I can't believe I said that to Draco Malfoy. What the Merlin was I actually thinking? How on Earth am I meant to make him fall in love with me? More importantly why did he agree to it? Did he really think that he would have no chance of falling in love with me so he agreed, because if so that's a little unfair. I was tempted to ask Ginny for help because clearly she was way better at romance than me. I looked down at my food that I hadn't even touched because I didn't feel like eating.

"Hermione Granger eat some food right now. What's wrong? You have been acting strange for a few weeks now, is Malfoy really giving you that hard of a time?" Harry asked clearly concerned for me. I took a bite of the food and my hunger suddenly hit me so I started eating it all. Harry looked over to Ron who just shrugged. He then looked at Ginny who also shrugged as a response. After I finished eating I looked up to see Harry staring at me.

"Why are you staring at me?" I asked feeling slightly uncomfortable under his gaze which was unusual.

"I'm just worried about you." He answered.

"There is no need to be worried I am fine I just have a lot on my mind." I explained.

"What is on your mind?" Ron asked.

"It's none of your business, it's secret." I said while biting my bottom lip nervously.

"Yeah definitely acting weird." Ron said to nobody in particular.

"I'm fine just drop it." I snapped and then felt bad for snapping at my friends, they were only worried about me it's just that they seriously couldn't know about Draco's mission(s)because it would just make things worse. "Sorry, I'm just tired." I lied but they couldn't tell that I lied because they just nodded and carried on their previous conversation. Ginny looked at me with a curious expression on her face.

"So...what happened with Draco?" Ginny asked slowly, we were back in the girls dormitory now so Ginny, being the nosey person she is would obviously ask that.

I sighed before saying. "Ginny, you can't tell anyone this and I mean it." She nodded so I carried on. "Draco is up to something and I don't know what, it was your boyfriend that set me up on this mission to find it out. Draco refuses to tell me what it is and I kind of jokingly said that if I make him fall in love with me would he tell me and he said yes...So now I need to figure out a way to make Draco fall in love with me before he does something stupid." I explained making sure not to tell her the specific details about Draco.

"So a plan to make Draco fall in love with you...interesting. I am slightly shocked you even said that to him." She said while giggling slightly.

"I don't know what I was thinking to be perfectly honest." I said with a shy smile afterwards.

"Oh Hermione." Ginny said and then started laughing properly. "So you have come to me for guidance." Ginny said seriously.

"Well you asked a question and I answered it, I didn't really come to you for guidance but I kind of need it." I admitted.

"Well I am extremely good at romance." She said while fluttering her eyelashes which made me laugh.

"Ginny, I need serious help how do I make someone especially him fall in love with me?" I asked.

"Well...I don't really know, it has mostly been the guys chasing after me to be honest with you." She said with an unsure smile.

"Great, you are so helpful." I said while looking down at the floor.

"Well, do you have a deadline?" She asked.

"I don't know, it depends when he finishes what he is doing I guess but I don't know anything about it." I answered.

"Right advice time, don't follow him around like the girls that follow him around in the school because by the look on his face he seems to find them annoying. I advice you to get to know him, get to know what he likes and dislikes such as his favourite book, favourite movie. Oh you could even suggest books and movies to him, talk about Quidditch to him." Ginny suggested.

"Good ideas but what if he doesn't like books or movies and I literally have no idea about anything to do with Quidditch." I argued.

"Hermione, he likes books I can tell you that now. I'm not sure about movies though so maybe wait for the movie one. As for Quidditch I am going to announce that me and Blaise are dating soon and I will probably watch him practice you could come with." Ginny suggested.

"He is letting you watch him practice, but what about strategies?" I questioned.

"I'm his girlfriend and he knows I'm better at Quidditch than him so I don't think he cares." She said with a smile.

"So get to know him basically?" I asked.

"Yep." Ginny said and popped the 'p'. "It will probably be easier than you think if what Blaise said is true about Draco having a crush on you."

"Draco denied it when you left." I explained.

"...Wow I am seriously going to knock their heads together soon." Ginny muttered quietly but I could still hear her. "Hermione you are an idiot. He flirts with you and the way Blaise talks about him I think it's pretty obvious." She said and looked to the side.

"Draco talks about me to Blaise?" I asked not believing her one bit, does she think I'm that gullible?

"Well Blaise always says about how Draco is constantly checking you out, so not talks as such more of isn't being secretive." Ginny said cheekily.

"He checks me out?!" I asked outraged.

"Why are you mad most girls would love that. And you're a pretty girl Hermione I think most guys are probably checking you out but being more discrete than Draco is." Ginny said while laughing again.

I still didn't believe her but at least I had a rough idea on how to get to know Draco to help the progression of him falling in love with me.
