Hey, hey, hey! YF54 here. Sorry for the long wait, a college class is kicking my respective arse so I'm somewhat stressed out. BUT I managed to get my worries pushed away for the moment and finish this.

Jaden sat down in the lower part of the desks with a scowl on his face; Princeton, the name alone caused Jaden's anger to swell. The Princeton's were a family of rich elites from the higher portion of Domino and were major rivals with Kaiba Corp and Industrial illusions. At least…that's what they had wanted people to see. Back during the Cult War, the head of the family had shed his mask and showed that the family had invested heavily into the Cults with the promise of eternal life and everlasting beauty slash youth. As such things existed! Jaden knew that the only thing humanity had entitled to was the angel of death coming for them at any given time.
But I digress; the Princeton family had kept the local authorities out of several missing kids cases that the Cult had taken by bribing the more corrupt and desperate officers. The pattern continued as families disappeared overnight and they, the cult, began to become bolder.
Soon though, both of their plans were torn to shambles when Jason and Jaden began to fight back and get people evacuated. Long story short, thanks to both Jason and Jaden, the Princeton family lost a good chunk of their fortune after the cultists were put away but they weren't indicted much to the chagrin of the two brothers, Jason who swore that he would make them pay for what they had done after he went AWOL.
Jaden was brought out of his anger induced musings by the sound of a shifting seat and looked to his left to see a young teen with sky blue hair and tiny rimmed glasses on his nose. He wore a red blazer indicating that he was apart of the Slifer Red Dorm. Underneath the blazer, Jaden could see a yellow turtleneck shirt poking out. The poor boy was nervous as hell and was fidgeting at being so close to him. Jaden took pity and gave a disarming smile.
"Hey there. Who are you? I'm Jaden Yuki." Jaden said.
The grin seemed to make the kid lose some of his nervous energy but not all of it.
"I…I…I…I'm s….s…s…Syrus." The boy stammered out making Jaden's grin become a bit wider.
"Nice…" Jaden began but was interrupted by a girlish scream as a familiar Raven Haired boy in a blue duster crashed down into the lower floor and made Jaden's face morph into one of rage.
"Wh-?" Syrus began to ask when he heard Jason's voice echo out delivering his warning to anyone who was friends or allies at least to Chazz.
Hearing the warning made Jaden's blood freeze; looks like Jason's wasn't messing around at all. That made Jaden scared of the monster that had replaced his twin brother. He gulped uneasily as the commotion settled down and everyone got their seats. Jaden noticed that the row where Jason was sitting was completely bare meaning Jason had succeeded into scaring the teens.
Jaden thought he had seen a flash of dirty blonde hair and his heart panged with regret and pain but he shook it away.
It wasn't her, Jaden…let the past remained buried. He thought bitterly as he turned his attention forward to the first professor of the day.
The Professor in question was an Oriental man with dark blue hair, two small moustaches on the left and right side of his nose, wore a yellow blazer and had some wrinkles around his eyes showing his wisdom and age. He gave a warm smile to the attending students that morphed into a frown when he saw Jason sitting alone but then got back his smile.
"Greetings and welcome to duel academy. I'm Professor Sartyr, Headmaster of the Yellow dorm. I teach Mathmatics 087, Spell and Trapology 097 and the Culinary Arts here at Central DA. When I call your name, please stand up and tell us a bit about yourselves…Able Fredwick." The Professor said.
A random boy in a red blazer stood up and rattled off some things that he likes before he sat back down. He smiled and nodded before he looked at the next name.
"A…" He was about to call out when he spotted the person he was about to call out of the corner of his eye quickly shake her head and mouthed 'please don't call my name. I'll explain after class.' He saw the frantic look and gave her a pity glance. He marked the person 'attending' and then went to the next name.
On and on it went; random teens gave their hopes, dreams, likes, dislikes and who inspired them to take up dueling. Things got interesting though when the first Yuki twin was called.
"Jason Yuki." He said loudly making the lone boy stand up, his robot arm scraping against the tabletop.
