Okay, me am back from the outside world, burning all my tests and notes. I laughed as the white papers with F on them turned black. Hahahaha! That was satisfying. Anyway, welcome back to Maelstrom of Teikoku, where Naruto and his team will face the jerk known as Sasuke and his team, Sound Eleven. How will match go?

Chapter 3: The Player Who Steals

Naruto was snoring loudly on his futon, his sleeping hat the shape of a dog was snug at his head. In his room, there was a T.V. with some videogames, a desk where he studies, a bookshelf and on his walls were posters of soccer and ramen. On the desk was a worn out blue headband and a picture of a man with tanned skin, blue eyes, spikey blonde hair with bangs framing his face. He was giving a foxy grin as he held a soccer ball. He was wearing a soccer jersey and a blue headband

"Hm…Ramen…Soccer…" Naruto said with a drool. "Ramen…Strike...hm…"

A small figure hop on his chest and stared at him curiously. It was a small kit with bright orange fur, its bushy tail swirling back and forth. It touched Naruto's face with its paw, trying to wake him up.

"Hmm…Ramen…Wall…" Naruto muttered, making another Ramen themed hissatsu.

The kit gave an annoyed look before using its tail to tickle Naruto's nose. His nose twitched violently as the kit continued tickling until he sneezed.

"Uwah?" he said as he rubbed his nose and noticed the kit staring at him. "Oh, morning Tomo."

He petted Tomo on the head, causing the small fox to purr in delight before he yawned.

"Sochi-kun!" a voice downstairs exclaimed. "Breakfast is ready! Go and take a shower before you're late."

"Hai, Kaa-chan!" Naruto said as he got up from his bed. He grab his towel and his school uniform before walking out his room.

After a quick shower, Naruto was walking downstairs with Tomo on his shoulder. He entered the kitchen and saw a beautifu, red-haired woman with violet eyes placing breakfast on the table.

This was Kushina U. Namikaze, his mother. She was in her thirties and looked like a supermodel wearing a green house dress and white shirt.

"Morning, Kaa-chan," Naruto said as he sat down on the table, Tomo jumping off his shoulder.

"Morning," his mother said with a smile. "You got a big day ahead of you, so eat up, Sochi."

"Hai. Itadakimasu," Naruto said before eating his breakfast, which was a bowl of rice, some pickles, miso soup and grilled fish.

"Do you have any tests today?" Kushina asked as she sat down and ate her breakfast.

"Nope," Naruto replied as he asked for seconds. "That's next week. Today, I'm just gonna train with my team."

"Alright then, but don't slack of your studies," her mother said as a cold aura appeared all over her. "You know what'll happen if you fail you class, dattebane?"

"H-hai," Naruto said fearfully. She was kind most of the time, but when he does something wrong, it'll be more painful than any training he had gone through. Kushina smiled brightly, the aura disappearing instantly.

Once he finished his breakfast, he bid his mother goodbye, patted Tomo on the head before running out the house, which was just a simple, two floor house.

He started jogging to school, thinking about Sound Academy's ace player, Sasuke Uchiha. From the date they gathered, Sasuke was talented in soccer, but he has an ego the size of Texas. He enjoys talking down people he think are weak and destroying them in the game. At one game, he received a red card for breaking a player's leg on purpose.

Naruto instantly dislike him. He hate people like him, that's why he doesn't get along with Kageyama, who would look down on those who work hard.

"Well, those two are connected," Naruto mumbled as he reached the school gates. "No wonder I don't like him."

Later…

Naruto and the team were sitting in their special training room, a room that Kakashi designed. It was called 'Paradise' and it was painful. They had to block soccer balls going at hundred miles per hour, dodge burning balls while running through a tightrope, jumping rope while running on a giant treadmill, and jumping through rings while hopping on moving platforms.

Now, they were discussing tactics on facing Sound in two days. Kakashi stood next to a giant screen as Ino readied the data.

"Sound Academy was recently founded a year ago," Ino said as she looked at her data. "The coach is Orochimaru Uwabami."

