6 MONTHS LATER..

At Canterlot High School, the students were all busy making banners in the auditorium, all happily working side by side.

She spotted three young preteens by the names Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo, painting a banner. Then a hand appear as someone took a paintbrush that was in the pain can in Sweetie Belle's hand as all girls turn around to see Sunset Shimmer, the former bully.

"Want some help?" She ask them smiling sweetly at the girls

The three girls looked at one another unsurely. Apple Bloom was the only one who was brave enough to say something. "Uh, no thanks. We're good." she said not wanting to not sound harsh, but it still sounded harsh. But even so, Sunset knew the real reason as to why they did not want her help.

"Oh. Okay." She said shoulders lowered in disappointment as she return the paintbrush to them.
she heard a two familiar voice calling out to her.

"Sunset Shimmer! Over here!" she turn her head to see Pinkie waving like crazy and Vira smiling at her while making a 'come over here' gesture while five girls smiled warmly and genuinely at Sunset sitting on the ground, decorating a banner.

Their names were Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy, Ellie and Vira.

'It been 6 months since the fall formal. We help Vira Ellie and Navi with getting used to the modern world. Now, there are all caught up. They help me so much with paying bills and keeping the apartment clean, but they never ask for anything in return. So far, the girls and Navi are my only friends' Sunset thought as She smiled as she approached her friends.

But as she did, the other students glared in her direction, whispering amongst themselves. Although Sunset could not hear their worlds clearly, something inside was telling her it wasn't good and her nervousness was making her anxious.

She approached her friends with a sad sigh, "I had no idea the whole school would be here." she said sadly while gripping her left arm. Fluttershy and Vira placed a supporting hand on her shoulder, but Sunset still felt upset.

Navi who snuck in Vira's backpack nuzzle Sunset cheek making her smile a bit as Pinkie and Rarity looked at one another and both agreed to change the subject. The girls proudly demonstrated their own banner for the musical showcase.

"Quite the eye-catching advertisement, if I do say so myself." Rarity said then Pinkie spoke in her hyper voice, "And it smells like cake!"

"It does?" Fluttershy and Vira asked as they tried to take a whiff in order to see if it really did smell like cake.

Pinkie showed them by shoving the banner at their face. Once she removed it, Fluttershy and Vira now had frosting and sprinkles on their noses.

"I used frosting instead of paste!" Ellie laugh out loud making everyone except the mane 6 in the room look at her strangely.

Applejack slightly chuckled, "Uh, Fluttershy Vira, y'all got a little somethin', uh "

Fluttershy and Vira rubbed their cheek, removing a few sprinkles, but the frosting was still on their nose, "Did we get it?"

"Heh, not exactly." Ellie and Applejack said in unison

Rarity took a cloth from her pocket and gave it to Fluttershy who wipe it the frosting off of her nose.
While Sunset took her hankie and wipe the frosting off of Vira nose. It cause Vira to blush slightly, but then the doors of the gym opened, and Principal Celestia and Vice principal Luna in walked in.

Celestia spoke to the students, wearing her usual dazzling smile while Luna held a clipboard.

"Good afternoon, students. I just wanted to tell you all how pleased I am that so many of you are going to participate in the first ever Canterlot High School Musical Showcase!"

The students all cheered happily. They couldn't wait to perform on stage with each other. Music seemed to bring all of them closer together. They did not mind it was not a competition, all they wanted was to have fun.

"This is a wonderful opportunity to raise money for all our after-school programs here at CHS. So keep working on those signs and posters. I think it's going to be one of the most exciting events we've had at CHS since the Fall Formal." Principal Celestia said.

The girs, and Navi look at Sunset in concern and worry expression Vira and Ellie face palm at Celestia

'Oh, principal Celestia do you realize what you said?' Vira thought to herself

The Fall Formal.
The one night when everything went wrong. Sunset gasped and shook her head, trying her best to be rid of the image. All around her, the students glared at her in disapproval. They remembered the event all too well, and they were not so ready to truest her just yet. Sunset blushed in embarrassment as she shielded her face with her hand before sliding down to the floor, burring her face into her arms.

The girs and Navi still look at Sunset with concern and worry expression.
