"The company is here."

The bruised girls squinted when the door of the dungeon opened exposing a bright light. Giriko stood in front of the white light; he ordered the henchmen standing beside him to grab the three worthless prisoners. Maka fought back with all her strength; Kid was lifted and thrown over the shoulder of one of the men, hanging unconscious; Tsubaki willing followed the men behind Kid and Maka. The three enter a room where Arachne sits on her throne. Tsubaki examined the room; she saw the webs that lead to the hungry spiders hanging on her walls, the obedient henchmen waiting for her single command, fading bones scattered throughout the room, and her twisted smile darkening the room slowly. Arachne lowered her violet fan, flashing a devious grin to the three of her prisoners. With a wave of her hand, her servants grabbed Tsubaki, Maka and Kid and tossed them into separate cages. The cages were all made of steel, each holding a different keyhole to open the enclosure. Each of the boxes ascended to the ceiling where the three of them have been hanged as decorations. Tsubaki watched as her friends were being displayed as piñatas hanging from the ceiling. She felt the soft cold steel rub against her feet, she watched the torment she and her friends received from the henchmen, the jubilance in Giriko's eyes as he saw us put to shame and the buffoonery shown around the room. But one look caught the raven haired woman's eyes; the gloomy look of agony. Mifune eyes matched Tsubaki's plum eyes. He desired nothing but to save her, but his jealousy caused her doom. Mifune couldn't stand to face the betrayal he bestowed upon Tsubaki and her friends. Before Mifune walked out from the torment, he looked up to see Tsubaki one last time. Tsubaki glared into Mifune's eyes and mouthed I hate you slowly. She stared deep into his eyes and tears burst from hers. Tsubaki felt the anger build her chest, exploding her heart like a missile. Her hot tears left her eyes, leaving traces behind on her cheeks. As Tsubaki wiped the water from her face, her eyes caught attention to a man running to Arachne. Arachne lowered her face to listen to the man's concern. She finally stood from her seat, silencing everyone around her. With darkness in her eyes and the corners of her mouth turning eerily, she whispered:

"The company is here."

The room went silent. The badgering of the victims came to a complete halt. With the sound of a pin drop, one of the minions flew from the door to the other side of the room. The henchman flew and hit his skull on the cave walls, fracturing it into pieces.

"YAHOO!" was heard throughout the cave. From the door Blackstar, Soul, and Liz entered the warehouse. Tsubaki's eyes lit as Blackstar examined the room for Arachne. However, Blackstar, Soul and Liz locked eyes with the devil herself. Arachne smirked, twisting the organs inside the trio. Arachne stepped down from her pedestal, ordered her servers to reward her with her fan. Blackstar became curious as to why Arachne would step down from her throne. Suddenly a presence splashed his body with shivers. He felt Tsubaki in the area but in far reach. Blackstar looked around the place for Kid, Tsubaki and Maka, but found all minions. Blackstar examined every inch of the room but couldn't find Tsubaki. He felt his heart crack in his hard chest. What if Arachne had already did something to her? Blackstar knew Tsubaki had to be alive because he felt her heart beating. But where could she be?

As Maka and Tsubaki looked onward towards their friends, Kid began moving. Tsubaki looked at the middle cage and smiled as Kid began to open his eyes. Maka covered her happiness with her hands when she noticed Kid becoming conscious. Kid twisted and turned until he lay on his back to examine where he was. He noticed a blonde haired girl standing with two other boys that looked so familiar. Kid wanted to scream Liz but couldn't move his mouth. He lifted his fingers to his lips and felt the dark, rough thread, sealing his lips shut. Kid realized that he, Maka and Tsubaki were stuck thirty-five feet above ground in cages. The three prisoners looked to one another, knowing they needed to get their lovers' attention. Before they could make a plan on what to do, Arachne spoke while walking towards Soul, Blackstar, and Liz.

"You finally came to my party. The snacks will be out in a minute." Arachne confidently spoke.

"We didn't come for snacks, we came for our friends. Where are they?!" Liz yelled, as she lowered her eyes at Arachne.