He looked the professor dead in the eye with a deadly expression and made Sartyr flinch at the raw power in the two differently colored eyes that bore into him.
"I have no likes…plenty of things that I loathe…My dreams are to crush anyone and everyone. I was inspired to take up dueling to protect those precious to me." He said in a cold tone. "My ambitions'…well, one is to make a certain girl realize her folly."
The emphasis on girl made Alexis flinch involuntarily; he was gunning for her, she knew he was. Jason sat back down and leaned his chair back on two legs while planting his boots up on the table and crossing his left arm behind his head. Sartyr cleared his throat before he continued.
"Jaden Yuki."
The boy stood up making many blues do a double take; why was their new star sitting amongst the reds? The former leader took a deep breath and began his intro.
"I have plenty of likes, not too many things I dislike, my hobbies will remain secret and as for my dream? I just want to be the best that I can be." Jaden simply said making many sweat-drop with constant thuds in the background of face-vaults.
All we learned was that he's a big softie! was the general thought of the students.
Typical brother. Jason thought as he nodded off into sleep, already bored out of his mind.
"Right then…well, with that done, let's begin!" Sartyr said with a kind smile.
He turned around and began to write on the board Spell/Trapology 087. When he was done with that, he turned back to the students and began his lecture.
"This class is to teach you about spells and traps and how to best utilize them in a duel…" He said before he launched into an explanation of the various spells and traps.
Everyone held onto each word that poured out of the professor's lips; the knowledge he had was invaluable. Time and again, someone would raise their hands and after being called on, would point out a new and different use for a trap and/or spell card making many scribble down the notes. Soon enough, the bell tolled making everyone get up from their seats, gathered their books and then head off to their next Classes. Jaden walked out talking animatedly with Syrus who had eased up a bit around the Blue, Jason walked off on his own making everyone back away from him in a hurry and Alexis walked down to the professor and stood at attention waiting for him to address her as the class room stood empty; she didn't have long to wait.
"Miss Rhodes, care to explain why you didn't wish to be called?" Sartyr asked concerned.
"Yes sir. I have a…history with both the Yuki twins." She said simply making the man's eyes go wide.
"You were…" Sartyr started to ask when Alexis sounded off.
"Alexis Rhodes alias Elita One, SIC of the Autobot Gang of Domino City. Rescued by Jaden and Jason when Dark Cultists abducted my family for their rituals, only myself and my mother escaped, my brother was here at Duel Academy. Father deceased, died fighting the cultists' off to allow time to escape." Alexis rattled off.
That made the man's heart feel a pang of pity and understanding but then he recalled something.
"Jason mention that he would make a girl realize her folly. Is that girl you?" Sartyr asked gently.
Alexis nodded with shame entering her eyes. She sighed as tears started to form. She explained with a choked voice that she had left the Autobots in the waning months, for personal reasons after Jason went AWOL leading to Jaden going into a deep depression that affected him deeply.
She knew of this due to an unlikely source; a teen boy known only as Shockwave who felt it logical that she be informed of the aftermath from the war. It was treated thankfully but he never fully recovered. According to Shock, Jaden had even tried cutting making Sartyr inhale sharply but Alexis managed to calm him down by saying a former Decepticon managed to stop him before he had made the first cut making Sartyr release the breath he was holding. After that Shockwave didn't report back for some time indicating that he was busy with finding his family again.
"This is the first time I saw Jaden and Jason in a long time…" Alexis mused sadly before resuming. "I can tell that Jaden holds himself responsible for whatever reason…and that he blames himself for my leaving. He probably thinks I left because he…he…"
"He thought what?" Sartyr asked curious.
"He didn't pay enough attention to me…as my boyfriend." Alexis whispered.
It was that statement that broke the dam; she wilted slightly making Sartyr embrace her in a soft hug as the tears flowed out from the Obleisk girl's eyes and onto his uniform. He didn't complain though; he had heard the tales from various sources, the internet and word of mouth. Yet here was a survivor and yet not a survivor in his own classroom that made him question a lot of things; how long had she gone without getting counseling, why had she left the Autobots and what was she going to do now that the two people from her past were here?
