"Clash of enemies! Just as the battle for Coruscant endures against the invasion of the Masters, Lord Evil and Ventress ventures to the portal that the Wild Force had worked on to return back to their home planet. Now facing each of their rivals, from Ahsoka Tano against Ventress. To Sparky and Evil, the four will know decide the fate if they would be able to return home or remain in this galaxy."
Outside of the city
Within the warehouse where the portal was stationed, the four stood face to face against each other waiting for one of them to make the first move. Sparky gripped his shield close to him noticing how Ahsoka was waiting to activate her lightsabers, Asajj acted the same as she looked at Evil who stared at the masked robot dog who saw him and hesitated about the two antagonists being in the building.
"What exactly was the plan Sparky? Take us down, let the Republic rebuild and Jedi maintain its 'order' in the galaxy? Even if you did beat us there's no going back. We've changed the balance and turned it upside its head, you're more of a compliance to this than I ever was."
Evil questioned and stated to the dog that he spent hours trying to stabilize the machine for them to head back to earth. He and the others have interfered in the lives of everyone across the galaxy meeting other alien races and possibly changing the fates of people that were set for them. Hearing the last part of Evil's sentence made Sparky growl at the caped man seeing that he wasn't wrong, he's done things that couldn't go back to the way they were.
"You may be right about that. But it can stop now, all of us. We can end this peacefully because I'm tired of the chase. And it needs to stop."
Sparky responds to him and suggests a peaceful solution to end this conflict before things escalate any further which could lead to unknowing consequences. Ventress lets out a laugh at his words since it was an odd time in acting good under the circumstances they are in.
"If you believe that out of this destruction and war, this could be ended with words, then you are just as deluded as the Jedi ever were. They were manipulated from the sidelines while Sith was in control. The only way this war will end is by wiping it clean from the face of the galaxy."
She claimed at how the clone war between the Republic and Separatists would have to end with the Jedi being taken away somewhere across the universe that would fit perfectly that was full of destruction, chaos, and people that would rival the Jedi in a standstill of power and authority. Ahsoka saw the look in her eyes about what she said and sensed something within the former Sith apprentice, that this seemed too much for someone like herself.
"Then why are you lying to yourself if you don't believe in Evil's plan?"
Ahsoka questioned her which caught the woman off guard as the Togruta was able to see through threw her words about destroying the Jedi and possibly sending the Jedi to their galaxy wouldn't help what she was after. Especially with what she was sensing from Ventress, there was no one controlling her fate anymore due to her connection with Dooku now cut completely from her.
"We've both followed the commands of two masters that represented the Jedi and Sith, along the way questioned if they would help others or our personal needs. But this? Is this what you want? Sending hundreds of Jedi at the temple to a planet where they might not survive?"
Questioning Ventress if she was committed to Evil's plan of teleporting the planet to his galaxy and letting it fall to people that might be even more destructive than the ones here. Take a moment to think about it and how Evil's plan could send hundreds of people across space to end up either living in another galaxy or dead due to teleportation. Hesitant at the Padawan's words and looking at her partner, Evil merely took to moment to think about what Sparky had suggested.
"They'll live. But they'll have to adjust that they won't be the only ones with power, and this galaxy will have to adapt without their knights!"
Evil shouted just before firing an energy bolt towards the control console which suddenly caused the systems and technology to light up in a frantic matter. The machine and every piece of technology within the building were activating in an unstable manner. The two heroes moved back watching how the portal was slowly activating and causing things to shake around them.
"Do you have an idea on how to stop this?"
Ahsoka asked Sparky if he knew how to shut down the portal before it teleported the Jedi temple across the galaxy possibly destroyed during the travel, or possibly end up on Earth leaving them unable to travel back to this part of the galaxy. With the loudness that the portal was making and getting intense memories of how he tried to stop Evil from escaping Earth, he hesitated and didn't know how to respond in this situation.
"He doesn't. Because when I made my portal ready to be used, he destroyed the console which started this. In his blindness, he's the one that set the stage for us to change this galaxy. It all leads to you Sparky!"
Evil stating towards her as the portal continued to glow brighter and brighter as the energy that it was generating was becoming unstable. With how much was happening and remembering what he did the last time this happened, Sparky looked at the portal opening as he merely focused his thought on how to end this conflict.
"It may have started with me. But we're ending it together."
Responding to both of them as he looked at Ahsoka remembering how he didn't have his friends to help him stop the portal from activating. Though now he had someone he cared for and wasn't hesitant to stop this, this left Ahsoka to smile at his answer as she activated her lightsabers readying herself to fight both Ventress and Evil if they planned on stopping them. Ventress doing the same merely kept her focus seeing that the Jedi needed to be taken out for the galaxy to have a new beginning.
"Cliche till the end then mutt."
