Normama (Sighing): "…Well, when he pleads to you while he leans on you like that, it's kind of hard to refuse his request…"

Aoi (glaring defensively at Muscle): "…You better hope he doesn't suddenly jump you one day for this, Normama…"

Muscle Okama (waving his finger back and forth in denial): "Tut, tut~! You all need not to worry~! Normama isn't my type at all~! I prefer Minamoto over him~! No offence~!"

Normama: "None taken…"

Kaoru (Strangling Muscle): "You. Keep. Away. From. Minamoto~~!"

Muscle (suffocating): "…GAH-!"

Normama: "Oi~~~! Don't start the chapter by killing him off~! It's bad luck~!"

Back in the Children's world, halfway across the world from Japan a large cruise liner has just set sail out of the port of the Inland Channel; its maiden voyage.

There was only one problem: the ship was in fact stolen…well half-stole. The ship was properly bought, but through very splendid forgery; it would be years before Inland Intelligence finally realize that a crime had taken place.

The reason for such is that the forgery was carried out by an organization of high level Espers. They're not B.A.B.E.L.; they are group who wish for completely segregation of Normal and Espers; they are P.A.N.D.R.A.

For years, their operation has been centered around that of Japan. But recently, the leader of P.A.N.D.R.A. has suddenly decided to turn their attention to the rest of the world for a while.

The said leader can now be seen standing at the bow of the ship. A tall man with silver-white hair and dead grey eyes, wearing a black Japanese high school uniform. Perched on his shoulder is a small flying-squirrel with metallic parts attach to its forehead and back.

"…Hey, Kyousuke," the flying-squirrel noted through telepath, "Even after hijacking this luxurious cruise-liner, how come you're still downhearted?"

Kyousuke Hyoubu gave a small huffed as he glanced at what he call the "annoying nitpicking rodent" on his shoulder. "Now what makes you think I'm downhearted?"

"It's written all over your face…I don't need telepath to see that!"

Kyousuke grumbled before letting out a sigh. "Just thinking about home…"

"Yeah right~! You lolicon, you're more into thinking about Kaoru and the other two-!"

"Shut up, Momotaro!" Kyousuke lashed out as he comically try to grind up the flying-squirrel in his hands, "And I'm NOT a lolicon!"

"Ow! Hey! Don't crush me just because I got it right!"

"Why you little-!"

"Oi~! Major~!" A young voice suddenly called out from behind. The two turn to see a little dirty-blond girl dressed in black with her hair in a messy short ponytail running towards them.

"Hmm? Oh, Mio~! What's the hurry-?"

"We have a situation!" Mio informed in panic, "Magi said it has something to do with Ka—I mean, the Children!"

"…! What!?"

A few moments later, Kyousuke warped into the meeting hall of the ship with Mio and Momotaro. He was immediately greeted by a stubby-bearded man with long wild black hair, a woman with long blue hair, and a young man with messy fade-orange hair.

"What's the situation!?" Kyousuke got to the main topic immediately.

"As passionate as always when concerning those three girlies," the young man with short fade-orange messy hair teased, "Really, a lolicon like you normally wouldn't be taken serious amidst either Normal or Espers-…"

"What was that, Yoh!?" Kyousuke comically raged as he held Yoh by the collar of his shirt.

"…Is what Magi said~…"

"Don't go blaming others for your words! Those were clearly yours!"

"Actually," the woman nervously chuckled, "Magi did say something around those lines…"

"HUH~~~!?" Kyousuke suddenly switch over to the stubby-bearded man with the long bushy black hair, holding him by the collar, "Is that TRUE Magi~~~!?"

"No! I said that your concern for those three might give other the wrong impression," Magi denied before glaring over to the woman, "And Momiji! Why did you need to put it that way!?"

"Sorry, sorry," Momiji laughed.

"Uh, if you guys are done with this comedy show," Momotaro sweat dropped, "I like to know what happen to Kaoru-chan, Aoi-chan, and Shiho-chan now…"

"A-Ah, that's right," Kyousuke straighten himself out and got back to being serious, "So, what happen?"

Magi straighten himself out before answering. "Our intelligence tabbing B.A.B.E.L. has picked up news that the Children have gone M.I.A. They are currently trying everything in their power to track them back down…"

"WHAT!? Missing in action!? How!?"

"We don't really know exactly," Momiji admitted, "The data we are receiving from B.A.B.E.L.'s mainframe only told us that much…"

Kyousuke hummed in thought for a moment before nodding. "It's possible that they may be outside the country; that's why B.A.B.E.L. hasn't found them yet…"

"But where could they have gone?" Mio frowned.

"That's what we need to find out. If all goes well, and we find them first, we may be able to persuade them to join our side for sure…"

"Oh~! What a wonderful idea~!" Yoh sarcastically remarked, "Shall we send out some search parties~!?"

"Not a bad idea. You arrange that…"

"… … …EH~~~~!?"

"You reap what you sow," Magi chuckled before turning back to Kyousuke, "But Major, do you really think we'll find them?"

Kyousuke huffed. "As long as they are somewhere in this world, we'll find them…"

Sadly for Kyousuke, they aren't in their world anymore. In fact, given the circumstances, they are a long way from his reach.

We last left the Children on the Merry Go as they and the Straw Hats were being carried off by a giant lobster speeding up a strange stream made completely out of clouds, supposedly heading for Sky Island. Yes, I know it doesn't make a lot of sense; the Children themselves aren't even sure that is the best way to describe their current experience either. But that is the current of their situation.

Traveling along the cloud path isn't simple either; for some reason the stream is filled with twist and turns, even loop-da-loops. This of course makes it hard for just about anyone to stay on the ship as it rides through this on top of the lobster. Maybe it's because the Straw Hats are used to such bumpy rides, maybe it's because Kaoru was keeping everyone on the ship with her psychic powers, or maybe it's because the story would get too complicated if one of them suddenly fell off and delaying the crews arrival to Sky Island but everyone managed not to get thrown off as they continue to ride up the cloud stream.

"…My money said we live through this," Shiho called to bet.

"A cloud road that goes straight up?" Aoi sweat dropped, "You might want to reconsider that bet…"

"I wonder if this is a natural formation of the clouds," Nami wondered as the lobster sudden accelerated turn propelled her into Sanji's arms, causing him to go into love-struck mode.

"There's nothing 'natural' about this at all~!" Usopp argued.

"The fact that we're able to ride it is already unnatural," Shiho sweat dropped.

"…Ah~! I slip~! I can't help but fall back into Nami's bosom~!" Kaoru cried in monotone as she accidentally collided into Nami's, burying her face into Nami's cleavage.

"Ah-! Hey, Kaoru~!" Nami exclaimed in surprise she try to pry Kaoru's face from her breast region, "What do you're doing!? Get off~!"

"Ah~! Centripetal Force~! I can't help it~!"

"Like HELL! This is coming from someone who can ignore it with her powers!"

"Okay~! I'll try removing myself~!" Kaoru tries to push herself off from Nami, only to accidently placing her hands on Nami's breast, "Oh~! Sorry~! I didn't mean to~! Just trying to push myself off~!"

"Ah-! HEY~~~! Don't take advantage of the situation to-! ~Ah~! Hey~! Don't squeeze them-! Eek~!"

