A.N./ XD geez i need to work out a schedule to where i can get a chapter out every few days. ;-; but im running on low motivation. ANYWAYS! the "date with gray" thing is happening. ENJOY!
With Hinata...
Hinata sighed in frustration while looking at herself in the mirror for the millionth time. Tonight was her date with gray and she couldn't decide on what to wear. She currently had on a lavender crop top and a pair of dark skinny jeans with her combat boots. As she looked at herself she noticed the earrings gajeel made her for her birthday last year (they were tiny swords that were surprisingly super sharp). Now she was trying to figure out what she was going to do her hair since it grew so long.
"why did she have to use that stupid ointment on my wounds? I mean its healed and all but damn! my hair and nails are too long now!" She started braiding it when there came a knock on the door.
"Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck" she said quickly finishing and running towards the door and opening it. And there stood gray roses in hand. in his underwear. "Nice boxers Fullbuster" Gray quickly looked down and scrambled around looking for his clothes after finding them and putting them on he blushed a deep crimson and apologized.
"So...where are we going?"
"I was thinking we could go the new cafe that opened up down the street from the guild" gray said as he rubs the back of his head.
"that sounds nice" Hinata said as the awkward silence ensued. After 5 minutes of the silence gray sighed.
"Hinata...theres something I gotta tell you."
"what is it gray?"
"I think I'm in love with someone el-"
"you got the hots for juvia huh?" hinata said with a smile.
"y-yeah how'd you know?" Gray said blushing madly.
"Oh please how does nobody else know is the question. Besides, I'm kinda into someone else too"
"Phew. Im so glad you understand! Wait...who are you into?"
"Nobody and, you aren't off the hook yet Fullbuster"
"What?" Gray got a shade or two paler.
"thats right! You made me get dressed all nice for nothing. So even if we are friends you are still taking me to get some food god damnit."
"you call that dressing nice?" that earned a headbutt straight to the face.
At the Cafe some time later...
"AND BAM! I HIT HIM SO HARD HE HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL" Hinata said loudly while laughing.
"i know how that feels" Gray mumbled holding his sore nose making hinata giggle but noticed whip cream on gray's face.
"hold still you got something on your face"
With Natsu...
As Hinata and Gray were hanging out Natsu walked past the cafe and seen them through the front window. He stopped to wave to Hinata but then he noticed Hinata was leaning too close for comfort to his rival. With fire in his veins he marched into the cafe.
With Hinata...
There came a violent ring from the cafe's entrance Hinata stopped what she was doing to look up and seen a flash of pink. "Shit" Gray looked at her with a questioning look then turned around only to have someone sit next to him, slamming him roughly into the wall of the booth they were sitting in.
"Hey there Hammer," Natsu greeted with a smile before looking at gray paused looking over at him with a glare "Stripper" There was an icy, heavy tension in the room after Natsu's sudden arrival . After an hour Gray got up and said "Hey guys I think I'm gonna head to the guild" Natsu mentally cheered.
"Oh well how about we come with you?" Hinata asks innocently turning away from Natsu. Natsu shook his head to Gray, telling him to say no. Gray smirked.
"That would be great!" Hinata smiled innocently then turned towards Natsu (who was silently telling gray he was going to murder him before noticing Hinata was looking and smiled at her) with that the group made their way to Fairy Tail and thank god it was close because as soon as they opened the door it was pouring.
With The Ninjas..
"Kakashi is this the place?" Gai asked getting soaked with rain as they approached a bustling city.
"According to this map this is magnolia and Fairy Tail should be righhhht-" He points ahead to the huge building across town. "over there"
"Well lets hurry up and get out of this rain" Ino complained shivering.
"Alright everyone this way." Gai says to the group.
"You guys are going to Fairy Tail?" A deep, gruff voice came from behind them and they all turned and took a defensive stance seeing a hooded figure behind them.
"Yes why?" Neji Spoke up.
The person nudged the hood off. But still didn't show their face. "I'm a member. I just got back from a mission so if You want me to take you there you better hurry. I got someone waiting on me." And with that they all went off towards Fairy Tail.
"wait! We didn't get your name!" Kiba says to the hooded person.
"Tch. You can call me Gajeel."
"Whos waiting for you at Fairy Tail Gajeel?"
"Family"
"What's the-"
"Shut up runt we're here" Kiba Glared until he looked up at a huge pair of double doors.
"Welcome to Fairy Tail" Gajeel grumbled pushing open the doors.