Soon, Alexis's sobs tapered off and she stepped back out from the professor's embrace.
"I…I'm so sorry Professor. I can't…can't believe that I lost control like that." Alexis apologized deeply.
"Alexis, there is no shame in what you did." Sartyr said in a gentle and grandfatherly tone. "You've been through so much while still learning to live life. I think I know why you don't want Jaden to know why you're not here…you think it cause him to lapse back…with no way out this time."
Alexis nodded in defeat; she was worried that if Jaden knew she was here, he would either be royally pissed off at her, elated that she was here and want to patch things up or fall in depression again as he lost himself to his past memories.
"I can't let him know that I'm here…at least not yet." Alexis said to the professor with a thought following the statement. 'Not until I find out what had happened to my older brother.'
"I understand…but don't wait too long. Sounds like Jason already knows you're here and he won't hesitate to tell his brother." Sartyr warned as he pulled out a phone and called someone making Alexis groan.
"That's what I'm afraid of." Alexis said before the Professor handed her a note.
"Here. I've called Lyman and let him know of your history with both the Yuki Twins. If they're in his classes, he'll do what I did today, marked you down as attending. This is to let the DAS know why you're not in class." Sartyr said. "Good luck Alexis…I believe that you will need it."
Alexis took the note and nodded her head before she left the classroom.

Jason walked down the hall to his next period which was a free period in the Study Hall. While he had no homework to speak off, he could still duel some of the fools there. But just before he sat down, he was approached by two girls, one with Strawberry red hair the other with black hair in two ponytails.
"Like, hey, you're Jaden Yuki right?" The strawberry head asked in a cocky tone.
Jason gave the two of his piercing glare causing the two to gulp in fear knowing that he was always ticked off at something.
"And if I am, what do you need to know miss Mindy Grey and miss Jasmine Fairbanks?" Jason asked coldly.
"How…" Jasmine asked.
Jason gave his shark grin at her.
"My little secret. Now, I answered your question now answer mine. What is it that you want to know?" Jason replied coldly.
"What's the deal with you and Alexis?" Mindy asked/demanded making Jason scowl.
He walked up close to Mindy before he glared down at her making her feel really scared at the raw rage in his eyes.
"The deal with Miss Rhodes and myself are none of your concern!" He spat. "If I find out that you confronted Alexis about this, I will not hesitate; I will ruin your families reputation."
This made Jasmine mad as hell.
"Hey…" Mindy said trying to get the red headed girl's attention but failed as her friend shot her mouth off.
"Is that a threat?" Jasmine snarled hotly.
"Hey!"
"Just a promise." Jason snarled back.
"HEY!" Mindy shouted making everyone look at the trio. "Enough arguing, how about some dueling?"
That made the two look at the girl who wore a smile trying to diffuse the situation. Jason's grin, shark-like, told the answer.
"I will…but if it's going to be two on one, the rules are to be adjusted a bit. For starters, I have twice the original amount of life points." Jason said.
"That's fine with us. If we win though, you tell us EVERYTHING about you and Alexis." Mindy and Jasmine said in unison as they brought out their disks, slid their decks in and activated them.
Jason's right arm changed into his duel disk the eight sounds emitting from the strange transformation as he slid his deck in smoothly.
"Get set to get decked." Jason snarled coldly as he gathered this first five and placed them in his holding slot for his 'hand.'
"Perpare for the storm!" Jasmine shouted as she drew her five cards.
"Time to take center stage!" Mindy squealed as she got her five cards.
Jason: 8000/Jasmine: 4000/Mindy: 4000
"I would say something about pros before…well, you know." Jason said as he drew his sixth card. "But since I'm in the presence of little kids, I will refrain from that."
"HEY! WHO YOU CALLING LITTLE KIDS?!" Jasmine roared as an anime tickmark showed.
"The one's whose screaming her lungs out. Enough bantering, I play my Flier Drone in attack mode."