Thinking about the moment as Evil merely decided to charge at Sparky with his boots firing right at the dog as he charged him right into the wall. While Ahsoka and Asajj proceeded to engage in their fight as the two stood as equals when it came to their trying to land a blow on each other. On the side was Evil who was attacking Sparky with his hands charged with energy trying to break through his shield. Taking each strike and feeling the momentum of his strength, Sparky quickly pushed Evil back and kicked him in the chest sending him back so he could have his distance.
"Your right about me Evil, I did intentionally let this happen because I wasn't thinking about what would happen. But you know what? I'm over it. And it's time I stop accepting what I did and finally make up for what I'll do next."
Admitting about how he's been telling himself that he changed the course of how the galaxy would have gone if he and the others didn't come here. Though he was done feeling sorry for him and finally making up for his actions, which he planned on doing now as he placed his shield away before charging his fists with electricity deciding to not hold anything back with handling Evil. Seeing the seriousness of the robot dog, Evil smiled as the two engaged in a fistfight as two of them began throwing punches at each other.
"So this what pushes you to become serious Sparky? Getting a girlfriend? And here I thought it was the destruction of.."
Before Evil could say another word that would throw Sparky off from the fight, he was quickly stopped by Sparky who punched his face hard enough to stop him talking. Evil only smiled at how the dog was acting seriously as the two continued to battle one another, meanwhile on the side were Ahsoka and Asajj who continued their lightsaber duel as the Padawan tried to go to the console so she could shut down the portal.
"Listen to me! The war is clearly over with the death of Palpatine and Dooku and could end right now if we stopped our fighting."
Trying to convince her how the clone wars had ended with both leaders of the Separatists and Republic leaders dead. The galaxy could rebuild their broken worlds and possibly find peace threw the destruction of their armies, however, Ventress merely got angered at her plead in ending the fight.
"There is no end to this war. The Jedi will see to that, they'll continue to grow in ignorance and fear of what they can't control. Will focus on their rules and forget about their own to preserve their rules. Their just as corrupt as the Sith!"
Yelling in anger and sadness as if she had been there to know about the Jedi. Pushing Ahsoka back the Sith woman rushed at her with her red lightsabers continuing to attack the young adult more aggressively. While on any other battlefield, she could have taken Ventress down with her new training and how she found herself during the war. However, she felt a strange type of presence around her during the fighting.
"Why aren't you fighting?!"
Questioning Ahsoka due to the times they've met one another the padawan would always try to get on her nerves or annoy her during their duels. This time Ahsoka was calm and did not want to Ventress, taking the moment she flipped away from Asajj at the right moment to hold her with the force. This caught the Dathomirian off guard as she tried to use the force to free herself, though her frustration was unable to escape from Ahsoka as the Padawan was able to sense something within her.
"Because you're fighting for something else than revenge."
Responding to Asajj's question about not fighting her as the realization made the Sith woman scared since it seemed that out of the destruction Evil didn't realize what has happened to her. Suddenly interrupting the two were Sparky and Evil crashing past them and hitting the ground. Each had several scratches and burns on their bodies along looking tired from their fighting, the two stood back up and stared at each other preparing to fight again.
"Evil, wait. There's something that Ventress needs to tell you."
Ahsoka spoke out to Evil about how there was something important that his partner had to tell him. While Evil would think it was another ploy for the two of them to surrender, he took a moment to look at Ventress seeing that she was speaking the truth.
"Now Ventress? Out of all the times you wish to tell something important. What could be more important than ridding the galaxy of the Jedi? More important than finally getting your revenge on the people that used you? What is it?!"
Yelling at her that the portal was activating and becoming uncontrollable along with how he was battling the dog resulting in both of them being worn out. He had lost all patience due to the attack he hosted on Coruscant and the army he's been building for the past months. Asajj, who saw the frustration on his face and his losing himself in this attack. Lowered her head feeling not just sadness for what this war had done to him, but for herself for not telling him this news before they began the assault on the Jedi.
"Change."
Informing him as she deactivated her lightsabers and walked over towards him and placed his right hand on her stomach. The armored villain didn't understand this gesture as he looked at Ventress's blue eyes seeing something he'd never expect from her, fear. While that was happening, Sparky looked at Ahsoka noticing the expression on what exactly the woman was telling Evil.
"She's pregnant? That means you two mated?"
Sparky asked the two which made Ahsoka slap him on the shoulder seeing it was the wrong time to talk like that. Meanwhile, Evil was speechless at how he didn't expect this to be said since the one time that this would happen was after the attack on Mandalore which made him feel weakened after surviving the escape. Holding her stomach and calming his emotions, Evil could tell that Ventress was speaking the truth about her having a child growing within her.
"I discovered it when we took out the guards back on the security base. I didn't think it was possible and thought it was a mistake when I felt this, stress in my heart. But it wasn't from him, but from our child."
