Paul watched the new girl run into the crowd trying to blend in. If only she knew who she was running away from… it's impossible to out run a vampire. He had to admire her for trying though. For the first time in several months, he had finally found someone interesting.

The girl hadn't fallen for his charms or any of his brothers'. She was trying to be polite to them, but he could see her anger bubbling just below the surface when Marko had called her a little girl. He could see it in her eyes, she wasn't afraid of them. That meant she was either fearless or stupid. Either way it didn't matter to him because she had caught his interest and he wasn't about to give up.

"I call dibs on her!" he announced to his brothers.

"Fine by me." replied David, he walked off towards the carousel looking for his next meal. He wouldn't admit it but he really did enjoy riling up the local human gang, the Surf Nazis, who liked to hang out on the carousel.

Dwayne just nodded before heading towards his bike. Seeing as how that little leech hadn't shown up yet, he was more than likely headed to the Wasteland hotel to visit her.

"Good luck, man. Try not to break your new toy too quickly." Marko slapped him on the back again before leaving to talk to some doe-eyed girls checking him out. If he had to guess Marko's intentions towards the girls, he was more than sure he would be seeing their lovely little faces joining the Missing Person fliers posted all over the place very soon.

Now back to the girl, he had to at least find out her name. Turning his attention back to the crowd, Paul spotted her right away as she slipped into the one attraction he actually enjoyed. Smiling to himself, he slipped into the crowd heading straight for the Fun House.

Phew. Sin took a step forward only to be stunned for a second as she hit into a glass wall.

"Oh no, please tell me this isn't what I think it is?" Sin took a step to her left bumping into another glass wall. No matter which way she turned, the infinity mirrors reflected the panicked expression on her face back at her. Her worst nightmare was coming true, she was caught in a Death Trap otherwise known as the Fun House.

Frantic, she turned around to go back out of the Fun House only to find a mirror. Of course, it was a one way door she had went through. Her mind went into overdrive causing her to start hyperventilating. Sure she enjoyed getting lost from time to time but being lost in a maze with freaking see through walls and infinity mirrors all around her was never a good thing. The last time she had went into a Fun House alone had been a nightmare. I need to get out now!

Sin, calm down. There's a trick to this trap. Just remember what Desmond said, keep your right hand on the glass.

That's right! Desmond had helped her the last time she had gotten lost. She had to have faith in Desmond's instructions and make her own way through this hell hole on her own. Pulling the hoodie off and tying it around her waist she extended her right hand to the glass before closing her eyes. It was easier to solve the maze without her sight and the restricting fabric of her hoodie. The infinity mirrors were going to make it impossible for her to trust her eyes because they were laid out to give the illusion of the room being bigger than it was in reality.

Now turn in a full circle never letting your hand leave the glass.

Outside the Fun House, Amanda leaned against the side of the building silently counting the number of tickets she had received. Her shift was going to end in another fifteen minutes and her boss Joe was going to chew her head off again if she didn't report the number of customers. Thirty-five, thirty-six…

Focused solely on the little orange tickets in her hand, she was surprised when someone threw two more tickets on top of her hand. The owner of the tickets rushed into the red-blue swirling tunnel before she could say a word. How rude, you could have at least waited until I was done counting!

A slight breeze blew the tickets onto the ground before she could grab them. Leaning down to retrieve the tickets, Amanda was in for another surprise as a pair of familiar dusty brown-black boots appeared. Please don't let it be him! Following the boots up to a pair of white pants and silver studded leather belt loosely hanging from his left side made her heart skip a beat out of fear.

Silently cursing her rotten luck tonight, she put on a strained smile as she looked one of the Lost Boys straight in the eyes. Unspoken Rule One of the Boardwalk: Avoid the Lost Boys (the rival gang of the obnoxious Surf Nazis) at all costs.

"My girlfriend just went in a minute ago. We haven't seen each other for a long time. So I wanted to surprise her a little. Can we just have the place to ourselves for an hour?" lied Paul.