The flier from Crowler's duel arose in a shaft of light, its visor glowing as it touched down. Jason grabbed two other cards and slid them into his spell/trap card zones.
"I'll end my turn with two facedowns."
Jasmine wordlessly drew her card before looking at it.
"Aw yeah! Duel Academy say hello to my Harpie's brother in attack mode!" Jasmine crowed as placed the monster on her MZ.
(Harpies Brother-Lv/****, Attribute/WIND Type/Winged-Beast, ATK/1800, DEF/600. With eyes like a hawk and a flying speed exceeding Mach 5, this monsteris a master of the sky.)
An armored bird-man appeared next to Jasmine and he glared down at the Metal Flier, feeling threatened by the machine beast. Jasmine grabbed another card and laid it down.
"I'll end my turn with a card facedown. You're up Mindy." Jasmine said with a grin.
"Totally!" Mindy exclaimed as she drew a card.
She looked at the monster and gave a large grin.
"I play Amazoness Swords woman in attack mode!"

A musclebound woman in animal skin for clothing appeared before the three tossing a sword around with grace and finesse.
"Now I declare an attack on your Drone!" Mindy said as she held her hand out.
The woman raced forward as both Mindy and Jasmine smirked…until Jason spoke up.
"If you think your monster's effect is going to help you, think again. Reveal facedown trap card, Cybonic Plague!"
(Cybonic Plague-Type/Trap/Normal. Activate when your opponent declares an attack on a Machine-Type monster. Decrease the ATK of the attacking monster by 2000. All Monster card effects are negated until the End Phase of this turn.)
A light blue and dark purple mist spewed out from the trap card and landed on the swords woman who screamed in pain as the Virus reduced her power.

"In addition to the power loss, your monster's effect is negated as well. Flier! Send that Monster to the junkyard, Energon Blaster Pulse!"
The fliers two arms changed into twin cannons, a sound of them chagrining up filling the semi-empty Hall as everyone was glued to the duel including Professor Beatrice. The flier fired twin shots from the cannons each one striking the woman who screamed in agony before shattering the sword flying back and hitting Mindy in the stomach blade first.

"Mindy! You okay?" Jasmine asked.
"Owie, that hurt Jaden!" Mindy called out.
"A duel is war, Miss Grey. If you can't understand that simple concept then perhaps you do not belong here!" Jason snarled. "Do you end?"
"With these two facedowns, yeah."
Jason drew his card before looking at it; the grin told everyone that it was bad news for the two girls.
"I sacrifice my Flier for my Comms officer, Soundwave!"
The silent con took the place of Flier, his visor blank as always. Mindy and Jasmine shook in fear; they new of the Con's ability and thanks to it, they're facedowns would be at risk…if it wasn't for Jasmine's jumping at the opportunity.
"Reveal facedown trap card! Icarus Attack!"

"I get rid of my Harpie's Bro and destroy your Soundwave and your facedown card!"
Jason didn't even as much as scowl as the two monsters were destroyed; instead he just gave his shark grin.
"Activate Trap from the Grave, Contingency plan-21b."

"Thanks to you destroying my Plan, I can bring forth two monsters whose level is equal to or less then ten stars. That means…you just bent yourself over a desk and got screwed…hard." Jason explained making the two's eyes go wide. "I summon to the field, my ace monster, Megatron and the Medical Officer, Knockout to the field in attack mode!"

Two Machines arose from the cards, a red and white robot with slender fingers and a body that screamed that he took care of himself. The second one was much larger then the red one; in fact the red one's height only came up to the giant's lower chest, if the red one ever needed to get the giant's attention he would have to extend one of his arms and tap the shoulder just to get the giant's attention.
The giant had spiked shoulders and a barrel chest showing that he was a fighter of some sort. One his left arm was a massive cannon looking device that glowed and hummed with energy. The Insignia of the Decepticons was emblazed on the middle of the giant's chest and pulsed like a heartbeat. Ruby red optics glowed as jagged teeth gritted as it glared down its opponents.