"I hardly believe Kid is only a friend, but the snacks aren't for you. It's for us and we will be enjoying our entertainment." Arachne replied.

"And what is the entertainment?" Soul asked.

"The game; you three have to find your loved ones or I feed them each to my little pets, or as you know my spiders. And if the prisoners make a sound, I throw twenty extra minions to kill you all. I won't give you a lot of minions to fight; I'll give you too much." Arachne explained with a disarming smile.

Tsubaki gasped, as Maka and Kid exchanged worried looks. How are they supposed to get the attention of the group? Tsubaki looked around but couldn't find anything to throw. Tsubaki grabbed the bars in frustrated of the situation. Her finger pricked against the lock cutting her skin. Tsubaki moaned in pain as she sucked the blood from her finger. She tasted the salty blood and watched the blood drip onto the cage floor. Tsubaki thought for a minute and knew what her plan would be. Tsubaki placed her finger through the little opening of the cage. With a squeeze, Tsubaki let her blood escape from her digits and fall to the floor. Tsubaki closed her eyes and prayed Blackstar would notice her trickling blood. 'Look up Blackstar, look up.' Tsubaki thought. As Arachne talked to the trio, Blackstar began to feel a thick, red liquid bombarding him. Blackstar looked up to the ceiling and found Tsubaki's finger dripping with blood. Blackstar's orbs formed to little stars and began to kill off Arachne's minions. Liz and Soul were confused and they also lifted their heads. Liz saw Kid and began to tear; Soul looked to Maka's eyes and joined Blackstar in killing Arachne's fighters. Liz swung her gun and hit one of the fighters in his head, causing him to fall to the floor. The trio began to fight; shooting, punching, kicking, slicing, and killing the fighters. Arachne smiled, "Let the games begin." Hundreds of fighters were let loose to fight the group but were killed within seconds of nearing them. Blackstar grabbed four men at a time, shooting each in the head; blasting their brains, kicking them in the face, and beating the fighters until their eyes fell out of their sockets. Soul fought them spilling blood from all of his opponents. He aimed his guns for the fighters' chest and shot every last one. Liz sliced all of Arachne's minions in the throat and stomach. She let their intestines spill out of their abdomens and their vocal chords extract from their throats. The fight was long and hard but every last one of Arachne's minions lay on the remains, covered in thick, coarse blood. Arachne clapped as the trio stood covered in her fighters' blood, soaking from their hair to their feet. She smiled and waved her fingers to bring out one last obstacle.

"You see, I have my last fighters and that will be Giriko and Mifune. If you don't mind, I'm going to make this more challenging. Save your friends and defeat my men, then I'll let you all go. If you don't defeat my men and save your friends, you are back in my gang but I'll make you clean up the bloody mess." Arachne elucidated.

"What if we do one of the two?" Liz asked.

"There is no one of two, you either do both or lose your freedom and their lives'." Arachne explained as she pointed to the hanging cages.

The group looked up the prisoners, and took a look at each other. Blackstar grinned, Soul smirked and Liz smiled; they were ready. Giriko came out first; he jumped in front of the group. Giriko lifted his eyes to gaze at Soul. He smirked, lifting his pants leg to expose his chainsaw leg. Soul stood back as Giriko rip his whole left pants leg off. Soul stood his ground; the two began fighting, Soul with his machine gun and Giriko with his chainsaw leg. Blackstar eyed Liz as she stared at the others up in the cages. Liz focused her sight to Blackstar; he pointed his head towards the others. Liz understood him clearly with his gesture, 'Go get them'.

Blackstar stood by as his friends fought to save their loved ones. But he wouldn't just stand there; he would have to fight the man responsible for hurting his goddess.

"Mifune." Blackstar whispered so sinisterly, he shook Mifune's bones.

"Hello, you blue haired punk. How's it feel when the one you love is out of reach?" Mifune snarled at Blackstar.

"I don't know? Maybe you should tell me from your experience." Blackstar coldly answered back with his orbs spinning into little stars and the corners of his mouth bending ever so lightly.