Explaining about when she learned about it Evil himself didn't know what to say in this matter as the four didn't notice the portal continuing to get bigger and radiating in energy. Taking the opportunity, Sparky rushed over to the controls and tried to shut it down in any way possible. Looking at the fried controls and the systems going off the scales, the one thing he noticed by the container storage where Quackers originally planned to harness Sparky's electricity in it to support the portal. Glowing in a dark radiant light, the masked dog quickly opened it and saw the dark kyber crystal that looked like it was about to shatter into pieces.
"Crap. Had used this to charge the portal now did he?"
Questioning what Evil placed into the container as he tried to remove the crystal so it could shut down the portal. It backfired as it electrocuted him causing Sparky to burn his hand, the energy that was coursing through the crystal made it impossible to remove it. Checking the generators at the side and decided to depower it manually, rushing over and removing the panels he saw numerous wires and rods that were showing the same type of black energy that came off from the kyber crystal.
"Ahsoka! Get them out of here!"
Shouting over to Ahsoka seeing that he couldn't have any distractions from Evil or Ventress since this was their fault for causing the portal to become unstable. Looking at the two who were still having trouble with the idea of them becoming parents, Ahsoka rushed over to help out Sparky since this was more important than the two villains.
"They can handle themselves, right now we're doing this together."
Proclaiming that she'd handle this than deal with Evil and Ventress which left the dog to growl in annoyance since this was the only chance they had in capturing the two of them. Focusing on how she could help him, Sparky didn't say anything as he quickly grabbed the wires and control rods as tried to channel the energy into him so it didn't go to the Jedi temple. While the two were figuring out to stop the portal, Evil, and Ventress merely looked at the portal becoming unstable and how this was the perfect chance to escape.
"What happens if this doesn't just take the temple, what if it takes the whole city?"
Ventress questioned Evil's plan that if it wouldn't work and would instead take the entire city as well half of the population. Evil remained silent to her question due to how when he planned on leaving his galaxy, it was just himself and the team. He didn't expect the dog and his team to interfere which almost tore apart his castle and would have taken the country they were in.
"Then it might be a chance to take out everyone that's been against you. Against us, the ultimate victory."
Suggesting to her that if Coruscant's capital would fall along with the numerous senators that obliged in the Cloe Wars was taken out, it be the perfect win for them. While the idea itself would have pleased her in the past, now with her master gone and Sidious killed the possibility to become more than just an assassin. Looking over to Sparky and Ahsoka continuing to shut down the portal as which causes her to rethink the invasion.
"If I plan on making a new life, then I will not let my child see me as a monster."
Responding to Evil as she rushed towards the others as she decided to stop the portal before it ends up taking everyone at the Jedi Temple. Speechless at this sudden choice, the armored man saw how his possible child's mother trying to see how she could help Sparky and Ahsoka shut down the device. While Ahsoka was possibly channeling the force
"Try to remove the wires from the sides!"
Ahsoka instructed Ventress as she didn't have time to question why the night sister decided to change in helping them and just asked to help them out. Meanwhile, for Sparky, he continued to absorb the energy while the padawan focused on using force to keep the machine intact without it exploding on them. Continuing to keep the portal from opening over the Jedi temple, Sparky noticed on the side of the consoles that the portal was slowly building up around the Jedi temple as the scanners were continuing to surge with power.
"It's already starting to surround the temple. We need to shut it down completely."
Telling them as he continued to absorb the energy from the machine as he almost like he was about to explode. His body was about to break from the amount of energy he was channeling into himself, as the Jedi and former Sith women were continuing to try and remove the cables connecting to the portal. Sparky felt the energy from his body slowing down, looking over towards the side he saw Evil who was working on the controls as he was using the power from his suit to remove the dark kyber crystal.
"If you say something about this, I'll rip your tongue out! I'm doing this for my soon-to-be kid."
Shouting at the masked dog since it seemed that the words Ventress spoke to him made Evil think about him becoming a better man. With all of them working together in shutting down the machine, both Sparky and Evil were able to take away its power completely as well as get thrown right off their feet from the portal. Both Ahsoka and Ventress saw both men suddenly glowing with energy as Sparky's radiated blue while Evil was purple, the two opposites looked at each other feeling the immense energy that the portal had given them.
"Great. We need to get rid of this power before it blows both of us up."
Sparky tells Evil that how they both shared in siphoning the energy from the machine was just enough to stop the portal from possibly taking the temple. It was about to destroy them due to the amount they both absorbed in one another. Realizing the situation and remembering this exact moment during their commas, Ahsoka knew how to handle this destructive moment Sparky was in.
"Can't believe I'm saying this, and I mean I can't. But Ventress? You need to use the force on Evil, think calmful thoughts."