"Kaoru! Stop it!" Aoi exclaimed, "Sanji's dying from massive blood lost here!"

Yeah, Sanji, having a front row seat to this, has a long stream of blood squirting out from his nose.

"…! Look, guys~!" Chopper suddenly called out, "The exit! They put up a big sign showing us~!"

Catching their attention, the Children glance forward to see a sign sitting amidst a patch of clouds just before the hole filled with sunlight that the cloud road ends.

"God Land?" Shiho repeated the words on the sign, "…Skypiea!?"

"It's not an exit!" Luffy from the ship's bow cheered, "It's an entrance~!"

It was only a matter of seconds later that the Merry Go was thrust out of the entrance and fell back onto a sea of clouds. The lobster, meanwhile, had released the ship upon sending the ship off and began making its way back down.

"W-We survived," Aoi managed.

"But where are we now-?" Shiho began to question a sudden excited cry from Luffy caught everyone's attention.

"There it is! The Sky Island!" Luffy pointed ahead.

The Children couldn't believe their eyes, more so than they did when they first got here on the first level of the sea of clouds. Just ahead of them are large clouds, just like the cloud-bergs from before, only bigger with manmade structure and even trees. It was like a tropical paradise island like Hawaii to the Children, except the sea and land had been replace by clouds.

"Wow~~~!" the Children awed at the sight as the ship approaches what appears to be the shallower part of the sea of clouds.

"…Now that I think about it," Robin suddenly noted, "Didn't the sign we pass say 'Skypiea'?"

"Yeah," Nami chuckled excitedly, "That's the same name scribbled on the map that Luffy found…"

"So," Shiho hummed in awe, "I guess that galleon that nearly fell on us really did come here! The last time they set eyes on this place was two hundred years ago…"

"I'm amazed that this place stayed so beautiful for so long," Aoi readjusted her glasses.

Luffy took a really big sniff before exhaling with a grin. "What's with this place? You can practically smell the adventure here! Potent as the seaweed in summer!"

"…!? Luffy, did you just become poetic for a moment?" Kaoru sweat dropped before witnessing Luffy jump off the ship and into the shallows, "Ah-! Hey~! No fair I want to be the first to step out~!"

"Hey, wait for me," Usopp cried after witnessing Kaoru leaping off after Luffy before following a nosedive way, "I like adventure too~!"

"It's kind of shallow," Luffy warn not two seconds before he and Kaoru witness Usopp fell headfirst into the shallows.

"Usopp~, did you hurt yourself~?" Kaoru wondered as the said person steadily sat up, "Hello~?"

"…Hey is it just me?" Usopp managed in startle, "Or is this whole place made of clouds?"

"It sure is~!"

"Big fluffy ones~!" Luffy added with a grin as all three them glee before making their way further inland.

"Love this stuff~!" Usopp cheered.

"Come on, let's go ashore~!"

"Yeah~!" Kaoru and Usopp cheered.

"Wait~!" Chopper exclaimed as he leapt off the ship, "I'm coming too~!"

"Me too~!" Nami called before staring her way back into the ship, "But I got to change first…"

"Yeah, aside from the clothes we're wearing, Sanji-han bought other clothes as well," Aoi admitted before following Nami.

"It's kind of creepy thinking that Sanji could have bought us swimming suits too, but…" Shiho admitted as she and Robin make their way after Nami and Aoi.

"…!? Oh~!" Kaoru cheered as zoomed back onboard to follow the other girls, "Time for erotic—I mean, summer beauty change~~!"

Zoro sweat dropped. "She's sure moving fast…"

"…EH~~~!?" Kaoru moaned, "That's your idea of swimsuits, you two!?"

"Hmm? Is there a problem, Kaoru?" Nami inquired. She was now wearing a bikini top designed in a cloud pattern colored in blue, light blue and white and maroon trousers instead of her usual camisole and skirt, while Robin had simply taken off her blazer to reveal her yellow camisole.

"There is a problem~!" Kaoru proclaimed, holding up a pair of two-piece bikinis, "For a summer vacation situation like this, a full bikini is the appropriate choice-!"

"Is she always like this?" Nami sweat dropped as she mumbled to Shiho who was currently working to suit up in her bikini with a silk-like shawl warped around her shoulders.

"Unfortunately, yes," Shiho sweat dropped.

"…Seriously," Aoi grumbled as she looked at herself. She was also wearing a bikini top but wore what looks like a Daisy Dukes. To top it all off, she even has a cap hat. "What is Sanji-han thinking when he went and bought these?"

"What's wrong with them!?" Kaoru frowned as she stared down at her own bikini, "They're just right!"

"It's because you think that it's 'just right' that it becomes a problem!"

"So why are you wearing them?"

"Because I got nothing else!"

"Alright you two, cut it out," Nami laughed as she got in-between the two, "I'll beat up Sanji later…"

"Eh~!?" Kaoru tilted her head in confusion, "But he didn't do anything wrong…"

"YOU be quiet!"

"… …Hmm~," Shiho meanwhile hummed in consideration as she stared at Robin.

"…? Is something wrong, Miss Psychometrist?" Robin inquired.

"…First Nami, then Vivi, then that Marine Sergeant Tashigi, and now you…"

"…?"

"How should I put this? You're…all quite high class…"

"High class?"

"Of course~!" Kaoru cheered as expertly snuck up behind and lunged at Robin, grabbing her bosoms from behind, "We're talking about genuine I-Cups here. She's B99-W59-H89~~!"

"Oh, what amazing measurement skills," Robin commented with a giggle, despite Kaoru's less-than-pure actions.

"Kaoru~!" Nami exclaimed as she try to pry the redhead off Robin, "Stop that!"

"Oh don't worry, Nami~!" Kaoru glee as she switched over to Nami's bosoms, "With your measurement of B95-W55-H85, your I-Cups can match Robin's I-Cup-!"

BONK!

"Ow~!"

"Enough with the sexual harassment!" Nami roared after knuckling Kaoru hard in the head.

"CHOWA~!"

"Don't get testy with me!"

"…? I didn't say that…"

"…Huh?" Nami blinked before noticing where the cawing really came from, "… …Oh~!"

"Luffy~!" Zoro called, "We may have a problem dropping anchor here; there's no seabed at the bottom of these clouds…"

"You know, I thought about that," Luffy admitted, "and who cares…"

"I love the way you think~!" Usopp cheered as he tackles Luffy friendly by the shoulder.

"Thanks~!" Luffy laughed as he return the favor before calling back to the others, "Hop on down here you guys! The beach is actually fluffy~!"

"It squishes between my toes like marshmallow lime~!"

"What the heck is marshmallow lime!?"

"I don't know, but that's what it's like~!"

"…Who cares, you say," Zoro sweat dropped as he proceeds to drop the anchor, "Well anyway, regardless of how the ground feels, this scenery is really amazing; it's like in a dream…"

"Yep," Sanji nodded with a bit of laughter as he folded up his pants, "it's a piece of work all right, but I think our shipmates are…overreacting. And seeing their happy faces getting all worked up, it bugs me…"

"…When they get all worked up?" Zoro sweat dropped as he watches Sanji cartwheel off the ship with an excited "yahoo~", "You're the same as them…"

"Ouch! Ouch!" Nami's suddenly cry caught his attention as he turn to see that the girls had finish changing and a flock birds hovering over them. One of the birds was continually pecking at Nami's head in anger while the other three were trying to calm the angry one down. "You're hurting me~! I said I was sorry~!"