With one swift kick, Mifune fell flat on his back, hitting his head against the solid floors. Blackstar ran to Mifune, grabbed his hair, and punched his head back into the floors. Mifune's blood spewed from his lips, trickling down to his jaw. Blackstar felt joyous as he made his opponent bleed. Mifune knew he couldn't give up so easily; he punched Blackstar back but Blackstar grabbed the floor to stop his fall. The two kept fighting each other; each bleeding from different areas of their bodies. They stood face to face, staring into each other's soul. Only one man could have Tsubaki but who would live to have her?

Soul and Giriko fought hard, damaging each other with their dangerous weapons. Soul grazed Giriko on his arm with a bullet; Giriko sliced Soul's skin on his leg. The two fought a bloody battle but someone needed to win. Giriko knew Soul's weakness, his chest. Giriko slammed Soul onto the floor and pressed his leg against his chest. Soul struggled but Giriko had Soul pinned down.

Maka looked down to see Soul trapped underneath Giriko's leg. Her eyes watered as she stretched out her hand to help him. Maka felt her blood boiling as she realized, Giriko is going to kill Soul. She looked around to find Liz to help him but found Liz already close to the cages to set her friends free. As Maka focused her sight back to the battle, Tsubaki watched as Blackstar and Mifune fought each other. The blood from each of them scared Tsubaki; she didn't want either of them to die. Blackstar had Mifune by the hair ready to strike him with his all. Soul called out to Blackstar, making him loose all interest in Mifune. With the opportunity, Mifune pushed Blackstar off him and crawled away. Blackstar tried running after him but decided to save Soul. Blackstar lifted his leg, striking Giriko in his skull. Giriko fell down on his face; Blackstar helped Soul up. After Soul was up and ready to fight, Blackstar ran after Mifune. Blackstar with his speed, caught up to Mifune before he was able to escape. Blackstar kneed Mifune in the back causing him to fall flat on his chest. Mifune's breath started to shorten; his eyes began to roll in the back of his head. Mifune used his strength to look into Blackstar's eyes; when his head turned, his eyes met the eyes of a gun barrel. The cold, silver, metal kissed Mifune's forehead as if it was to say its final goodbyes. Blackstar cocked the gun. He looked into Mifune's eyes with anger.

"Any last words?" Blackstar asked Mifune

"Take care of her." Mifune spat out with blood following behind his words.

"Always." With his final word, Blackstar shot Mifune in head.

Tsubaki gasped as she stared at Mifune's lifeless body. His blood ran into the lines on the floor, meshing with the blood of the other dead fighters on the ground. Tsubaki cried as she witnessed the love of her life kill her ex-fiancée. Tsubaki didn't want it to be true but Blackstar was a killer.

Liz finally got to the cages and began unlocking the cages. As Liz began to unlock the cages, Arachne ordered the cages be unhinged from the ceiling. The henchman walked towards the remote but instead got hit in the head, lying unconscious on the floor. Arachne looked around angrily as Liz finished unlocking the last cage, setting Tsubaki free. Arachne looked over to her insensible minion and Patty hovering over him.

"Yeah! That's what you get for messing with my friends!" Patty yelled

Arachne glanced over to her surroundings and realized she was caught from all sides. Blackstar and Soul advanced towards her front; Liz, Kid had climbed down from the left while Tsubaki and Maka climbed down from the right; and Patty had her back. Arachne smiled at the crew and put up her hands in the air, surrendering. The group looked confused but Soul, Blackstar did not stop walking towards her.

"You got me from all sides but one, up." With a swift movement, Arachne took out a phone and pressed a button. The ceiling opened up and a wire was brought down. Arachne grabbed a hold of the rope and began to be lifted up. The cohort stared in bewilderment from what they were witnessing. Blackstar finally snapped out of his puzzlement and tried to grab on to the rope. "Blackstar! Stop!" Soul yelled out trying to grab hold of his friend; Soul was grabbed by Giriko and then kicked in the chest with his chainsaw leg. Soul screamed causing everyone to turn and see Soul being injured. As Maka rushed over to Soul to catch him from falling to the ground, Blackstar raised his arms and shot two bullets into Giriko's head.