Instructing her as Ahsoka rushed towards Sparky and grabbed his hands which caused the robot dog to get frightened about possibly hurting her. Though she stopped him seeing how she wasn't afraid of what was happening, holding him tightly she focused on calming his mind along with channeling the power out without destroying himself. Ventress not understanding the method did the same as she looked at Evil and tried to think of moments where she felt calm and relaxed.
"Listen to my heartbeat Evil, listen to our heartbeats."
Ventress spoke through him mentally as Evil was frustrated about being ruined and stopping the one thing that would make him the most feared man in the galaxy, the thought left him after he heard both heartbeats from Ventress and the child growing within her. Just as the force-wielders were able to calm the men down, they channeled the gathered energy into their fits and looked directly at one another.
"I guess you know what comes next, Sparky?"
Evil questioned the dog as Sparky nodded in silence as Ahsoka and Asajj moved to the side seeing that they managed to allow the men to harness the absorbed power into their fists. Not saying a word, the two suddenly run at each other deciding to end their fight once and for all with one punch. Preparing to let out the energy from their attacks, Sparky was able to avoid the face punch that Evil was going for as he did on Mandalore. The dog delivered the punch to his chest which made Evil let out a painful scream which fried most of his systems in the armor and sent him off his feet and hitting the ground hard enough for his mask to fall off. Ventress was speechless of the fallen man and would have possibly attacked the dog, but the three heard the sounds of numerous republic ships flying over their heads with reserved soldiers and half of the Jedi arriving at the scene as well with the Wild Force. Evil, who was groaning from how the energy he had in him and in Sparky who destroyed most of his suit looked at the dog as he growled in anger for this humiliation.
"Us going home, and you in cuffs."
Sparky responds to him on how this would end with him in cuffs and taking him back home to Earth, as well as with the rest of the beaten Masters of Evil. Looking over to see the Jedi councils and his friends, he knew that the cleanup would take a while before leaving. Though with Evil and everyone about to be detained by Jedi forces, they would need the hours to get things ready for the portal and going back home.
Next Day-Republic Capital
For the next past hours after the invasion with Evil and the remnants of the droids that he brought from the Techno Union after taking down Tambor. The Republic had managed to awaken the clone troopers that were passed out after their scientists were able to deactivate the code that was used on them, construction for the city and everything else went underway as things were slowly getting back to their usual selves. Right now in the Chancellor's office were the Wild Force and the Jedi Council who were looking at the animal teens in service for what they've done for the galaxy.
"Ever since the battle on Geonosis, none of us in this room would expect the war to expand across the galaxy. Yet still I didn't imagine it ending with people who I wouldn't expect help aid ending it, especially from outside of our galaxy."
Padme talked to the Wild Force as the group was standing at attention for what they've done for the Republic and that she nor anyone in the room would have believed it possible to be ended by their actions.
"Many of us in this room wouldn't think this was how the war would end. And the people we knew wouldn't have been the ones we truly know about but in the end. We are grateful for the ones that have stayed by our side."
Expressing to everyone in the room about how they were blind to who they believed were friends were their enemies hiding in lies and secrecy. Standing up from her table and walking over to the six members of the team as they stand at attention to the new chancellor of the Republic due to how she was the one who handled looking after the frightened senators and faculty in the senate.
"As instructed, you all didn't want a massive celebration. Just the people you've known during your arrival, but we are all in your gratitude for aiding in the war. To which I spoke with Rugor Nass, who helped me in making you all these."
Explaining how for aiding the Republic and Jedi in ending what seemed to be a never-ending war, she requested C3PO to come forward and present to them several orbs made just for them. Handing each of them to the six, they examined the orbs as they were all glowing in the palm of their hands with a unique light.
"Well, I wouldn't mind a parade with an adoring crowd and possibly several sports managers offering me a deal. But these are still awesome."
Speed expressed his interest in having a large parade to celebrate the work they did in helping in the clone wars, however with the massive fights they've been involved in and having traveled to planets where they were crowded with almost hundreds of people. It was better to have a small group gathering than an entire planet of people thanking them for their service.
"If we're giving out stuff, there are some things that we should give since this is a 'good' moment."
Ash responded to the kind gesture she was doing for them as they had something to offer in return. Looking over to the side where Bo-Katan along with several Mandalorians who helped out in bringing in the remaining forces from Evil's army that assaulted the Jedi temple, Quackers, and Zena walked over to present her the dark saber that they managed to take from Evil's belongings.
"The kyber crystal is cracked, wouldn't try using it unless you want it blown up. But we managed to reassemble it to the best of our ability, plus I added a feature in it."
Zena talked about how the two worked together in putting the saber back together, along with how the Zygerrian was able to make a place in several lights which made a black glow that resembled the saber whenever it was activated. Bo took a moment to look at the saber and how it felt upset about not taking it from him, though she noticed the look from Kenobi seeing how this seemed poetic in the sense of how Mandalore would need to rebuild itself after the civil war it's been through.