Finally, after much difficulties and a bit more pecking, the South Bird finally lay off and followed the North Bird, along with her nephew and niece, off into the distance.

"See you four later~!" The Children call after as they waved them off.

"…Jeez," Nami sweat dropped in exhaustion, "We forgot the birds~! We really should have let them go earlier…"

"Don't worry about, Nami," Kaoru giggled, "The South Bird aside the other three were okay with the new setting…"

"But will they be able to survive here?" Aoi wondered in worry.

"There seem to be people living here," Shiho shrugged, "I'm pretty sure they're smart enough to survive…much better than a good number of us…"

"Yeah," Zoro nodded, "I wouldn't sweat it. Birds are pretty adaptable…"

"Yeah, I guess," Nami nodded before remembering something, "Hey, how's the anchor?"

"All taken care of," Zoro pointed over where he dropped the anchor around the time Sanji decided to join the others on the beach, "They hit the heavier clouds below which is what I think this place floats on…"

"I see," Shiho hummed in interest, "Those fluffy clouds seem to be the foundation of the island…"

"That means Sky Island float on a sea of cloud cover," Robin added, "I wonder if it's stationary in the sky or if it moves with the tide…"

"I want to know how any of this is possible in the first place," Aoi admitted.

"We can sit on deck all day and pick this whole thing apart, but come on what fun would that be?" Nami suddenly shrugged as she makes her way off the ship, "Fact is most of this makes zero sense, so let's make the best of it!"

"Make the best of it?" Kaoru tilted her head in confusion as everyone watch Nami jumped off the ship and landed expertly in the clouds before turn back to everyone with a chuckle.

"This is why we came here, you guys~! Welcome to Sky Island~! Come on~! If I can do this then so can you~!"

"…I guess she's right," Aoi giggled as she watch Nami rush to shore, "we didn't come here to understand it, we came here to have fun!"

"Understanding how things work isn't our thing anyway~!" Kaoru added before using her powers to levitate Aoi and herself and rush them both to shore, "Let's go~~~!"

"Dah-! Wait, Kaoru~! I'm not ready~~~~!"

"…Mr. Swordsman," Robin called to the last remain members on the ship, "Ms. Psychometrist, you two joining us?"

Shiho gave Robin a glance before letting out a small chuckle. "I'll go in a minute after taking in the scene a little bit more…"

"Same here," Zoro shrugged.

Robin smiled at this. "…The Captain smells adventure, huh? I never stop to think any of this is adventurous before. Maybe I should reconsider my stance…"

"…?" Shiho tilted her head in confusion, but before she could inquire any further, Robin leapt off the boat to join the others on the beach.

"…What do you suppose she means?" Zoro inquired Robin's odd statement.

Shiho at that shrugged before jumping off the ship. "…My best guess is…she never had once thought that navigating and landing could be adventurous as well. I kind get what she's getting at a bit. We Espers use our power to go wherever we want, but we were never really excited about what the destination holds. Now, seeing Luffy though…"

"…You're thinking that it might not be so bad to go and not have a set reason to huh?"

"Something like that," Shiho admitted, "Well, enough brain work, I'm off…"

Zoro watch as Shiho jogged off to join everyone else on shore.

"Ha~!" Chopper sighed as he rolled about on the fluffy cloud in bliss, "Something about the squishiness of this island makes me want to sleep all day~!"

"You think so too, Chopper-han~?" Aoi replied in the same manner as she joins Chopper rolling around on the fluffy clouds.

"Ahoy~!" Luffy called hanging upside from a palm tree, "This is your captain speaking! I must inform you that this place is too much fun for me to make any more captain decision~!"

"Since when have you been making any 'Captain Decision'?" Kaoru laughed in tease as she floats in circles around Luffy.

"Either way, I hear you Captain," Usopp replied regardlessly as he tries to sculpt something with the fluffy clouds, "What do you say we sit around doing nothing?"

"Hmm~! 'Nothing' sounds like a plan to me~!" Luffy smiled, "Deny~!"

"Dah-!? But deny means no~!"

"Usopp, didn't Luffy just say he can't make any captain decision?" Kaoru rolled her eyes, "He's just denying the plan not the fun~!"

"… …Oh~!"

Meanwhile Nami, Robin and Shiho have just reached the shoreline.

"Ah~~~!" Nami stretched herself in full relaxation, "This. Is. Great~! Those Marine-losers can't follow us up here, so we can all cut loose~!"

Shiho laughed. "It must have been hard just being able to only stop at ports…"

"Yeah, plus we can never usually stay in one place too long either, so this is a nice break; it's been so long since we went to the beach…"

"Kaoru, Aoi and I have really gone to something like a beach only about two times, even though we live on an island…"

"Seriously!?"

"We don't spend any quality time with our families and the Government usually doesn't have any good reason to send us to the beach, so…"

"That's horrible!" Chopper gawked, since he came into range, "you guys are younger than me and never had any fun like this!?"

"We do have fun," Aoi admitted, "just not the fun you guys are used to…"

"Heh~," Nami hummed in interest before noticing a makeshift beach hut with strange looking chairs, "Hey, Shiho! What do you think that is over there?"

Shiho glance in the same direction and hummed in interest. "…From where I'm standing, it looks like a beach hut…"

"A beach hut?" Chopper tilted his head in confusion before following Nami and Shiho to investigate, leaving Aoi to laze about in bliss.

"Oh!?" Kaoru blinked as she harvest what looked like a green pumpkin growing out of the palm tree Luffy was hanging off of, "What's this strange fruit?"

"I don't know, but it looks good~!" Luffy harvest one for himself, "Alright, Mr. Giant Fruit, you're all mine~!"

Luffy try to take a giant and hard bite out of the pumpkin-like fruit, but with a huge CLANK the fruit remain intact leaving Luffy with a swollen and damage mouth.

"…! Ow, that hurt~~~! Why is this thing so hard~~~!?"

"Hard huh?" Kaoru smirked with confidence with a glowing red fist, "Psychic Nut Cracker~~~~!"

Kaoru punched the pumpkin-like fruit with all her might, only to leave with a comically swollen hand.

"Gah-!? Ouch~~~! It hurts~~~!"

"You too!?" Luffy exclaimed in shock.

"Yeah~! What the heck is this!? It's harder than concrete—oh, forget concrete, it's harder than diamond!"

"Hmm~!" Luffy frown in thought before turning to Usopp, "Hey, Usopp~!"

"Yeah~?" Usopp replied with his back turn since he was still busy sculpting some of the clouds on the beach.

"Got some fruit for you~!" Luffy then toss the Usopp, which promptly crash landed hard on Usopp's head, which comically planted his face into his sculpting clouds.

"GAH-! You practically cramp my brain into my chest! What's wrong with you!?"

"…Maybe Aoi can cut this open," Kaoru pondered before carelessly throwing the fruit at Aoi, "Hey, Aoi~! Think fast!"