Maka held Soul in her hands, letting the blood leaking through his clothes and fall in her hands. Maka's tears hit his chest making him wince. Everyone gathered around Soul, worried he might lose his life.

"SOUL! SOUL! SOUL BREATHE PLEASE!" Maka yelled out.

"Maka, we need to get him to the hospital." Tsubaki said trying to calm her friend down.

"Then let's go!" Blackstar exclaimed

The group headed to the car, packing everyone in. It took ten minutes for Blackstar to drive to the warehouse to the hospital, which was in a different city. Blackstar parked the car in front of the hospital and brought Soul to the ER. Liz helped Kid into the hospital to get the stitches removed from his mouth and Patty led the girls in the waiting room. Maka cried on Tsubaki's shoulders as they sat waiting for Soul and Kid to come from their rooms. Patty played with her giraffe, telling the stuffed animal that everything will be fine. Tsubaki tried to comfort Maka, reassuring that the doctors are taking good care of Soul. Maka still cried worried that Soul might not make it, and how she should have just kissed him.

Kid came out first but not with Liz, he looked to Patty and smirked just slightly.

"I'm going to be a dad?" he asked his sister in law.

"Yep! And we will have a big baby shower! And I will give the baby a BIG giraffe!"

"I'm going to be a dad!" Kid said excitedly as Tsubaki and Maka clapped and said congratulations.

"That's cool, Kid going to be a dad, Liz a mom, Blackstar and Tsubaki get to finally talk, and I'm feeling better." Soul said

Everyone looked up and realized that Soul and Blackstar was standing right behind Kid. Maka, without common sense, jumped up and ran into Soul's arms, hitting his chest. Soul jumped back from the pain but slowly wrapped his arms around her.

"Maka, the shit still hurts." Soul said.

"Sorry." Maka replied.

Liz had finally come out with the good news that the baby would be fine and that she was two weeks pregnant. Everyone was happy and fine except for Blackstar and Tsubaki. The group walked themselves home but Blackstar offered to walk Tsubaki home. The two walked to Tsubaki's house in silence, the stillness killing them with each step closer to her house. When they arrived, Blackstar pivoted to walk back to his apartment when Tsubaki finally broke the tranquility of the night.

"I can't do this anymore Blackstar." Tsubaki said causing Blackstar to face her.

"What do you mean?" Blackstar asked walking up in Tsubaki's face.

"I can't pretend like you didn't kill people, that you were in a gang and that I have these feelings for you." Tsubaki said

"Tsubaki, I'm not telling you what I did."

"Why not?"

"You'll leave me if I do."

"Blackstar, I care for you, but I want to know everything. If you won't tell me then we can't be together."

Blackstar was heated. His blood boiled as if lava ran through his veins. His fists clinched to his palms, his knuckles turned white, and he choked on his tears of anger. How could she set him up like this? But he invested too much of himself to let her go. Blackstar walked past Tsubaki, walking towards her apartment door.

"Well are we going to talk or not?"

With a smile on her face Tsubaki walked behind Blackstar into her apartment.

Three hours later…

"So you ten people and that was when you were fighting your way out of the gang." Tsubaki tried to summarize for herself. The couple lay naked on her bed talking while cuddling with each other.

"Tsubaki, I never entered the gang, I just hung out with them. But they didn't want me to leave and tell the cops about what they did, especially to my parents." Blackstar said while kissing on Tsubaki's bare chest.

"So you aren't a killer? But what about your nickname?" Tsubaki asked.

"Rumors. Since my dad was a cool ass ninja assassin, they decided to name me that." Blackstar explained.

The two held each other slowly falling asleep. As Tsubaki began closing her eyes, Blackstar groggily spoke three words she wouldn't forget. "I love you, Tsubaki." Tsubaki glanced over her shoulders and watched as Blackstar smiled but had his eyes closed as if he was having the most amazing dream. The corners of her lips bent slightly and she said the words she thought she would never say to another man again, "I love you too, Blackstar." With the words said, the two fell asleep completely wrapped in each others' limbs.
