Hellbreaker:
Yeah, I can understand that, but I haven't grown tired of it yet. Yeah, I feel the same way.
There is too much Monster Verse reactions and not a lot of Toho Godzilla reactions in my opinion.
Personally, in my opinion I can see some RWBY characters as Godzilla's counterpart in some aspects. And I can agree with what you said about Adam. The writers really seemed to hate him. (Sighs) Look at how they massacred my boy.) And yes, I plan to do my best to write this for honor of the Heisei Series from start to finish. I hope you'll enjoy it.
DJ Rodriguez:
Yep. All to ensure they don't attack each other.
And yeah, I did that opening for laughs.
I used to own Godzilla 1985 on VHS as well but sadly it expired. I have some Showa Era Godzilla movies on VHS, but my VHS player is getting 'old' now days.
Anonymous: I'll take that into consideration. No promises though.

Godzilla 1985: The Legend is Reborn/The Return of Godzilla Part 1
Now here is the cast for who is who in this. (Though some will remain the same.)
Steven Martin: Lisa Lavender
Professor Hayashida: Dr. Bartholomew Oobleck
Kenny Okumura: Jaune Arc
Naoko Okumura: Saphron Cotta-Arc
Goro Maki: Cyril
And of course, Adam Taurus is Godzilla.
I own nothing. RWBY belongs to Rooster Teeth Studios LLC and Godzilla belongs to TOHO Productions
"Okay, now the real movie begins," declared Haruo. He had some popcorn in his hair courtesy of some members of the Audience who were angry at what they saw earlier. Ruby, Velvet and Oscar mainly. I mean, I'd be angry too if I didn't find the short funny.
There was only person in the whole Audience that found the "Bambi Meets Godzilla" short funny.
"I don't see what was wrong with that short." Yep, Tyrian Callows. He shrugged and giggled. "It was quite funny."
"NO, IT WASN'T!" Everyone shouted at the Scorpion Faunus and Neo held up a sign that said NO!
"Please excuse him," Hazel sighed in exasperation. "He has a twisted sense of humor." Dr. Watts added in the same tone.
"Yeah, we noticed." Qrow and Winter deadpanned at the same time with a face that said, Yeah. No shit, Sherlock. They glanced at one another briefly before looking away. Winter coughed into her fist while Qrow took a swig of his flask to hide the blushes on their faces.
Then the screen light up again.
TOHO Company presents. A Toho EIGA production.
The Return of Godzilla
"The Return of Godzilla," Oscar read in a confused tone. "Is this a sequel?"
"More like a reboot," Haruo said with a shrug. "The title was more like a forth wall break to tell the Audience that the franchise's character was making a return to the big screen. But the film itself is a bit of a sequel to another film that is much older than this one. And harder for me to access freely."
A large fishing boat, the Yahata Maru was shown sailing in the ocean in the evening.
100 miles south of Anima.
The boat is rolling. Waves were splashing on the windshield. The Captain was heard giving orders as the boatswain at the helm. "Hold it steady. Hold it steady." he said sternly. He looked to the side. "Jaune! Are you alright?"
The blonde was shown wearing a life jacket and standing in the corner. "Yeah, I'm okay," he replied. Though he looked clearly worried despite his tone.
"Hey, Jaune." Nora points to the screen. "Look, you're on TV."
"And a bit older," Pyrrha added.
"Yeah, I see that," Jaune stated. Though he was honestly confused about the fact he was looking at an alternate version of himself but he'll roll with it.
"Hey, that's the same captain and crew that took me and Blake to Menagerie," Sun pointed out.
"Blake and I," Weiss and Neptune said. The Monkey Faunus waved them both off. "Same difference." The former Schnee Heiress rolled her eyes while the blue haired boy pinched his nose with a sigh.
The waves continued to wash on the deck. The boatswain clung to the helm. "Captain sir!" she called to her superior. "I'm losing control. The current keeps changing."
"What's wrong?" The captain inquired. "It's not responding." Both the captain and Jaune shared a worried glance upon hearing that before the captain turned back to the boatswain. "What's our position?"
"Sir, we're adrift." she replied. "The helm isn't responding at all." (Roman: Well, that can't be good.)
The Captain then looked ahead. "We're going to run aground!" he exclaimed. "Watch the reefs!"
"We're going to capsize!" the boatswain called out causing Jaune's eyes to widen. "We're going to capsize for sure!" Nearby the Yahata was a small island.
