Hello...Uhh tbh i never planned on finishing this. I haven't been back for I think 3 years now. I looked back and saw the reviews begging me to finish it and it reminded me of all of you. How much you all loved my stories. How much you al waited for a chapter to release like it was something you actually waited for.

So...i said fuck it, i'll give it a shot to finish at least one. You guys deserve that much. I'm sorry if i'm not as good as i used to be. I looked through the reviews and some of you are still on here so i hope you appreciate that i came back. I know that in 3 years a lot of you have probably forgotten about me.

Alright enough of my rambling. Let's get on with it.

Simon could barely breathe. He was sweating so much it was hard to grip the steering wheel. He kept driving down the road, not having a clue where to go, what do do. Alvin is on his way to jail. Simon kept blaming himself over and over in his head.

"You should have gone back for him!" he thought to himself

He drove slow to avoid attention. The last thing he needs right now is cops. He kept thinking of what he could do. There was only one option. He pulled his phone out, careful to keep his focus on the road. He dialed a number and put it to his ear.

At The Seville House

Brittany laid in her bed, on her phone, scrolling through social media. Jeanette sat in the chair in the living room reading a book. Theo and Ellie were in the kitchen baking brownies. Everyone was just trying to take their mind off things. After Alvin and Simon stormed out Dave lost it. He started yelling and couldn't calm down for hours. Claire finally talked him down to a civil level. After that everyone just looked for an activity to pass the time and not make dave mad.

Jeanette's ears perked up when her phone vibrated. She looked over to the coffee table and saw it light up and continue buzzing. She picked it up and opened her eyes wider. She looked around before answering it and slowly snuck her way to the back yard for more privacy. She put the phone to her ear.

"Simon, where are you, what's going on?"

"Jean listen" he muttered

She could tell something was wrong just by the sound of his voice.

"I need your help"

Alvin sat in a cage in the back of a squad car, leaning against the wall, his arms crossed. He looked on the dashboard where the cop had set his phone. He sighed.

"Fuck me" he mumbled under his breath

The car stopped. The back door opened and the cage started to move. Alvin was taken inside and set on a desk.

"Got an interesting bust today, Helen" The cop said to the front desk lady

"Oh yea? What do you got for us today"? She asked

"One of them singing chipmunk boys"

"No way, really? Which one?"

"Uhhhh I'm not sure. We'll find out once he goes through processing"

Alvin looked around. Some more people from the beach were being brought in. Alvin listened in on the conversations.

"We got 8 counts of intoxicated in public and 3 counts of possession of illegal drugs"

Alvin got nervous. He didn't know what kind of charges they'd be pinning on him. Or of anyone at the beach would give him up to save their own ass. After all he paid for the booze. All he could do was sit and wait.

Brittany was interrupted in her social media surfing when Jeanette burst into the room.

"We got a problem" she said

"What's up?" brittany asked, curious

"Alvin's in trouble"

Brittany's ears dropped.

"What kind of trouble?"

"Follow me" said Jean, walking out of the room

Brittany followed her to the back yard. There was Simon. Leaning up against his car.

"Where's Alvin?" She asked, sounding almost panicked

"I'll explain on the way. We'll have to take your car. Mine's only got two seats" he said, looking at Jean

Jeanette nodded and ran inside to get her keys. Simon opened the shed and pushed his car inside. He didn't want to risk making noise and Dave coming outside. He uncovered Jeanette's purple Jeep. Jean came back out with her keys and handed them to Simon. The climbed into the jeep and drove out of the shed. During the ride Simon filled them in on what had happened. Brittany could barely move. She was paralyzed with fear. What would happen to Alvin?

They drove down the road. Brittany looked at the clock. 8:00 pm. The sun was going down. She looked at her phone to try not to freak out.

"We're here" said Simon, pulling up to a curb

Brittany looked up. She read the sign on the building across the street.

"Orange County Sheriff's Office"

Alright there you have it. The next chapter. 3 years later. Sorry I kinda disappeared. I'll see how many reviews I get on this chapter and if there's a lot wanting more I'll do more. So long for now.
