A/N Firstly I am so sorry I haven't updated in around a year I just haven't been inspired to write this story because of joining so many more fandoms and school, I know this isn't a very good excuse. I will be writing this on Wattpad though and my name is ArianaKatnissGranger. I am continuing this story and the reason why I didn't just stop is because a lovely reader on wattpad called sadieanne14 left very nice and encouraging commented on this story, also because I have been reading a lot of Dramione stories recently making me want to update but mostly the lovely reader. I feel like this story will get updated regularly just not as regular as my other stories on wattpad, but I will try. (My other stories are Percy Jackson aka Heroes of Olympus)

At the Library...

Hermione was sat at a table drumming her fingers against the wood. She was waiting for Draco Malfoy to show up so they could get on with the project. She had been waiting there for around an hour and half and it was starting to get on her nerves now, she might as well do the project without him. As she was going to stand up to leave he walked through the door and went straight to the table Hermione was sat at and sat down opposite her. Hermione raised her eyebrows at him and he just ignored her.

"Where have you been?" Hermione asked fury deep in her voice.

"I was doing something." Draco said bluntly.

"What were you-... Wait I don't want to know" Hermione said staring at him with a mixture of rage and disgust in her eyes, Draco just smirked at this comment.

"Good, we may be partners for this project but you are not knowing my personal life." Draco said sternly.

Hermione lowered her head and started writing on her parchment.

"What are you writing?" Draco asked.

She just moved the paper so he could see it.

The Most Uncommon Charms and Most Useful - Project

The Most Uncommon Charms:

That was all that was on the sheet.

"That's all that you have written?" Draco asked with a smirk.

"We have been here for roughly 3 minutes together and I didn't want to start without you." Hermione replied.

"Why didn't you start without me? Did you want to spend more time with me?" Draco shot questions at her.

"I didn't start without you because I want us to both do work, I don't want to do all the work and no, I don't want to spend anymore time then I have to with you." Hermione answered both questions he asked her. "Now go make yourself useful and go get some books." Hermione ordered. Draco was obviously irritated at the fact Hermione just ordered him to do something but he still got up to go get the books. Hermione smiled softly because she made him get up and do something.

Draco returned 5 minutes later holding 6, 500 page books, he heavily dropped the books in front of Hermione who got the one on top and started flicking through it. Draco just sat back down and held his head up by leaning it on his hand.

"Are you not going to help?" Hermione asked the stubborn boy in front of her.

"I've already helped I brought the books to the table." Draco stated. Hermione looked up at this comment and gave him a glare. "What?"

"You're unbelievably stubborn and annoying." Hermione replied. Draco burrowed his eyebrows at this comment and then smirked lifting his head from his hand and smirked at her.

"What do you expect from a Slytherin?" Draco said as an rhetorical question. Hermione rolled her eyes and started writing information and charms on the parchment.

"I don't know how I am going to deal with you." Hermione said while writing.

"You can just look at me that will be good enough reason to stay with me for this project." Draco said while having a genuine smile on his face as she looked up at him her eyes wide and mouth open.

"You're so big headed." Hermione said eventually and started writing again.

"No I'm not. I'm just confident." Draco replied.

"You're not confident, you're arrogant." Hermione said and looked up at Draco with his grey eyes staring at her intently.

"Maybe, maybe not." Draco said back the smirk back on his face. Hermione just shook her head and went back to writing the last bit of information she had found on the page.

"Right, I think that is all we need to do tonight." Hermione said when she was finished.

"So you do want to hang out with me." Draco said his eyes meeting hers.

"No. The project is going on for a month, so I thought that we would separate the project into around 2/3 days per week." Hermione tried to explain.

"Okay then, it's totally not about me being so attractive." Draco said smirking at her face that was frowning at him.

"Fine if that is what you want to believe." Hermione said getting up and putting the parchment into her bag and left the Library.

This left Draco to put the books back by himself. The reason why he was being so friendly was because he liked seeing her so frustrated with him, it amused him greatly and if he had to be with her for a month then he had to amuse himself somehow. He knew not to annoy her too much though because that would just make her hex him and he didn't want that to happen. He was also under so much stress with having to fix the vanishing cabinet it was nice for him to have some kind of relax time even if it was with Hermione Granger. Draco had finished putting the books back and realized what he was thinking about. He was thinking about Hermione Granger. That wasn't right even if it was just because he was annoying her a few minutes ago. He did feel happier when she was with him though...Wait what?! He wasn't happy being with her was he? She was a goody-two-shoes and he was a supreme bad boy why would he like being with her? Because she is a nice person who triesto see the best in everyone? His brain argued. No, he couldn't afford to think like that, especially because he had to do something important and even though he didn't like her he still didn't want her to get hurt, he didn't want anyone to get hurt.

But he would have to hurt someone no matter what...

A/N Hello again. I am sorry this is short but this stories chapters/parts are probably going to be short because I haven't written a Dramione story in a while. Hopefully as I continue writing the story the chapters will get longer. I also decided to end this part with another little thought-future kind of thing. Do you like those? If you don't I can stop doing them. Anyway I will probably upload a new part every week or two, it depends on school but I am breaking up for easter soon so I am going to be updating a lot more.