Inside the ship's radio room, a radioman was seated at the console. "Mayday! Yahata Maru calling! Mayday! Mayday! We're running aground!" he said to the radio. "Mayday! Do you read me, over?"
Outside, Jaune and the captain look at the island through the front window. Suddenly the mid-section of the island begins to heave with a flash of light. Jaune's eyes widen in amazement and horror.
With a series of lightning like flames a huge rock rises from the island.
The ship violently rocks as Jaune and the crew scream as they are thrown to the floor. That was when they heard a loud roar.
"SKRRREEEEEOOOOOOO-OOOOOOONNNNKK!"
The Audience couldn't help but flinch especially the Huntsmen and Huntresses. They've heard about every sound a Creature of Grimm has ever made. Salem's followers lived in the Land of Darkness and heard the Grimm 24/7 and 365. Yet that one roar shook them to the bone.
This sounds like a powerful creature, Salem thought to herself. Perhaps I can use some inspiration from this.
"Whoa. . . That's one way to start a movie," Yang said with wide eyes before she reached her hand over to Ruby's popcorn bucket and took a handful for herself.
"Almost sounds like a typical monster movie," Blake said as she pulled out a notepad and began to write down notes.
Title: The Return of Godzilla.
Sounds like a monster movie.
Adam=The movie monster? Possibly. Monster name is Godzilla.
First person to encounter the Monster: Jaune
Chances of survival? Not good.
"I do hope Jaune is okay," Ren said worriedly.
"I'm not! I know Jaune will survive whatever's thrown his way." Nora said confidently. Her confidence is not really shared by most of her fellow Huntsmen and Huntresses in training.
The scene changed to a house bedroom at night. The room was lit by the moonlight that managed to slip through the cracks of the venetian window blinds. The sounds of restless sleep is heard as the camera pans to show a book entitled, Cairo Via Atlas, by Lavender. A photo of a woman standing next to a Atlassian official before focusing on the end of a table that showed a small hand carved ivory talisman that was shaped like a dragon's head.
"Well, that looks well made," Weiss complimented. "Yeah, it's not so bad." Coco agreed.
The eye of a woman opened up wide in terror. Beads of cold sweat slide down her face as her eyes dart back and forth, searching for the source of her fear.
The location of her bed is shown nor is her identity revealed, only that she fell asleep at the type writer on her desk.
"Hmm. You can barely find a type writer like that these days," Ozpin said with a nostalgic chuckle. Glynda, Qrow and Ironwood rolled their eyes in response while across the theater, Salem nodded in agreement.
"Ooh, I want to press those buttons," Nora said intrigued.
"That woman looks somewhat familiar," Yang said, rubbing her chin. "Not that I know her but that I've seen her before."
The woman raises an arm to wipe her face. She looks relaxed now, no longer terrified. But instead, she looks tired. Tired of the nightmares that should have ended a long time ago. She glances over to the window where the small dragon talisman stood.
The next day, the ocean is calm under the blue sky. A yacht is seen sailing before the Audience see a suntanned young man named Cyril Maki. A Toto Press reporter from Patch Island. A radio report is then heard.
"Updating our earlier report on last night's storm." A female newscaster spoke. "The extent of damages and injuries is still rising and officials expect losses to be in the millions as regional reports continue to come in."
"Man, we've been focusing on the Grimm we forgot the dangers from Mother Nature," Sun said, slumping a little.
"Mother Nature can be just as deadly as the most dangerous Grimm you can think of." Haruo said sagely. "Adam's character in these movies will show that."
"Among the greatest concerns is the fate of the 77 ton Yahata Maru from Port Argus with 22 crew members onboard." The newscaster continued. "The craft is reported to have lost contact near Daikoku Island, located at the southern tip of the Izu Islands. That ship is still missing. . ."
The broadcast was tuned out for a moment as Cyril's yacht stumbled upon a drifting boat with no one on deck. "Ahoy! Anyone there?!" He called out to the boat and the Audience see that it was the Yahata Maru!
"The total number of small craft involved is unknown" The newscaster continued. "Fifteen fatalities have been confirmed and officials fear that the actual loss of lives could be far greater. Further updates will be broadcasted as they become available. . ."
Cyril holds up a camera and takes a picture. He shuts off his radio before lowering his sail. He then moves to the fishing boat. He jumps onto the ship's bridge. "Hello? Hello?" he calls out before he enters the deserted bridge and sees that the machines and equipment, even the windshield is destroyed. He looks at the scene in bewilderment as he picks up a flashlight before he heads down the stairs.