"…Huh-?" Aoi managed before the fruit landed hard on her face with a BAM, "GAH-!?"

"…Oops…"

"That hurt, you jerk!" Aoi instantly teleported up to Kaoru and began to comically strangle her redhead friend, "I thought for a moment my glasses would fuse with my face!"

"Ugh-! Sorry-! My fault-!" Kaoru managed as she was being strangled, "Aoi-! My neck-! I'm dying~~~!"

"Wow~!" Nami awed as she sat herself on the chair in the beach hut, "I can't believe I'm sitting on a chair made of clouds!"

"Yeah," Shiho awed as she and Chopper hopped onto a cloud-chair of their own, "I wonder if the people on this island craft these…"

"This cloud is different than the ones on the beach," Chopper noted, "It's a lot spongier…"

"And it has a definite form…"

"Couldn't you read how any of this is done, Shiho?" Nami wondered.

"I actually did try," Shiho admitted, "But aside from how it was cut up, I still don't get how it is possible to cut and shape clouds…"

"Heh~…"

"…Hah~, Hah~!" Kaoru panted after freeing herself from Aoi's strangle, "I thought I was going to die~!"

"…Uh, sorry Kaoru," Aoi pleaded apologetically, "I lost it for a moment…"

"Yeah, from now I think I'll think twice before doing something like that again…"

Aoi laughed nervously before noticing Zoro coming ashore. "Hey, Zoro-han~! Hurry up; you're missing all the fun~!"

"Yeah, yeah," Zoro mumbled uninterested before looking down at his feet, "…geez, I didn't think I'll get wet walking through clouds…"

It was then that Zoro notice something fluffy near his feet.

"…? A towel? Good timing, I suppose…"

Zoro grabbed the "towel" and began to lightly dry his feet.

"…Suu! Suu!" A noise suddenly called out.

"…? Did you hear something, Kaoru?"

"Not really," Kaoru noted immediately.

"Suu! Suu!" the noise occurred again.

"…Okay, I definitely heard that!"

"Where is it coming from-?" Aoi wondered before noticing Zoro who was done drying his feet…holding something in his hand; it isn't a towel, "…!? Zoro-han!? What are you doing to that poor creature!?"

"…Creature?" Kaoru blinked before looking at what Zoro has in his hand gasped.

"Creature?" Zoro blinked before bringing the "towel" to his eyelevel to see that the towel was actually a small white foxlike creature, "… …! Wow! Sorry about that!"

Letting go of the creature, the foxlike creature landed gracefully before shaking its furry dry from being used as a towel.

"…Is that a fox?" Kaoru wondered in interested as she petted the foxlike creature.

"It looks like one," Aoi admitted as she adjusted her glasses in startle.

"… …! Hmm~?" Luffy, who was in the middle of trying to bite through the pumpkin-like fruit, suddenly voiced and perked his ear to listen to something, "…Is that music?'

"…!? Music!?" Kaoru perked her ears as well before hearing what Luffy heard, "Hey~! You're right! A harp, I think…"

"…! Hey," Sanji, who had picked balloon-like flowers and presented them to Robin, suddenly pointed to a mound of fluffy clouds, "There's someone over there!"

Everyone went on high alert immediately upon hearing someone else is in the area, glaring at the mound where the unknown person is.

"A person?" Shiho guessed.

"Oh great," Usopp managed hiding behind the mound of fluffy clouds he was sculpting, "It's probably another guerilla!"

"Whistle!" Chopper panicked as he "hid" himself, "Where's the whistle!? We can ask the Sky Knight to save us!"

"…No, we don't have to," Kaoru managed.

"Kaoru, I know you said you feel ready to fight here now," Aoi got ready to draw her swords, "but this no time to get so full of ourselves!"

"No, she's right," Sanji suddenly intervened, "because that's not what you think it is…"

"…Huh?"

"That right there," Kaoru and Sanji managed in a state of captivation, "…is an angel…"

"…HUH!?" Aoi and Shiho gawked.

"Angel!?" Everyone else managed in the same manner.

Everyone stared back at the person so see that it really does seem to be an angel. A girl with blonde hair which she wears in two braided pig-tails and two antennas sticking out at the top of her head. She wears a pink dress with black, flower shaped textures that goes to her thighs. She also wears red and pink striped sandals that are white on the bottom. In her hand is a blue harp which until this point she playing and small wings on the back of their shoulders.

Once she stops playing, she turns to them with a smile.

"…Heso," she spoke.

"… … …Heso?" Everyone blinked in confusion.

"Did she say 'Heso'?" Kaoru sweat dropped.

"Yeah," Nami nodded unsurely.

"What does 'Heso' mean?" Chopper wondered.

"Doesn't that mean 'bellybutton' in Japanese?" Aoi sweat dropped.

"Bellybutton!?"

"Yeah, but then that makes no sense," Shiho sweat dropped.

"You think she's trying to say 'hello'?" Usopp guessed.

"It sounds like hello," Zoro managed.

The girl smiled, regardless, and drew closer. "Suu, come here…"

"Suu~!" the foxlike creature sounded before trotting over the girl.

"Did you all come from the Blue Sea World?"

"…If that's what you call it, yeah," Luffy nodded, still holding onto the pumpkin-like fruit.

"We sail up a river of clouds to get here," Kaoru illuminated, "Speaking of here, is this your home?"

"Yes, it sure is, and I like to welcome you to Skypiea Angel Beach," the girl nodded, before noticing the fruit in Luffy's hand, "I bet you would like to drink that…"

"Drink?" Kaoru stared at the pumpkin-like fruit in Luffy's hand as he confusingly handed it over after the girl beckons him to hand it over, "You're supposed to drink that!?"

"Yes," the girl nodded before taking out a knife and flipping the fruit over, "the top of a Conache is as hard as steel; it's impossible to crack so you have to cut through the underside, like this…"

The girl cut a small hole in the bottom and put a straw in it before handing it back to Luffy.

"Here you go~! Enjoy~!"

Without hesitation, Luffy began slurping before comically gawking in awe.

"Eh!? Is it really that good!?" Kaoru took a chance and snuck in sip before comically gawking too, "It's good~~~~!"

"Eh, seriously!?" Aoi and Shiho exclaimed taking a sip themselves and reacting in the same way, "It's good~~~~!"

"If it's that good, I got to try some!" Usopp exclaimed in eagerness, "Come on, let me have some~!"

"My name is Conis," The girl meanwhile introduced as she picked up the foxlike creature, Suu, as Usopp manages a sip and comically gawked like Luffy, "And this little one is Suu; she's a Cloud Fox. If need any help at all, please allow me be of service to you…"

"Then," Chopper quickly present a Conache of his own, "Please open this one too~!"

"I can do that for you, Chopper-han," Aoi offered.

"Really? Thanks!"

"Yeah, about that," Sanji began to woo, "your eyes are setting my heart on fi-!"

"Laid off and go away," Nami halted as she threw Sanji aside by the yanked ear, "Actually, we got tons of questions; I hate to bother you but we've never been any place like before so everything here is so strange to us…"

"Sure," Conis smiled warmly, "Ask me anything you want to know…"

"…Uh, hey, everyone," Zoro suddenly called as he stared out to sea, "Look, something's coming!"

