It had been several years since Aggro and Inferno had taught both Bonfire and Firestorm how to fly, and everything was going well.
Winger had gotten even faster, and was still rescuing others. While they were a lot older now, Winger and Luna still raced almost everyday.
Dak was helping Winger, while trying and failing to get Monica to date him.
Monica and Luna were dating each other, but could not change form so they were keeping it a secret from the males.
Burple settled down with a female Rock Spitter named Obsidian, and they had had two children named Pyrite and Jade.
Firestorm had learned that she had inherited the Water Fury abilities, and got her own size flower after her water form caused it to be needed.
Aggro and Inferno had a lot of fun, but they quickly learned the hard way that being able to become water was dangerous, as was changing size. In fact, the two of them and Firestorm ended up getting swallowed, sat on, and stepped on by every female that they met, both in their world and their infrequent trips back to Riptide's world, plus their Cutter, at least once. Most of them multiple times, both alone and seperate and including Narumi and Leyla. They eventually came to enjoy it by sheer repetition, and once that happened they ended up placing themselves in that position on purpose.
Bonfire on the other talon, was not very happy that she didn't inherit the Water Fury abilities, and she pretty soon she took to pretending to be Grandma Summer and carrying them around in her watersack. Except, as a Fire Fury, she didn't have a watersack and ended up carrying the three of them in her stomach a lot.
Summer spoiled her grandkids, but also tried and failed to get Bonfire to stop swallowing the others but to no avail.
Cutter however, was not happy when everyone realized that he was the only male that ever swallowed, stepped on, or sat on Aggro, Inferno, and Firestorm. Something always stopping the other males before they did so. He was really not happy when the other girls made him look more feminine before declaring him an honorary girl. He did however, change his mind when he met a female dragon of the same species as him named Scarlet, who was a lesbian and mistook him for a girl. He eventually found love with her, although love makes people (Or dragons), do crazy things. And in this case, finding a witch and having her turn him into an actual girl to truly be with her. They even had 6 daughters, who they named Slice, Blaze, Phoenix, Ember, Stormfly, and Cloudchaser.
And finally, the Rescue Riders themself had gone on many more rescues over the years, there was even a mission including amnesia. But lucky for the riders it always seemed to work itself out in the end.
All in all, everyone was happy with how their lives had turned out, and all of them agreed that they wouldn't have it any other way.