"What do you think happened?" Yatsudashi Daichi asked.
"Maybe it was Grimm," Sage answered.
"But wouldn't the Grimm destroy the ship?" Scarlet asked in turn. "Oh yeah, they would."
"Well Grimm don't exist in this world." Haruo said dismissively, ignoring the shocked looks from the Audience.
Cyril enters the radio room and the Atlas Coast Guard is heard responding to the ship's S.O.S. from earlier. But unfortunately, they responded too late as the room was empty just like the bridge save for the man sitting in the chair in front of the radio room. There was evidently a stench in the room that made the reporter groan and gag in disgust.
Cyril reaches for the man in the chair, thinking that the man was asleep and turned him around. He shined his light, only to reel back in horror and disgust as he saw that the radio man looked dehydrated and shriveled like a mummy and his eyes were sucked out of their moisture.
Qrow stared at the screen before he began chugging his flask like there was no tomorrow. He saw a lot of things that would make a lot of the kids have nightmares for months but what he saw onscreen might reach the top twenty.
"Holy shit," Yang said what most of the other younger members of the Audience were thinking. Oscar gagged, turning green and Ruby pulled her hood over her face.
"That poor man," whispered Glynda.
"That ain't a way for a man to go," Coco Adel muttered in sympathy while Velvet hugged her tightly.
The only student that wasn't affected was Fox Alistair because he was blind. Blake wrote more in her notepad.
First victims: Crew of the Yahata Maru. Look to be killed by something that drained them.
Is Jaune one of them? Hopefully not.
The adults didn't show much of their disgust while Tyrian was writing somethin in a notepad of his own.
"I haven't seen a mummy in a long time," Ozpin and Salem said in unison. "A real long time." Oscar gives them both a weirded out look. That was what they focused on?
After recovering from his initial reaction, Cyril continued to search the ship. He ends up finding many more mummified bodies in the crew members' quarters. The knives and harpoons in their hands proved that they went down fighting. He trips over a body and his hand lands in a puddle of white liquid. He groans in disgust as he looked at his hand.
There was a faint sound in the hallway he was in. He glances at the metal lockers in the wall and sees a boot through its halfway closed door. The reporter walks up to it and opened to reveal Jaune Arc, who was not mummified like the rest of the crew, only unconscious. And holding onto a knife like it was a teddy bear.
"It's Jaune-Jaune!" Nora cheered. "He's okay! I told you!"
"Oh thank goodness," Pyrrha sighed in relief. Jaune silently reached and grabbed her hand and gave it a reassuring squeeze. Pyrrha looked a little surprise before nodding back and leaning her head on his shoulder.
"Kid, you are one lucky bastard," Roman said bluntly with a nod of respect to the blonde Huntsman. Neo held up a sign. And you sleep with knives, too? Respect.
Jaune did not know how to respond to that last one.
"Oh my gods!" Cyril exclaimed in shock. "You're alive!" He takes the knife from Jaune's hand and looked for injuries. Unaware to him, he had company. A dark green creature crawls on the wall behind Cyril who took a picture of Jaune.
"Now's not the time!" Oscar exclaimed. "There's something behind you!"
Cyril then heard an eerie squeaking sound behind him. He turns around and a large creature jumps at him. He screams in surprise as he narrowly jumps out of the creature's way and he sees that it is a big bug.
"What in Remnant is that thing?!" Raven exclaimed.
"A bug!" Qrow stated.
.
.
.
"We know it's a bug, Qrow." Tai said mildly exasperated at Qrow's nonchalance. "But what kind of bug is it?"
Qrow scratched his chin. "Well, if my memory of Biology Class is any good," he points to the screen. "That, is a sea louse."
Penny nodded. "Mr. Branwen is correct," she said happily before Qrow shouted at her, "Hey!" he glared at the android who looked at him in confusion. Did she do something wrong?
"Don't call me Mr. Branwen," he said sternly. "Just Qrow is fine."
Penny stared at him blankly before saluting the veteran Huntsman. "Very well, Qrow. I will store this new information in memory banks."
Qrow nodded at that before frowning as Winter snickered. "What's wrong, Branwen? Does being called Mister make you feel old?" she mocked.
"I'm not that old! I'm barely 43!" Qrow exclaimed, getting Winter to laugh more. "That's my prime as far as I'm concerned!" He glared at the laughing Specialist before grinning and chuckling himself.
Raven, Tai and Willow looked at the duo with raised eyebrows before sharing an amused expression.
