Okay, here's another chapter for the story. In this chapter, we will see Naruto's relationship with Endou, like how do they know each other. We also see how different the Raimon Eleven will be without Kidou joining their school. And a lot of other things! Let's get rolling!

Chapter 1: Friends Reunion

"Really!" Endou Mamoru, captain and goalkeeper of the Raimon Eleven, exclaimed happily as Otonashi told them the news. He was wearing his goalkeeper uniform and an orange headband. "Awesome! Kidou won their game!"

Gouenji Shuuya, a boy with spikey, pale-blond hair wearing the number 10 jersey, smirked. He held a palm out to Endou, who grinned and punched the palm, not hard.

"Yes," Otonashi said with a smile. "At first, they were in a disadvantage."

"What do you mean by that?" Someoka Ryuugo, a tough-looking kid with magenta hair wearing the 11 jersey, asked.

"In the start of the first half, Zeus Junior scored five points in a row and didn't let Teikoku touch the ball," Otonashi said, causing the people in front of her to stare in shock.

"F-f-five shots in a row?" Kabeyama Heigorou, a big boy with a green afro wearing the jersey number 3, stuttered.

"Yes," Otonashi said, remembering how strong Zeus Junior was. "But they managed to turn the tables around with 5-8!"

"Cool!" Endou exclaimed with a grin. "How did they win?"

"There was another player," Otonashi explained as she pulled out her trusty notebook. "He was originally the captain before Onii-chan."

"What's his name?"Gouenji asked, curious.

"His name is Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze," Otonashi replied, remembering the blond, whisker-marked boy.

"Eh!" Endou exclaimed, surprising everyone. "Naruto is Teikoku's captain!"

"You know him?" Someoka asked, looking at Endou.

"Yeah," Endou replied as he remembered the old times. "The two of us used to play soccer when we were in grade school. Man, he was a natural! He could keep playing for weeks and he still on't get tired! That guy has unlimited stamina!"

"What happened to him?" Kabeyama asked, looking very curious.

"We were supposed to go to Raimon together and join the soccer club last year," Endou said with a smile. "But he had to move away. He promised that we'll play again on the same field. And he never breaks a promise."

"Really?" Someoka asked.

Endou nodded with a grin. He was excited. Naruto was back, and sounded stronger than before.

"Alright!" Endou suddenly exclaimed. "Let's keep training!"

Everyone smiled at that. It seems that their over-energetic captain just got more fired up.

Meanwhile, in Teikoku Academy, Naruto and Kidou were looking at Genda and Sakuma, who were now bedridden and being tended due by Haku and Hinata. The two transferred to Teikoku along with Naruto and became the managers for the team. Haku and Hinata were in charge of the team's medical and physical conditions.

"I'm afraid that their injuries would prevent them from playing in the next game," Haku said. "But the good news is that they'll be able to play in the finals."

"That's good," Kidou said with relief.

"I can't believe we're going to be bedridden!" Genda exclaimed.

"Cheer up," Naruto said with a grin. "Besides, you two are still going to train."

"How?" Sakuma asked, confused. There was no way they can train while lying in bed.

Naruto pulled out two notebooks and threw them to Genda and Sakuma, who caught it by surprise.

"Those are the notes of Hissatsu techniques I've been working on," Naruto explained as they opened the notes. "Study them, memorize and once you can stand, practice."

"Captain," Genda said, getting their attention. "There's one problem."

"Yeah?" Naruto asked as Genda and Sakuma showed them the notes, which were messy, child-like doodles.

"We can't read these," they said in a deadpanned tone.

Naruto sweat dropped and chuckled sheepishly. He developed a weird habit of doodling his soccer plays due to reading Mamoru's grandpa's notebook when they were kids. He explained to the two what those techniques are and how they work.

After explaining it to them, the two started studying the Hissatsu techniques with fervor. Naruto and Kidou left the two alone.

"So where have you've been all this time, Captain?" Kidou asked as the two exited the school.

"I've been around a lot of places," Naruto replied with a shrug. "There are a lot of strong players out there, Kidou. And they taught me a lot. Guess me getting banned from the team was a good thing, in a way."