"I, thank you for retrieving our heirloom. And apologize for any transgressions we have done to you or your companions in the past."
Apologizing and thanking them for bringing back the dark saber and doing their best to rebuild it to the best of their knowledge. While on the side was Kizaemon along with Speed and Ash who walked over towards the Jedi council where Yoda, Mace Windu, Aayla, and Plo Koon were standing as the shinobi hamster presented them a scroll.
"We thank you for the hospitality that you have offered us and have made a scroll to show our gratitude."
Informing the four masters as Kizaemon showed them a handmade scroll he managed to make during the hours of repairing the temple and most of the areas that were destroyed during the invasion. Opening the scroll, it showed a Japanese word written in ink which meant 'Order', while having several images on the side showing their Jedi symbol and two lightsabers together in a crossing form.
"Unique this gift is, honor it we will."
Yoda complemented Kizaemon for making this for them while the others noticed the cheetah and skeleton rabbit showing them two recording devices which made the others confused about their gifts.
"It's music, Earth music that can help you all relax a bit. With how things are looking right now I think it be good to listen to a few songs that might get you 'spiritual'."
The hellfire rabbit about what exactly was on the devices as the pair had different genres of music, Speed's music revolving rhythm and movement which was opposite to Ash's choice which involved heavy metal and aggression. Plo Koon decided to listen to Ash's choice of songs as it made a loud guitar solo that made everyone jump due to the sudden sound being made.
"This is really, kind of you. We will take the time to listen to it young ones."
Aayla complemented the two trying to not express any discomfort due to how the music gave off an aggressive feeling when it was playing. Meanwhile, Sparky had nothing to give but had to request Padme and the council since what he said was important and it affected the team.
"Chancellor Padme? Or Amidala? It's really hard to figure out what to say due to your new occupation but, there's a request I wish to make. And that's to take the war criminal Asajj Ventress with us back to Earth."
Making his request while also being afraid about what he said due to the war crimes that Ventress has committed on both the Republic and Jedi Order due to the lives she's risked during the war. The pleasant moment between everyone went silent as the group gave Sparky a serious look due to the request he was asking of them.
"While there is almost anything you could ask from us for the sacrifice and actions you've done, that is one we cannot do. The Sith assassin must pay for what she's done, and more importantly that she's possibly the last Sith wielder in the force."
Mace Windu stating on two reasons about her traveling to Earth would be forbidden due to the danger of the Sith surviving in another part of the galaxy. Especially since she was the one of the Separatists' top soldiers who had vital information that could help them bring any remaining Separatists that might come back. The dog could tell from how everyone looked and seemed to agree it was a bad idea, though this was going be the last time he could be serious to this group of peacekeepers since there was more to his request than any of them could realize.
"That is true, but she's."
"With child."
A voice called out from behind them as the members in the room along the Wild Force turned away and looked to see Anakin and Ahsoka coming in both having serious expressions on their faces. Everyone in the room was shocked at what the Togruta said as it felt out of character for the Night Sister to be affectionate with anyone, especially to become a mother.
"It's true, we've had several medical droids and even Rig Nema do several tests on Ventress after she was brought in. It confirms she's been pregnant for a while, along that after counseling with her. She desires to leave this system, as well as never see the Republic, Jedi, or even this galaxy again."
Anakin supported Padawan's claim as he pulled out a holo-pad showing the information gathered from Nema's report and scans from the droids to confirm the truth. Everyone took a moment to look at his reports so that this wasn't a trick or ploy for her to get a ticket out of spending life in a prison cell. Windu, who seemed against the idea couldn't exactly feel the dark side of Ventress after transporting her and the villains to several cells away from the other prisoners when they brought them in last night.
"While it might be possible for her to not be connected to the dark side, how exactly will you know she won't try to come back?"
Asked again about the possibility of her might desiring to come back and exact any kind of revenge as Windu wasn't exactly keen on the idea of letting a dangerous woman like her go. This came to a serious part as Anakin looked at Ahsoka since he knew the answer to Windu's question, which was something that seemed right but wrong at the same time as Ahsoka would respond to the Jedi master's question.
"Because I'll be going with the Wild Force to Earth and leaving the Jedi Order."
Speaking out to the group which had the Jedi in disbelief from what she said since this was a strong request for her and on how she'd be leaving the galaxy along with possibly everyone she's known. No one exactly knew how to respond to her decision since most Jedi would leave if they felt like they didn't belong or because they broke the rules, but what Ahsoka was suggesting seemed questionable.
"Little Soka, this is a serious choice you are making. We will not hold you against leaving the order, but are you certain of leaving possibly this galaxy?"
Plo-Koon asked about this life-changing choice she was making due to how she'd be leaving years of devotion from training underneath the Jedi Order and her growing up with others like her. Seeing everyone look at what she was saying, Ahsoka decided to make sure they got the message as she walked over and held Sparky's right hand to show another reason why she was leaving the Jedi Order.