"…Oh! That's my Father," Conis noted when she spotted what Zoro saw.

"Your father!?" Aoi managed after helping Chopper open his Conache and peered out to see a man of average height that is almost bald except for his dark-brown hair antennae sticking out. He has a strange round dark-brown beard covering his mouth and closed eyes, however he seems fully able to both see and talk. His hair antennas and beard are dark brown, along with his eyebrows. He wears a brown-yellow robe with a light-yellow collar and black leaf-like design. He was wearing a large basket on his back.

But what really caught everyone's attention was what he was using to ride on the sea of clouds. In the Children's opinions, it looks like a Water Scooter made of mostly wood.

"Heso, Conis~~!" The man called.

"Heso, Father~~!" Conis replied back.

"Seriously, what are you saying?" Luffy frown in discomfort.

"Yeah~," Kaoru managed in the same manner, "Can't you just say 'hello' like normal people?"

"…! Conis," Nami suddenly inquired, "What's that thing your father's ridding on?"

"Ah~! That would be my Father's Waver," Conis replied.

"Waver?" Shiho blinked, "As in a Sky-Waver!?"

"Yes…"

"Wow~!" Luffy awed, "That's awesome~!"

"So that's a Sky-Waver," Aoi readjust her glasses, "It's just like our world's Water Scooter…"

"…Gang way~!' Conis' father suddenly warned as he approach the shore, "Stopping this is a bit of a trick~~!"

"… …Uh Oh!" Aoi managed as she notice that he wasn't slowing down…in fact he seem to have sped up, "Emergency Teleport~!"

In a flash, Aoi safely teleport everyone out of harm's way as Conis' father crash onto land.

"Oh~!" Conis' father steadily rights himself, "My goodness; is everyone alright?"

"Ask yourself that first!" Shiho and Sanji exclaimed in disbelief.

"You're the one who crash!" Zoro and Aoi exclaimed in the same manner.

"Hey, Luffy," Nami suddenly inquired her captain, "Didn't you bring back something like that Waver from the seabed?"

"Huh?" Luffy slurped in thought before nodded, "Oh yeah; I did, didn't I?"

"Huh~…Then that must be the boat we read about in Noland's ship log: a boat that can sail without wind!"

"Did you make some new friends, Conis my dear?" Conis' father wondered.

"Yes," Conis replied, "They arrived here only a little while ago from the Blue Sea World…"

"Oh~! Still adjusting. There must be a great many things that puzzle you about the White-White Sea. I'm sorry…"

"Eh!?" Aoi backtracked a bit from the sudden apology, "No, it's not like that…!"

"Yeah," Usopp added, "There's no need to apologize…"

"…Ah~, I forgot to introduce myself," Conis' Father suddenly noted, "My name is Pagaya. I'm sorry for not introduce myself earlier…"

"Oh no," Aoi managed from the sudden apology again, "It's all right…"

"Yeah," Usopp managed in the same manner, "It's, uh, very nice to meet you…"

"So Father, how was the fishing today?" Conis inquired.

"Quite a successful adventure," Pagaya informed as he reached into his basket and pulled out a large lobster, "I caught the most delicious food in the White-White Sea! These are called 'Sky Lobsters'! …Oh~, I have an idea~! You should all come over for dinner~! We'll fill your bellies with the taste of the island~!"

"Really!?" Luffy cheered in excitement, "Let's go! Let's go!"

"I'm all for that~!" Kaoru drooled at the thought, "I'm starving~!"

"You're going to make Sky Island Cuisine?" Shiho brighten at the thought.

Sanji smiled at the thought as well. "You mind if we help you?"

"Of course not," Pagaya nodded in approval.

"…Before we go," Nami voiced next to the waver she crept up to inspect, "I have a question. This boat; it doesn't have any sails to catch the wind and you weren't rowing it either. So…how is it propelled through the water?"

"That's a good question," Shiho added, "From where I came from we have boats similar to this but it was run through very hard-to-get machinery. What does a waver use?"

"…Oh, of course," Conis gasped in realization, "Your people aren't familiar with Dials, are you?"

"…? Dials?" Kaoru blinked.

"Hey," Luffy suddenly called, "Can I try riding it?"

"Why of course," Pagaya nodded, positioning the Waver back to the sea of clouds before allowing Luffy to board, "Just use the right pedal to accelerate and the left to break. And the stirring handle is to turn…"

"So I just have to step on this, right?" Luffy wondered as he gently stepped on the right pedal. In an instant, the Waver zoomed forward with Luffy onboard. "Whoa~~~! It's moving~~~!"

"Wow~!" Chopper awed as everyone watch Luffy ride the Waver on the ocean of clouds, "He did it~~!"

"It really is just like a Water Scooter," Aoi awed as well.

"… …But," Kaoru suddenly sweat dropped, "Why is he shaking around so much?"

Indeed, at this point the Waver was beginning to wobble about, making it even harder for Luffy, who is panicking at the sudden difficulty, to hold on; he's screaming like a child who climbed a tree only to realize halfway up he's scared of heights.

"…Maybe he's just going too fast," Shiho guessed with a sweat drop before cupping her mouth to project her voice towards her captain, "Oi~~~! Luffy~~~! Ease off the pedal a bit~~~!"

But despite Shiho's suggestion, not three seconds after she was done Luffy did the opposite in panic, causing him go flying off the Waver with a pathetic scream.

"Ah-! It flipped," Usopp noted.

"A pretty big flip, too," Zoro added as Luffy crash into the sea.

"Geh-! Luffy~~~!" Kaoru cried out in worry.

"Oh no!" Conis gasped in worry, "I hope he's alright!"

"I'm so sorry!" Pagaya managed apologetically, "It's my fault; I shouldn't have let a rookie use the Waver…"

"…Since Luffy can't swim," Sanji noted, "I hope this sea is more buoyant than ours…"

"…Now that you mention," Shiho hummed, "I wonder what'll happen to those with Devil Fruit abilities in this sea of clouds; do they sink?"

"Well, this place is different from normal seas, right?" Zoro replied, "He may actually float…"

"Uh, are you guys even a bit worry!?" Aoi exclaimed in disbelief as Chopper gawk at the three for their unconcern demeanor.

"If we can stay floating in mid-air, it'll probably be alright; he can handle it…"

"…Uh, guys," Kaoru pointed to where Luffy slowly sank, "He's…not doing well…"

"Ah-! He sank," Sanji noted nonchalantly.

"No good, huh?" Zoro frowned in disappointment, "Well, it's not the first time I've been wrong-…"

"And yet you're STANDING here!?" Aoi comically exclaimed in rage before comically megaton-kicking Zoro over to where Luffy sank, "Get him out of there already~~!"

"Wah~!" Chopper panicked as he dived into the sea of clouds, "I'll save you Luffy~!"

"Dah-! Chopper, what the hell you're doing!?" Shiho exclaimed as Usopp immediately jumped in after his reindeer friend.

"…Oh, you guys made it," Kaoru sighed in relief, "That was close…"

"Close!?" Zoro empathized Kaoru's used of words as he dragged Luffy back up to shore, "You were standing on the beach! What do you know about close!?"

"Oh yeah, thanks for the help, you jerk!" Sanji sarcastically thanked; he too had rushed out to help, but only managed to rescue Luffy's hat.