Kidou nodded, thinking about what he said. Last year, both of them joined the team. It was there that Kidou found someone he could call his rival. Naruto managed to match his tactics and skill and go even beyond that. He even helped the team, turning them into a well-oiled machine. The team even became friends with each other.

However, Naruto never see eye to eye with Kageyama. Naruto wanted to play fair, but Kageyama wanted to use cheap tricks to achieve victory. They continued arguing until the day of the finals. Before the match, Kageyama banned Naruto on the team, much to their shock.

Naruto just grinned and handed the captain armband to Kidou before walking away, promising that he will return. Teikoku won their match with ease since their opponent's ace player was absent. Kidou had a feeling that Kageyama was behind it.

"So Kidou," Naruto said, getting his friend's attention. "You know any good ramen shops here? I'm hungry!"

Kidou sweat dropped. He forgot about Naruto's addiction to ramen.

Later…

"Man!" Naruto exclaimed with a satisfied grin. "That hit the spot!"

He and Kidou were inside Rairaiken, which was being run by an old man with a scruffy beard wearing a purple bandana and shades. The man was currently staring at the towers of bowls stacked in front of them.

"Do you have a black hole for a stomach kid?" the man asked as he put the dishes away and started washing them.

"Nope, I just love ramen, dattebayo!" Naruto replied with a grin.

Kidou just looked at his untouched ramen. He lost his appetite when he watched Naruto devour about a hundred and twenty bowls. His stomach wasn't even bloated!

"Hey, you gonna finish that?" Naruto asked, pointing at the ramen.

Kidou just pushed the bowl towards Naruto, who thanked him before he practically inhaled the food. As he finished, the door opened and a big group entered.

"Hey, Coach!" Endou called as he, Gouenji, Someoka, Kazemaru, a boy with blue hair tied to a ponytail that covered his left eye, entered the room.

They stopped when they saw Naruto, Kidou and the tower of ramen bowls.

"Mamoru!"

"Naruto!"

The two friends ran towards each other and clasped hands, grinning.

"You know each other?" Kidou asked, looking at Naruto and Endou.

"Yeah!" Naruto exclaimed as he slung an arm over Endou's shoulder. "Mamoru and I go way back, dattebayo!"

"So you're really Teikoku's captain?" Endou asked as Naruto let go.

"Yep," Naruto said with a grin. "You're looking at Teikoku's Maelstrom and Orange Hokage!"

"Awesome!" Endou exclaimed. "So how's it going?"

After Hibiki, Raimon's coach, kicked them out since he was out of noodles, Naruto and Endou went to their old hangout, the Steel Tower Plaza. The two talked about what happened to them, the teams they fought, the players they met and other stuff that happened.

"Still can't believe this thing is still here," Naruto commented as he kicked the tire swing that Endou used for goalkeeper training.

"Yeah," Endou said. "That thing still keeps my skills sharp."

"Glad to hear you training hard," Naruto said as he pulled the tire swing and pushed it with all his strength. Naruto waited as the tire came flying towards him before punching it back. "It's really great to see you again."

"You too!" Endou said as he moved in front of the tire and stopped it with two hands, skidding a few inches back. "I was really surprised when I heard you were Teikoku's captain. Where were you all this time?"

"Let's just say a creepy guy banned me from playing," Naruto replied with a shrug. "But now I'm back."

He then turned to Endou and gave a fierce grin.

"You better make it to the finals, Mamoru," he said. "I won't forgive you if you make me fail to keep my promise, dattebayo."

Endou looked at Naruto and grinned as well.

"Yeah," he said. "We'll finally play on the same field."

The two friends stared at each other, grinning as the two fist bumped.

Meanwhile, Kina Aki, a girl with short, green hair, was humming happily in her room. The team were doing great, though they were having problems with their timing. But she believed that they will find a way to overcome that problem.

Suddenly, her cellphone rang. She picked it up and saw that it was an unknown caller. Curious, she answered it.

"Hello?" she asked. Suddenly, her eyes widened. "Eh…Ichinose-kun?"

The Next Day…

"Come on, guys," Naruto called as he stood in front of the goal. "Is that the best you got?"

They just grinned and continued their onslaught. The team, minus Genda and Sakuma, were training for their next match. Naruto told them that he found a coach that could help them become stronger, along with another manager and teammate.