"Yes. Because I'm also doing this out of the relationship I've been in for the past several months, which is forbidden in the order. But it shouldn't."
Admitting about her dating Sparky made the robot dog nervous about how she announced it since he didn't want to offend them by dating one of their own, but Ahsoka wasn't afraid due to what she's learned during her journey in becoming a Jedi and realizing several things that had to be shared with the masters.
"Emotions are powerful in the wrong hands, the Sith clearly show it whenever any of us faced them when they use it. But we also fall under its influences which is fear, fear of succumbing to those emotions. To not let that happen everyone has to find an emotion that connects to them and express it willingly. Otherwise, the Sith will return, not by anger but by neglection of their true selves."
Making a full explanation about how the Jedi Council and everyone else fears to show the emotions that they suppressed whenever they were using the force. While her actions in the past would question them on how she would suggest something like that, each of the Jedi could see the personal growth from her and her experience of learning to use the force both in control and emotionally whenever she was on the battlefield. They looked over to Anakin seeing if he was alright with this and the words, she was telling them in which Skywalker merely expressed a look of agreeing with what she had said. Yoda, who looked at the padawan merely chuckled at how the girl was able to make them speechless at her going against the rules that the Jedi had enforced for years.
"Brave you are, for expressing yourself to us padawan Tano. Ideas you've suggested, we will ponder. Change for all of us, will come slowly. Yours comes quickly."
He responded to her about the perspective of the force is to balance its control and emotion as it seemed to allow Ahsoka in seeing more around her surroundings. Looking at Anakin to see if he wanted to add anything to his response, the Jedi master only let his former padawan make her own choice and that he would stand by it even if it was both mad and went everything that the order had upheld for years. Though now came the next change that seemed impossible after the arrival of both the Masters of Evil and Wild Force, returning to Earth.
Later-Outside of the City
It took hours of gathering their belongings and anything else that the Wild Force had obtained from their arrangements of living at the Jedi. While also bringing in the war criminals including both the Masters and Ventress in several enhanced cuffs to prevent them from using their abilities. Everyone was looking at the repaired portal that Quackers and Sionver Boll looked over during the damage that Evil did, which they were lucky enough to get operational and for it to help send them back to possibly their last location which was at Evil's destroyed castle.
"While I believe keeping this technology out of the wrong hands is the right thing to do, to destroy this would be for nothing. Wouldn't it be safe if we kept it here and just on Coruscant? No one knows about this and only the Jedi and individuals around us would keep it secret."
Sionver questioned that they'd spent who knows how long to create the first stable interdimensional portal that could allow anyone to travel from one point of the galaxy to another. While Quackers shared her perspective on the chance of visiting this galaxy again, the risk was too much.
"Even if we can trust one another, our world would learn about this and try to use it. Both of our galaxies aren't exactly peaceful at the moment, so for the safety of everyone we cannot let anyone use it. While this side will have no way to rebuild it, will make sure Evil doesn't recreate it."
Responding that while the portal had to be deactivated once it was used again, the Wild Force would have to make sure Evil wouldn't try this stunt again and come back here. The scientist merely shared a nod at the sadness of destroying their hard work, though to her eyes she's seen what happens when something unique and one-of-a-kind could fall into the wrong hands. Meanwhile, everyone else was saying their goodbyes since it was the last time any of them would have a chance to see one another. Right now Ash who was with Speed was looking at Rex along the Bad Batch who traveled across most of Coruscant to see most of the clones recuperating from the code that they were given when the fighting started.
"It's a shame that we might not fight side by side again, but you two have proven to be quite the troopers. It would have been an honor in having you in the 501."
Rex complimented the pair on how they helped save his brothers on most occasions whenever the Wild Force was with his team, the hellfire rabbit and cheetah offered a smile while also saluting to the clones to show respect for working side by side with them.
"While you all are leaving us to clean isn't exactly thrilling, your all not so bad when comes to taking out droids."
Crosshairs complement the Wild Force handling the work but not sticking around for the cleanup. Which made Speed chuckle at how out of the whole clone team it would be the sniper to complement them. As the moment was going well, something hits Ash on the head which scared the group as they saw a familiar person walking up to them as the object that was thrown at him was a single credit.
"Latts?"
Ash was surprised about her coming here out of all places since after the cleanup, Padme had paid her for cooperating with joining the others on Mandalore with several hundred credits. Walking over towards them, the Theelin had several bags with her which meant she had other intentions.
"Thinking about leaving without paying what you owe? Which is getting dragged into this fight? Fat chance you're leaving me to know there's much more out there than here. Whatever you're going to, I'm coming with you. I've already paid Sugi and the others for them training me, along with helping me get my belongings."