"You weren't much help, either!"

"Well you were taking your swell time to get out there; by the time you got to him he almost sank all the way to the bottom!"

"It's all because of your stupid babbling!"

"Was it really necessary for YOU to jump in!?" Usopp grumbled as he dragged Chopper back onto shore with Chopper constantly repeating "Sky Island is scary".

"Ah-!" Aoi noted, glancing out at the Waver that was floating in driver-less, "The Waver is still out there…"

"…Teleport me over there, Aoi-chan," Nami suddenly called, "I'll get back…"

Aoi frowned unsurely. "Are you sure?'

"Trust me~!"

"…Well, alright; at least you can swim…" With that final note, Aoi teleported Nami as close to the Waver as she could before watching Kaoru pump water out of Luffy with her psychic powers.

"I apologize for letting him take the Waver out," Pagaya apologized, "With its small body even a small wave can shake the rudder; unless you know the White-White Sea like the back of your hand, the Waver is almost impossible to ride. Again, I am sorry…"

"It's only recently that I became good enough to ride it," Conis admitted.

"Wow, is it really that hard!?" Chopper gawked.

"It usually takes Ten Years of training to drive it," Pagaya informed.

"TEN YEARS!?" Chopper and Kaoru gawked even wider, "You got to be kidding me!"

"That's a long time; you'd need a lot of patience!" Aoi managed before remember something, "Ah-! That's reminds me, I teleported Nami out there near the Waver so she can bring it back to shore. But if it's that difficult-…"

"Uh, everyone," Shiho called as she pointed out to sea…where Nami is handling the waver just fine, "Look at her go…"

"SHE DID IT~~!?" Aoi and Usopp comically gawked in shock.

"This is amazing~~!" Nami hollered back to shore as she continued to ride the Waver without a problem.

"Oh~~, Nami-swan~~~!" Sanji swooned, "You're the best~~~!"

"That's incredible!" Pagaya awed, "I can't believe it; is this really her first time?"

"Yeah," Luffy gawked in shock, "How come she can do it and I can't!?"

"Wow, this really requires skill," Nami hollered in joy, "No wonder you had a hard time Luffy~~; it's just out of your limit~~!"

"Ah~! So it just that Nami and I can do it and Luffy and Kaoru can't," Shiho nodded in understanding.

"…!? D-Don't say that; you and I haven't got a chance on it yet!" Kaoru exclaimed, offended, "Don't assume I'm like Luffy and can't use it!"

"I know I can drive it~!" Shiho smiled innocently, "And you don't need to use it; you can fly~~!"

"Ugh-! I can't refute~~!"

Luffy grumbled at being made fun of by Nami and Shiho's comments before yelling out to Nami. "Oi, Nami~! We're invited to dinner! So come back now and get off that thing~~! Stupid~~!"

"Shut your trash mouth, you!" Sanji warned as he comically axe-kicked Luffy's head.

"Stupid Waver Hog~~!"

"That insult made no sense!" Aoi comically backhand slapped her Captain.

"You guys go on ahead~!" Nami replied, "If it's okay with Pagaya, I like to and ride some more~!"

"That's fine," Pagaya called out in approval, "Just be careful~!"

"Hey, there seems to be some sort of construction site on the other side," Aoi informed from on top of a hill of clouds.

Everyone aside form Nami are now making their way to Pagaya and Conis' house so they can be treated to some Sky Island cuisine. Nami, meanwhile, decided to remain at the sea bay and continue to enjoy riding the Sky Waver.

"Wow~!" Usopp awed as he peered over the hill of clouds, "Is that some kind of factory?"

"Indeed it is," Pagaya nodded as he led the way to his house, "That is our Cloud Quarry site; it's where our clouds are manufacture and cut to meet all types of needs…"

"M-Manufacture?" Shiho sweat dropped at the choice of words.

"C-Cut to meet all types of needs?" Kaoru sweat dropped as well.

"You make it sounds like making and shaping clouds are as easy as making concrete, to you guys…"

"I didn't know you can cut a cloud," Zoro added.

"Normally you can't Zoro-han!" Aoi comically backhanded Zoro.

"You all did take the Milky Road to get to the White-White Sea, correct?" Pagaya suddenly inquired.

"…? Milky Road?" Kaoru hummed before thumping her palm in understanding, "Ah~! You mean that rollercoaster like stream!"

"Is that the name of that messed-up current we took up here?" Zoro wondered.

"Yes," Pagaya nodded, "It's a canal constructed by our engineers and made using the natural clouds we quarry…"

"So it really was manmade," Shiho hummed in awe.

"There are actually two types of natural clouds on this island. Your ship travel on top of what we called Sea Clouds and the ones that float on their own, that we can stand on and build on, are called Island Clouds…"

"They're not the normal clouds we're used to, are they?" Zoro noted.

"Obviously not," Aoi rolled her eyes as she watch Luffy, Kaoru, Usopp and Chopper happily travel alongside them using the bouncy clouds instead of the stairway path everyone else is taking.

"That is correct," Pagaya affirmed Aoi's suspicions, "Their condensation is different from the ones you usually see. It has to do with the minerals found in the Blue Sea World called Sea Prism Stone…"

"…!? Sea Prism Stone!?" Shiho gasped. She had heard the term before, back in Arabasta. It was the material that made up the caged Luffy and good number of the Straw Hats. It was supposed have made the cage indestructible…until Kaoru practically ripped it apart.

"What effects does that have on the clouds?" Robin pondered.

"It's like this," Pagaya began, "inside the Sea Prism are subatomic particle called 'Pryobloin'; during volcanic eruptions these particles gain moisture and ascend into the sky; our clouds are form base on the density of the moisture…"

"Oh I see~!" Kaoru nodded sarcastically.

"Oh yeah," Luffy absently nodded, "I've heard about those things~…"

"Sure~!" Usopp added in the same manner as Kaoru, "I remember that from when I was a kid~! We used to always play with subatomic particles in the yard~!"

"Enough sarcasm!" Sanji comically grimaced.

"And for one thing, you can't play with that!" Shiho added in the same manner.

"In all actuality there are three types of clouds that we use in our day-to-day," Pagaya continued, "The Sea and Island types are natural; the manmade ones come from Island Clouds…"

"So all in all, it was extra element that made all this possible," Shiho hummed, "…Gosh, could you guys imagine what life would be like if our world had Sea Prism Stones?"

"I know," Aoi frowned uncomfortably at the thought, "Cities can be built in the sky and half of the world's population would stop at nothing to live like celestial beings…"

"Kyousuke would have made used of that especially," Kaoru added, "An Esper-only resort or something like that…"

"…You're thinking too small, Kaoru," Shiho sighed, "If Sky Islands could exist in our world, he would probably use it as a mean to build an Esper-only society…"

"…Oh~…"

It was not long later when they finally reach what everyone assumed to be Pagaya and Conis' house, which by the Children's standard could easily match one of those expensive high-class houses found near beaches.

"…This is your house!?"

"Yes," Conis smiled, "It is relatively smaller than most of the other house but please make yourself at home here…"

"…Relatively small~?" Aoi sweat dropped as he glasses slide a couple of centimeters down her nose, "Compare to my house in Osaka, this is grand!"