"I heard of him," Kidou said as he crossed his arms. "He was one of the greatest soccer players in Teikoku Acaemy and Japan before he started using…questionable methods on winning. It was never proven that he did those, but since then, he never played again."

"So what do you know about the players?" Naruto asked.

"Well, there are the Sound Four; Tayuya, Jirobo, Kidomaru and Sakon and Uko," the screen showed five players, one was a girl with red hair, the second one was a fat guy with a Mohawk, the third one was a guy with dark skin and hair tied to a pineapple and the last one were a pair of twins with gray hair and pail skin. "They're the midfielders of Sound and whenever they have the ball, the players can't get it."

"The next ones are Kin, Dosu and Zaku and they're the defenders. No one has been able to get through their defenses easily," the screen showed a girl with black hair, a guy covered in bandages and another guy with spikey hair slicked forward.

"Then there's Kimimaro and Kabuto, the forwards of the team. Together, they can destroy any defense," the screen showed two guys with white hair. One of them has shoulder length hair and silver eyes while the other one has a ponytail and glasses."

"And then there's Sasuke Uchiha, the captain and ace player of Sound Eleven," the screen showed Sasuke with his arrogant smirk on his face. "He's known as 'the Hissatsu Stealer,' since he can copy anyone's hissatsu with just a single glance."

"Seriously?" Jimon said in shock.

"They sound strong," Naruto said. "So all we have to become stronger than them. Well, sounds simple, right?"

"Hmph, simple, but not easy," Fudou said with a grin. "But sounds fun."

"Guess that means more training," Kidou said as everyone cheered.

"Then I guess I have to up your training," Kakashi said with an eye smile while the others froze in fear. "Breaks over, get back to training."

They groaned as they stood up and jog to the training course, Ino giggling as she closed her notes. Once training was over, they were in the shower room, enjoying the hot water.

"I can't feel my legs," Wataru groaned.

"I feel woozy," Oono said as he held his stomach.

"I still need to do that book report," Naruto said as he dried his hair. "Just a page more."

"Mind if I copy from it?" Jimon asked.

"Help yourself," Naruto said as he handed him a notebook.

"…I don't think that's allowed," Kidou commented with a sweatdrop. He then noticed Jimon's expression. Thinking that it was like Naruto's soccer notes, it was probably messy and doodles. "You can't read it?"

"…Actually," Jimon said as he showed them the notebook. They all looked at the notes and saw elegant Japanese writing, so elegant that it was like looking at a museum exhibit.

"Er…Captain, whose notebook is this?" Kidou asked as they turned to Naruto, who was now fully clothed.

"It's mine," Naruto said, causing everyone to stare at him. "What? Something on my face?"

"How…How can you write something like this?" Fudou asked in exasperation. He'd seen the soccer notes and it took him a week to even know what one of the technique means, which wasn't a technique but Naruto's name.

"What? The writing?" Naruto said with a shrug. "I always write like that. It's a family trait."

"Then how come you're soccer notes are like one year old's drawings?" Fudou asked.

Naruto looked around the room, like he was making sure the coast was clear. He then motioned his team to come forward, which they all did, some eagerly. He then cupped his mouth and whispered. "It's a secret."

They gave him a deadpanned stare, some had twitching eyes as Naruto took the notebook and whistled as he walked out the room.

"Get plenty of rest, you guys!" he said before exiting the room. "See you tomorrow."

"…he can be really annoying sometimes," Fudou commented, and no one disagreed with him.

As Naruto was walking, he was thinking about the match. Seeing how strong the opponent was, Naruto was thinking of using his other hissatsu.

He grinned. There was no way that copycat can copy these moves. Because only family can use them.

Day of the Match…

"You guys can play now?" Naruto asked as he saw Genda and Sakuma stretching. "Are you sure?"

"Yeah," Genda said with a nod as he turned to Haku and Hinata. "They said that we recovered faster than they thought."

"And they say we can play," Sakuma said.