Explained about the things she had seen after learning about their stories, fighting with them on some occasions, and right now finally learning about the clone wars ending and them heading back to where they were coming from. Before the rabbit could explain to her about it being impossible to take her, she just gave him a look that seemed similar to him whenever he got angry with the team. Seeing how confident she was in this choice and not making it down, Ash merely breathes heavily annoyed at her making this choice, and decides to let her tag along with them back to Earth.
"If your girlfriend is going live with us, then I want back my CD collection so she doesn't pawn it."
Speed making a joke which irritated the rabbit along made the clones laugh at how it seemed he'd met someone who was hot-headed like he was. On the other side was Kizaemon and Zira who were talking with Barriss Offee and Luminara since they wanted to see Ahsoka going with the others back to Earth.
"It was quite the experience to fight by your side young ones, though with this trip I believe we've learned something from both sides. One to retain a moment of focus, and the other to enjoy the moment. Such as traveling back to Mirial to take a needed retreat from the action."
Luminara admitted that after fighting in the war and the tension that the Republic and Jedi Order have been making, it would be best for herself and Barriss to return home for a much-needed break. Meanwhile, for Barriss, she offered the two of them that of a flower within a metallic pot that had multiple colors around its petals.
"This plant is only grown on Mirial, it's based on the unity our people have with our home and the force. May it let you guide back to earth peacefully and safely."
Offering them the gift as Kizaemon nodded his head accepting the plant while also handing her a scroll he made for her. Opening up she saw an illustration of the Wild Force with her included so that she didn't forget the times they had whenever they teamed up with each other. Smiling at the two of them along with Ahsoka who was with Sparky talking with Anakin and Padme merely showed a saddening smile while this was hard for her to see her friend leave, it had seem they had destinies they had to follow.
"From my team being with this group, she'll be safe. Besides that, you both have the force, maybe in a way you two will always be connected."
Zira suggests that while they may not be able to see each other again, Barriss could still feel Ahsoka's presence from the force and know she was safe. While everyone was saying their farewells, it was the master and padawan's turn as it was heartbreaking imagining his student far away from reach on another world he didn't know about. Ahsoka was holding the padawan braid that she's had on since she began her training under Skywalker.
"I always imagined us standing in front of the council as Jedi knights snips. Looking at Obi-wan, Yoda, and Plo Koon smiling at how we both walked a long road to standing by their sides. Didn't expect for them to be watching it like this."
Anakin admitting how that during their training he thought about the day she would become a Jedi much like himself and protect the galaxy as equals. Though now it was seeing her off to become her own Jedi by traveling with a group that considered her a friend and even more with how they stood by each other. Ahsoka nodded while showing a tear as it seemed much to her idea of becoming one like Anakin with everyone praising them for their effort in fighting the war.
"Master, I mean Anakin. While it may look upsetting to see things end, there's also something new coming out of it. Especially you might get that wish of yours sooner than you think."
Responding to him on the idea that he hoped would one day happen would still have a chance, in which case Ahsoka looked at Padme who smiled at Padme knowing something that Anakin might not have known. Taking a moment to think about her expression, Skywalker looked speechless realizing what she was pointing out.
"I discovered about the pregnancy several days ago. I planned on telling you over dinner and on Naboo, but I guess it's better time to say it now. Since you might need pair of Padawans to keep you busy."
Padme admitted to her being pregnant which caught the Jedi off guard since he imagine one day that he could settle down with Padme and have a family once the war had ended. Yet the others heard the plural word of 'Padawan' meaning that she was going have twins, which made Anakin look to Ahsoka surprised at how she was able to sense the children within her.
"It's a new ability she's obtained. Including myself which involves gathering energy and holding it."
Sparky admits how Ahsoka could sense new life from anyone and him becoming much more in control when it comes to holding a huge amount of power. To show an example his eyes glowed light blue before giving his power to the portal console as it began to charge up. Everyone looked at how it glowed brightly and the systems going smoothly, the group watched how the light from the portal was shining over everyone and how the coordinates to Earth were set.
"You think it'll be the same?"
A voice interrupted the moment as Sparky looked over seeing Evil who was out of his armor and not wearing his mask as the Master's belongings were in a container that Ash was holding so no one could check out the weaponry here on Coruscant.
"We've infected this galaxy with our influences, even if we leave there be others like me and you. Or back on Earth, it won't be the same and everyone won't care about us. Face it dog, in the end I won. And coming back home with secrets of the stars itself."
Admitting how that after the destruction that he's caused along with the influence both he and the Wild Force had done to the galaxy. Something else would take their spots and try to be like them. Along bringing up that with what each of them had learned, the Masters would tell the others back on Earth about what they saw and how they could give others the idea about coming here. Yoda looked at the expression on Sparky's and the others' faces about what he said as the small Jedi master walked over to the dog with a look knowing how to handle this.
"Memories you will have, but not of stars. But of the new life you have created."