"And for just two people," Shiho added.

"Check out the view from up here," Luffy awed from near the top of the steps of Conis' house.

"Yeah~!" Kaoru awed, "You can see the White-White Sea and all of Angel Beach from here…"

"Look," Chopper added, "If you squint, you could see Nami riding the Waver!"

"Really?" Aoi glared out back to the bay to see a tiny dot zooming to-and-fro over the sea, "Ah-! You're right~!"

"She looks like she enjoying herself out there," Shiho chuckled before making her way inside.

"…!? Luffy," Kaoru called to Luffy, noticing that he hasn't moved since catching Nami in his view while everyone else was already making their way into the house, "What are you waiting for?"

"…How come she's so good on the stupid thing when it shakes so badly?" Luffy grumbled.

"Ah~! Uh, Luffy, don't be so hooked up about it. So she's good with the Waver, it doesn't make her a better fighter than you anyhow…"

"… … …I guess," Luffy frowned with a nod before sticking his tongue out towards Nami, "I hope you sink!"

Kaoru sweat dropped. "So childish… …did I say that-!?"

"Are you a kid!?" Sanji comically raged, having heard Luffy's last comment, as he smacked the back of Luffy's head, "Cut it out!"

"…-!? Ouch~!" Luffy exclaimed in pain, "Thanks a lot Sanji; you made me bite my tongue; I'm bleeding~!"

"Bite harder, you big baby," Sanji rolled his eyes as he dragged Luffy towards the house, "Hey Pagaya, which is it to the kitchen~?"

"It's right over here~!" Pagaya responded from somewhere inside.

"You hurry up too, Kaoru~!" Aoi called from somewhere inside as well.

"Eh?" Kaoru managed dumbly before racing to get inside, "A-Ah! On my way~!"

"Heh~," Shiho awed as she took a glance into the refrigerator, "While some of these ingredients looks familiar, there are some unfamiliar ones as well…"

"Indeed there should be," Pagaya nodded as he set to work preparing the Sky Lobsters, "There are ingredients unique only in Skypiea just as there are ingredients uniquely available only to the Blue Sea World…"

"Is that so," Shiho hummed intrigue by the info as she picked up a jar filled with cyan-color sauce. One touch, however, told her that it was an expired ingredient, earning a nervous sweat drop from Shiho. "… …Pagaya-san, when was the last time you've cleaned out your frig?"

"Why would you ask that, Shiho?" Sanji asked as he just enters the kitchen.

Shiho turn to her Chef Master to explain until a devious thought enter her mind. "… …Oh~, I was just wondering what kind of sauce this was, that's all~. It seems to have a really strong flavor to it~…"

"Is that so?" Sanji hummed as he accepted jar from Shiho and had a taste. The effect was almost immediate as Sanji's face paled to green and began hacking and coughing.

"…? What happen to you?" Pagaya wondered out of concern as Shiho suppress her urge to break out laughing.

"…Ugh, well," Sanji managed, holding up the jar, "Shiho found this stuff sitting in your Frig and I…well, I've never seen anything like it so I tried it out to figure out what it was…and, how do I put it…it tasted like death! The flavor really is strong and now I'm all dizzy and my tongue is all swollen. How does it look?"

Pagaya sweated nervously when he saw the jaw turned away ashamedly before answer. "…Like you drank some spoil sauce; I'm so sorry-…"

"THEN WHY DID YOU LEAVE THIS STUFF SITTING AROUND!?" Sanji raged as he angrily smashed the jar onto the ground, "IF IT'S SOMETHING OLD YOU THROW IT OUT! DON'T KEEP STUFF LIKE THIS; ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL SOMEONE!? SHIHO WAS CENTIMETERS CLOSE TO DEATH THERE-!"

Sanji paused in his monologue when he noticed Shiho suppressing her giggled with little success.

"…! YOU KNEW IT WAS ALREADY SPOILED, DIDN'T YOU!?"

"Of course I did~!" Shiho managed as she finally broke out laughing, "I'm a Psychometrist~!"

"THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU WARN ME-!? OR RATHER, WHY DID YOU HAND IT TO ME!? ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME!?"

"I couldn't resist not passing up the opportunity~! But don't worry; I made absolutely sure that the sauce was spoiled to the point where it wouldn't kill you with just one taste-…"

"YOU LITTLE HATCHLING~~~!" Sanji roared as he put Shiho in a headlock and comically started grinding her head with his knuckles hard.

"GEH-! OWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW~~~! WAIT, HOLD ON! I THOUGHT IT'S YOUR PRINCIPLE NOT TO HARM A LADY~~~!"

"FIRST OFF, YOU'RE NOT LADY ENOUGH FOR ME YET AND SECOND OFF YOU'RE MY APPRENTICE; THIS IS ONLY CONSIDER A LITTLE SKINSHIP CHASTISEMENT FROM MASTER TO DISCIPLE!"

"OWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW~~~! LITTLE GIRL ABUSE~~~! SAVE ME~~~!"

"…Sounds like Sanji and Shiho are having fun in the kitchen~!" Luffy sneered as he and Kaoru and Usopp listen in on the muffled noise from the kitchen from the living room.

"I bet Sanji is just excited about Sky Island Food being such a new thing," Usopp shrugged.

"…I don't know," Kaoru sweat dropped, "It sounds more like a one-sided fight is breaking out in there…"

"Shiho probably pulled of one of sadistic prank on Sanji," Aoi guessed, "and now Sanji is dishing out some good old fashion punishment on her…"

"So she's sadistic, eh?" Robin chuckled at the thought.

"You have no idea…"

Robin chuckled again at Aoi's nervous response before turning to Conis. "So, I was wondering, could you explain to us more about these Dials you mentioned early?"

"Ah, now that you mention it," Kaoru thumped her palm, "I want to hear about that too!"

"Sure," Conis nodded as she went over to a nearby counter and picked up a small shell, "But it's complex; I don't know exactly where to start. Well, perhaps it best to show than tell first…"

"…?" Luffy frown in confusion as Conis handed to him the shell, "This is what you call a Dial? It looks nothing more than a seashell…"

"Yes, at first glance, but why don't you put it to your mouth and talk into it?"

"…? Like this?" Luffy place the shell near his mouth before, after a few seconds of thought, spoke, "…Usopp is stupid~~!"

"Why Usopp?" Aoi sweat dropped.

"Why are you always picking on me~?" Usopp comically wept and dramatically collapsed at Luffy's choice.

Conis giggled at this before continuing. "Now just press down on the apex of the shell…"

Luffy stared confusingly at the shell in response. "Want to tell what an apex is?"

"It means vertex or highest point," Aoi informed.

"So it's the top of the shell?" Usopp cupped his chin in confusion, "But pressing it shouldn't do anything…"

Kaoru inspected the apex of the shell before touching the spot with her fingers. "Hey~, it's soft on this spot…"

While applying pressure on the area, the apex suddenly shrank into the shell.

"Ah! It caved in-!"

"Usopp is stupid~~!" Voices suddenly start emitting from the shell, "Why Usopp? Why are you always picking on me~? *Giggle* Now just press down-…"

"WOW!" Luffy and Kaoru exclaimed in shock, "Even the shell is making fun of you, Usopp!"