"Yes, but don't overdo it," Haku said as the two finished stretching. "We don't want you to injure yourselves before the finals."

They nodded before Kakashi ordered them to gather. He gave them the roster and Genda and Sakuma were shock to hear that they weren't in it.

"Coach?" Sakuma asked, getting Kakashi's attention. "Genda and I are ready to play, so why-?"

"You will not be playing," Kakashi said before turning around. Genda and Sakuma lowered their heads. "At least, not yet."

They raised their heads in surprise before smiling a bit. They then exited the lockers and walked into the field, the cheers of the audience greeting their ears. They looked and saw the Sound Eleven walking forward, nasty grins and blank looks on their faces. Orochimaru was walking beside Sasuke, a creepy grin on his face.

"Greetings, Teikoku," he said is a hissy voice. "It's so good to see my old school doing so well after all these years. Too bad that we have to destroy you today."

"You destroy us? You really need more sunshine, because staying in your basement is really messing up your mind," Naruto said as he crossed his arms.

His team looked amused by that while Orochimaru gave an annoyed look. He then gave him a creepy look that made Naruto uncomfortable.

"You…interest me, Naruto-kun," Orochimaru said. "How about you join Sound Academy after you lose?"

"Yeah…I don't swing that way," Naruto said. "I prefer girls. And I mean real girls, not people that tries look like girls, like you."

His team laugh at that while Orochimaru grew red on the face. With a huff, the coaches and subs walked out the field while the players gathered at the center. Naruto and Sasuke faced each other, giving not so friendly looks.

"Heads," Sasuke said as he crossed his arm.

"Tails," Naruto said. The referee flipped the coin before catching it. When he showed it, it was tails.

"Hn, enjoy having the ball while you still can, loser," Sasuke said as he walked away. "You won't be touching it when I have it."

"We'll see, teme," Naruto said before walking to the goal posts.

"Welcome everyone to the FF semi-finals!" Oushou exclaimed. "Today, I feel like we're going to have a spectacular match! Teikoku, who seems to have been reborn, vs the Sound, which has destroyed every team it has faced. Who will win and go to the finals!?"

Everyone cheered as the players got ready to play.

"Okay guys, let's give it our all, 'ttebayo!" Naruto exclaimed as he tightened his gloves.

"Right!"

"You guys better not slow me down," Sasuke threatened his team. They all nodded quietly, though some have very nasty looks giving to Sasuke.

The referee blew the whistle. Fudou kicked the ball to Jimon, who kicked it to Kidou.

"Let's go!" Kidou exclaimed and the forwards and half the midfielders all ran to the field.

Kidou was running towards Kimimaro, but much to his surprise, Kimimaro just stood there, his eyes close.

"What's this?" Oushou exclaimed as he saw Sound's forwards and midfielders not moving. "The Sound aren't doing anything!"

"We don't need them when it comes to defense!" Zaku exclaimed as he and Kin ran to block Kidou. With a smirk, Kidou held the ball between his legs before doing a summersault. When he landed on the ground, the ball split into three and floated around him.

"Illusion Ball!" he exclaimed as Kin and Zaku stared at the three balls. Kidou used the distraction to run pass the two before getting the real ball. Unknown to him, Sasuke was watching him intently.

He passed the ball to Fudou, who grinned before kicking the ball up. He kicked the ball with his right ankle before left knee then left foot.

"Lions' Barrage!" He exclaimed before shooting it with his right heel. The shot was flying towards the goal, the lion roaring loudly.

Dosu stood at the goal before rolling his right sleeve. He made a claw gesture as his arm started vibrating.

"Kyomeisen(Resonating Echo Drill)!" he shouted before jumping and hitting the ball with his palm. They watched as sound waves appeared from his hand before the lion was destroyed.

"He stopped it!" Oushou exclaimed as everyone stared at Sound's goalkeeper.

"That was easy," he said before kicking the ball towards Sasuke, who smirked.

He started running towards the goal on his own, his team not bothering to follow him.