"What's a sea louse?" Ruby asked. Biology wasn't her her main studies.
"Uh, think of it like a flea and a tick," Oscar answered. "And combine them with a water bug. A sea louse is a parasite that feeds on the blood of other animals of the sea."
"Ooh! Okay, then!" Ruby replied chirpily before being disgusted by the idea of what a sea louse is. "Ew! Now I'm freaked out by what I'm seeing," she whined.
Cyril tried to harpoon the giant sea louse but the bug jumped over the harpoon and knocked him to the ground. The reporter picks up the knife and tried to stab the parasite but the knife wasn't strong enough to penetrate its armor. Its jaws moved closer and closer to the reporter's exposed neck. It looked like there was no escape until the beast suddenly went limp. When Cyril tossed it aside, he saw that Jaune was awake, looking like a ghost and that he had stabbed the sea louse in the back with a harpoon.
". . . I. . . hate bugs," Jaune panted to the reporter who stared at him in surprise and shock.
"Perfect timing, Mr. Arc." Ozpin complimented. Oscar nodded in agreement. "He would've died if you didn't wake up. And you probably would've followed after." The two sipped their hot coco from their respective mugs.
Ironwood and Glynda surprised. Ozpin was being reincarnated as a child? He was younger than Ruby! Said girl couldn't help but find the similarity between Oscar and Ozpin funny.
"After an experience like that, I'd hate bugs too," Emerald said with a shudder.
Salem rubbed her chin in thought. That sea louse looked like it could make a good Grimm creation, she thought.
"But how did a sea louse get that big?" Weiss asked. "Last I checked they're small you hardly see them."
"Not from years of evolution from the looks of it," Glynda replied, adjusting her glasses. "I'd say it mutated to grow to be that big."
Jaune and Cyril sit on the deck of the Yahata Maru. The young blonde man had a haunted look in his eyes as he spoke to the reporter. "It. . . it was huge," he he said, his voice barely above a whisper. ". . . It was like a monster. Suddenly the rocks rose. . . alive."
Cyril looked thoughtful. This sounded vaguely familiar. Or at least similar to stories of monsters, or rather one monster that was last seen in the 1950's. He turned to the side in thought before spotting a Bullhead flying to their direction.
Cyril stands up. "Hold on," he said to Jaune before waving at the Bullhead. "Hey! Hey!"
Two members of the Atlas Council, Sleet and Camilla stand in the former's office. "Godzilla. . ." Sleet said to himself, standing at the window. "I was hoping to never hear that name again."
Camilla nodded in agreement. "Yes, Mr. Prime Minister. We're certain it's Godzilla, but the news will only cause panic." she shrugged and added, "We don't even know if it will attack Atlas."
Sleet nodded before asking in response," Yes, but what if it does, Camilla?" He turns to her who slowly nods. "Let's keep it a secret, at least for now."
"So, Atlas has experience with this Godzilla character?" Ghira asked curiously.
Haruo nodded. "For the entirety of the franchise, Atlas has been Godzilla's personal playground." The Reptilian Faunus replied. "In the movie that this sequels to, Godzilla turned the whole city into a sea of fire."
This stumped a lot of people, especially those from Atlas. Remembering who was casted as Godzilla, so to speak, most of the Audience turned to Adam who seemed to smile at the idea. Nearby Cinder herself also smiled at the idea of Atlas on fire.
"How long ago was that in this universe?" Whitley Schnee asked cautiously yet curious.
Haruo paused to do the math mentally before replying, "Fifty-four years."
"Whoa. What, does he have beef with Atlas?" Roman asked in a joking tone.
He didn't expect Haruo to look at him seriously. "Yes. . . in a sense."
The way he said that made Adam think that his counterpart had a personal vendetta against Atlas for something that happened to him in the past. He turned away from Haruo's stare and raised his hand to the left side of his face.
I honestly think Atlas would fit as Tokyo in this reaction series. Vale is used a bit from what I've seen. I know Mistral looks more Asian in some cases but it's not technologically advanced as Tokyo is shown in the Godzilla series. Plus Atlas (Its laws, system and people.) seems to be responsible for the creation of Adam Taurus and Cinder Fall. Just like mankind and its recklessness is responsible for the creation of Godzilla in most of the Toho continuity. The SDC for Adam and we've seen Cinder's backstory.
I hope you enjoyed this.
See you next time.
GojiraRWBYStarWars18 out.
Take care.
Peace.