"Now witness my full might…first up I use Knockout's Effect and bring Soundwave back from my Graveyard."
The silent Communications Con arose from a dark hole with several glyphs moving to the left and right. The Con stood hunched over before exploding into action, his claws lashing out as a loud sonic pulse emitted from the visor that rattled the windows.
"Next up I use Soundwave's effect so that I may see your two facedown cards."
Soundwave extended the lines and plugged them into two cards before his visor lit up with two cards; a card depicting a graveyard and another with a group of women readying their bows. Jason shook his head.
"Call of the Haunted and Amazoness Archers…a novice combination but a decent combo nonetheless. But Prime isn't the only one with weapons of mass destruction. I play from my hand the Iacon Relic, Resonance Blaster and equip it to Soundwave!"
(Resonance Blaster-Type/Spell/Equip. You can equip this to "Soundwave", "Knockout" or "Megatron". Once per turn, during the battle phase, you can negate the activation of a Spell and/or Trap card.)
A strange gun appeared in Soundwave's hands before it adjusted itself to fit more comfortably as the silent bot pointed it. Jason gained a small smirk as he raised his left hand.
"Now…Knockout, attack Miss Grey directly!" Jason ordered the medical bot.
"HAH! All that talk and you're just walked right into Minnie's traps!" Jasmine boasted making Mindy nod.
"Yep, I use the trap card, Call of the Haunted to get my Swordswoman back!" Mindy said revealing the card.
"I think not. Soundwave, if you please?" Jason asked the FIC.
Soundwave simply nodded before he pointed his blaster hand and pressed the trigger. There was several sonic blasts that tore through the hall making several tables skid across the room. Once the sonic blasts reached the card, several hairline cracks appeared before the card hologram glowed white and shattered.
Mindy's eyes went wide with Jasmine's following close behind.
"Wh…wh…what?!" Mind got out before she was shocked via Knockout's lightning prod.
Jason: 8000/Jasmine: 4000/Mindy: 0
"The Resonance Blaster…a deadly weapon that uses Sonic Blasts to disorient and utterly destroy whatever the blaster is targeted at. It has the power to negate the activation of a spell or trap card during the battle phase." Jason explained to the smoking teenage girl. "Then there was one. Soundwave, Attack Jasmine directly."
The Con communications officer detached a piece of his armor that changed into the form of a bird and flew through the air screeching like a bird. It fired off several laser bolts that struck Jasmine with deadly accuracy.
Jason: 8000/Jasmine: 1700
"Is this the best the Obelisk Blue dorm has to offer? Worthless. Megatron, End this."
Jason jabbed his thumb down making the holographic being of his gang namesake grin with evil. A blade extended from out underneath his cannon and he took a slow steady step forward, making the entire room tremble at his step.
Jasmine looked on in fear at the towering giant as it got closer and closer to her; the blood ruby eyes glowed with hunger and darkness that threatened to consume her as they bore through into her soul.
Everyone gasped as there was a flash of steel and a single slice of blue against a black background. The black background revealed right away what the blue line was. It showed Megatron's arm in an arc, the blue line going right through the red head's lower part of her torso to her left shoulder. Jasmine gasped sharply as she felt the hologram's blade phase through her; the safety measures were in place, but…
That…that felt REAL! That attack felt real! Jasmine thought as she fell to her knees, the phantom pain leaving her panting as she stared at the boy…no, that wasn't a boy. That was…something much worse.
"That's Game and that's over." Jason said as his disk transformed back to an arm. "And since I won, I tell you this. Firstly I'm not Jaden, I'm Jason his twin. Get that straight right now. Second, don't go prying into either Miss Rhodes past or my brother's relationship. If I find out you did…well, that phantom pain you feel Miss Fairbanks? It WILL be real next time."
Jason turned on his heel as the bell rang as several students headed over to the kneeling red and Mindy raced to her friend's side shaking her out of her stunned induced coma. A single question echoed in the silent hall.
"What are you?" Jasmine asked quietly.
No one saw Jason's deep frown.
"I don't know myself." He simply said as he left the hall.