They asked who they were, but he just said that it was a surprise.

"Here I go, Captain!" Jimon shouted as he threw the ball into the air before kicking it multiple times with both feet.

"Hyakuretsu(Super Severe) Shot!" he shouted as he sent the ball with a backflip kick.

Naruto grinned as the ball was going towards him. He pulled his right arm back. His fist was gathering a lot of red energy before he unleashed it.

"Demon Hand!" he shouted as a dark red, clawed, astral hand appeared, stopping the shot. The giant hand closed around the ball before it dispersed, leaving the ball in Naruto's hands.

"Strong as ever," Kidou said with his arms cross.

"With Naruto back, Teikoku will win that championship!" Wataru said with a grin.

They all stopped when they heard someone clapping. They all turned and Naruto grinned as three people entered the field. The first one was a girl with green eyes and long, platinum blond hair tied to a ponytail wearing purple. The second was a boy with brown hair styled in a Mohawk with grey eyes. The last person was a man with white, anti-gravity defying hair, his face covered by a bottom mask and a headband that covered his left eye and has a posture of laziness. Slung over his shoulder was a duffel bag.

"That was a good catch, Naruto-kun," the man said, giving an eye smile.

"Thanks, Coach Kakashi," Naruto said with a grin.

His teammates all stared at the man in shock. This lazy-looking guy was their new coach. Naruto then turned to the girl and boy.

"Been awhile, Ino-chan, Fudou," Naruto greeted. "How are you guys?"

"We're alright," Ino replied with a smile.

"Hmph, it's been boring," Fudou said with a smirk. "Can't wait to be in the same team again, Naruto-kun."

Kidou looked at the three newcomers. So these were the new members of the team. Since Naruto was the one who scouted them, they could be strong allies.

"Alright team," Kakashi called, getting their attention. "Gather up!"

Everyone all ran in front of their new coach.

"Since you don't know who I am, I'll introduce myself," Kakashi said with a lazy tone. "I'm Kakashi Hatake. My likes and dislikes are something I'll keep to myself and my dreams are unimportant."

"I'm Ino Yamanaka," Ino said. "My likes are my friends, families, flowers and shopping. My dislikes are perverts and lazy people. My dream is to one day take over my dad's job as head of the police force."

"Hm, guess it's my turn," Fudou said with a smirk. "'I'm Fudou Akio. I like making strategies and messing with the opponent. I dislike things I can't figure out. My dream is? Who cares?"

The team stared at the three people, not knowing how to react to the weird introduction.

"Well?" Naruto said, snapping them out of their attention. "Aren't you going to introduce yourselves? I'll go first. I'm Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze. My likes are soccer, the color orange, pranks and ramen. My dislikes are corrupt people, the three minutes it takes to cook instant ramen and ghosts! My dream is to surpass my father, dattebayo!"

Kakashi eye smiled at that introduction. Soon, the rest of the team started introducing themselves. Once that was done, Kakashi clasped his hands together.

"Well now, let's start training," he said in a happy tone. He dropped the bag that he was carrying. When it hit the ground, dust came flying everywhere. The team, minus Naruto, stared at the duffel bag in shock as Kakashi opened it, revealing weights.

"You started by putting this on," he said as he picked up a weight. "This weighs 20 lbs. and there is one for each of you."

They stared at the man in shock. He was carrying that thing and he didn't even looked tired.

"Well?" Kakashi said with an eye smile. "Put that on and we'll start training."

Naruto grinned as he grabbed the weights. This was going to be one heck of a week.

And that's a wrap. So Kakashi is the new coach and Fudou has joined Teikoku early. Don't worry, True Teikoku will appear, but instead of Fudou, I'll use a Naruto character.

Also, Hinata, Haku and Ino are Teikoku's managers. Hinata and Haku are responsible for the physical and medical conditions while Ino will be responsible for information. Kakashi will also be the coach of Teikoku.

And you also noticed about Aki getting the phone call from Ichinose early. So instead of Kidou, it will be Ichinose.

Well, that's all. Next chapter, Teikoku's training and their next opponents, the Pirates of Soccer! See you later!
