred to as a low tech omni-tool by the rest of the galaxy the Wrist-Pad is more than meets the eye. A gauntlet like computer that contains many of the same features as an omni-tool. As many of the Citadel Races began to learn over the years many more features as well. Police Grade Wrist-Pads contain tasers and pepper spray to subdue individuals and can even fire tranquilizers for rowdier suspects. Military Grade Wrist-Pads have small lasers in them as a back up for a soldier if their primary weapon and side arm fail. A small blade can also pop out for the same reason. This feature has been imitated by omni-tool manufacturers as the Omni-Blade. In response to this Wrist-Tech Owner Jeff Tracy had this to say "Can't the Council Races ever have an original idea for their own instead of stealing other peoples shit?" The Council refused to comment.
Red Dawn-3 Assault Rifle- The Red Dawn-3 or RD-3 is the 3rd incarnation of the EDF Assault Rifle. The replacement for the RD-2 which was used extensively during the Faction-Turian War. Using Mass Effect technology copied from captured turian weapons. Instead of using the Ammo Block/Cooling System like the rest of the galaxy the RD-3 uses mass effect fields to increase the speed of the bullet. Citadel Weapons Manufacturers laughed at the Faction's supposedly backwards idea until they learned the increased speed of the bullet could bring down most kinetic barriers with 2-3 shots. The Red Faction Military was relieved to know this idea couldn't be easily copied due to the unique design of the already hard hitting EDF Assault Rifle.
AmRuKuo Weapons- AmRuKuo or ARK Weapons was the main manufacturer for the EDF's weapons. Conveniently located on Mars the ARK Weapons facility developed many of the EDF's most powerful weapons like Gauss weapons, Rail Drivers, Walkers, and Raven Gunships. The facility was captured mostly intact by a separate force during the Raid on EDF Central Command. This was largely met with indifference by the EDF since a similar sit existed on Earth in London until a large storm broke the city's flood gates destroying the facilty and large sections of the city in 2128.
Artificial Intelligence- Artificial Intelligence or AI is used extensively by the Red Faction in both the military and civilian sectors. This caused much friction between the Faction and Council. The Council demanded the AIs destruction claiming synthetics will always turn on organics. The Red Faction has responded with the statement "Well maybe you just suck at making AIs then." The Council refused to comment.
Red Faction Troopers- The Red Faction Troopers are the Red Faction's version of a regular army. What they lack in skill and experience they make up for in firepower and pure stubbornness. Flexibility which is preached in all branches of the Red Faction also adds to their deadliness. In the event of facing superior forces troopers are trained to resort to guerrilla tactics and ambushes. Recent tests by military specialists and AI simulations shows that a squad of troopers could easily hold their own against platoon of Turian Legionaries or a equal sized squad of Asari commandos.