Yoda told him as he gestured to the other Jedi to come forward in giving the Wild Force one last gift to make sure their way and effort to return to Earth wouldn't be in vain. The Jedi masters gathered around the six men bound in cuffs and unable to escape as they noticed how each of the Jedis aimed their hands at them. Focusing their concentration on each of the criminals, they calmed their thoughts allowing them to control each individual.
"You will forget the crimes you have committed here and have no memory of the war you have been waging."
Each of the Jedi telling the Masters to forget about what they did, while making one forget is something. But having to erase an entire year was something no Jedi could do alone, which was why all the council members were here. From Igor to Headcase, the men were slowly feeling like the battles they had in the past were nothing but dreams leaving them to pass out from the amount of memory that had gathered. They didn't do it to Ventress because of her pregnancy as she was spared from the forced mind trick, Evil was a different story as he merely smirked at them and laughed at the attempt they tried on him.
"I've been around Sith lords and other megalomaniacs to not fall for mind manipulation. You can't get rid of what I have that easy."
Informing them as it he was right about how he seemed strong-minded to resist their abilities. While that happened, Ahsoka decided to step in as she asked Sparky to help her as the two would handle this together. Walking over to the red-eyed human, the two of them place one hand on his shoulder and decided to try something new.
"Evil, you will remember things you've done on earth. But will remember one thing on this trip, that you met Ventress."
Sparky suggested the idea as he offered to share his memories with Evil of their time on Earth. Though instead of coming here to join the Separatists and the Sith, he would have met Asajj. While Evil couldn't imagine him trying to convince him that he'd think about her, Ahsoka's technique would help as she was able to calm all the aggressive thoughts and ego in his mind to settle. Ventress watched at how while she would convince him to wake up, this would be the best chance of starting a new life without coming back here.
"You were all doing a crime when we captured you, and then hearing of Ventress telling you about becoming a father."
Ahsoka added on as she continued to channel all kinds of relaxed emotions into him as Evil suddenly felt weak, peaceful, and most at all losing any kind of hostility towards them. With the two of them doing all in their power to have him think about Ventress, Sparky, and Ahsoka stepped back to see Evill looking at them with an annoyed expression while also looking over to Ventress as he grew a smile on his face.
"Ventress. I'm sorry about how my plan not working, these annoying animals always get in the way. But once I find a way to bust us out, I promise that we have a vacation. For the little one of course."
Informing her about how he thought that they were doing a crime that would make them rich but failed due to Wild Force interrupting them. The night sister merely nodded silently as she agreed with what he said since it was better, he forgets about the war that he was waging against the Republic.
"Yes my love, our child will need a lot of attention from the both of us."
Responding to him since this seemed the best way to go back to Earth was to give them all a clean slate. With things handled the portal was stabilized and showed the same spot where Evil's castle was, which was replaced by a small farm with several animals living there. The Wild Force gathered together bringing the Masters of Evil with them as they looked to the others one more time before entering.
"Even if we're across the galaxy, I'll know if my padawan is upset. So take care of her."
Anakin told Sparky since he'd be looking after her from now on the masked dog got nervous by the remark but saw a smile on his face knowing it be the last time he'd mess with him. Padme and everyone else shared a heartfelt smile as the team slowly brought the villains into the portal they waved towards their friends before entering.
"Guess it's you see my part of the galaxy, ready?"
The masked dog asked her to leave Ahsoka to kiss him on the nose confirming what Earth would be like as the two walked into the portal together which left Sionver to deactivate the portal. Just as Quackers stated, once it was used the machine quickly shut down erasing all the information it was stored within it so it couldn't be repeated. The Jedi and everyone else felt saddened for how their friends left them to stare at the deactivated portal, in which would be there was a memorial for how a group of adolescent animals come to their galaxy to help end a war that wasn't there.
"Master Yoda, what do you believe will happen now?"
Kenobi questioned how things would go on since they would have to adapt to several events that have happened, the chance of Jedi possibly learning to use their emotions in protecting the innocent. The chosen one becomes a father to then one day train them in the ways of a new Jedi order, along with how the Republic would have to start making peace with the Separatists planets and finding a way to coexist with each other.
"Left to be answered, questions are. The force will guide us to them, at their own pace."
Responding to him as he could sense the roar ahead would be difficult for them as well in trying to forget about what had just happened. Though for the time being, all they could do was move on in making the galaxy as well its inhabitants safe, while in return remembering the group that showed them that anyone could make an impact in any galaxy, no matter how far away they came from.
"I just wanted to say thank you for liking one of my first series show that've worked on since 2018. I didn't expect to finish it since the other stories I've worked on, while it did have it's moments where I changed a few things. I'm grateful for the people who stayed around to see how it ended. I'm going take a break from Star Wars a bit until the time is right, but right now I just want to say thank you. Along May the Force be with everyone, no matter where you all are. Thank You."
