Hello everyone!
I know I haven't been updating in a few years now for this story, and have been pretty lack-luster about my other stories as well.
It's mainly because I'm in college now and my priorities have switched to trying to support myself and keeping up my GPA.
Recently, I've found Kindle Worlds which is an based site that publishes fanfiction. And since Katy Weston is very near and dear to my heart-as well as to you my loyal Reviewers-I've decided to finally combine my need for extra income and love for writing.
However, I know The Katy Weston Chronicles is not perfect and needs work before I send it to Kindle Worlds. So I'm counting on you guys to let me know absolutely everything you loved, hated, were unsure about, or simply didn't respond to in the currently published chapters of Katy Weston.
Fear not though, while I encourage you all to come and buy the new and enhanced version of Katy Weston I will not simply be rehashing the same story. The main plot will be more or less intact, and of course Katy herself will be just as feisty as ever, but new plot will emerge and even new characters with them! You'll get to see more of Katy's home life with her biological parents and then the story will stretch into her teenage years where we see her start to date.
SPOILER ALERT: Katy seems to have been influenced by Damon's hedonism and Elena walks in on a tryst with a bedfellow! What will Damon's reaction be when Elena tells him? Gotta send in those critiques to find out!
Since anything on Kindle Worlds is not allowed to be published elsewhere, I'll have to take down this version of the story once I've completed the new one unfortunately. I am sorry for that but I'm hoping you will all support me and buy the new chronicles once they pop up. I will retain my status on this website to advertise the new books and let you know when they'll come out.
So if you have time and want to see more of Katy Weston, I'm asking you all to do me this favor and support Katy Weston in a new place so I can try to support myself. In other words, please help put a struggling actress through college.