"What-!?" Usopp gasped in shock, "What have I ever done to you, seashell-!?"

"No! Hold on!" Aoi dope slapped the three, "Those are our voices!"

"Well, nevertheless, that's a neat trick," Zoro awed, "So it can record any sound and play it back?"

"Then that shell really is one of the Dials?" Robin guessed.

Conis nodded in affirmation. "We called this one a Tone Dial; it's a shell from the White-White Sea that records and replays whatever it hears…"

"Cool~!" Kaoru awed as she snatch the shell out of Luffy's hand, "It's just like a voice recorder!"

"I heard that if you put a seashell next to your ear you can hear the sound of the ocean," Aoi sweat dropped, "but this is ridiculous; it goes beyond that…"

"Hey, hold on," Zoro blinked, suddenly realizing something, "I didn't think there is a bottom to your sea. Where do these things live anyway?"

"Oh, they live in the shallows in the Cloud Reefs…"

"There's a reef!?" Aoi frowned at the simple explanation.

"I still don't see how that little thing can move your Father's Sky Waver though," Robin admitted.

"Well," Conis picked up another shell, only this one is bigger, "that's because this is the kind that powers the Waver; it's smaller but does demonstrate the process…"

Conis then held the shell at a set of wind chimes before pressing down on the apex of the shell. Almost immediately, air began blowing out from the opening of the shell causing the wind chimes to chime as they usually do when confronted by wind.

"Oh~!" Aoi, Kaoru, Luffy, Chopper and Usopp awed.

"So this one blows wind out of its backside," Usopp observed.

"Oh! Let me see~!" Kaoru plead, to which Conis oblige happily.

"This is called a Breath Dial," Conis informed, "It allows you to have the ability to store wind and expel it at your desire. So if you have it face the wind for 30 minutes, it will be able to release 30 minutes worth of wind…"

"Stores wind?" Aoi sweat dropped, "Is that even possible…is what I want to say but it can store sounds, I'll believe it…"

"Yosh~! Gathering up some wind," Kaoru announce as she spun up her arms with the Breath Dial in hand. After ten fast spins, Kaoru aimed it at Luffy's face, "And expelling~!"

As soon as she pressed on the apex, a stream of air gushed out and blew into Luffy's face nearly blowing off his hat.

"The wind capacity varies depending on the sizes of the shell," Conis continued, "If you attach the right size to the stern of the ship, you could move along swiftly…"

"I never heard of anything like that," Robin admitted.

"I get it now," Usopp thumped his palm, "the Waver move by blowing a stream of wind through the water!"

"Our Water Scooters used propellers instead," Aoi noted, "So it could be done this way too, huh?"

"Dials don't just powers Wavers," Conis then informed, "There's also the skating kind, the board kind…but I don't go for those; the Waver is as crazy as I get…"

"Skating and Board type!?"

"I wish I was out there on that thing instead of Nami," Luffy complained in a grumble as he glare out to where Nami was still surfing around, "I could be if I could just figure out how to fix the one we have!"

"Oh, you have one as well," Conis noted in surprise, "How did you ever find a waver in your world?"

"Well, it's kind of hard to tell if that's what it really is, you know," Usopp admitted.

"I know," Kaoru nodded solemnly, "That hunk of junk is Two-Hundred years old and a total wreck; there's no way it'll work…"

"That might not be the case," Conis informed.

"… … …Huh!?" Kaoru, Usopp and Luffy blinked.

"Dials are remains of dead shellfish after all; they can last indefinitely as long as the shell isn't broken. You might get lucky…"

"Really!?" Luffy cheered. "Hear that!? I told you so!"

"You never said anything like that," Usopp reminded.

"I know, but that still mean we can use it!"

"It doesn't mean you can handle it any better than before," Kaoru added, causing Luffy to comically sulk in reminisce to his failure, "Ah-! Sorry, Luffy!"

"I venture to guess there are many types of Dials," Robin inquired as she pointed towards a shell on top of the small dining table next to her, "Is this one here?"

"Yes, that's a Lamp Dial," Conis informed before walking over and pressing on the apex of the shell, causing it to light up.

"Wow!" Chopper awed, "it lit up from inside!"

"Get out," Aoi staggered, "Are you saying Dials can store light too!?"

"Right," Conis affirmed, "There are Flame Dials that stores heat and fire, Flavor Dials that store varies taste and aroma, and Vision Dials that store everything the users see which you can watch again and again…"

"So basically, in our world, they would be Lighters, Fragrant, and Video Cameras…"

"I want to live in the clouds for the rest of my life~!" Chopper announced, awe by the wonders of the Dials.

"Hey~!"

"To be honest," Conis suddenly began, "We really couldn't sustain our life here in the clouds without them. Our culture has evolved with the Dials, I suppose in the same way they evolve with the White-White Sea…"

"I see, a culture well adapt with the Dials," Robin hummed intrigued by the history.

"…Sounds like you guys been busy making use of your time gathering information," Shiho voiced as she, Pagaya and Sanji walk in with several dishes of Sky Island Cuisine. "I'll have to be brought up to speed about it later…"

"Ah-! Shiho!" Kaoru and Aoi greeted.

"Ladies and Gentlemen," Sanji announce as the dishes are place out on the dining table, "Dinner is serve; we have for you Sky Lobster with a special sauce and a side of Island Fruits that I can't pronounce…"

"That looks so~ good~!" Luffy and Kaoru awed.

"Let's dig in~!" Aoi and Chopper proclaimed as everyone went to reach for their share of Sky Island Cuisine.

"…! Yummy~!" Kaoru awed, "It's so sweet~!"

"I would never expect it from lobster!" Aoi admitted.

"How did you make it, Shiho?"

"You wouldn't understand even if I told you step by step…" Shiho smoothly dodge the question as she too dined into the food she helped prepare.

"Ah-! That's mean!"

"Plus it's a Chef's secret…"

"Oh, come on~!"

"Hey," Sanji called from the balcony of the house, having went out to light a cigarette, "Do any of you know where Nami went?"

"I think she's still riding the Waver," Luffy responded as he ate.

"Well, I don't see her…"

"She probably went out too far," Usopp guessed, "She's like that. Who cares, you should come over and have some of this already…"

"No talking while eating Usopp!" Shiho warned, "You're spitting food out of your mouth…"

"Sorry…"

"Father, I'm worry," Conis suddenly whisper to Pagaya, "You think she's okay?"

"Yes, I have my concerns," Pagaya admitted, "But I can't say one way or another…"

"…? What are you two talking about?" Kaoru pondered as she ate.

Conis hesitated for a bit before speaking. "In the Clouds there's a place called the Upper Yard that no one is ever allow to set foot on. It's not too far away; it will only be a short trip by Waver from here. I'm afraid your friend Nami might set ashore there out of curiosity…"

"Really?"

"What's so bad that no one can go over to this island?" Aoi wondered.

"Is it full of monsters?" Usopp wondered in worry.

"It's sacred grounds," Conis informed.

"…? Sacred Grounds?" Robin and Shiho repeated.

"But it's so much more than just that… …It's the island…where God lives…"

"… … … …!? G-G-GOD!?" The Children repeated in surprise.