"Hold it!" Narukami exclaimed before sliding at the Sasuke, unleashing a barrage of kicks. "Killer Slide!"

Sasuke jumped up to dodge the tackle before continuing his dribbling. Banjou was running towards him and tried to block him when Sasuke did something surprising; he picked up the ball between his legs and summersaulted, causing the ball to split into three.

"What!?" Kidou exclaimed as he saw Sasuke run pass Banjou before kicking the ball into the air.

He did the same movements Fudou did when he did Lions' Barrage.

"That bastard!" Fudou exclaimed as Sasuke did the heel kick.

"Lions' Barrage!" Sasuke exclaimed as the ball roared towards Naruto.

"Demon Hand!" Naruto exclaimed as he stopped the ball with the red hand. The hand wrapped around the ball before dispersing, stopping the shot.

"He stopped it!" Oushou exclaimed as the audience cheered. "Teikoku's captain stopped Uchiha's shot."

Everyone from Teikoku were still shock at what happened. Two of their moves were just copied in just a second. Sasuke noticed their looks and smirked before walking away.

"Come on guys!" Naruto shouted, getting their attention. "It's not over yet, so keep going, 'ttebayo!"

He kicked the ball and Jimon got it before he started dribbling forward. And just like before, no one tried to stop him.

"Don't look down on us!" Jimon exclaimed as he was about to shoot when Sasuke charged.

"Killer Slide!" he exclaimed as he unleashed a barrage of kicks while sliding towards Jimon, sending him flying while getting the ball.

"Uchiha has stolen the ball, using Teikoku's moves!" Oushou exclaimed. "Now that's just mean!"

Sasuke ran towards the goal with no help, dodging the defenders and midfielders. With a smirk, he kicked the ball into the air before following it, spinning into the air. Naruto's eyes widened when he saw what move Sasuke was about to use.

"Maelstrom Drive!" he shouted as he kicked the ball towards Naruto, swirling energy surrounding the ball.

Naruto was so surprised that he didn't react in time to block it.

"Goal!" Oushou exclaimed. "Uchiha has scored the first goal, using Namikaze's hissatsu!"

"Hahahaha!" Sasuke laughed while sneering at Naruto. "Did you see that, loser? I scored using your own move? How does it feel, loser?"

Naruto looked at the ball before at Sasuke, his eyes cold.

"Honestly? It piss me of," he said as an aura surrounded him. "I'll show you how you really use that move."

"You show me? Ha! That only thing you can show me is your pitiful look as I crush you," Sasuke said before he spread his arms. "This is the difference between those like me and those like you."

"Like you?" Kidou asked, confused.

"I am someone gifted from the heavens!" Sasuke exclaimed in his arrogant voice. "While you're just a fool who thinks that hard work can give you success. People like you should just do what you were meant to do, let the prodigies step on you!"

Everyone stared at Sasuke in shock, except the Sound.

"You see yourself as a prodigy just because you can copy our moves?" Naruto asked as he picked up the ball. "That's hilarious."

"What?" Sasuke asked, looking annoyed at the comment.

"One goal…" Naruto whispered, causing Sasuke to look confuse. Naruto looked up and declared, "You won't score another goal in this net, Uchiha! And that's a promise, dattebayo!"

His teammates looked at him in shock before they grinned and cheered. Once their captain made a promise, he won't break it.

Sasuke glared at Naruto's smirking face.

"I will show you where you belong, Namikaze," Sasuke growled.

"I like to see you try, Uchiha," Naruto said before tossing the ball away.

And there you go. As you can see, I'm a Sasuke hater. I mean, he is just mean. I liked him better when he was helping out in the war, and then he decided to backstab them and try to enslave them using the trapped bijus. I mean come on man, cheap shot!

Anyway, sorry for the wait. Sorry if this chapter is not as long as I have hope. I'm mentally exhausted with working summer time and studying a college entrance exam. Well, hope you like it. If not, I'll make the next chapter better. So yeah, have a good summer and enjoy yourselves. See you later.