Amanda scrunched her eyebrows together considering his proposal. She could just agree with his lies (it was common knowledge among the local girls that the two golden blonde Lost Boys were major players) and let him in. Her shift was going to end soon, so she could just leave the next attendee to deal with him. Then again... Would it be wrong of her to leave that girl to the mercy of a Lost Boy?

"I'm sorry but I ca-" His finger lightly pressed against her lips shushing her. Luckily for Paul, he possessed an abundance of one of the few things that could get anything you wanted (or out of the deepest shit) on the Boardwalk. Using his free hand, he slipped something into her hand. Her eyes dilated at the sight of his bribe.

"Right this way, sir. My shift is over now so feel free to take your time." Amanda cheerfully pushed the Lost Boy towards the swirling red-blue tunnel entrance before placing a closed sign in front of it. He gave her a killer smile before entering the Fun House. She was definitely going to lose her job but none of that mattered right now. The feel of the papery texture in her hand made her lips tingle in anticipation as she slipped the joints into her back pocket.

Unspoken Rule Two of the Boardwalk: Its every person for themselves.

Paul liked the Fun House because the Mirror Maze in the first room always made his dates question their eyes, because vampires didn't have a reflection. He couldn't wait to tease the new girl a little bit before possibly taking a bite out of her in the second room. Walking through the one way revolving door he almost collided with the new girl.

She didn't scream or jump back like he expected her to because she had her eyes closed! He ducked under her arm as she slowly turned in a circle running her hand against the glass. This was the first time he had seen someone approach the maze this way. Just great, how the hell am I going to tease her if she has her eyes closed?

Standing behind the newbie, he watched her slowly make her way towards the first dead end. She didn't let the dead end discourage her as she continued going through the maze. After a few minutes he couldn't resist the urge to tease her a bit. Standing close enough to feel the heat coming off her body, he lightly brushed his nails against her exposed neck making her suddenly turn. He could feel the increase of adrenaline in her body.

This is going to be fun. Brushing his fingers against her exposed skin, he led her to the end of the maze with each touch.

The cold mirror under her fingers finally prompted Sin to open her eyes. The triumphant expression on her face reflected back at her. Rubbing the goosebumps on her exposed arms she turned around to look at the maze, it was empty. She could have sworn someone else was in the maze because she felt something brush against her several times. Maybe she was just being overly paranoid.

"Here goes nothing…" She pushed against the mirror making it spin to reveal a dark room.

The sudden lack of light blinded her making little spots appear. This new room was flooded with music, it sounded like a full blown concert in here and the lack of light made it even louder.

I knew right from the start. You'd put an arrow through my heart. Waiting for her eyes to adjust to the darkness, she started to sing along with the song. It felt good to finally listen to something different from the usual carnival music. When the song ended and the King's Jailhouse Rock song started, she could finally see the room a little bit better.

The floor was a checkerboard of glowing neon tiles, there was a line of red tiles on her side of the room and the opposite side of the room. Taking a step forward off the red tile, the ground disappeared from underneath her. She slid down the curved floor landing flat on back. I hate Fun Houses, damned places are filled with death traps at every turn!

The glowing tiles only gave the illusion the floor was leveled when it was actually warped. Pissed at herself for believing that the room was a simple one, Sin dusted herself off before running up the opposite sloping floor. Holding on the edge of the ground she dug her shoes into the slippery curved wall. After a few minutes of trying catch a foothold, she couldn't hold onto the edge any longer and slipped back to the bottom.

"You almost had it."

I actually had a hard time finishing this chapter this morning because I spent a lot of time at the carnival in town last night. Sadly the long was too long for the Ferris Wheel XP I honestly hope everyone enjoyed this chapter. Well I'm off to watch Big Bang's new MV XD I just can't get enough of TOP's outfit.

Hopefully I can finish the next chapter within the next week.
